We started noticing rust color water coming out of our pipes.  So we knew that we would probably have to have our water heater replaced.  I did a search on Yelp and found Dependable Water Heaters with 5 star reviews.  We called and we talked to Adrian and told him the problem we were experiencing.  Adrian told us to try a few things first and if that didn't work, to call him back.  It happened that it did not resolve the problem, so we called Adrian back and he came out the next day and replaced our water heater.  Adrian and his assistant did an excellent job in installing our water heater.  Adrian did not mind that we supervised the installation.  Once they were done, Adrian and his assistant explained to us on how to maintain and prolong the life of the water heater.  

I give Adrian a 5+ star rating.  He deserves all the 5 star reviews and more.  You will not go wrong in choosing Dependable Water Heaters.  I would definitely recommend Adrian to all my friends and family for his services.  Adrian truly cares about his customers.

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. Def highly recommended!

I rarely post reviews but I am stepping out of my comfort zone to write this review for Total Plumbing Services. After various plumbing services came by to check out my home and never get back to me with an estimate (even though I would contact and hound them to do so), I was beginning to lose hope for a big job: re-piping my new hundred year-old Bay Area home. I was frustrated, but now I'm thankful those other plumbers flaked out because I found Total Plumbing Services. Billy and the crew were some of kindest, funniest, and honest people I've ever worked with. They were reliable, efficient, and diligent. It felt like family tbh. I cannot recommend them enough to everyone in the Bay. They really saved my family and didn't try to price gouge us or add on charges. Also that response time and percentage is no Joke. They were THE most responsive and expedient plumbing service I contacted... and trust me I contacted a lot.

I called Plumb Tech in order to check out a stopped kitchen sink and dishwasher drain line. The tech who came to my house was wonderfully nice, professional, and helpful. He answered all of my questions and explained things thoroughly. There turned out to be old pipes under the house which were completely corroded and leaking waste water into the crawlspace and were in immediate need of replacement. Plumb Tech wrote up a detailed report for me and gave an explanation and quote along with the report for my landlord.

Plumb Tech dealt with my wishy washy, cheap landlord and helped me along the way.

The landlord ended up using another plumber in order to replace the pipe but they left a mess in the basement and sludge sprayed all over our personal belongings.

I wish the landlord had allowed Plumb Tech to do the repair because I'm sure that the job would have been done correctly and our belongings would have been respected.

I would recommend Plumb Tech for anyone who is looking for an honest, professional experience and wants to make sure that the job is done correctly. They are wonderful and have great customer service.

I've used this company twice (once to fix my leaking pipes in the crawl space and to troubleshoot water heater) and they are very responsive. Today, Juan came by and taught me how to troubleshoot my water heater as I wasn't receiving hot water. He was very nice and informative. I will use them again.

Our Andersen bathroom window, awning type, needed a new crank operator.  Besides the parts which we were able to order, there was a tricky operation involving a 36 in. piece of trim wood.  Nick was familiar with the problem we were facing and was able to remove and replace this fragile piece of wood as part of exchanging the old operator parts with the new ones.  His work was clean and efficient.  I highly recommend Nick both for jobs he has done before (there are many types) and ones that he has to learn how to do freshly.  If you have a household problem, call Ye Olde Handyman!

I've had really good  experiences with KVN plumbing. They come when they say, The work is done professionally and I never have to wait around for them. I needed a dryer vent installed for my gas dryer (in garage, very long distance to travel to the outside) and part of my gas line replaced--Johnny and his team did a fantastic job at a really fair price!
Johnny was the only plumber I talked to who recommended that I get a booster fan to help with venting and condensation build up since the vent pipe is way longer than standard due to where my laundry hook ups are in the garage. Such a good idea as it turns out!
The installation was well done, good materials used, and everything was neat and tidy when they left. Johnny was incredibly responsive via phone and email, and was on time for both the estimate and subsequent work.
I'm incredibly pleased and Citywide Plumbing will be my go-to company for any future plumbing work.

P.S. There was a small issue with the fan (a fluke manufacturing issue, nothing to do with Citywide's work), and Johnny came out to replace it and fix the problem. I really appreciated his conscientiousness and quality of service.

I am so appreciative of Marco and Reed Plumbing.  We've been using them for a few years now and are very satisfied.  Late yesterday afternoon I called as our toilet stopped working ( fortunately we have another, but still).  He got someone out there first thing this morning and now it's fine.  Thanks Reed!

My tenants had a handful of issues that popped up - toilet valve had an issue where the toilet kept running, a leak in the dishwasher vent causing water to go under and above, and an issue with the microwave range hood not delivering ventilation. I reached out to a number of handyman services and this one was quick, responsive, and able to address all three of them. They provided availability and quickly coordinated with my tenants to pick schedule. On the day of, they gave my tenants a one-hour window, were prompt, and had two repairmen show up. They finished in 45 minutes and since they were able to finish quicker than they anticipated, they actually discounted the price that they initially quoted me. All three issues were taken care of quickly, my tenants were pleased, and I would definitely use them again for future repair needs.

Art's the best. I was in panic mode when my six-year old water heater started leaking water. I did a quick google search, only to find an eHow article describing the steps to DIY-ing. I read  the word solder and got the hell out of there. I'm not what you (or anyone else) would call a 'handyman', so I went down the Yelp list of plumbers, only to find the water heating biz is a task many don't seem too specialized in.

Art of AG Plumbing obliged and  came to inspect and diagnose. He returned next day with the appropriate parts. The total procedure took less than an hour. He was extremely professional and thorough and also took a quick look at my uncooperative kitchen faucet (side problem). Art even followed up with a courtesy call to see if things were working right (which they were) so I would definitely do business with again!

I recommend After hours plumbing without any hesitation. From my initial call regarding two slow drains to the quick appointment availability and timely service representatives, they are a terrific company. Our furnace went out in the middle of the night.    When we woke the house was freezing.      I called Palo Alto Plumbing at 7:00am and spoke with Mya.     She said they were booked but she would try.    And she did.    Max arrived at 2:00pm same day and heat was back on in 30 minutes.    They really came through for us and I am very very happy not to mention warm.    

As a side note, we have used Dahl/Palo Alto Plumbing for over 30 years and never  had any issues.

Josh has done many jobs at my old house.  He is honest, professional, beyond reasonable, and extremely dependable.  By far the BEST plumber in the valley!!!  Thank you Josh:-)
