Best Flooring Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

We just wrapped up project with Canterra Construction in our new build. They guided us throughout the process as we transformed our plain, asymmetrical, and inverted TV wall to the focal point of our home. Their entire team is great and we felt supported by all of them over the course of the month-long process. We can't wait to tackle other projects in our home with Canterra Construction!

I thought these guys were decent until my bathroom flooded and the plumber had to pull up some flooring. The floor I got required underlayment . Well they did not install any . Just straight to the concrete. So this voided warranty.  Shady . I called floor and decor because I wanted to order the same floors for my bedrooms.  They stated underlayment is required.  I am beyond upset because I have to tear up the living room kitchen and bathroom and start all over. Thousands of dollars wasted . And it took a year to discover the laziness. They also did not grout my backsplash.  They said it didn't need it. Floor and decor said to use a clear or grey grout to match because water will get in the  cracks and over time rot the wood because they didnt bother to use a green board which would of been fine because the width of the counters . I am going to search for a new floor company to redo and do the bedrooms. Sad because I was about to call them to do the those but after this discovery I'll pass

Just completed my 3rd remodel after saying never again! This time was made infinitely easier as a result of the direction of Mike and Julie. When it was apparent that the first contractor could not produce, Mike stepped in and up and pulled all of the pieces together to produce a beautiful, inviting environment. Mike has been  responsive, accommodating and easy to work with when I wasn't always so easy to work with. If you don't believe my words then believe the pictures...after all, they ARE worth  a thousand words!!

We were in San Diego for the summer when a sprinkler line broke under the driveway of our home in central Phoenix during July.  On receiving a call from my maintenance man, I contacted USAA who carries our homeowners insurance and was referred to Paul Bailey of DriRite CMG3... they are a preferred contractor for USAA.  As a 52 year member of USAA I was not disappointed by their referral.  They found the problem and repaired it quickly.  Everything was handled by DriRite professionally and over the phone.  I didn't have to fly back to Phoenix to get the job completed.  That part of the driveway looks better than the original installed in 2001.  Paul and DriRite did the best restoration job we have had done in our 52 years with USAA.  I would refer them to anyone needing restoration work.

I have used PDG Construction for both my own personal needs and have referred hundreds of my customers to PDG.  They do great work, are
trustworthy, consciousness of the customer's needs and budget, they pick up after their work and never leave trash, debris or any evidence they were even there other than a wonderfully completed project!  I highly recommend Sergio and JOhn of PDG Construction!

Quality, Honest, Hard-Working, Dedicated, Conscientious, Efficient....

I could go on and on. He's all of the above and more. I had him do our guest bathroom that I had started, but didn't have the time to complete anymore. He completed it within a week and did an amazing job. He also fixed a couple doors that weren't shutting/latching correctly.

He answered all my questions and explained exactly what he was doing and why.

If you need anything done around the house, call him.

We were introduced to this company (Tabitha) from a contractor we were going to hire to do a renovation on a home we just bought.  He sent us to Renovation Inc to look at various materials for cabinets, shower, floors & countertops.  From the start Tabitha was very unfriendly and acted like we were taking up her precious time.  The store hours on the door say they are open on Saturday, but in a conversation with Tabitha, who came off as very snotty, told us that they are wrong and they just started to close on Saturday.  Luckily, we had an appointmen but we arrived early thinking we could look around the "showroom" until our appointment time. Once they arrived, we were introduced to the couple.   The husband was very nice and friendly.  Tabitha was not.  She never smiled, never tried to build a rapport with us - didn't seem to care about earning our business.  She may be talented in decorating, but she is not talented when it comes to connecting with a customer, making the customer feel that they matter, and that she wanted our business.  In today's market, there are a lot of design options.  Tabitha really needs to learn the importance of customer interaction and the importance of it.  Her interaction told us that she thought was too busy and good for us and didn't want to say or do anything to prove otherwise.  In text messages she never said thank you or you're welcome.  Honestly, she is the rudest person I've ever seen who owned a business and who supposedly wants to work with people and earn business.  

We took samples with us, and she told us she was going to meet with the contractor at the house to do measurements.  We sent photos of our choices and of course, promised to bring the samples back asap.  There was a miscommunication, and she was unwilling to do get the measurements done, even though it was her and the contractor's miscommunication fault.  I was having dental surgery trying to accommodate her "busy schedule".   With all of this we decided that it was obvious Tabitha did not want our business and the contractor also lost our business because of her lack of customer service and  flexibility.  Once we "fired them" she kept texting us asking for the samples even though we promised we would return them within 48 hours - which we did.  WIth the exception of the husband, the other guy that was there when the samples were dropped off was as unfriendly as Tabitha.  Hopefully this review will help her learn that the customer is the basis of a business - not her so-called talent.  I would stay away!

Great work and very professional. I have a property in Sedona and asked if they were willing to tackle my granite project. The owner responded quickly and went for measurements the next day! I was able to look thru their huge stock of granite at their showroom and found the slab I wanted.  They even have a great sink collection for that flawless finish.  For anyone looking for granite don't hesitate to call you won't be disappointed.

Dan and his assistant cleaned and sealed approximately 700 sq ft of saltillo tile in my townhome in about 6.5 hrs. I recently bought the townhouse and prior to that I have never had saltillo tile in a home before. They educated me on the tile do's and don'ts. Scheduling them to come out was fast and they were prompt upon arrival. My floors look beautiful!

Absolutely recommend this company! We had some water damage to our kitchen ceiling and needed new drywall, insulation, paint and fixtures put back up. A crew of two were available to come out a couple days after our request was made and they finished in a day and a half! Great communication all the way through and everything was covered and protected. After dealing with a handful of different companies doing work since owning our home, this was one of the best experiences we've had! We will definitely use them in the future for any other projects we have.

We've hired Derek for multiple projects in the last two years - ceiling retexturing and finish from water damage 10/18, resurfacing of ceiling/wall and flooring replacement 7/20, full shower remodel 8/20. All his teams were very professional, polite and mindful of our pets not getting loose. Derek is a pleasure to work with and very competitive with his pricing. We're very happy with the quality of the work and the timeliness of the completion. We'll definitely be hiring him again in the future when we're ready for our next project.

Bobby and team completely remodeled two showers and a bath. They were terrific - customer-focused, detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and excellent communicators. Bobby checked-in frequently and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Overall, they made the entire process easy and I am delighted with the outcome. I would hire them again and have also recommended them to other family members doing a kitchen remodel.

More tile and stone than you can possibly need and great service. They let us return over-ordered quantities too. Recommended.

Great job! Dynamite completed a large patio build for us. We were very pleased with the end result. We had some hiccups along the way but they were very pleasant and responsive, quickly adjusting as needed. Great sub crews too. Thank you for all the hard work and we are happily enjoying summer evenings on the new patio!
