Ryan is the son of the owners. He was born and raised in Chandler, and then left to attend Utah State University. He and his wife and son returned in 2014 after graduating. He enjoys getting to serve his home community at Beyond Stone Solutions where complete customer satisfaction is the driving force of the business. Thomas from Beyond Stone came by and the job was bigger than expected.
After seeing the damage, I was sure it was not fixable, but Thomas did an amazing job and saved us from having to replace a very expensive italian marble table.

My wife and I could not be happier with Beyond Stone solutions. We just had our first appointment with these folks and they were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. In addition to some tile finishing work, we had some stains on the stone backsplash in our kitchen. Rather than charge us for the work, they pointed us to a simple recipe for a make-at-home solution that would take care of the problem. And it works!
We are going to have these guys replace a few travertine tiles in the backyard as our next project with them.
These guys are a great service at a great value. Honestly a pleasure to work with this company. They were referred to us through our interior designer.
I was so excited to have my floors Refurbished. They came out gave me a quote (that took a few days to get) but I got the quote. It seemed high however the reviews said everything was great so I went with it. That is where It first went wrong!
Two men came out did the work. The work consisted of sanding all three floors of my house. When they did so they burned the paint off of the baseboards they smashed into walls and then told me 'well that can happen'. They did repair's to chipped tiles. It was horribly matched, it was blotchy, bumpy, extremely rough!! quite frankly it was horrible. I took pictures called the company...sent them pictures they told me somebody would come out next week to repair them. That person was only given an hour to fix three different levels of flooring. The gentleman left saying I'm sorry but I didn't have enough time. He came back and spent nearly a whole day repairing things (except for the baseboards). I called a number of times to ask them when would they come back to finish the job and baseboards. It took over a month to have them out. I still have yet to be called back by the person in charge. Bottom line my floors look no different than they did before. Save your $3300. Or find a better company.
So I can update this review with a happier ending. They came back out for the fourth time yes however this time they made things right! My floors look amazing! They bent over backwards to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction!
Beyond Stone was great to work with from start to finish on sealing my travertine pavers. They took the time to understand my needs and answer my zillion questions. They were always prompt with their responses and forthright. We were able to negotiate a price and payment plan i was comfortable with. Their technicians arrived right on time and performed outstanding work, keeping me informed throughout the process and making sure that all my expectations were met. I highly recommend them.

What a difference Beyond Stone performed on on new (3 month old) travertine tile patio. Michael was here at the appointed time and date, heavy duty washed the tile the applied 2 coats of sealer. The colors now jump out much more than when new and without gloss. Very natural appearance. Thank you Michael and Beyond Stone.

We had a kitchen remodel several months ago with beautiful quartz counters installed. Doing the dishes one night I hit the edge of the counter with a dish and chipped it. I called this company and Ryan scheduled the repair. The repair is so well done I can't even tell where the original chip was. Excellent job.

I have to give a shout out to Beyond Stone Solutions even though they didn't do any work on my patio. I had contacted BSS for an estimate to clean and reseal my "flagstone" patio. This company is so professional that before coming out they checked a picture they had of the patio and could see that it was not flagstone but "stamped concrete". Some companies might have just cancelled the appointment and be done with me but Ryan took the time to explain the difference between my "stamped concrete" and "flagstone" and went a step further and gave me the name and website of a company that does the kind of work I need done. Thank you Beyond Stone Solutions, I appreciate that you went "beyond" for me

