Best Flooring Contractors in Phoenix, AZ
We literally love our floors! With this being a big expense and a huge decision we felt comfortable the entire time! We were quoted 2 weeks for delivery but our floor was delivered in less than a week! The install was done amazingly and in record time as well!

I used Larry and the crew at AZ Floor to do laminate and carpeting at my mother's home, and laminate at my home several years ago. They were less expensive than everywhere else I looked and the crew was professional, clean and quick for both jobs. They even came in on short notice about a year later and fixed a portion of the floor after I had a small flood. I was so impressed, I called him again to redo the flooring in the rest of my house this year. Little did I know that the laminate I wanted to extend into other rooms is no longer manufactured, but he went on the hunt and found the last boxes in the country in a warehouse! I highly recommend AZ Floor!

Bryce at HBO Construction was great! He was responsive, on time, and did great work on our bathroom shower.
After several estimates, we knew Bryce was the guy for the job. He was fair and knowledgeable without giving us a crazy dollar amount to do the job.
10/10 will be recommending him to our friends and family!

We are so happy with the look of our floors, especially the kitchen floor.
My husband was set on tearing out the tile in the kitchen, but Rob (and team) made it look so beautiful with a much more affordable, timely, and comfortable approach than my husband's upgrade idea.
We will have the team out to work their magic on the rest of the house in the near future.
Oh I forgot to mention that we previously had Rob's team fix and brighten every tile counter, including the grout. Of course all of these surfaces look fantastic.
They really added a special sparkle to our entire hacienda.

We hired RH Design and Build to build out our office inside of our garage. They did a phenomenal job. We couldn't be happier with the results. The communication was awesome and the pricing was under a few other bids that I had requested. We plan on using them again for a larger project down the line.

My wife and I were referred to EVF by a friend. We called to get a price quote to carpet the master bedroom, the owner Von came out to the house same day and gave us a fair and honest quote. Just because I like to know the market I had two other flooring companies come out and quote the same space, they were pricier with a cheaper carpet and pad. So we called Von and his crew was over the next week. The carpet went in and looked fantastic, Von even stopped by to make sure the work was up to par. Couldn't say enough about the good honest service that is so hard to come by these days. We are having our two guestrooms carpeted next week with East Valley Flooring and will continue to go for our flooring and counter top needs in the future.

Ken Armstrong of Armstrong Innovations: FRAUD ALERT for custom kitchen and bathroom remodel. The old common contractor practice of fraud is alive and well, and I found it in Anthem, AZ. He's an underskilled laborer who took our money and hired another equally unskilled subcontractor, and together, they ruined all 3 of our expensive countertops. Ken's highly distracted and disorganized, and has enormous difficulty staying on any task, so he didn't, with us. He instead started something else, and never quite finished anything he started, but he had no problem asking for lots more money for his shoddy workmanship while overcharging by thousands. He kept and hid the receipts to himself, despite more than one request for them, leading to suspicion about his questionable business practices, since he already lied to us about his availability and about showing up for work, and he had covered the damaged wood he installed in our home with blue tape over it. He called this "custom design." We would soon discover that we had legitimate reason to confirm our suspicion was true, and to fire him, to prevent further financial loss. "It's no big deal" not to show up for work, he said, with a childish, unprofessional excuse, representing the best of what I saw of his business acumen. He's excessively arrogant about what he does badly, and he did it all badly. From the brown water discharge from my new plumbing he installed, to the white tile he poorly grouted and failed to correct, to the stone flooring he discolored with his dirty sealant, to the damaged and scarred wood he installed, to the pocket door he hung wrong per installation instructions he didn't read, to the countertop fiasco with no one using published installation instructions, resulting in uneven and unlevel and unusable surfaces, and to all other numerous issues he created for himself, he blamed his blatant installation errors on everything else BUT himself, offering faulty logic for his costly shortcomings, never admitting he grossly misrepresented his capabilities, and himself as a reputable businessman. He walked off our job during his subcontractor's countertop installation, so he could bid on another project. I watched as no level and no measuring tape was used, resulting in a sloppy countertop I can't use because of gross height and leveling deficiencies. "That's just crazy", he said, when I inquired about his need to measure the range for its custom height requirements in preparation for the countertop installation. Putting countertops on before putting cabinet doors on was one of his very bad judgments. "Trust me", he said about his countertop subcontractor, whose last name and business card he withheld from us when asked, so that we could follow up with our Silestone 15 year warranty that we will never see that he failed to produce for us after we paid for the material and the installation. While he was hired to work with us, he was evasive and unavailable. He offered us whatever we asked for in our custom design, then told us he had lots of experience with it, then left us completely inconvenienced with poor attendance, poor quality work, and failing to honor his word of being available to us for his assistance with our custom project. He offered to spend some of his contracted time picking up and delivering our tub, toilets, and larger purchases for us, but, he left us to do it for ourselves. He said that he would help us with design ideas and specific material selections for our custom design, but didn't, then rudely blamed us for delaying him, leaving us hanging and causing us further delays, such that we had to ask for the face to face meeting with him in writing, that he refused. He refused to guarantee his work, and then insulted us before asking us for 4500 more dollars the next day. He made excuses for the 3940.00 problem he created with the countertops, then walked away from the project. Completely abandoned with no contact for over two weeks, he left us with poor workmanship and leaky plumbing and no cabinet doors. He cashed our 5000 dollar check without depositing any of it. "When is Ken coming back from vacation?" asked one of his subcontractors, during the time period he was given to fix the identified errors in our home, while time ticked away towards his given deadline. His lack of integrity and ability to follow through with his approaching deadlines describe his style. You deserve to know in advance that he doesn't make his own cabinet doors, but he never told us that until just before he abandoned the project, when we confronted him about his poor quality work and asked for that face to face meeting that he refused. This dog is not worth the filing fee to take to court, but I'd love to show a jury the pictures and video of what he thinks is good work. Underskilled, unethical, and blatantly dishonest is what we experienced. Countertop subcontractor works for business whose license is suspended by ROC.

