The owner of this company is great and extremely knowledgeable guy and he spent as much time as it was necessary  to address our problem . Very highly recommend this company.

The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

I feel that Plumb Tech is a very trustworthy company. I called Ivan for an issue I was having with a water heater. Instead of immediately sending someone over and charging me a diagnostic fee, he took the time to walk through the problem I was having with my water heater and walking me through all of the possible scenarios.
Turns out the pilot light just needed to get lit.
I will definitely call them for my future plumbing needs.

They were out fast to fix the problem and were good on the rate. Not many family owned and operated business are around anymore.  They also give senior discounts.

I've used this company twice (once to fix my leaking pipes in the crawl space and to troubleshoot water heater) and they are very responsive. Today, Juan came by and taught me how to troubleshoot my water heater as I wasn't receiving hot water. He was very nice and informative. I will use them again.

I reached out to Nick for help with a jammed garbage disposal. Nick for extremely responsive throughout our interaction. He managed to remotely troubleshoot and fix the disposal. If you have anything that needs fixing, Nick's the man!

When working with contractor's of all kinds you rarely find someone that is both competent and honest.  And many times they will leave a big mess when they are done.  Russell and his team were not at all like this they have done both my office and Medical office and my home.  They were considerate about clueing up after the  mess that was caused by the plumbing problem.  They are also willing to wear booties to help keep your floor clean.  

In our medical office we asked to put a simple drain in that ended up getting complicated and Russell advocated for us with property management and help reach the best possible solution for some old plumbing problems.  We are truly grateful for the pains and care they took in our case.  I love my plumber!

Kevin is amazing! I had some plumbing issues, because the house is old and needs a lot of attention. He took the time to carefully explain everything to me, took pictures of the rusted pipes, and helped fix the plumbing in the kitchen and bathroom area. I found him to be very reliable and knowledgeable about his craft. I highly recommend reaching out to him! He also worked on several houses in our area that are being remodeled and was referred to me by my neighbor across the street.

Johnny from Citywide Plumbing came over for a small job to fix our sink. He came on time, speaks in plain layman's terms (no crazy plumber lingo) and works efficiently. He is a quality professional.

We will call him again for our next project, big or small.

I had water coming from the ceiling of the master bath. It was Friday night at 6 pm and I called Marco at Reed Plumbing. He was cordial and said he could be there in 30 minutes although I think he was on his way home. World class service and very reasonable pricing considering it was an emergency. Main water line had sprung a leak. Marco saved me from major water damage or having to shut my water off for the whole weekend. Don't bother calling anyone else for Plumbing except Marco at Reed Plumbing. Thanks again Marco

Andres and his team were fantastic.  Having recently purchased an old victorian in SF that had VERY old pipes, I was very concerned about the size and cost of the job.  Andres came over, did a quick evaluation and was able to break down the different costs associated with repairing my home.

Team: The team was extremely professional and very hard workers. They were very strict about observing COVID policies and I felt very confident that they knew what they were doing.  

Time: They were able to come out for a quote right away and schedule a job for the very next week.  The majority of the job was completed in just a few short days and hot water + new tankless water heater was installed.

Parts: They used all made in the USA parts and Cooper and were very proud to use them. There were a variety of companies quoting based on parts, and Andres was able to break down the types and quality and best inform us on what would last longest for our home.

Price: They were true to word on their quote, and the only adjustment we made was to add on another section in our home.  

I would highly recommend them: Great quality of work, hard hard workers, very pleasant to deal with, honest and hard working. We will definitely use them for any future needs or projects.

The only reason I gave him 1 star is because I cant give him a zero. Asyl is big big liar and cheater who was never honest with us even a single day. He cheated us with 6500$. I need to give the complete details of what happened to us in the 3 weeks of Nov to believe me. I have the messages/conversations as a proof for all the below.

1) Oct 19 - I met him to get an estimate for a complete kitchen and floor remodel for our newly bought house. I told him the house should be ready by Nov 19 for us to move in on Nov 20.

2) Oct 24 - I confirmed to him that I will give him the job. He was not the cheapest but I trusted him. He told me the job can be done in 13-17 days.

3) Oct 29 and Oct 30 - Two college kids came home and started the demo.

