Look folks.  I rarely if ever give on-line reviews.  But I just had an amazing customer service experience with Adrian at Dependable Water Heaters.  I have a very high bar since I run a Consulting firm and deal with hundreds of clients a month.  From start to finish, the service was superb.  My old water heater decided to crap out on a Monday afternoon.  I don't have a go-to plumber, so I quickly did so research on Yelp to look at water heater repair companies in my area.  Most reviews were spotty at best.  Then I ran across the Dependable Water Heater company.  At first, like many of you, I was skeptical of all the glowing reviews, but I kept reading.  By the time I found this company, it was 8pm at night.  I realized Adrian takes calls/texts in the evening and I said, what the heck, and texted him.  For the next 2+ hours, we texted back and forth, taking pictures and responding to his questions.  In the end, we determined I needed a new water heater.  He said he could be at my house at 9am THE NEXT MORNING and would install the new unit and discard the old one.  Again, I was a bit skeptical, but went ahead and booked the appointment.  A few minutes before 9am, Adrian texted to say he was running a bit behind and would be there in 22 minutes.  22 minutes later, he showed up.  It took about 1.5 hours, but he completed the work, cleaned up the floor where the ugly brown water had leaked, and hauled away the old one.  He gave me some instruction on the pilot light and a few other things, wrote his name and phone # on the tank and said call me ANYTIME if I have questions.  I happily wrote him a check and he was on his way.  I've already told several people I have the best water heater guy if they ever need one.  I'm sure I'll be recommending Adrian many times in the years to come.

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. Def highly recommended!

Our four year old flushed a hair comb down the toilet on Saturday night. I wanted to get the resulting clog taken care of ASAP and reached out to numerous companies. William responded within the hour and booked us for the following afternoon, on a Sunday no less!

Not only did William manage to fix the clog quickly, he patiently explained the steps he took and the tools he used to save us money down the line when this all but inevitably happens again (because 4 year olds...). He genuinely wanted us to feel confident fixing or at least attempting to fix the issues that we reasonably can. I so appreciate this because as a homeowner, you want to have a set of basic skills to help in a pinch.

I had water coming out from underneath my toilet. I called a few places, but Juan answered right away and was at my house within an hour. He figured out the problem right away and his price was decent. He also gave me advice on preventative measures.

I reached out to Nick for help with a jammed garbage disposal. Nick for extremely responsive throughout our interaction. He managed to remotely troubleshoot and fix the disposal. If you have anything that needs fixing, Nick's the man!

The owner Russell and his apprentice Kirk were here quickly, worked with me to come up with a fair price, and then went above and beyond the scope of work. I highly recommend them.

I've had really good  experiences with KVN plumbing. They come when they say, The work is done professionally and I never have to wait around for them. The customer service is amazing and they are always friendly. I have had multiple problems in the past  year when I have requested their service and they have always done an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

This company is ultra responsive, and make themselves available almost immediately.
I've used them twice over the past month on different properties and they are excellent.
They're quick to respond and quicker at diagnosis ing the plumbing issue - resolve everything at a really good price point.

4 1/2 stars rounded up.  In this day and age where plumbers like Barnett and others in LIvermore, routinely ask for $4-$600 or more per man / hour, Reed plumbing was downright reasonable.  They tried to fit us in on short notice and did.  Plumbed in 4 sinks into newly installed countertops.  Two of the sinks had tiny leaks, one because of the plastic drain pipe is hard to tighten around just right.  They came back first thing in the AM, fixed one and came again a day later for a third time for the hard to fix plastic drain pipe.  They lost half a star for not wearing booties on the carpeting automatically, but I guess even that is a pretty hard knock, but I did round up. Marco, always courteous, professional, and helpful.

My GD finally died.  They were able to come out same day.  I already had a new one so they only needed to install.  Very quick and I'm back in my sink.

I requested a last minute repair for my rental property and this company was quick to get back to me . They have reasonable pricing .I appreciated that he was able to work with my tenants schedule and get the job done  asap. I will definitely recommend this company.

Art answered the phone and was able to be at my house within an hour! He quickly identified the issue and went to work. An hour later the backup in our line was cleared and he was on his way. He was prompt, courteous, clean and efficient. Highly recommended.

I just had my garbage disposal cleared.  After Hour Plumbing & Drain was the first one to be available and performed the service the same day I called.  Tyler did a perfect job and was pleasant, efficient and clean.  He was masked and had gloves on as well as booties.  He came when expected and explained the work since I was interested.  The price was right as well.  I would recommend this business for sure!

Max serviced my furnace and noticed issues with my water heater. Phil was here today and serviced my water heater. All this within one week, the office staff is responsive to calls for appointments, they have pleasant talented service techs and do clean, quality repairs. I have them on my calendar for an annual service next year!

i got a new washer and gas dryer then realized i needed all the water and gas pipes done. i called josh and his crew they came out on date on time as expected ready to work. very friendly and professional. i am how you can say a little ocd and i was amazed how centered and level everything was when i came out and i think my yard was cleaner than when they got there. i trust these guys to do all my plumbing work home and business  and know that it will be done up and above normal standards.

We had Frank from Benjamin Franklin plumbing come out to fix our dish washer and he was great, fast, and wonderful to work with. We also happened to ask about this terrible noise that our pipes were making, and he fixed it quickly (and cheaply). We also appreciated that Frank came quickly to our house to fix everything. We had first called other plumbers in the area but were either cancelled on or they didn't show up. I did read the other reviews and see there might be some problems with the company itself, but Frank was great!!
