All these amazing reviews of Adrian are 100% on-target! I had an emergency situation. He responded as quickly as possible (shuffling his schedule to arrive with minutes), which is great. Upon arrival, he diagnosed the problem. Offered solution options that were not necessarily in his own financial best interest. Then completed the repair, immediately. All at extremely fair price. All with clear communication. All with a smile. This is a model of what outstanding customer service looks like!

Our water heater in our duplex started making funny noises around 5 pm. By 5:45 I was on Thumbtack, and by 6 pm Alex from SAV Services had contacted me and said he could be here by 6:30. He was on time and ready to work. Our ancient water heater was dead - I knew it before he got here. We decided to replace both water heaters in the duplex, and Alex gave us a reasonable quote and went out then to get the 2 water heaters. He was back and at work and by 10 pm we had hot water again and 2 working new water heaters installed and up to code finally. Thank you Alex! Fantastic job!!

They responded extremely quickly and were willing to come to my house almost right away that evening in response to an emergency. They found the leak right away and stopped it. They returned first thing in the morning to replace the cracked irrigation valves and completed the repair. I definitely recommend them and I will call them again when needed.

PlumbTech installed a new water heater for us yesterday and we couldn't be more pleased. Ivan gave an estimate over the phone which greatly expedited the process of selection. They use Bradford White which is a top-of-the-line brand with a 6 year warranty. They're polite, on time, and easy to communicate with. Perhaps best of all from my point of view is that they were extremely neat and left my laundry room cleaner than they found it! What a blessing! PlumbTech may not be the cheapest bid you get, but they're worth every penny. We would definitely hire them again and will refer them to all our friends.

Juan was very responsive when I called and was
able to come check out the problem. He recommended getting a new toilet instead of fixing it since it was 20 year old toilet. When I called him next time he came within the hour and installed the new toilet and made sure to check everything twice. Would highly recommend him for plumbing services.

Nick was very easy to setup an appointment with and helped me with out electrical issues around the house. He was very effective in teaching me how to fish, talking through the troubleshooting techniques we went through along the way. I won't need help on similar projects since he's helped me out...but for anything else, I'll be reaching out to him for help.

I was having an issue with our washing machine backing up into the bath tub and then the bath tub not draining.  Kevin arrived on time and was very professional throughout his time working in the house.  He wore a mask and shoe protectors and nicely folded my bathroom rugs and put his own work mat down.  Snaked the drain thoroughly and then cleaned up after himself, replacing my rugs when finished.
I'd highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing service.  I've definitely got his card at the top of my stack now!

I had a plumbing issue after a bathroom remodel and they helped me solve the issue incredibly quickly. They walked me through the easy fix myself and saved me hundreds of dollars. Highly professional and will definitely call when I have other plumbing needs!

Our old water heater was leaking and doing a very poor job of heating water.  I called Reed plumbing, based on all these great Yelp reviews, he had an available appointment two days later. Our brand new water heater was up and working in no time.  Reed plumbing is very easy to work with, efficient staff, Marco is very professional, and answers all questions and provides options.  Would call them again without hesitation for any other plumbing needs.

I had a clogged sink and went to Yelp for help.  Andres from Gator Rooting was the first to reply and provide a good price.

He arrived at the promised time, and cleared my clogged sink, and was on his way.  Fast , easy, and affordable.  Can't go wrong with Gator.

The only reason I gave him 1 star is because I cant give him a zero. Asyl is big big liar and cheater who was never honest with us even a single day. He cheated us with 6500$. I need to give the complete details of what happened to us in the 3 weeks of Nov to believe me. I have the messages/conversations as a proof for all the below.

1) Oct 19 - I met him to get an estimate for a complete kitchen and floor remodel for our newly bought house. I told him the house should be ready by Nov 19 for us to move in on Nov 20.

2) Oct 24 - I confirmed to him that I will give him the job. He was not the cheapest but I trusted him. He told me the job can be done in 13-17 days.

3) Oct 29 and Oct 30 - Two college kids came home and started the demo.

4) Nov 03 to Nov 14 -   No one came half the days and on remaining days 1 or 2 college kids will come to do the flooring. I kept asking Asyl about the delay and he kept promising me that he will complete the job by Nov 19 as he will put 4 people during the last week which never happenned.

5) Nov 15 - Only one person came for job. Only half the flooring was done and no kitchen work. Me and my wife asked about this but he still lied to us that kitchen installation is only 3 hrs job and he can do it easily before 19th.

6) Nov 17 - 10pm in the night he moved the first cabinet from garage to the kitchen. He called me and asked me to come to the house and says that the drain system is not good and so he needs to break two cabinets and make big holes for the drain pipe in the cabinets. My wife got so upset and couldn't control her tears for the way he lied to us. After going back and forth for long, at 1.30am in the night we decided to replace him with someone else for kitchen and asked him to at least complete the flooring.

7) Nov 18 - We couldn't sleep the whole night and next day morning I called 2 other contractors to come on the same day for kitchen estimate. My neighbor who had good experience in remodeling also came. All three of them told us that it's a sloppy, bad job done for flooring. Everything was disconnected, no planning, unnecessary cuts and so the flooring should be redone completely. We were heartbroken to hear that. Asyl took 3 weeks only for half the house flooring and that too a bad job.
Asyl came later that day. For any questions we ask him abt flooring he said he know about it already and planning to change it. We got so upset and asked him to leave the house immediately. We never wanted to see him again.

