I first contacted Best Bay Plumbing when the tenant leaving my rental property had jammed up the kitchen sink garbage disposal with coffee grounds. I had a new tenant moving in soon and needed the system fixed urgently.
Abel, the owner showed up the next day, discussed options and provided clear pricing. He did a great job replacing the unit and also went the extra step of educating the new tenant on properly operating the garbage disposal.
Since then I've used his team several times - to install water softener/filtration systems, bidets in toilets and fix issues in showers. Each time the quality of work has been excellent and the pricing fair.

Alright y'all -- this is the real deal if you're looking to work on repairing pipes, leaks, plumbing, etc.

I reached out to Best Bay Plumbing and Rooter, and Abel promptly responded to my inquiry.  I needed to replace my water heater and called around for a few quotes -- Abel's pricing was most competitive and based on his professionalism, I chose to work with him and his team.

Abel and one of his guys arrived the next day on our agreed appointment time.  He assisted me with selecting the most cost and energy efficient water heater suitable for my small home.  They replaced the unit and ensured everything was compliantly secured.  He walked me through step by step around the replacement process, and happily answered all my questions (and trust me, I had a lot! haha).   Both of them were incredibly knowledgeable and courteous to work with.  Once the replacement was done, they cleaned up everything and took my old water heater with them.  

The process was quick, painless, and most importantly -- affordable.  In this day and age, it can be challenging to find quality specialized service companies for competitive pricing.

Abel came and installed us a new water heater in our rental unit. He was responsive on text and came on time. So all is normal, many new vendors will do just that and happy to do the first job. But what makes him a 5 star is his reliability after the job is done.  Very few vendors do that nowadays and for that, he is highly recommended. A+

He gave us 6 year warranty and about 9 mo into it the pilot doesn't work well, keep going off maybe like 2-3 times/week. He came to repair it once and after that, he came again and this time, replaced our entire defective unit with a brand new unit under warranty.

Our garbage disposal began leaking and within a days notice Abel was able to come out and assess the situation. Within less than 24 hrs we had it replaced and a functioning sink again. He understood the importance of the turnaround and helped get us back up and running. Great communication and quick, through work. Much appreciated and would recommend to others looking for honest help.

Abel was extremely responsive and out of 6 other vendors I contacted he offered the most competitive rate. He confirmed availability right away and his team was nothing but professional, proficient, and extremely pleasant to work with. They replaced 2 toilets with new ones and we're done in less than an hour. Bonus point- wore booties without us even asking. 10/10 would 100% recommend and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I had a pretty big job of replacing the entire waste system under the house. Abel showed up and did thorough assessment and explained everything to me patiently and courteously. His price was competitive and his team was ready to go the next day.

Highly recommended. Abel and his team was very professional, knowledgeable, quick response (inquiries, messages and concerns), readily available and have excellent customer service. They repair our clogged kitchen sink, installed a new kitchen faucet and a new garbage disposal unit and changed our old pipe.

I contacted Best Bay Plumbing few months ago for our irrigation pipe leak, Abel came next day and gave me honest suggestion of not fixing it as I'll be doing landscape renovation soon.

Few months later I needed plumber to install aquasana water softener & replace our gas heater with electric hybrid heater, Abel gave me fairly reasonable labor quote, and came quickly once my water heater arrives. He came with 2 of his workers on time and performed installation with care. For example he used better connector then the one came with softener. Also took care of condensation line requirement for the new heater. Worth mention they kept the job site clean and hauls away all garbage including the old heater and packaging materials.

We didn't put a drain pan at first place, but later when I decided to get it in they came again and installed it cleanly, without additional charge!

Abel is very knowledgable and accommodating. He does a thorough and clean job. His staff is efficient and professional. They did a great job changing our softener and doing some of the crawl space plumbing.

Abel and his crew were able to help us when we found huge pipe leak under our house. They quickly cleaned out the debris/sewage and showed us the problem (our old pipes) he was able to give us a quote on the spot and was able to come the next day to fix everything. I had dropped my wedding ring in the washroom sink and could not get it out. The only way was to open the pipes below and get it out.  I request Abel to come and take a look (it was a free quote visit) He looked at it and smiled and then just took the ring out by quickly opening pipes. He also cleaned the pipes and made sure there was no leakage. Asked him, how much did I owe? He said Nothing  Wow, I could not believe it, He said it was a simple job and he won't charge for that.

He was on time, kept me posted about his visit and was prompt in his response as well.

Abel is the owner. He was the only one that offered a free estimate. He was available an hour earlier since he was in the area. He came and quickly saw the problem and it was a simple fix that I could've easily made it worse with me over tightening and breaking the copper line and requiring a new faucet. He didn't even charge me for the visit. I don't trust many repair service people but he quickly earned my trust.
Turns out I was in the market for a new tankless water heater and water softener system. He will be installing both next week. I highly recommend Abel and Best Bay Plumbing.