We were unable to proceed with the service we wanted, but were so impressed with all the employees that I needed to write a review on their customer service alone. I hope to use this company in the near future.
Beyond Stone Solutions is true to their word. They take care of their customers. Efrain and Thomas did a great job on our outdoor granite and tile around the spa. Efrain is very knowledgeable and is spot on with his advice with tile. Beyond Stone Solutions communicates well with their customers, are on time, and work neat respecting a customer's property. Do not hesitate to have them help with your tile indoors or outdoors.
Beyond Stone came out via a warranty request with our Stone manufacturer. Efrain was sent out and was beyond helpful. He gave me cleaning tips to address my concerns with the quartz and took a burn mark out that was 100% our fault. He went above and beyond explaining things. When I'm ready to have my quartz professionally cleaned I'm using Beyond Stone Solutions.
Thomas from Beyond Stone Solutions did a great job for us today. He repaired three spots on our granite countertop. He the polished it beautifully. The countertop looks brand new. Thomas was here before scheduled and was knowledgeable about his craft. Very interesting to see him mix the epoxies to match our colors. I definitely recommend using Beyond Stone Solutions for your stone work.
I didn't realize how dingy and dull my slate was until a friend recommended I consider getting it cleaned and resealed. I was concerned there wouldn't be a significant difference, but I was pleasantly surprised once the job was done! The dirt embedded in the slate is gone, the cracked grout was repaired and the grout lines were restored to their original color. I ended up going with 2 coats of the 300 sealer and it's a night & day difference. I'm very happy with the services provided. David was very thorough & informative when explaining their services/processes/prices and he did a great job completing the services. Efrain was very responsive when scheduling the appointment. It was well worth the money spent! My only regret is that I didn't take a before picture for comparison.
Company absolutely exceeded my expectations. From my first call for an appointment, to the estimator and finally to the technician, everyone, without exception, was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and customer focused.
My 20 year old travertine floor was perfectly restored. It looks like new. Highly recommend!

These guys are the best! My travertine and marble floors look amazing and they really took the time to fill in all the holes with just the right color. I also had my master shower re-grouted and sealed and it looks brand new! Very professional and very neat and clean. Thanks for a great job, guys!

Too good to be true. I was promised superior product and warranty on my saltillo flooring and it didn't last a year. Now they won't even try to repair the damage and the owner will threaten legal action if you post a negative review.
Beyond Stone did a great job from start to finish. The initial quote process was clear and easy. Once I got all my ducks in a row I was ready to pull the trigger. They followed up ( never felt pressure), got the install on the books. Great communication during the process. Fast clean up and install of the sealer. Patio looks great.
Horrible company! Did not complete installation, installer did not even use plastic, and a 2-4 day job is now going over a week! They also delete bad reviews of themselves from Facebook! Dan (owner) is a liar himself in that he promised to call us back and satisfy his customers. He is a dishonest man and runs a dishonest company!!!

We had our two bathrooms remodeled and our travertine floors cleaned and polished by Beyond Stone. They were competitively priced and provided high quality work. Definitely someone we would use again in the future.

My husband and I had slate installed in our bathroom last month and we love it!! The installers arrived on time covered everything in plastic and went to work. Within a few hrs the install was done and the bathroom looks amazing. Needless to say we will be contacting them again next year to install slate through the rest of the house!!! Very impressed by this company! The tile and grout in my kitchen were pretty stained, and the travertine floor in my bathroom had holes in it that collected dust and cat litter and stray cows (almost). The crew made it all look brand new - just thrilled with the results. AND - about a week later I received a check in the mail, a refund because they had overestimated the amount of time to do the job. Wow! Talk about being professionals! Thanks, Dan and company
Beyond Stone Solutions has been our go to natural stone maintenance service since 1994. In June, 2015 BSS performed a periodic stripping, cleaning, and sealing of our flagstone and slate floors.
Dan Brewer, the owner, personally inspected the job and offered some very good suggestions prior to beginning. His price was fair and his crew was exceptional.
Two professionals (I use that term carefully out of respect for their knowledge and effort) Cory and Ryan spent 24 man hours on the job. Not once did they lose sight of their customer service responsibilities. They kept up a running dialogue, informing me of problems and asking for feedback as the day went along. At day's end I am sure they were ready to get home to their families, yet they took the time to do a complete walk through and corrected minor issues that I had missed earlier.
They were nice, patient and a pleasure to have in our home.
This is a good company. They are a good value and a dependable resource.
We hired this company after we relocated to Scottsdale. and purchased an older home that had flagstone floors. While the floors were basically in good condition there were some cracks and discoloration that needed attention. The 1st time we had the company out we were displeased with the outcome because nothing really changed. We had basically just received a cleaner floor. There were stains, cracks and discolored areas that remained. Once the company knew of our dissatisfaction they were incredible. Their customer service was impeccable and they went above and beyond to ensure a satisfied customer. They send out Cory, their most experienced technician for several hours. He was professional and honest about what could be accomplished. He removed stains, added grout along the walls, serviced cracks so that they almost disappeared and applied new color and sealant in several much needed areas. The floor looked so much better and we couldn't have been more pleased. The company provided the outcome we originally had hoped for. We would highly recommend this company as it was clear that they strive for excellence!! They made sure that whatever it took, they would provide the desired outcome.
I love this company. They are excellent at what they do. Beautiful work and very knowledgeable. I have used them at my home twice, and also refer them to my clients. The owners Dan and Lisa go out of their way to ensure you are happy and completely satisfied with their work. It is also nice to be able to meet with and speak directly with the owners. I highly recommend them them for any and all tile and stone work.

