I am proud to say that i have been in the plumbing industry for 8 years and counting. It started as a job then turned into a hobby sustained by passion. Chris was incredibly kind, patient, and friendly in regard to providing us with our plumbing services estimate. It was clear through our brief conversations that he has expert knowledge of the project we had in mind (Full plumbing replacement and clean-out installations) and was great at relaying it to us in layman's terms.

We had a major backup in our home's sewage system, and Chris was able to respond quickly and came first thing in the morning to our house. He quickly identified the problem, found the location of our pipes, and got to work with the snake. After some effort, he broke through the clog and got our system to work again. He was upfront about the flat fee and also provided an estimate to repair pipes that were damaged due to the tree roots from the tree in our front yard.
Overall I'd recommend his service. It's transparent and he got the job done, whereas others might have given up trying to break through the roots in the pipe. Very professional.
Spoken to Chris over the phone. He was super prompt in responding and honest. Gave me a few options regarding my clogged garbage disposal. Answered all my questions. Definitely recommend!!

Chris came to fix my kitchen sink clog on time and even had shoe covers to keep our carpet clean which is much appreciated.
The guy is super friendly, great conversationalist, and answered all of my questions regarding why my previous attempts to clear the clog using drano and a 25 feet drain auger didn't work.
Next time I'll save myself the headache of failed DIYs and just contact Chris. His flat rate estimate and efficient workmanship puts the mind at ease.
I live in a condo. Had what I thought would be a straight forward plumbing issue...a clogged kitchen drain. Come to find out the clog was almost 30 feet deep. Chris came to the rescue. This fairly straight forward job ended up being close to 3 hours long to resolve. He was persistent by resolving the issue and ensured that no leaked were evident after repairing pipes. Don't hesitate and hire Chris, you won't regret it.
Chris is great! We originally hired him in November for finding a leak at my parents house. Quick response, honest, and efficient.
My house, our toilet starting leaking in December, days before the holiday. He was knowledgeable on our options. Great work replacing our toilet. We will definitely contact him again on all our plumbing needs.

Chris from Pure Flow Plumbing went beyond the call of duty. He dug up the
dirt around the meter to see what kind of piping I had. He explained every
part of job he was going to do. He took his time to help me understand the
complete job. There were 5 estimates given to me from different plumbing
companies. His estimate was in the middle. After the job he cleaned up
and showed me what he did to fix the main pipes to the front of the house.
This young man is a professional plumber, you will not be disappointed.
Chris knocked it out of the park with a bath tub blocked drain and slow flowing kitchen faucet fix where he installed a brand new faucet. Responsive, professional, punctual, personable.
Chris was great to work with and super responsive. He was able to help us update our old plumbing in the garage and figure out the best solution to work around issues of an old house. He takes pride in his work and genuinely wants to make sure we're happy with the results. I'm looking forward to working with Chris again the next time I have any plumbing issues.

I am a real estate agent that had the pleasure of using Chris for one of my client's plumbing issues. There was a leak that wouldn't stop and within hours, Chris fixed the issue. I called him and thankfully he picked up quickly and clearly described what would need to happen with a price that my client happily agreed to.
Chris gathered materials and his tools and went to work on the pipe. He took his time and did not rush the job which I really appreciate.

We had a clogged kitchen sink, so I was looking for plumbers on Yelp. What made me choose Chris out of the local plumbers nearby was that 1. he had a flat fee, so if you have a really serious problem, at least you have a piece of mind that you don't need to haggle while the plumbing issue is not fixed, and 2. over the phone, Chris was able to clearly explain the entire plumbing process, as well as plan B, etc., while other plumbers just said trust me, I got this -- (which may be ok w/ others, but that's not my cup of tea).
Chris arrived promptly at the promised time, and gave me a text message when he was on the way. Thankfully, this was an easier job (took ~30 minutes total), and he did not leave a mess behind. Throughout the process, Chris answered any technical questions I had (like, why did my own drain snake not work? probably that it was too small and hand-powered).
Overall, would recommend, just be aware that he doesn't take credit card.
Highly recommended. Great communication, very knowledgeable, on time, very clean, fair pricing. Our toilet was acting up and Chris came the next day to check it out after giving an estimate over the phone. Coordinating a time was easy, he was very communicative. The job was completed professionally and in a timely manner. He answered all questions I had about other plumbing issues. My toilet is now silent and I will definitely be reaching out to him for any other plumbing needs.
Chris helped us solve the clog issue and give us some more tips how to maintain the kitchen drain line also because of I forget to close gap downstairs , once the clog clear there is a lot of stuff in the drain gets spill out and Chris helps me clean it.
I needed a toilet replacement, and Chris's estimate was fast, and one of the best. He didn't mind all my messages about the new toilet's shipping progress, and scheduling the replacement. After the first replacement toilet arrived damaged, Chris removed the old one and disposed of it, and agreed to come back to install a new toilet.
More back-and-forth about shipping progress then he installed the new one, and it took as long as he estimated. He said to give the grout 8 hours to dry. Based on his experience, he warned that the flush lever might break, but he would come back to repair it.
I appreciated Chris's patience, and desire to finish the job, and he did an excellent installation.
Chris did a great job helping to clear a blockage in our sewer line. He tried multiple solutions until one finally worked. We also had him install a two way clean out so we won't have issues in the future. His prices are reasonable and he is very helpful and responsive!
Chris is really helpful to detect a major leak in the crawlspace! He is very knowledgeable and friendly, and willing to take DIRTY jobs. He is the only plumber who is willing to go down the crawlspace to confirm the leak. While other plumbers just use flashlight and try to see and guess the problem.
I will strongly recommend Pure Flow and Chris for any plumbing needs. And will use Chris again if I have any plumbing installation and repair.

