Just moved to Phoenix and needed a rug for my living room.  Stephen was an incredible help in helping me choose colors and order the correct size.  As a customer, I love having my questions answered and shown all my choices of products without feeling pressured to buy.  Baker Brothers treats the buyer with respect and has an incredible selection of flooring of all types.  I will definitely return to this clean, well-organized store with fabulous employees.   I am excited for my new rug to arrive next week.

From the moment we walked in the store til after installation we've had nothing but great service. Roy is an excellent design consultant and takes great pride in helping you every step of the way. Roy Bracamonte deserves a raise and or promotion for how excellent he is! We had great experiences with Baker Bros, from the showroom and designer (Roy) to anyone we spoke with on the phone and all of the installation teams. We are beyond satisfied with the outcome! (We had 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a kitchen/dining tile install remodel) I am certain, based on extensive experience, this would not have been the case with big box stores. They are good resources (Lowes, HD) but flooring can be difficult to choose and install. Baker Bros does both well. Thank you!!!

We stopped in the store to order carpet.  I couldn't recommend Roy more! I told him exactly what I was looking for, he pulled samples, explained what he recommended about the selections, and wrote up our order efficiently.

We love our new carpeting! Choosing the carpeting was a little overwhelming, but Kim asked all the right questions to help us find just what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable and made the process fun! The installation was perfect and we are very happy with the result!

Comment on the owner's response. The fact that they refused to provide an itemized list of quantities and prices of materials in conjunction with the 1000$ increase led me to the obvious conclusion that there was some hidding price padding in the contracted price. What honest business won't tell you how much you are paying for materials? Shame on you!

Working with Steve made our shopping experience easy and pleasant.   He spent a lot of time with us, listening to our needs and requirements, made suggestions, informed us of the differences in material and manufacturers, and most importantly addressed all pricing components and researched all avenues to give us the best price for our selected product.   Steve is a subject matter expert in this field and very personable.  The carpet we eventually selected and the installation process exceeded our expectations.  Overall, extremely happy with our experience.  Thanks again Steve!

I keep saying, "I can't believe it." Baker Brothers is amazing. For 20 years I put up with an extremely uneven concrete floor in my master bedroom. (The result of a remodel by the previous homeowner. Long story.) But Baker Brothers came in and leveled it all out and installed the most beautiful wood flooring. I'm very grateful to Steve at the Camelback location who worked everything out, from flooring choice to completed installation. And to the two installers who were professional and very talented. Every time I walk into  the room now my first thought is, "I can't believe it" (but I repeat myself). The floor is flat and even and the wood flooring is absolutely beautiful!

Two excellent installers completed my installation in two days - heavy furniture required the extra day.  Carpeting is best quality I could find anywhere!

Because of a leak in the master shower, water went through and ruined the carpet in our master bedroom. Having previously purchased Karastan carpet from Baker Bros., I called them first and spoke with Kelsea Beaulieu. She was very personable and said that she could be at our home the next business day, and she was. I had selected several carpets that I liked on their website and asked that she bring a sample, which she did. I immediately liked my first choice and placed the order. We received our check from State Farm (yeah State Farm) and the carpet arrived within two weeks and was beautifully installed. Yeah to Baker Bros. for having a very extensive selection on their website and then to Kelsea for her attention to detail in coordinating everything. Also, kudos to the installers, as well.

I was looking for good quality carpet and I happened to pass by the Baker Bros store. Steve was very knowledgeable in helping me select the perfect carpet for my bedrooms. Steve was patient with me as I had to bring several samples home to find the perfect color match. Installation day was a breeze; installers were timely and polite and didn't leave a mess. Keep up the great work Baker Bros!! I highly recommend this company and I'll be back if I need additional flooring needs! Thank you again!

I recently had occasion to use the Coldwell Banker Concierge Service to find an electrician and get an area of our home carpeted. I'll share my impressions:

CARPETING. We wanted to install carpeting in the raised entrance area of our new home because the cork flooring made it difficult to distinguish the step down into the living room, guest bath, and master bedroom.

First we contacted a well-known big box store. We chose the carpet and upgraded pad and they sent a guy to do measurements a couple days later. After that, it was like talking to a post. The quote was wrong (figures didn't add up and carpet layout ensured maximum waste), communication nonexistent, and--while we said we had our big boy pants on and if the job were too small we'd understand--they insisted they were on the case. Then they wanted several hundred more dollars to remove the cork tile and haul it off; an estimate based on gross carpet size rather than the area of tile to be removed!  

Then we looked on the Coldwell Banker concierge service site and found Baker Brothers Floor Covering, Inc. Chris Rosewell contacted us immediately, came over to look at the job, confirmed with his installers that the carpet could be glued directly to the cork, and set up an installation date. He emailed the contract, we signed it, and last Friday set up an install for yesterday, Tuesday, February 6.  His crew was here yesterday right when they said they'd be here, installed the carpet, and we couldn't be more pleased.  

And the installation was less than half the big box's quoted price. Please let Chris Rosewell know that we'd highly recommend Baker Brothers.
