Best Flooring Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

After researching and going to all sorts of flooring stores, we chose Flooring America and are very happy we did.  We had 3 companies come to our house and give us an estimate.  Flooring America was the best price AND the best service.  Our flooring specialist, Greg Streeter, was knowledgeable and helpful, we didn't have to make too many decisions just pick out what we liked, then he and his fantastic team made our boring beige house beautiful (it took only 3 days).  I loved the laminate installers, they were super friendly, moved all of my heavy furniture, and did a fantastic job.  The carpet installer came in very professional and just got to work and finished in record time.  I wish we had done this sooner!!  Thank you Greg, I have and will continue to recommend you and your fabulous company to everyone.

I purchased both carpet and tile flooring. This was the BEST flooring store imaginable.  Travis went above and beyond what I would have expected from any store's customer service . They are off the charts good!!!  The prices are fantastic and the installers he recommends are the absolute greatest.  There are not enough adjectives in the English language to describe how satisfied I am with them.

I have worked with Alex and Veny several times over the last year on several different projects.  They do amazing work.  AZ Royal Granite is the only fabricator that I recommend for miter cuts and waterfall edges.

If I could give more stars I would.  Russ was the third handyman that came to look at an issue I was having with a casement window. The other people just couldn't figure it out. I almost gave up and just had the whole window replaced. Russ came in and got it fixed within 30 minutes! I am so grateful for the Job he did. The price was very fair and the service was outstanding. I will 100% use him in the future. Thank you again Russ, for your help.

Cesar and his dad make the dynamic duo. They were professional, always in constant communication and hard workers. They got it done so quickly and efficiently and stayed within our budget. Will definitely have then do our bathroom when we are ready. Highly recommend.

Q is literally the best handy man ever. Ever since the first day I hired him, he has tackled all of the crazy random jobs I've thrown at him quickly and professionally. I don't even feel right calling him a handy man as he is way more than that! On top all of that, he's super sweet. I will miss him and all of his amazing work when he leaves California. Mold is not something that you want to discover in a home. Unfortunately, at my mother in laws house, due to some water damage that had occurred a while ago from a monsoon when she was away and she got mold. Her insurance company recommended Arizona Construction and Restoration (ACR), they contacted her right away and had someone come out that day. Everyone at ACR was very professional and friendly. Having mold was really stressing her out. Once they arrived, they made her feel at ease. She is now mold free and back to better condition than before. I never knew mold was such a big health risk. If you have mold, call ACR ASAP and I'm sure they will make you as happy as they did for our family.

We hired Az Remodeling Pros to install new porcelain flooring and kitchen. The work was quite extensive as it required removal of walls, new plumbing lines, and a lot of electrical work.

The team was hard working, timely, knowledgeable, and professional. We now have the home of our dreams and the chef's kitchen that is the centerpiece of family time.

I had Builders Flooring @ Design install the tile on my new home, we had tile in 90% of the home, including our master bathroom which was a custom design with natural stone floor in the shower, full shower surround, with a large pony wall, kitchen backsplash and all the rest of the floors in the other bathrooms and main living, dining and kitchen area in our home.
We multiple tile types, especially in the master shower and bath, and a herribone design for our backsplash in the kitchen with a special mix of 40% blue, 40% grey, and 20% while for the backsplash.  
The preparation work that was done in the master shower was amazing, including the other application in the home, the main living area we used a 20"x20" high gloss if it called that tile on a diamond patter, the prep work before they installed any of the tile was right on target.  I have been in the trades for my entire life and I know what I'm looking at, and I will tell you, these guys hit the prep work on the heat!  Remember, the finish work only looks as good as the prep work.
Now as far as the finish work goes, all I can say is "Amazing", the attention to detail was awesome, the cuts for the master bathroom on the outside corner of the pony wall had to be 45% outside corners and they were perfect, the floor in the master bath was natural river rock and the layout and grout around the floor drain were perfect, looks just like it should.
The backsplash in the kitchen is another "WOW" anyone that comes to our home, is amazed at how it looks, the cuts, the edge work and the grout work are absolutely breathtaking, no exaggeration.  It just looks that good.  The main floor and tile work are amazing also when you walk into our home, it looks very classy and very elegant, and the fine details of cuts around the doors, and inside and outside corners are perfect.  Again the grout work is everything on a large tile job and they nailed it.
Our experience did not just happen at the jobsite, the attention to customer needs and planning and design center help at their offices was beyond anything we experienced with any of the other trades.  Nick and Katheryn were very knowledgeable and helpful.
I am a very picky tradesperson, and I seriously have not one thing bad to say about the whole experience with Builders Flooring & Design.  
I recommend this company to anyone and have nothing but great things to say about their product!

