Creativity plumbing

This was the 3rd time we have used Creativity Plumbing, and Joksan again did top-notch work. Today's job involved  installing a Kohler Transpose  skirted toilet which I had picked up at Lowes. This model, like other Kohler skirted models, uses Kohler's non standard ReadyLock system for installation.

Our old toilet had grout around its base, and Joksan carefully removed the grout and later caulked all around the base of the new toilet. We also had him replace the old builder-grade shutoff valve, which was on its last legs.

I paid Koksan to dispose of our old Kohler toilet, and I was very happy when he volunteered to also take away the large cardboard box from the new toilet.  This saved me from having to go at the box with a box cutter and cut it up into small pieces as required by our Sunnyvale garbage unit.

Joksan is incredible. I called on a Friday of Memorial Day weekend with an emergency water heater leak and he was at my place assessing it in 30 minutes!

He was responsive, upfront and honest - he made some recommendations to prevent future leaks (like replacing a corroded pipe to the water heater) while replacing our heater. He also improved the connections to the gas at no additional charge.

This is the best experience with a plumber I've ever had.

This is the 2nd time we have used Creativity Plumbing and I am happy to give Joksan 5 stars. In the past we had him replace 3 outside hose bibs, install a filtered water faucet, and replace a Moen bathroom sink brass cartridge holder fitting. This time we needed him to replace a leaking kitchen faucet. Joksan responded quickly and was able to schedule an appointment 2 mornings later. He texted us that he was on his way 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment, and arrived right on time. That is rare these days! He put on protective booties and got to work. I had a complete replacement faucet, and thought that we might reuse the old deck plate. Joksan suggested that he replace it, and scraped and sanded away the old plumber's putty and applied new putty.

The job took more than 1 1/2 hours, and Joksan replaced the 2 feed lines since he said that they were not reusable. We were extremely happy with his work and pricing, and he spent extra time advising us about a toilet that is not flushing well. He recommended some replacement brands and told us what measurement is needed for a new toilet (namely a 12 offset- measured as the distance from the back wall to the center of a hold-down bolt.)

We will buy a replacement, and definitely have Joksan do the replacement work. He charges $175 for installation, $50 to haul away an old toilet, and an extra $125 if the old shutoff valve does not shut off properly and needs replacing. (That is the case with ours).

I hired Joksan to replace a vertical surface-mounted kitchen faucet that was rusted out and falling apart. He answered quickly, gave me an fair estimate, and completed the work within a week. Highly recommended.

Both of our toilets stopped flushing on Saturday night.  Then while my husband was using the plunger on one toilet the second one started flooding water all over the floor.  Unfortunately, this took place at 9:00 at night.  Joksan came out to our home at 9:30 pm and snaked our line so we had functional toilets.  Then he came back on Monday and ran a camera to determine what was going on with our sewer line.  He showed us roots throughout the main line to the city's line.  He came back several days later and thoroughly cleaned out our main sewer line.  He was incredibly prompt, friendly, and did a wonderful jump creating better access to our main line.  

I will hire Joksan for all plumbing needs in the future.  He was responsive, reasonable, and thorough.

I reached out to Joksan last night for about a clogged kitchen sink and he was super quick at getting back to me with a quote and when he would be available. I sent him a picture and he asked a few questions before giving me a quote whereas a few other companies said they could only give me a quote after seeing it in person. He was able to fit me in the next day.

Joksan did arrive an hour late to our scheduled time due to traffic (our appointment was at 2PM and traffic can be brutal starting at that time) but he did communicate with me that he was running late and gave me an updated ETA.

He was able to resolve the issue within 30 minutes all while explaining to me a bit about why this happens to older houses like mine. Very personable, friendly, and polite.

I contacted Joksan for a leak in my RO filter. I tried to fix the leak myself for an hour before I gave up and decided to call a plumber. It was Sunday and most plumbers were either charging a surcharge to come for a quote or did not have availability for several days.
Joksan saw the picture and video I sent, and immediately diagnosed the problem to be coming from inside the filter. In hindsight, any experienced plumber should be able to spot that. But apparently no one else did. Joksan's tip helped me to fix my RO filter over the Labor Day weekend, it saved me not only time but also money.
I will definitely call him back for anything plumbing related in my home.