4) Nov 03 to Nov 14 -   No one came half the days and on remaining days 1 or 2 college kids will come to do the flooring. I kept asking Asyl about the delay and he kept promising me that he will complete the job by Nov 19 as he will put 4 people during the last week which never happenned.

5) Nov 15 - Only one person came for job. Only half the flooring was done and no kitchen work. Me and my wife asked about this but he still lied to us that kitchen installation is only 3 hrs job and he can do it easily before 19th.

6) Nov 17 - 10pm in the night he moved the first cabinet from garage to the kitchen. He called me and asked me to come to the house and says that the drain system is not good and so he needs to break two cabinets and make big holes for the drain pipe in the cabinets. My wife got so upset and couldn't control her tears for the way he lied to us. After going back and forth for long, at 1.30am in the night we decided to replace him with someone else for kitchen and asked him to at least complete the flooring.

7) Nov 18 - We couldn't sleep the whole night and next day morning I called 2 other contractors to come on the same day for kitchen estimate. My neighbor who had good experience in remodeling also came. All three of them told us that it's a sloppy, bad job done for flooring. Everything was disconnected, no planning, unnecessary cuts and so the flooring should be redone completely. We were heartbroken to hear that. Asyl took 3 weeks only for half the house flooring and that too a bad job.
Asyl came later that day. For any questions we ask him abt flooring he said he know about it already and planning to change it. We got so upset and asked him to leave the house immediately. We never wanted to see him again.

Because of all this confusion, we had to cancel the function/party. Our new house happiness was ruined because of him.
So please don't choose him for any job just because of way he lies to everyone with no care for their feelings. He took 6500$ from us and just did the demo. He cheated us on the money and both our planning, happiness got completely ruined because of him.

We have used Art twice and he has been great both times. He is very responsive, very competent and willing to talk you through the likely reasons for the problems. I highly recommend Art.

Super late at posting a review but I do believe this company deserves 5 stars. Great experience, the plumber and the man I spoke with on the phone were very kind. They got to my house much quicker than I ever expected  .. fixed the problem and were gone all within about an hour and a half. Talk about getting shit done. Lol

Easy to work with and fair pricing.  They did some minor plumbing work on a rental as well as replaced a wall heater and water heater. On time and efficient.

Josh has done many jobs at my old house.  He is honest, professional, beyond reasonable, and extremely dependable.  By far the BEST plumber in the valley!!!  Thank you Josh:-)

I had a great experience with Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter.  A previous company had left me in a terrible situation and unhooked my hot water tank, leaving me with no heat. Rocky's came out and diagnosed the problem again, got my heat started and made a follow up appointment to do minor repairs. I am with American Home Shield and he worked with them to get my water heater working but didn't try to upsell me on a costly replacement when it wasn't needed.  He advised me on what to look for and when it would need to be replaced.  I will definitely be calling Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter for all of my future plumbing needs.  I found them easy to work with, reliable and quick to respond, plus great service at excellent prices.  And very efficient at working with my home warranty coverage which is most important since that's what I'm paying for to not have these costly repairs.

Called BFP, via their 800 number that advertises 24/7 emergency services, on a Friday night. I tell them i need a plumber to come by and install a new toilet and toilet flange. The Old one was wobbly and water started leaking from the base.

The person on the line said they can have someone out on Sunday from 10am to 2pm. Kinda odd that it would be (3) days for emergency work. She did say it was pretty busy after the holidays and i have a spare bathroom i can use anyways, so i agreed to the appointment. I gave her my name, address, cell phone number and email address. She said she would be sending me a confirmation email shortly. Never arrived. Please note that during the call, i ask her a few times that it will be on sunday from10 to 2.

Sunday comes around and i wait all day for the plumber... No one shows up or calls to inform that no one is arriving. So now i am scrambling to find a plumber.

I finally find someone that is local and schedules work to be done on Tuesday. While i am at a dentist appointment on Monday, someone from BFP calls and leaves a voicemail that they have a plumber in the area and they can be there at 11am.

Hmmm, my appointment was for Sunday from 10am to 2 pm and they call the next day and say they can come by.... Sorry buddy, a no show / no call on Sunday, there is no way i am going to trust what you say anymore....

Wish i could leave ( 0 ) stars instead because no work was done.