Just completed a full master bath remodel with K&B. Very pleased with the results. Tyson and crew did an excellent job. Workers were efficient, professional and clean. Including wearing masks when appropriate. They were flexible and helpful in both functional and design recommendations. Pricing was clear and competitive. I highly recommend adding K&B to your contact list if you're in the market for any remodeling project, big or small.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

I had an outdoor patio wall commissioned through them and it came out spectacular! They put up the wall quickly and efficiently, and I was really impressed with the work! Will be returning to finish patio floor and likely much more!

I just got off the phone with Shane's dad and told him I was almost in tears...with joy that is. My countertops far exceeded my expectations. Our remodel took a down turn when the original one we chose (two months ago) turned out to be out of stock at another store we were doing business with. After checking yelp my daughter found Apache Tile Outlet. Shane was very helpful and professional. From start to finish we had our countertops within less than 2 weeks. Jesus and his crew were wonderful...please,if anyone is looking for the best price & satisfaction in Phoenix check them out.

This started out so good, but they dropped the ball. Manager Jim Pollack was great. Super nice, really informed, and found the perfect carpet for us. The problem is with installation. They didn't finish the job on the first day and now, to weeks later, we still don't have our last closet done. Installation manager Gabriel is a terrible communicator. He doesn't return calls and no-showed to finish the job two days in a row. Absolutely ruined what had been a good experience.

I had I Clean Carpets come to clean the carpets in my rental property. They got out stains that I thought would never come out. They do very good work and I will be using them for carpet cleaning jobs in the future.

After having a nightmare contractor for some other projects, Allen and Ali at HC were a breath of fresh air. Prompt communication and estimate. Transparent with what was being covered or added. Price quoted is what we paid for and was comparable to other quotes we received. Plus, they were able to take care of everything we wanted. The bathroom remodel they did is by far of higher quality than the other bathroom we had done by another contractor. The communication was excellent and our opinions were always asked throughout the project. Allen was great but even better was who was actually doing the work, Ali. He came on time every single day. He was thorough, polite, meticulous, and so easy to get along with. We had full trust he knew what he was doing and he gave us good insight in what would work for our layout. Hands down he was the best guy to work with. We did a full bath remodel (full demo with changing footprint of shower, removing drop in tub and replacing with freestanding, new cabinets/countertops/fixtures, removal of old linen cabinet and building of new linen closet, tile, etc). Can't wait to use them again for another project!  Thanks guys!

I had a water leak under the floor in my bathroom resulting in the entire bathroom having to be ripped out. Shower, tub, floor drywall, etc. Patterson homes did an incredible job of putting it all back together and I have to give special kudos to Spencer who is so great to work with. Any time I needed to get a hold of him I would text and he would respond right away. He was totally on top of all the contractors that had to come and go for various parts of the repair/renovation. I really appreciate all the effort he put into getting this bathroom repairedand it's now better than it was before.

Highly satisfied first time customer! I found Express Flooring at a home and garden show. The gentlemen were happy and perky at the booth, which was nice compared to some other vendors who shrugged me off, losing a sale. The in home quote process was relaxed and straight forward. No high pressure. I told them what I wanted to spend and they gave me several options to choose from, which was nice because I wanted to stretch my project budget as far as possible in my new house. Single mom, first time home owner. I was super impressed with scheduling, and they were able to accommodate my days off within a week's time.