The customer service is beyond exceptional and the quality of the work is too! All who we interacted with were awesome, but Efrain and Tim deserve an extra shout-out! They were 100 percent committed to being sure we were satisfied and went out of their way to problem solve with us when the initial grout cleaning did not produce the results we were hoping for. They identified a solution and we are extremely satisfied! We would most definitely use Beyond Stone Solutions again!
My shower had a lot of black areas on the grout joints and corners. Now it looks brand new!! I've heard Beyond Stone is the best and I didn't expect any less. Awesome results and very professional!!

Dan came out and looked at our home and what we wanted done. And within no time the crews were there taking care of business. It has just a year now since the work has been done and I am completely satisfied. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. Very knowledgable in there field and the products being used. I am a stickler when it comes to product knowledge and they blew me away. Two thumbs up Great job and great business.
I do not recommend this business.Dan came out to give an estimate on cleaning and sealing pavers.Because of the extent of efflorescence, he suggested soda blasting or in the alternative placing travertine pavers above the existing brick pavers. He took photos and measurements and promised to provide an estimate for sealing the pavers, as well as a name of a contractor for soda blasting. He indicated we could then price out our best solution. Well, two weeks later and nothing. In a follow up call to the business, Lisa was not helpful, offering only excuses and advised the estimate would not be forthcoming. Horrible customer service.
We've worked with Beyond Stone Solutions for almost 10 years. They've regularly provided the maintenance (cleaning and sealing) and repairs for both our exterior and interior flooring, and we've always found their service and their work to be outstanding. We've worked with Lisa, Sue, Allen, Cory and Ryan... They are all friendly, responsive and professional, and very upfront about what they can and can not do. We would highly recommend their service.
We have been a licensed business owner in the flooring industry for 15 years. For the first couple of year we gave our customers with stone finishes a list of several different cleaning and sealing companies in the valley. Most turned out to be incompetent, overpriced, lacking in industry knowledge, or rude to our customers. When we found this company we were elated. Every customer loved them and we found them more than knowledgeable and helpful when we would call with a question. For the past ten years Beyond Stone Solutions has been our go to sub-contractor for cleaning and sealing projects from grout cleaning and sealing in Buckeye to high end natural stone surfaces in Paradise Valley, and beyond. Dan, Lisa, Sue, and everyone else I have dealt with are true professionals and we appreciate their knowledge and expertise.
When we bought our house, we decided to replace the flooring before moving in. I am so glad we found Beyond Stone Solutions!! Dan Brewer, the owner of the company, held my hand every step of the way because I had no idea what I was doing!! I wasn't even sure what I wanted. Dan explained all the different floor options and even went to 4 tile design studios with me to help me make the choice. From the selection process through the installation and cleanup of over 3,000 sf of new tile, Dan Brewer was at our house almost every day to be sure the installers were doing a great job (and they did - the porcelain tile floors are amazing!) and that we were happy. That was his #1 concern - to be sure we were satisfied with everything from beginning to end. After the floors were installed, they sealed all the tile in the house whether on the walls, countertops or floors. And the best part? They came right in on budget with no cost overruns. Not many people can make that claim!!
We couldn't be happier with Beyond Stone Solutions and the quality of their work. I don't think you'll find a better company anywhere in the Phoenix Metro area. We know we made the right choice!

Dan came out for an estimate and review to repair my marble dining table. He came out for free, and recocommend a do it yourself solution. I had no issues with this company.
