The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

Total Plumbing did an amazing job helping us replace a drain piping in the kitchen and also checked other drains in the house to make sure everything is right. They are super responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Very appreciated and highly recommended!

My water heater burst. My garage was swiftly turned into a mini flood zone. I shut down the water and called a friend who recommended Plumb Tech. I got a hold of Ivan. The same day Ivan and a really nice technician named Coy came to my house, popped my old water heater out and installed a new one. I just wound up hanging out with them because they were such nice friendly guys. In todays blue collar world you can get some pretty sketchy people coming into your home. I felt totally comfortable with them and actually enjoyed their company. We wound up eating lunch together in my driveway on buckets. LOL. Water heaters working great, price was low and the service was awesome. 5 stars plumb tech!!

Nick repaired the front door and fire door going from the kitchen to the garage in my mom's house.  I submitted a quote request on Yelp to 4-5 handymen, and Nick was the first to respond.  Both doors in my mom's house are quite old and did not close properly.  Nick did an amazing job and gave me options we could take along the way.  When he was done, both doors were completely fixed to my satisfaction.  

Additionally, I asked him for guidance on maintaining the doors and he provided some great tips for me while he was doing the work.  Nick is very friendly and personable as well.  Nick obviously has a broad set of skills and I would highly recommend him for handyman work.  In fact, before he left, I booked time for him to do some work on my house in Pacifica pertaining to evaluation of mold in a wall in one of my bathrooms.    Thanks Nick!

I was having an issue with our washing machine backing up into the bath tub and then the bath tub not draining.  Kevin arrived on time and was very professional throughout his time working in the house.  He wore a mask and shoe protectors and nicely folded my bathroom rugs and put his own work mat down.  Snaked the drain thoroughly and then cleaned up after himself, replacing my rugs when finished.
I'd highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing service.  I've definitely got his card at the top of my stack now!

My water heater stopped working recently. Joey T. arrived 20 minutes after I called. He left, returned with a new water heater, installed it, and removed the old water heater in less than two hours. That's service!

I have a rental and the valve in the shower in the shower/bathtub unit was   broken and needed to be replaced.   Marco answered and said his crew was busy Thursday, but he can send someone the next day.   I had a tight schedule.... and asked for an early morning slot.   He re-arranged his people schedule.   and we text and called to which allow me to communicate with the tenants of when they would arrive and to gain access to the house.   Two of his workers came and they were very professional.  One was his brother Jose.   They estimated about  1.5 hours to do the job including get the parts.   They took half an hour....So they were very fast and competent.   I asked for a small discount since they finished the job in 1/2 hr vs the 1.5 hours.  But Marco pointed out that his people had to get the parts in Livermore.

I was very please with the job.   The tenants were too.  I would highly recommend them.... for quality, response,  excellent communication, competency and quickness of doing the job.

Robert and his assistant were great, they showed up on time, were very response by text, did a clean job. Highly recommended!

Adu helped me replace the toilet and took care some small repairs without charge. He is very responsive and helpful. He sent me pictures after his work. His price was very reasonable and he provided good quality of work. I have a few more projects and definitely will work with him. I really appreciated his help and highly recommended him.

I highly recommend this company. I had low pressure coming into my house. After doing some internet research i found some possible problems. I looked at many places and discovered this company with high reviews. From the very first call they were professional and forth coming. They gave a window of time when the a service tech would be on site. They kept you updated on where the tech was. When they came on site they diagnosed and found possible issues and found some other concerning issues. They gave a quote and it was on target. They knew what they were doing and followed all the Covid guidelines. They put on shoe booties when coming inside and they made sure everything work before leaving. Sam and Ivan were true professional. If i have any other plumbing needs i will definitely use them in the future.

Our furnace stopped working a bit before 5 PM on this cold Friday afternoon.  I called two companies that took a long time to say they could come next week.  Then found Palo Alto Plumbing on the web.  The woman who answered the phone was intelligent, polite and understood my problem.  She quickly came back to say they could have a technician come to our home within the hour.  The technician was extremely professional and obviously very skilled.  He found and fixed the problem (a faulty transformer) quickly.  He also made the effort  to make sure everything was working properly.  I am really grateful for the top notch service and could not recommend them more highly.

I was in need of a plumber to fix a broken sink drain and replace my laundry hookups and was referred to Josh Fisher. We called him this morning and he was here by this afternoon! His pricing was fair and he was incredibly respectful and professional. So glad that I found Fisher Plumbing and I will definitely use them in the future!

I had a great experience with Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter.  A previous company had left me in a terrible situation and unhooked my hot water tank, leaving me with no heat. Rocky's came out and diagnosed the problem again, got my heat started and made a follow up appointment to do minor repairs. I am with American Home Shield and he worked with them to get my water heater working but didn't try to upsell me on a costly replacement when it wasn't needed.  He advised me on what to look for and when it would need to be replaced.  I will definitely be calling Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter for all of my future plumbing needs.  I found them easy to work with, reliable and quick to respond, plus great service at excellent prices.  And very efficient at working with my home warranty coverage which is most important since that's what I'm paying for to not have these costly repairs.

Web site shows 24 hour emergency service and even gives a 800 number to call for EMERGENCY help.  

Call the number and the woman on the end of the phone sounds like i woke her up. After 5 minutes of not being able to understand her I hang up and call back.

I get a different lady and she is very pleasant and goes over how they will be able to fix the issue, gets all of my information.  Let me restart and say I explained from the very beginning all our toilets and sinks are backed up, i need someone out ASAP.. i actually said it twice because she told me she understood how difficult it is not having a working bathroom and I responded with we have three non working bathrooms now.

So i give her all of my information, street address, etc..  it's 11pm Sunday night and she says ok, our technician will be out on Tuesday...    HUH????   24/7 emergency service as long as you need us on Tuesday i guess.

Needless to say I went with a different plumber since I have this annoying habit of needing to use the bathroom and shower more than once every 3 days.