They responded quickly, provided full investigation and offered solution to replace my toilet as well as the tube which is rusted.

Our disposal broke and our sink started leaking. I jumped on Yelp for help and Abel at Best Bay Plumbing immediately responded - at 9:30pm. We set up an appointment, and technicians showed up the next day at a reasonable time, communicating with me all the while. The two technicians who arrived, Eddie and Sergio, quickly assessed the issue and offered a complete quote (part+labor and no surprises). I felt at ease with their expertise and guidance, answering every question thoroughly. Then we threw them a massive curve ball: we asked for more projects to be completed (replace two old toilets and fix a leaky shower). I assumed we'd have to book another appointment but they took it on same day! They left to get parts, and returned quickly and finished the job in record time. WOW!? They arrived at my house with 2 big vans/truck at 7:45am and left around 10:15am. It's a one man job that should have taken less than 45mins. One employee dug up the dirt that was already dug, which took him less than 10mins. The owner had 2 large vehicles on site with no parts to replace the leaking pipe. So, he went on an errand for a little over an hour while his employee waits at my water meter twiddling his fingers. When he returned with the correct part, it took him less than 30mins to install. I will say he is polite, completed the job and cleaned up after.

I tried to recommend his business to a friend that was looking for a plumber. After I told my friend what he did and how much he charged, my friend told me I got RIPPED OFF and would pass on my recommendation! How embarrassing and stupid I felt. My friend said he would not even pay half of what I paid and could have got that done cheaper and faster!

Originally was recommended to me by a friend and now I'm NOT recommending this place to anyone. He RIPPED ME OFF and took advantage of my situation even through a friend. Never ever again!

We just purchased a new kitchen under mount stainless steel sink and motion sensor faucet. Abel was able to immediate size the project and provide an estimate after careful review of what it entailed. There was a lot of reconnections to consider, including a relocation of garbage disposal and water filtration tank. He was very helpful and upfront of the total cost and labor it would take, leaving no surprises for us at the end. The work performed was completed timely and our sink/faucet looks and works beautifully! Abel is the most honest one out there. Explained what we needed to do so he doesnt have to come back when out shower clogged. Also, he could've charged us all these extra fees like so many others wouldve but he didn't.

Also, hes willing to squeeze in a home visit on short notice if he can. he will work with you to make sure that you get the help you need as soon as possible.

We just purchased a new washer and dryer set and had it installed buy the company we purchased from. The installation guy did a great job, but after a few days we noticed the smell of gass In our garage, did a soap test on the connection and found a small leak coming out of the connection valve. I immediately got ahold of Able, keeping mind this was late Sunday morning, he quickly texted me back saying he would be here Monday morning. He showed up on time and quickly assessed and replaced the valve. I couldn't be happier with the service we got. I hired Abel to replace two water heaters in my duplex. When I called him, he came out within the hour. Assessed the situation and made his suggestions to what would be the best path to take. In this case the heaters were old. One was not working, so it was best to replace both. I asked when he could do it. He answered tomorrow. I was like wow! I have several rentals and to get anyone out to do work is next to impossible! It always seems people are a week out or more. Abel came out the next day with two new heaters and installed them. As he was turning off the water for one unit, he noticed the pipes were pretty rusty and recommended replacing them. Thank goodness he said something because that could have been a flood disaster! Abel and his associates at Best Bay Plumbing did a fantastic job! Affordable pricing close to their quoted cost of the repair and even offered a special discount! Abel thoroughly explained the job that needed to be done and even included before and after pictures. He and his associates were respectful and wore all correct PPE to protect my household members and his associates. Overall great customer service by the company with a quick turn around time. Best Bay was referred to me thru Home Depot, where I purchased the toilet to replace the old one which was leaking for some time.  I had some concerns about the sub-floor, Abel went underneath the house to check.  Floor was ok, but the old pipes had a crack in it.  Found out bathtub line was also leaking. :(  

Abel gave me a competitive quote and came the next day to complete the entire job.  He used quality material and took extra care to do the job right, as if it were his own house.  Overall experience was great, Abel is very knowledgeable about his craft and took time to explain what he did and provided many pictures.  Highly recommended for honest and quality work at competitive price.

Abel came out to my house to check a water flow issue and immediately checked the crawl space to find water everywhere, he immediately pointed me to a company that handles those issues. Following a successful cleanup he went under the house an found the busted pipes. He fixed those in addition to making some other important recommendations. He and his team got my plumbing issues back to normal in just a few days and probably saved me from future issues. He and his team are extremely professional, while showing genuine concern. They show up at the time agreed upon which I really appreciate.  I hate time windows..others should take note. They go above and beyond.
