- Started with a pleasant phone call to get an in-home estimate.
- Sales rep arrived on time. He was very pleasant, presented all options and gave me a very fair and competitive price. I was impressed enough to sign up on the spot, didn't event care about getting other quotes at that point.
- Crew arrived on time, were all very pleasant and did a PHENOMENAL job. My tiles never looked better. What a difference does recoloring the grout makes. It looks like I have new flooring now. I am in love with my travertine tiles now and to think that only a few days ago I was thinking of demoing and replacing all of it! I am so glad I didn't.
Overall this company is very highly recommended. They are very punctual, they do a great job, and they do it all (Cleaning, polishing, grout recoloring, fixing chips..etc).
A year later and a lot of the grout in the tile shower is failing -- I had hoped for a longer term solution.
We were very pleased with the look and feel of our clean tile and stained grout.

We had a miscommunication with our flooring company and got white grout with our wood-style title. To make wood-style tile look like a hardwood floor, you need grout that matches the tile's color. Brian from Sir Grout gave me a very reasonable quote to recolor all 1,500 sf of the grout. They moved all the furniture, scrubbed the tile clean, and put everything back. After they left, I found two closet floors that were missed, and they came back within a few days and got those too. I would use Sir Grout in the future! And will continue to keep my tile looking great!

Brian & team did a fantastic job at refreshing the look of our Saltillo tile floor. They gave it a good cleaning, changed the grout (to a color complementary to the tiles, per our preference) and re-sealed the whole thing. The floor now looks amazing! So glossy and bright.
Dealing with everyone on the team was nice and easy as well. They are professional and continually responsive to our needs. We also like the fact that the job was completed exactly as scheduled

Sir Grout did excellent work. They arrived on time and evaluated what was needed and went straight to work. I liked that they had all the materials needed on their truck and finished quickly. I asked them to come back to do some additional work, which was also done very well.
Sir Grout did a wonderful job redoing the color of our grout and sealing our travertine. We have thick grout lines that are impossible to keep clean and they've brought it back to its original look. I'm so happy with the results!

Sorry this did not work out. They could not find a flexible grout with the right color (though another company found it, and I found it at Lowe's!) and left me in the lurch, pulling out right before we were about to make final arrangements.
This company made the home look amazing! You can paint and get new carpet but it doesn't look fresh and clean until the grout and tile is done. They were prompt, responsive, and polite. They repaired places of missing grout as well as discolored grout. I would recommend to anyone looking for cleaning or repair!

I have been really happy with my interactions and the service provided by Sir Grout. I think Brian is the real deal - he's honest and thorough in his communications and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company!
The guys were great and very pleasant. I think my expectations were higher than the actual results we got. Not sure if that's the job that was performed or just how it is. One thing I didn't plan for and am certainly not thrilled about is how the cleaning equipment scratched all of our baseboards throughout our home. Now either I have to sand and repaint or hire someone else to do it.
I hired Sir Grout after I saw their flyer ad/coupon but was hesitant at first because the name seemed a bit unusual. I decided to give a call, so Brian came over for my estimate and was so willing to work with me because I am very particular but he was not bothered by any of my questions, demands and additional grout services needed at the edge of all my baseboards and even my granite counter back splash . I ended up scheduling their services this week!
Brady arrived promptly and was very professional and knowledgeable and he knew exactly what needed to get done! I was worried about my new carpet so he covered and taped off all the areas needed. Zachary also assisted and what great Teamwork!
My Travertine Floors look amazing and I can see my reflection in them. Thank you for you hard work and dedication in satisfying your customers!

After 8 years as a rental unit we decided to make our condo our home. One of the eyesores from wear and tear was the kitchen floor. No matter what I did - scrubbing or even bleaching - didn't make a difference. Enter Sir Grout.
Brian was consistently courteous and punctual when he came to give an estimate and when the work was done. I was a bit concerned that after the job was completed he needed to come back for a touch up. His response was immediate. And as you can see, the results are amazing as the photos attest!

