We didn't have a big project, but Dave and his team treated us like we did.  They were communicative, on time, honest, reliable, and reasonably priced.
I highly recommend Prevail Concrete and we will be working with them again once we start our front yard project.

We just had The Grout Doctor Scottsdale out to clean our travertine flooring and do some repairs on both the floor and our tiled master shower and guest bath. We are so happy with the results! The shower looks amazing and the grout matched perfectly, the flooring looks like new. Tony and his crew (Alex) were right on time, matched their estimate and did a fantastic job! Highly recommended

A friend asked for recommendations for flooring companies and I realized I have not reviewed Shiloh Floors even though they did extensive work at my place in 2015! So here it is:
Lee is absolutely super great! His guys installed my floors after the flood from the alcoholic ditz upstairs! He came with a truck FULL of samples, and that's after I gave him a detailed description of what I liked! Within those constraints he brought a boat load of samples. Spent better part of one day while I was making a short list. Then he gave me five that made a short list to put on the floor and see them in different light over the next few days! His workers were courteous, efficient, so darn precise, I can't say enough about how amazing their job is!!!!! Also, since I'm on the ground floor, it's cement slab. So, he suggested an industrial type underlay both for insulation and comfort, like what you would put in a ballet studio so you have floors that "give." it's a floating engineered wood flooring, dark, wide planks, GORGEOUS!!!!
Three years later, and it looks absolutely the same as it did when it was installed. No movement, no gaps, precise and wonderful. I highly recommend Lee and his Shiloh Floors to everyone.

He did a great job fixing my sink, he responded in a timely manner.  The only thing I didn't get was my receipt but he fixed the problem with my sink!

Wow! Great job! They responded to my Yelp request and arrived as planned the following day. He was prepared and polite. The price was very competitive and the job was finished on time. The floors and baseboards were cleaned up once the job was finished. I will definitely use Bella Casa again!

I had been searching for a contractor for about a year to get my 1990's master bathroom remodeled.  I had received six different quotes, all of which were way overpriced (in my opinion).  I received a referral and met with Andrew.  After speaking with him, and viewing his previous work, I felt I could trust him to do a good job.  He was helpful in getting me thru the permit process, as well as helping me with changes the Village required due to a change in ordinances.  I am extremely happy with the outcome and am enjoying my new master bathroom.  I'll be calling upon Green Home for additional work I need.

Bill did a great job patching-up our damaged drywall.   He arrived early, left no mess, and repaired several areas quickly.    I was really happy that the texture blended in with my wall, so once I paint, you won't be able to tell where the work was done.  He also did a very good job on a heavily damaged bullnose corner.  Communication via text was easy.    Received quote via text after I sent pics of the walls.   He stuck to the price quoted.   We definitely recommend Drywall Perfection!

We needed someone to tear out and reinstall new tile in our guest bathroom, after we were finished with a major plumbing repair.

After reaching out to Carl on Yelp, he responded immediately, gave a very fair quote, and was able to get started quickly due to a last minute cancellation on his schedule. He finished in one day and we love how it all turned out. I'd highly recommend Carl for any tile work that you may need; he's prompt, professional, and has great work quality!

I just bought my first home and knew I wanted the bathrooms remodeled as the rest of the house was really modern and cool but bathrooms were really outdated. I received quotes from 5-6 different contractors to do the work and Chris and Steve at AZ dynamic builders honestly gave me the best price and more importantly did the BEST job on my remodel.  I am obsessed!! They were super responsive to respond texts when I had questions about what to buy and what would look good.  They were a pleasure to work with.

After the initial sales call and estimate (Richard) we contracted Rise Above Remodeling to redo our guest bathroom.  Not only did it turn out beautifully, but the craftsmen who did the work were excellent, timely and very nice. Management from Rise Above came by daily to check on progress and even helped with color and design suggestions for another room.  We couldn't be happier.

So I used them a second time and still the frustrating scheduling issues. The measurement appointment was an hour and a half late, and the installation (when we had moved all the furniture out of our bedroom already) was an entire day late. We were told that someone there should have notified us that the carpet was not delivered on time and installation was moved back a day, but we weren't. We only found out after we called 2 hours after the installers didn't show. Their service and scheduling is terrible, they're getting 3 stars because we got 360 square feet of carpet installed for $600
