Best Flooring Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

I would recommend Prevail Concrete & Coatings to anyone looking to improve their driveway, garages, or any type of concrete flooring! They are efficient and professional. I am impressed with my experience and will definitely be using them for future projects.

REVIEW: changed from 2 to 3 stars. Robert came back and did the touch up needed on the job they performed.  Although I appreciate they touching up their work, it was such a nightmare to schedule with multiple cancellations. Overall, I still feel that I was overcharged and that they wasted a lot of my time. My lesson here is get a subscription to Angies List for these types of services - the reviews add an additional layer for a better evaluation of the provider.

Tony did an estimate to clean stone floors and repair my grouts, however, he inserted a fine print saying BASES NOT INCLUDED so when the crew came to do the job, guess what: they did the minimum grout repair claiming not included . At the end of the day, they wanted another 750 to do the original Job they were hired for, for which I paid 1650. Anyway, they did a great cleaning job and I liked the minimum grout repair I was able to convince they to do.  Needless to say I feel deceived giving Tony should have AT A MINIMUM explained to me what grout repair I needed and he was quoting less than I what I needed.

We did our tile work with them before we moved into this house. We found the tile we liked at AZ Tile, and they negotiated a better price for us and purchased it, transported to the site for us for no additional charge.

We measured 1700 Sq Ft and they completed the job in about 5 days. They started it and finished it with no break in schedule and the quality of work was neat.

The owner, Lee gave us some design ideas which ended up working out perfect for our almost white tile, merge with the existing tile in the house seamlessly. Saved us a ton on Teardown and additional tile.

I've used a contractor once and it was a complete nightmare. I was terrified that I would have similar issues with Dream Builder Renovation and I'm very pleased to announce that they exceeded my expectations.  The price was very fair for the work I needed completed. Also, the work was completed within the time frame I was originally quoted. Maisa is awesome. She would text me throughout the day letting me know when Elvis would be arriving, what items were completed, what will be completed next and when, along with pics so I could see the progress for myself. I also liked how the work was able to completed without me  being present.
I never had butcher block counter tops before , I only had laminate. I love how Elvis brought to my attention that my butcher blocks were not sealed and he recommended that they be sealed. When I purchased my home, the tile job in my master bath was not very good (if I'm being tact). Elvis cut the tile properly; removed old caulk and applied new caulk. Now my tub looks perfect. I wanted sliding closet doors installed. Elvis picked out perfect doors and installed them. He knew exactly what I wanted which saved me a lot of time from having to get it myself. The original tile in my son's bathtub was also crooked and the tub needed to be resurfaced. Elvis took care of that as well for me. I'm very happy with the work and I look forward to calling Elvis again for future projects.

Carlos came out on a Saturday to give us an initial estimate for Painting cabinets, interior and exterior of a home we recently purchased.

His initial estimate was very detailed and he answered any questions we had. I've been super skeptical to paint cabinets as they never look quite "right" but our budget only allowed for a small update.

Carlos was very friendly and our cabinets look absolutely phenomenal. I am hard to please and my boyfriend asked Carlos to do one more cost to ensure they looked perfect.

When we are ready to paint the exterior, he will be the first person we call!

We hired Andrew and his crew to remodel our kitchen in May 2020. The workers arrived on time each day and were respectful of our home. The project took a few days longer than anticipated (ran into some issues with electric) but we are very happy with the finished product. Andrew was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly to our questions. We would rehire them if/when we have any other projects in our home.

Seriously - stop looking for a drywall company now.  This is who you want to use!!  We had ceiling damage from a leak a while ago and had the ceiling repaired by someone else.  It was 'ok' at best.  Then we had another leak recently so I looked for someone else to repair the ceiling.  I found Bill and every time I described the issue, he assured me that his fix would be perfect.  He was absolutely right.  His work is PERFECT!  He communicated well with me, he was friendly, he arrived when he said he would, and he did a PERFECT job.  I will never look for a drywall company again.  Thanks Bill!

Carl did an awesome job on our new tile for our Covered Patio/ Outdoor Living Room. He communicated with us at all times and texted me when he was running a few minutes late. His price he quoted was the price I paid. We needed a special item to transition the tile from the Covered Patio to the French Drain that butted up to the flooring. He texted me the correct part I needed and where I could purchase it. Our job was about 360 sf and he finished in about a day and a half. He cleaned up before he left as if he was never there, leaving our new flooring looking great. Full disclosure: I'm a retired Real Estate Appraiser and Realtor and I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Katie was awesome from the very beginning to the very end! I originally called to see if we need an appointment and if they would recommend contractors for a flooring job. She was so helpful and informative. We're doing a lot of upgrading in our home, doing things the builder didn't offer when we build 4 years ago. We met with her a few days later and took a few samples home. She provided a contractor list and we found the best contractor, Joel Nadler with Get Floored. We'll be using him for all our future renovations as well. Once we figured out what we wanted we ordered and it came in later that week. We did have a problem with the planks themselves and the installers had to do extra steps to get them prepped for laying. Of course this required more labor and delayed us a few days. Katie was in constant contact with us during the entire ordeal. Joel and his installers were very thorough to make sure the job was done right. There were a few parties involved with the planks that were needing additional prepping and they made sure to take care of the additional labor fee. Katie helped with that process as well. Even with the hiccup we had with the planks and being delayed a few days it was all worth it and our floors look gorgeous! Next project is a backsplash, foyer medallion and stacked brick for our fireplace...we'll definitely be back to Pro Source to get our supplies from Katie and get her expertise on what will look best!

There aren't enough stars for AZ Dynamic Builders. Seriously, they are the absolute best. In the last month or so AZDB handled two projects for me -- both were replacing vanities and light fixtures in bathrooms. In both instances there were unforeseen complications -- plumbing fixtures, incorrect shipments from manufacturers -- beyond their control. These guys didn't blink; they walked me thru the issues and the possible solutions, then adjusted on the fly. They never even considered throwing in the towel and saying, "Hey, not our problem." Requests for estimates and scheduling are handled promptly, and the guys couldn't be nicer or more capable. Do yourself a favor and hit them up for your next project -- you'll be very glad you did.

So if you are high maintenance and need all that attention and hand holding, go somewhere expensive and pay for it.  Otherwise, this place is quite the find.

A hole in the wall location that has contractors going in and out for the best selection and prices in Phoenix.  (They should know where to go!)  I was amazed at the prices, the selection, and the quality of the products.

So here is the deal; I found beautiful porcelain wood tile like I could not find elsewhere - at almost half the price - and I had been shopping.  (From Italy no less!)  But really, all the tiles there are amazingly priced way below anything else I could find.  And the selection was endless.  So this is not a beautiful store with everything laid out so fine.  You need to go through it and do your legwork.  But rest assured - it is worth it.  I saved a lot of money for an upscale look. AND they delivered it on a Sat!

And now for the installation.  I had my own installer tentatively picked out.  But when I casually informed the owner, Marie, my installer price tag, she easily beat it.  I hesitated - did I dare go with an unknown?  Well, I gave it a go and did not regret it when the work was done.  I only had one installer, so good thing time was not a factor.  But honestly, he was a craftsman with good work ethic, did a great job and cleaned up after himself when it was done.  So all good here!