We were able to make an appointment quickly for Brian to come to the house to provide a quote. We had gotten three quotes but didn't feel like the other two companies were quoting our square footage accurately. Brian was professional and flexible with scheduling.
The team who came out did a great job on our travertine floor (throughout most of the house). Brady is quite knowledgeable about travertine and the care needed so we learned how to best care for our floors between services. The team cleaned all of our tile and hand scrubbed the grout lines before sealing everything. They also filled in some holes that needed additional grout.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the hoses they used kept hitting the corners of my walls and baseboards which I had to clean when they were gone. I also needed to clean overspray off the baseboards and my bottom cabinets/kick plates in the baths and kitchen. Hard not to have that with the machines they use.
I gave this feedback directly to Brian and he was quite receptive to hearing my suggestions for even better service in the future. We will definitely call Sir Grout again when we need a refresh and new sealing.

When they say they will spend the entire day working on your floors they mean it. The crew were so meticulous. Cleaning, coloring and sealing; then buffing the floor.. it never looked so good. And sure enough my old grout developed some cracks, so I called them about it and Brian was out and went over every inch to make sure all was looking great. I recommend this service to anyone that wants a professional job!
Sir Grout was super professional. We took out an old vanity and wanted to replace it with a free standing vanity. Basically we had a dozen or so tiles which needed to be replaced. He came by to give us a quote and had someone here within a day to help us fix the problem. Worked with us on the price and we were grateful! We will have them come back to do the next bathroom.
I had some grout issues with the various tile in my home - grout missing in places from the floor tile, and hairline cracks developing in the shower and tub enclosure grout.
Brian came out and evaluated the situation and recommended various treatments for each situation - epoxy for the shower, caulk for the tub, and simply adding grout to the areas where it was missing from the floor. Brian was very responsive and Brady performed the work while i was work. After the work was completed, Brian came back for some minor touch ups and i am totally satisfied.
This will be the only company I will use to clean my ceramic tile, Travertine and Granite! They did an outstanding job on my very dirty kitchen floor. They applied new color with a sealant to the grout on my floor and it looks like a new installation. They also repaired grout in my travertine shower, cleaned and sealed. Brian came out and gave a super competitive quote and his guys arrived and were very professional.

I was very pleased with the work, it looks look like I got new tile and grout, when they only replaced one cracked tile, fixed corners of my shower where the grout started to get bad and fixed thThey changed the color of my shower grout and floor as I requested, it looks great. I highly recommend them especially people who don't want the expense to remodel the bathroom but want to make it look good again, this is the business that can do it for you, Sir Grout.
It still looks great after 3 months, I'm still pleased with the work!!
I received several quotes to clean and seal my granite and travertine that I thought were exorbitant. Then I turned to Yelp and Sir Grout was the only company that returned my request for a quotation. I sent them pictures, and they gave me a much more reasonable price. So I called to find out why. I love this company, we have used them twice now and they do such a good job! We have a tile shower and the tile keep popping up and the grout keeps breaking. Not their fault but the original installers did a bad job. Sir Grout has done such a great job of fixing it and cleaning/restaining the grout. Highly recommend them.

Our experience with Sir Grout could not have been any better. Brian, the owner came out to the house for a quote to clean our porcelain tile and grout promptly and on time. His estimate of square footage was accurate and his quote was fair and in line with another quote I received. We decided to have Sir Grout perform the cleaning based on great reviews, accredited BBB and Arizona Licensed Contractor. The Technicians, Zach and Juan, arrived on time. They were courteous and professional. They explained the process and communicated as they progressed with the cleaning. Brian and his crew went above and beyond to fix my nasty master bathroom grout that looked like it was never cleaned since it was built. They had fair prices, got the job fixed fast, were honest, and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. To prepare our home for sale, we needed to get the master bath shower fixed up. After almost 20 years, the grout was beginning to crumble and the tile was pretty dingy. Brian and his team did an amazing job! First, Brian was out to assess the quote the job within hours of my first call. Once we scheduled the work, they were here on time and got the work done quickly and without drama. I was consulted throughout the process to make sure it was going as expected. The final result is beautiful. Now I kind of wish we weren't selling because we now have a beautiful shower!!!

