I also specialize in concrete grinding and leveling such as grinding down Concrete expansion joints and control joints to level with surrounding area. Grinding for New Flooring installation and removal of High spots & Trip hazards. Removal of anything on the concrete surface such as Carpet glue, Micro toppings, Epoxy coatings, Paint, Tar & glue. We also handle repairs of foundation cracks, witch is very common here in AZ, we do it all and Totally Dust Free! Always leaving your home cleaner then when arrived. Minimum Job charge- 250$ For 2 Hours of Grinding, most small jobs can be completed in this time. Call for questions and more information. Get it done clean and right the first time.

I had a tile removal company come out to help me set up for new flooring. Under the tile was a linoleum layer with thinset that was mixed too aggressively and made it very difficult to remove. The first company bailed on me because they were afraid of damaging the wood under the linoleum. I tried every DIY option and tool I could think of and just wanted to pull my hair out.
I got a hold of Andrew and explained the situation. He made arrangements to work with my time crunch and came out and did an AMAZING job!!! This guy saved me so much work and time. He cleaned up even in areas where he wasn't working and was very friendly and personable. I can't recommend him enough.

Showed up on time, and was very polite. Had the concrete in a small bathroom ground down as it had heaved and settled in a couple places. The end result was great and I was very happy that there was no dust left behind. I would use them again on my next project.
Prices were fair and upfront, something I really appreciate.

I contacted Valley Tile Removal Dust Free via Yelp. Andrew replied quickly to my questions regarding removal of kitchen ceramic tile. My husband and he discussed additional removal of carpeting and pad. An appointment was set. He and a coworker showed up on time. They worked quickly and efficiently to remove all the flooring discussed. In addition, once the flooring was removed, we discovered the concrete was uneven in a couple of areas so we had him take care of that too. His pricing is fair, he is also courteous, professional and clean! Highly recommended!!

We have used Valley tile removal on several occasions.They are professional, fast, efficient and very affordable!! We happen to come across another so called professional dust free tile removal company last fall. Lets just say that it looked like the floor had been beaten with a sledge hammer and there was a lot of dust everywhere. That homeowner was going to need a tremendous amount of concrete repair before their new floor could be laid.
Too bad that homeowner didn't call Andrew with Valley Tile Removal 1st.

Valley Tile Removal rocks. We had them out on 2 different occasions during our remodel. The quality of the work Andrew and crew does is fantastic. They were very careful with our cabinets to ensure they would not be damaged during the tile removal process. They work very hard for the money and certainly take pride in their work.
What most impressed my about Valley Tile Removal was their cleanup after the job was complete. We own a cleaning company here in Phoenix and would hire these guys in a heartbeat.

Andrew and Valley Tile Removal are my hero. Thanks to hours of HGTV and DIY Network I decided I was perfectly capable of replacing the flooring in my house. All was going well until I found a hump in the concrete slab. The guys at Home Depot convinced me that I could take care of it with a rental grinder with a concrete blade. Well 2 hours later I still had a hump and my ENTIRE house upstairs and down was covered in concrete dust. I contacted Andrew via Yelp and he quoted me a great price. He arrived on time and made short work of the hump and even touched up a few other places. Most importantly (especially to my wife) there was less dust AFTER Andrew was done then before he started. Overall a great company/owner to work with.
If you are looking for a dust free tile removal ... these are your guys! Do yourself a favor and hire this company! Andrew and Eli did an truly amazing job. They showed up on time, they were professional and detail oriented all at a very reasonable cost. Their work was impeccable. There literally was no dust when they were done (even with the grinding of the thinset off of the cement) and I am a bit of a neat freak. Not only is there seriously very little if any dust during the process... they cover everything with plastic, tape corners of walls, doors and every cabinet, and still throughly dust and clean up afterwards. I seriously took for granted their professionalism and cleanliness because I now have installers at my home who have left huge messes and hazards around every corner. I can not sing their praises enough!