Chris just became my go-to guy for plumbing/repair services. I had several work requests in my home, including a broken kitchen garbage disposal, clogged shower sinks and a broken shower head. Not only did Chris complete them very efficiently, he offered a reasonable price for the entire work. On top of that, he gave me very good tips on maintenance.
If you are looking for a plumber who knows what he is doing, fix your problems without overcharging, and presents a humble and friendly personality, Chris is your guy.
I bought a non-electric bidet and needed it to be installed properly.
Messaged Chris via Yelp, was able to schedule a date and time convenient for both of us as well as agree on the quote.
Throughout the installation he talked about what he was doing (very friendly and informative!) I will definitely be calling him for future professional plumbing wants and needs.

My kitchen sink is clogged and water is backed up. The tech comes in an hour after the call and do the snake 5 times to fix the issue. Since there is no clean out, he removes the pipe underneath and reinstall it after. He makes sure that there is no leak after. Very quick and reliable. Definitely recommended

Responded very quickly to my initial message. He ran into a personal problem and couldn't make the appointment time but offered a discount to come on a later day. Handled my issue quickly and effectively.
Came out right on time to fix a clogged sink. Super friendly and very honest about the work, it wasn't an easy clog but he got it done and provided advice about what to do if it happens again. Will definitely be my go to plumber from now on.

We had the kitchen sink clogged and found Pure Flow Plumbing through Yelp, Chris replied instantly and provided a very resonable flat fee. We made an appointment and Chris arrived on time. We are living in a townhouse, and it is not easy to fix the clog issue. Chris had to do the snake multiple times. The quality of work is excellent, and the kitchen sink drains perfectly after the fix. Chris also gave us advices on how to maintain the sink to avoid clogging the drain in the future. Unlike your typical plumber, Chris came out and told me exactly what I needed rather than up selling me on things I don't need and got the job done in little to no time. Definitely using them again on my next plumbing issue.

Chris installed a new kitchen faucet and replaced a leaky part under the sink, for a very reasonable price. He is very professional, showed up on time and did an excellent job! We will hire him again for sure!
Just had Chris over for a drain clogging. Even though it was end of day he stopped by and took care of the problem. Turned out to be more complicated than thought but Chris methodically addressed the issue in the main drain and in my kitchen. Likely not the end of it, but Chris got me going for the time being.
Btw, Chris has been extremely attentive and made sure to leave all in good order and cleaned up.
Oh, and he was also the first one to respond to my query on yelp and give me a clear cost estimate for the job in his first response. Transparent and clear.

We have had a clog in our shower for over a year. I kept trying to fix it myself by pouring drano to clear things up. It would work for a couple months and it would clog back up again. I finally called around and located Chris. He came out the next day and was able to snake the drain. He pulled out 12 in clog of hair that had clogged up the pipes. He was so good and explained everything to me. Went above and beyond.
We had kitchen drain clogged. Chris was 2nd plumber we got and he fixed the problem. The 1st plumber we got is from another company and he couldn't make it but Chris did it. Great job Chris! Chris also told us a few tips to avoid the problem for longer time. We strongly recommend the service.

I had a clogged and leaking sink in the kitchen and luckily yelp matches Chris with me. Honest and genuine guy, who provides all inclusive quotes for fixing the issue & beyond. I like his overall approach, transperant quote, fixing the leaking problem and make sure the problem is fixed. First time posting a review on Yelp. I wanted to leave a review for Chris, who did an amazing job installing a new garbage disposal. I got a quote from Chris who provided a fair price. Chris was very responsive and easy setting up an appointment. We had scheduled a 4pm appointment since he had a previous job lined up the next day. He finished early from his previous job and told me, he was available to come early. Chris showed up with a face mask and shoe booties. He completed the job pretty fast. I would definitely recommend Chris. He was very reliable and did an awesome.