Mike and his team did and excellent job removing our tile floor! I called around and got pricing and some of the estimates were ridiculous for price per sq ft for dust free removal. Mike was fair priced, friendly and responsive. His team showed up exactly when they said they would (like on the dot) and they finished the job exactly when Mike estimated (again on the dot!) simply amazing. We had a lot of tile removed and the job was very clean! Our tile installers were impressed with how nicely the removal was done and the floor prepped for install. We would recommend Mike, Mike Jr and the Dustbusters guys to anyone for dustless floor removal.

Ok we paid this company to come out and do the houses. On each job there was poor finish work such as stain and polyurethane all over the place. It is just as if they had the guy who is low man on the job do the last part of the job and he hated his work. Additionally wood was placed around the commode in the bathroom and it caved in. Got promises they would come back to fix or at least look at it and made appointments with them. Just lip service they never came back. Do NOT Use. You want your Flores done by someone who cares about quality and good clean up.

I honestly wish I could give NO stars, on this review. When I say this is the WORST company I have ever dealt with it's an understatement!! These guys are crooks!! We hired them to install a limestone LVT throughout our home. Shortly after the initial install we started to notice areas of deflection throughout the whole house. We called, and they sent out two guys to fix the issue with 2 boxes of LVT. Despite the language barrier, we managed to communicate that the problem was throughout the whole house. The installers walked the house and agreed. The installers called the project manager (Milo) to let him know it wasn't just a few areas, it was the entire job. They left and said someone from the office would be in touch to reschedule. A week passed, no call. I called the office and no one seemed to know anything about it. We scheduled a new date to have someone come out to fix the floors. On the scheduled date same story, two guys show up with 4 boxes of flooring to fix the whole house. Again, we try to explain to these guys that it's not just a few spots it's the whole house. They walk the house and agree. Another call to the project manager (Milo). They explain to him that it's the whole job that needs to be redone. He disagrees and schedules himself to come out a week later. He shows up a week later with another guy to walk the job. He states that the installers just didn't leave enough room for the floating floor to move therefore it caused the deflection. He says the office will be in touch in a couple of days to schedule a day to fix the floor again. The next team of guys to show up with 6 boxes of flooring.. (By now you can see where this is going). We explain that 6 boxes of flooring is not going to be enough to do this job as the problem is throughout the entire house. Finally, Milo agrees to replace about 80% of the flooring. A team of 3 guys show up and tears out about 80% of the bad flooring, and lay new flooring. Hallelujah, right?? Nope, after 3 weeks we start to notice deflection in the new floor. We call the office again after several lengthy phone calls to the office I speak to another guy who agrees to send out a third party inspector to check the job. I call and get that scheduled for 3 weeks from that day. The inspector shows up and performs many tests, walks the entire house asks all kinds of questions. Finally, he says okay I'm all done, healthy home flooring should receive a copy of the report from Shaw (the LVT maker) in about a week or two. A week and a half later I call healthy home flooring to see if they had received the report back yet. Giovanni stated they had not, but he would call and find out the status and give us a call back the next day. He calls back the following day and says that the report indicates that we have a moisture issue in our home and that's why the floor is failing, and if we want it replaced again we would have to pay to have it installed again. I contacted Shaw to request a copy of the report and find out why this product was failing in my house. Two different ladies that I spoke to at Shaw stated that Shaw requires a moisture test be performed prior to install with their flooring products. That was interesting, considering no such test was ever done in our house prior to the installation. Nor was there a moisture plastic barrier put down prior to install. Long story long I'm out $9000. And I had to buy new flooring again! If you're looking for a reputable flooring company, Don't walk... RUN fast away from these swindlers! DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON READING REVIEWS AND DON'T sign a contract without reading the fine print!!

The guy can lay tile but didn't complete the entire job we paid him to do. He's extremely unreliable. We paid him up front for work and he didn't complete the job but never reimbursemed us the money we gave him. Very disappointed. Don't recommend.
