Floors n More

Finally got my 50 yr old bathroom remodeled. Floors 'N More was fabulous to work with to modernize the old relic! They helped me choose an outstanding tile and took care of all the rest. Local Sun City company so they know the ins and outs of a Del Webb home. If you're ready for a transformation, give them a call! Totally pleased!

I can see why this family business has been around for 40 yrs....honest/top notch customer service, fantastic product and great install teams....our installers (Al and team) had a challenging project w/ our new house and did an amazing job.  Thank you for a great experience!!!!!

As always! Floors n More did one amazing job on our new home in the west Valley. They just finished our Kitchen and shower. Looks great! now we can get moved in... Really appreciate the hard work and getting done before the deadline.

There is a guy there named "Eric" (obviously lied about his name over the call) that needs a lesson in customer service. I am no professional this is why I am calling to get a quote on a job with the known sq ft, material, and demo. From the start I could tell this guy had attitude in his voice and was being condescending. I asked about including baseboards then this guy hangs up on me! Are you serious?! He does not need to be working with customers with his attitude. I guess you cant ask questions now.  People are literally paying thousands of dollars on their home and you want to catch an attitude when they ask basic qustions. Get your head out of your own A$$.

Update to the review so I just found out that the lady lied to me about the employee's name and the owner's name when I called back. Keep in mind I do have a recorded call of her stating that the guy I just talked to what name was Eric and the owner's name is the James come to find out the owner's name is named Matt Hicks. I assumed I was talking to the owner who had the attitude is initially. These are the games they are playing.

Just heard from another guy that he was unsatisfied with his job from then head poor quality and had a re-demo his job. Stay away from these ppl.

I just moved to Phoenix and bought a patio home.  Horrible floors, but Matt gave me a great deal and my floors are now gorgeous. Thank you Matt and all the support team from Floors and More!   I'll be back for more

They just finished our second project with them-kitchen floor, hall and bathroom floor.  Excellent workers and the job was completed much faster than we had estimated.  I recommend them for any project.

Oh I had wonderfully high hopes... especially when spending in excess of $20,000. We had a lot of faith and trust in this guy "Matt" with his warm smile and charming personality. Whatever you do, do not accept the "chicken scratch" illegible estimate he will offer with a that smile. I promise it will come back to bite you in the ass, when you try to call him on work that was not done. He, Matt, does nothing by computer and you are at his mercy for what he "promises" and actually delivers.

To start... promised 2 week job took 5 weeks to finish. Okay... I lived with that. My project called for 270 square feet of tile which I was charged for. Matt came up with the lame excuse that he had to purchase all the marble in a lot to get consistency. Ridiculous...190 square feet of tile that went into the trash because he said "well, you are stuck with it and I don't know what to tell you". $1,900.00 of tile trashed.
During the entire 5 week project Matt came by once at our insistence due to inconsistent work. His words to my wife and I... "You two need to get a life".
Problems started with the first plumber... couldn't get the brand new replaced bathtub in straight. When the plumber left, the tub was in crooked and Matt insisted our home was crooked. Then came the shower niche... 5 times it had to be reworked because it was not level and the sides were crooked. Replacing the bathroom floor became a nightmare because the tile installer insisted on using a jackhammer to get the old tile floor up quickly. Because of the fine dust and the failure of the tile installer to warn us or cover electronics up with plastic... within 5 minutes of getting him to stop computers, TV's, and other electronics inhaled the dust causing failure to electric components.
Ha! You would think that would be the end of it. The shower floor does not tilt toward the drain so we have to squeegee the bottom of the shower after each use. When building the niche in the bathroom, nails came through into the living room wall... so more damage. They never sealed any of the tile... I had to do it.
Word of advice... run... run and find anyone else. This is not the man or the company to allow in your home. I could write a book about this horror story... hopefully you get the idea because this is just the beginning. Thank God for the Arizona Registrar of Contractors... because I have a huge complaint.

Had a wonderful experience with Floors n More!  Got rid of the horrible Sun City fiberglass insert and tiled the bathroom. Very professional! Gerardo is a tile master. Matt and Lisa were a pleasure to work with and Chris was a delight. Great communication! Thrilled with the outcome!

My father purchased a new house and needed his Master Shower upgraded.  This is his second time using Floors n More.  There was no delay with the pandemic.  They not only have excellent customer service, high quality work, and reasonable prices.  

There was no previous shower seat, grab bars or sliding doors.  I can't thank the entire team enough for not only upgrading my father's Master shower, but ensuring his safety.  He is a Retired Marine POW/MIA Vietnam Veteran amd his safety and happiness means everything to me.

We love our new vinyl plank floors. We decided to redo complete home, including bedrooms. They look nice even after several days use.
 We started with Matt, who is very knowledgeable about flooring  materials, and the installation process. Which in turn made it easier for us to make a decision on which type of flooring best fit our needs.
 The Installers, Mark & Marie, were very professional, meticulous, and very helpful moving all items.
 Our sales representative, Patty, came by checking progress, through out the  installation. She was always very professional and easy to deal with.
 We would highly recommend Floors n More.

The entire experience was great. Linda Miller was very helpful and kept on top of things. We had them re-carpet the entire house and vinyl in the back room. The guys who did the installing were wonderful. They did it in one long day and didn't take any breaks.
I would definitely use them again and strongly recommend them.

We had an amazing experience with Floors N More installing our tile! They had Martin do our work and it came out flawless! He always showed up right on time, was extremely professional and friendly, worked super hard, absolutely nothing bad to say about the job he did. We were also satisfied overall with Floors N More and their process, the price they quoted was all we paid, no tricks up their sleeves. It was great. Choose them, you won't be disappointed!