Because of all this confusion, we had to cancel the function/party. Our new house happiness was ruined because of him.
So please don't choose him for any job just because of way he lies to everyone with no care for their feelings. He took 6500$ from us and just did the demo. He cheated us on the money and both our planning, happiness got completely ruined because of him.

My toilet exploded, and after reading the Yelp reviews, Art seemed like a pretty good choice to help fix it.  He came immediately, unclogged it, carefully tested to make sure the job was well done, and even left behind the brand new plunger he used to replace my crummy one for a reasonable charge.  Very friendly, professional, and punctual--would call again!

I don't do too many reviews but a have to give one to After Hours Plumbing.

We had an early morning plumbing issue on Memorial Day. Our shower/tub was clogged and full of muck and our washer drain overflowed. On top of that we were having a bbq so the timing was terrible.

I called 3 different local plumbers, Cedric of After Hour Plumbing answered. This was 7:00am on a holiday.  Cedric said he would be at our house in 30 minutes, and he was. He gave us a very reasonable quote $189.00 considering it was a holiday and an emergency call. He ended up having to go on the roof and snake out two vents. Prior to that he explained the price adjustment for having to go on the roof, which I thought was fair, $275.00. The washer drain had also overflowed with black mucky water and made a mess in the garage. Once Cedric was finished snaking the drains he went in the garage and cleaned up all the nasty backflow and left the garage in great shape.

Cedric was prompt, clean, polite, and very professional. He went above and beyond and at the end didn't try to charge me with anything extra or any clean up. He stuck to the $275.00 estimate which again I felt was beyond reasonable.

I highly recommend  Cedric and After Hour Plumbing. I hope this review encourages you to call them.

I would definitely steer clear of this company. I had just recently bought a house and was told I had an air conditioning unit.  With the heat during the summer, I noted that unit was not cooling my house.  On the unit, was this company's number so I called them to come by and take a took.  The representative came by, took a second to look at the unit, and tells me I don't have air conditioning.  That all made sense.

Then 2 months later I get a bill for $130!  For what?!?  It's absurd that a company would charge someone for a service they didn't provide.  There's plenty of better company's out there who won't charge you a service fee and have far better customer service too.

J Fisher was referred to me by another plumber. I ways very impressed with their response and their knowledge. Jim was sent to my house to replace some Kohler faucet parts. Jim was knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I was quoted one hour and he was finished in exactly one hour. I highly recommend these guys - they are now go-plumbers!

Karmonte was absolutely fantastic! I had a challenging issue with my leaking toilet pipe, but he tackled it with expertise and efficiency. Benjamin Franklin plumbing sold us an on-demand water heater 7 years ago which recently started leaking.  We contacted that manufacturer of the unit who provided us with the new heat exchanger which was covered under warranty.  Unfortunately, labor was not included in the warranty coverage so we contacted BF plumbing to have a service person come to our house and replace the part.  Here is a summary of our experience:

I asked the person on the telephone if BF has experience servicing this make/model water heater and she responded, Oh yes absolutely!.  I then made an appointment to have a service person come out two working days later, between the hours of 8 AM - noon.

On the day of the appointment, having taken a day off work, nobody had arrived by noon so I called them and the person I spoke to told me that they had a scheduling error.  So much for the company that advertises itself as The Punctual Plumber.  To their credit, they apologized and told me they would have a technician out by 2:00 PM and the technician arrived shortly before 2:00.  I thought that everything would be back on track, but this was when things got ugly....

The technician told me that the unit was installed incorrectly and offered to fix everything for me.  When I told him that the unit had been installed by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, he told me that the company was under different ownership previously and that they were not responsible for what the company had done when it was under prior ownership.  Even if that was a true statement, I would think that a company with an ounce of integrity would stand behind an installation that has their name attached to it.  When I told him that I only wanted the leaking part fixed, he hum-hawed around, telling me how difficult it would be to repair, and then stated that he thinks someone back at the shop knows something about these units but that it is too difficult to fix while is it hanging on the wall and would need to be completely disconnected and taken back to the shop (not true according to the manufacturer of the unit).

He then told me he could get me hot water the same day be installing a new unit at a discounted price of FOUR-THOUSAND-FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!!  We paid 3,500 for the original unit which had included all of the conversion costs to switch to a tankless water heater.

I sent him away (thankfully he did not charge for the service visit...he was clearly embarrassed) and referring to the instructions that came with the replacement heat exchanger, successfully changed out the part myself, having had no prior experience, and without removing it from the wall, in about four hours simply by carefully following the instructions provided by the manufacturer of the unit.

Pretty sad when a company misrepresents its experience, arrives late, does not stand behind its prior installation and tries to take advantage of the situation by selling us an even more expensive unit.  Also pretty sad that they are unable to service a unit that they sold us.  On the positive side though, if the dang thing ever leaks again, I will know how to fix it myself (it really wasn't that difficult).

I gave them one star only because zero stars is not an option.....