I am really happy with the job Sir Grout did on my slate walk-in shower. The walls needed its regular clean and reseal. Brian came and did an estimate and it was a fair price. The tech was a nice, polite young man who did a terrific job on the slate. I am really happy with the result. The natural blue/green beauty of the slate reemerged! Thanks so much.
We were looking to have 10 year old stone floors cleaned and sealed. When I first got the quote I thought it was a little high but after checking around it was right in line. Brian did an excellent job. Unfortunately, the sealing process brought out some old carpet tape marks on the stone that the previous seller had left. We were very stressed and Bryan came back out personally to do some extra works on the marks. While it wasn't perfect, we were satisfied with the overall job. I'd use Sir Grout again for sure.
I got a quote from Sir Grout in 2015 but went with another company. I called that company back at the time to redo some areas. I could have called then back a third to make it right. When it was time to clean and seal again, Sir Grout came to mind. I gave Brian a call ( the owner) to set service. I received a confirmation call from Brian a week prior and an arrival call from Juan, the service tech. Juan inspected the work that needed to be done then gave me a copy of the work order prior to starting the job which was appreciated. I was able to read it over as he began work. I received tile/grout, granite and kitchen backsplash cleaning and sealing. A loose tile and missing grout was also repaired. The job done was very thorough. It is understandable why Sir Grout has earned so many awards and recognition. Sir Grout got it right the first time! Thank you Sir Grout for making my 17 year old tile look new again!
So I was back and forth for leaving a review and in the end I feel at least some of the story needs to be told. We have travertine tiles and there was a topical wax left from previous owners that needed to get stripped. Needless to say this was a tough job. There was some hick ups along the way, but the true character of the owner shined through. For everything that happened, and details of that are not important, the owner got 10 stars for top notch customer service. I gave 4 stars due to what happened balanced with excellent customer service. The important thing is with all that happened i am not scared to refer them or use them again and hope to do business as needed in the future.
The first team that came out didn't do a great job. But Brian sent out the natural stone guy and he recleaned the floor and refilled the holes, no additional charge. We're really happy with the results. We'll call them again when ready to clean and seal the floor again.

We have stone showers and countertops in our bathrooms that needed a good hone, clean and seal. Brian was very easy to get a hold of on yelp. He was also a very fair price. I wish I could remember the name of the man who came to clean our showers, he showed up on time and worked for seven hours! We really appreciated the wonderful customer service and the job well done. Brian S, the owner, not only did an amazing job at a fantastic price, he is the most ethical businessman I've dealt with here in AZ. I have all travertine floors and Brian and his team filled holes, sealed the edges, and polished my floor so it looks like new. He even recommended a sheen level that would be best with my dog ban unfortunate mistake happened where one of his workers scratched my dining room table. While some tradespeople might ignore it or try to cover it up Brian called me right away, vowed to make it right, and paid for a professional repair at the place of my choosing. Mistakes happen and I was mightily impressed by how he handled it. Combine the great work he did on my floors with that level of honesty and you have a winning combination. I would HIGHLY recommend Sir Grout under Brian S's ownership. He's the real deal!!
I'm happy with the result. I've got ceramic and natural stone and the finished product looks great. Really wanted a consistent color in the grout and the team did it. They were efficient and on time. Zack did a good job and I'd trust them to do other work for me, hopefully a long time down the road.
Brian and team did a great job on our large marble island. Pricing was also very competitive. I would/will use them again!
We had our tile floors cleaned, colored and sealed by Sir Grout and we love the results. The floor basically looks brand new again after 5 years of wear and dirt. They also gave us good advice to use a PH Neutral cleaner to keep the floor clean and sealed. The guys were on time, friendly and the price was soon much cheaper than trying to re-grout or replace the tiles.
These guys are the best!! My marble floors look amazing!! 3 guys for 2 days until the job was done. Extremely professional and respectful to my home. Will definitely use them in the future.

Great to work with, and for a reasonable price. I appreciated Brian getting back to my request so quickly when we needed the job done right away, we had them there that afternoon completing the job. They also went above and beyond and fixed a problem, outside of my shower that needed some extra grout repair. My shower was a mess, and looks great now! 10/10!!!

I just had Zack and Juan in my home cleaning my kitchen floors. They did an excellent job!! Some areas needed extra TLC and they provided that. Sir Grout cleaned and color sealed my ceramic tile last week. OMG...what a difference! It looks like new tile. My big question was what is the difference between Sir Grout and the other companies that charge a lot less. Well, I can tell you, you will not be disappointed if you hire Sir Grout. Brian is the owner. He came in, measured, told me the process and timing. He did exactly what he said they would. Showed up on time, cleaned, color sealed and buffed my tile. It looks AMAZING. Do yourself a favor...pay the extra money. Professional, do what they promise and follow up after the job is finished. You can't ask more than that!

Best tile cleaning service ever! I can't say good enough things about Sir Grout. They have done all the grout work in my investment homes and have helped me out a lot. It's so amazing I'm recommending them to all my real estate friends in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