Where do I start...? Martine, you and your brother were so wonderful to me and my family.  Thank you for being so accommodating when we needed to take the dogs outside or leave the house, all while showing us where to step :).  Thank you, Patty, for continuously checking in on the job to check the progress and my general well-being.  You are truly a gem.  This company uses in-house tile installers and they showed up every day when they said they would.  Our job was just over 1,000 square feet (the entire downstairs of our 2-story home) and they completed it in just 4 days.  Thank you Floors n More for an overall great experience.  We are in still in awe every time we come home and look at the transformation from carpet to tile! (I will post before/after pics soon)

This is my second time using Floors n More. They just got finished today with my new porcelain tile, new baseboards and new accent tile around my fireplace. They did a fantastic job on all of it. I'm so happy with the job they did. Prices are really reasonable and Matt and his crew are great to work with. Thanks to his staff for helping me pick the tile and baseboards.

Me & my husband had been shopping/looking around before we settled with Floors n More! We were wanting someone who could work with us in short timing, had a selection of floors & a good reputation. I found this company through yelp so based on reviews I decided to go visit. Upon entering we were greeted by Lisa & felt welcomed. They have nice showroom with a great selection of wood look tile. Lisa was professional & gave us some tips on selecting a tile. We were able to take some samples home to help us decide. Once we made a decision Lisa was on board & made the transition so easy. We were on the schedule with in a week. We removed carpets & tile all downstairs from our two story home it was a little over 1100 square ft job. It took 9 days in total to finish the job. Martin was an AMAZING worker!! He is knowledgeable & easy to work with. He made the stress and transition into a smooth one. Thank you Martin for helping out so much especially with moving furniture, being patient with my dogs & being so accommodating to all the changes. He knows what he's doing & works so beautifully!!! The only complaint I have which is minimal is I never received a call or visit from Matt or Patty to see how things were going throughout the process or installation. Overall I recommend this company, they're in-house tile is very different, distinct & unique!! I love my new floors!

Very pleased with the overall process from Floors N More. Would give them 10 stars if I could. If you want to be treated with respect and not a walking money sign then this is the place. They let you lead the buying process. Our material was delivered and installed promptly and we have zero complaints! Highly recommend!

We live in a $900,000 home. The master shower was leaking. We started shopping for someone that was trustworthy, reliable,good with tile/plumbing,and at a reasonable price.
Jesse is your man. He will give you a fair price. He will stay on the job until it is done. He cleans the job site up everyday. When he tells you he will be there at 9:30 am , he is there at 9:30am. He is a family man with wife and two children, not using the money to buy drugs/alcohol.

From the time I walked into the showroom, I was treated with respect.  Matt showed me various types of carpet and, since he had been to my house to measure, was able to steer me towards the kind of carpet I needed for my home.  I also worked with Patti and Lisa who were knowledgable and answered all of my ongoing questions.  I had so many questions and really didn't know anything about carpet or pads.  They were patient and shared their knowledge without hesitation.  I would highly recommed this company, in large, due to their staff.

Floors n More replaced the carpet in our three bedrooms and we could not be more pleased. Martine did an excellent job he was a complete professional and the results show! I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend anyone needing flooring work to check them out

We purchased floor tile and installation for our 1800 sq. ft. home. We were first impressed with Matt and his staff in selecting the tile which we were looking for. He and his staff were very professional and personable. They found exactly what we wanted. Their installers were the best we have encountered (and we've had tile laid in several homes previously). The installers were prompt, extremely professional and hand rubbed each tile to ensure it fit perfectly. They were prompt, cleaned up meticulously after each day and were personable. We'd definitely recommend Floors and More.

I hired Floors N More to replace my kitchen floor. After a few 'bumps in the road' my floor is beautiful.  I can only thank Richard Sr. and Richard Jr for their fine professional workmanship. also Scott for his diligent follow up with some minor problems along the way.  I give Kudos to  the 'Richards' who really know what they are doing.  You cannot go wrong with that pair on your job.  lastly, I want to thank Matt for allowing Richard  to redo my floor to perfection.

We asked Floors n More to review a complete master bedroom/bath remodel project.  After discussing our plans, Matt, with his insight and experience suggested something completely different than our plans.  Thank you very much for your suggestions.  The completed job came in ahead of schedule, thanks to his dedicated craftsmen and far exceeds our vision.  Working with Matt and his great staff (showroom and installers) was an easy and stress free experience. I have contracted this company to do work for my home out of state.  The owner Matt is so friendly and is working within our budget to give us the best quality.  The tile arrive yesterday and it is beautiful.  They have kept us informed every step of the way.  This place is top quality and amazing customer service.  Thank you Matt for your professionalism and creativity!!!

This was our second experience with Floors N More.  The first job they completed for us a few years ago turned out great.  This experience was terrible and I'm hoping to save someone else from going through the same pain we experienced hiring them.  We hired them to install tile in our master bath.  The installation was done so poorly it had to be entirely removed and redone.   We had chipped tile, tile which was pieced together because it was mismeasured and the entire layout was poor.  They were also to raise the carpet where it met the tile and did not do that correctly the first time either.  The installers were hours late on more than one occasion.  What should have been a 2 day job lasted over a month with at least 7 days of inconvenience because they couldn't do anything right the first time.  They also did not itemize their quote and tried to tell us later that work we agreed upon was not in the original contract.

Stopped by Floors n More to get flooring for my living dining area.  The sales staff was very rude and the number of items to select from were terrible along with prices that were much higher than other stores.  So disappointed!
