We just had The Grout Doctor Scottsdale out to clean our travertine flooring and do some repairs on both the floor and our tiled master shower and guest bath. We are so happy with the results! The shower looks amazing and the grout matched perfectly, the flooring looks like new. Tony and his crew (Alex) were right on time, matched their estimate and did a fantastic job! Highly recommended

We did our tile work with them before we moved into this house. We found the tile we liked at AZ Tile, and they negotiated a better price for us and purchased it, transported to the site for us for no additional charge.

We measured 1700 Sq Ft and they completed the job in about 5 days. They started it and finished it with no break in schedule and the quality of work was neat.

The owner, Lee gave us some design ideas which ended up working out perfect for our almost white tile, merge with the existing tile in the house seamlessly. Saved us a ton on Teardown and additional tile.

Great experience from start to end, so glad I found this company.  They provided a very fair price quickly, not a long sales pitch and negotiating like the other company I called first.  They showed up on time, explained the process and cleaned up like they had never been there.   The work was performed perfectly, it looks amazing.

We hired Andrew and his crew to remodel our kitchen in May 2020. The workers arrived on time each day and were respectful of our home. The project took a few days longer than anticipated (ran into some issues with electric) but we are very happy with the finished product. Andrew was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly to our questions. We would rehire them if/when we have any other projects in our home.

Excellent work! I am so happy that I called Drywall Perfection. They did an awesome job, responded quickly and all for reasonable price. I had a large hole in my ceiling from a plumbing issue. I needed the hole repaired and the entire ceiling repainted. They were able to come within a couple days. They showed up early for the job and were done quickly. The work is absolutely amazing.

Carl is awesome, professional from start to finish. He installed my kitchen backsplash and it turned out really beautiful. I love it! It was more complex because of wrapping around the window and cabinets and he was able to do the job in 1.5 days! Fair pricing, too. I'm looking to do my stairs next (replacing carpet with tile) and I'll definitely hire Carl again!

We were in the middle of a tragic bathroom remodel in which the previous "contractor" took the money and left. We had previously received a quote from Ellen and after coincidentally running into her we asked if she could help. She was willing to help even after we did not choose her for the job due to the competing quote being a little cheaper.

She and her team came in and repaired many errors that the previous contractor made. They did a phenomenal job and we are thrilled with the way that our bathroom came out in the end. Her team showed up when promised and worked very carefully and precisely. They did not leave a mess as the previous contractor did.

I recommend White Builder for any project that you have in mind, keep in mind that many parts are delayed beyond any contractors control at this point. (it took almost 3 months to get a bathtub).

Ellen is great to work with And keeps you informed of any setbacks or unforeseen changes throughout the process. Her team is great to work with and we thank them for fixing the absolute mess that the previous contractor got us into.

We have now had two perfect experiences with ProSource.  First off, customer service is fantastic.  I have met several reps there and all were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.  Lisa Bettiga was particularly helpful in helping me find a high quality, pet friendly, cost effective option for our home.  In addition, their regional manager helped us to identify a installer.  The selection across carpet, tile, wood floor is vast and they have all the big manufacturers represented in their quiet, comfortable show room.  Finally, we found the prices to be highly competitive or better with both of our purchases there.  If you are doing a new build or re-model, you will enjoy your experience with ProSource and their friendly team.

Marie and her employees are VERY unprofessional! She has great prices on product but stay away from her installers. And heaven help you once she is paid forget it! And she is not BBB accredited as her invoice states (faker). They promise and under-deliver to the max! I have even sent her video to her cell of the mess they made at my house - she could care less! I went to the BBB, she has not responded to them and I am disputing the charge until my home is repaired from the tile guys who were sloppy with the grout, left my toilet ajar from its mooring which is causing a foul odor to be present, destroyed all my baseboards, and did not make all the grout lines even!!!  Both my wife and I took 2 days each of PTO from work to get this job done and to this day it is incomplete.  She cannot get her tile guy (Martin) to come back because she does not pay.  Her employee's and contractors told us that she lies to customers, cheats them out of money, and is very bad pay.  Had I known all this I would not have bought from her.  Again her prices are so great you get caught up in that fact and assume that the install will be a breeze, we had 70 sq ft of tile and 500 sq ft of laminate for our master bathroom done and they promised a 2 day completion.  Not sure what my next step will be if the credit dispute does not go through but I am sure we will have to visit a local Judge to file a civil complaint to get the tile work redone.