I was looking for someone to snake our toilet and replace it with one we had purchased with a turbo flush toilet. I reached out to a few plumbers recommended on another site with no response searched on Yelp. Jaxson with Creativity Plumbing was responsive, provided a very competitive and reasonable price, even better came out the same day, on a Sunday. He messaged me earlier in the day to let me know he was running late, which I appreciated. He was very respectful, and discussed everything. As he was getting ready to install the new toilet, he noticed a minor chip in the back of the toilet which is barely noticeable. He took his time to explain the finding, said it won't change the function, he wanted to make sure we were ok with using it with this defect. Since it wasn't noticeable we told him it is fine, I appreciate his honesty and informing us of this.

He even messed me the next day to ask how everything is working! I definitely will use him again if we need more plumbing work, which we will soonish!

Joksan replied to my Yelp request for faucet repair, and I selected Creativity Plumbing due to his fast and detailed response, with the ability to come onsite to fix the issue within a day.

Joksan arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, bought the replacement part, and installed it. He then helped with another smaller issue with the spigot.

Joksan is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Good to have a good plumber contact for the next time we need one.

I needed a toilet installation. I already ordered the specific toilet I wanted from Lowes and just needed someone to take out my old faulty toilet and install a new one.

Joksan was fast and knowledgeable. Most of all, he was substantially cheaper than the other plumbers (some of whom also have high ratings on Yelp). Because of Covid, I didn't want people coming into my house unless necessary. Even though the adults are vaccinated, we have an unvaccinated kid. I took lots of photos and asked many of the plumbers on Yelp to give me a quote based on the pictures and description. Most of them refused to do so, saying they needed to come by for a free inspection to give me a quote. Those that gave an estimate basically decided it was license to charge an arm and a leg. One even had the audacity to quote me $1100 for a toilet install after consulting with his skirted toilet specialist.

Joksan did arrive late initially because of a earlier job that overran. But he communicated to me about it and was flexible enough to come by to do the install despite it already being very late in the day. I understand that such things happen. Midway through, Joksan realized that he didn't have a specific drill bit (which is not usually needed for typical installs) and he then went out to Home Depot to get that part and came back to finish the job. The final result was definitely professional looking. He was also very happy to share his tips and knowledge on how I can do certain fixes in the future, even though it may potentially decrease his future earnings!

He will definitely be my go-to for future plumbing needs.

Also, unlike some of the other plumbers I have used, I have not had a single request from him for a positive Yelp review.

I needed a water pressure regulating valve because the water pressure coming from the street into my house is about 120 psi (!!). This makes for a great shower, but it's extremely hard on all my appliances.

It was a pleasure to work with Joksan from the start. He was very responsive and knowledgeable, provided a free (and reasonable) estimate, and made himself available to do the job the very next morning.  I'm very happy with the quality of work Joksan provided and will definitely contact Creativity Plumbing in the future.

Joksan did a variety of repairs for me, some of which were difficult to figure out and solve:
- found issues regarding the discharge for a tankless water heater
- service and flush out tankless
- fix clog issues in shower and sink
- replace several valves

We had a leak in our bathtub and needed help over a long weekend. Joksan was super responsive and came over same day and did a great job fixing it. Seeing how great a job he did, he has been our go-to plumber, helping us change our faucet and fix up our garbage disposal. It's a total waste of my entire afternoon. I got in touch with Joksan in the morning when he said he would be available at 4pm to inspect the toilet leak on my rental property. I made the trip to the rental at 4pm and waited for over 30 mins and he didn't show up. I tried calling multiple times there is no response. After I left the place, he got back to me saying his phone has died. Then we agreed to meet at 6:30pm on the same day. I again went to the rental at 6:30 and wait for him for another 30 mins. He didn't show up again. When I called him, he sounded like he has completely forgotten about this. I was so frustrated and disappointed. I don't know how he got those 9 good reviews. There are many other plumbing services in this area and I shouldn't have wasted my time with this one. If you can't meet the commitment, don't make the promise, just to save people's precious time!

Joksan found the fix for our shower panel. Instead of having us replace expensive components, he worked with us to find what is really broken.

Simply the best plumber in the Bay Area! Over the years, I've experienced plumbers who were flaky, expensive, and overall unreliable. This was not the case with Joksan. I hired him to fix a leak in my bathtub and the entire experience was great from initial contact to job completion. He fixed the leak perfectly and his prices were very reasonable. He also took the time to give me tips and advice on overall plumbing maintenance. If you're looking for a plumber, stop your search and hire Joksan now! You won't regret it.

I contacted them for a small but unusual job, to install a bidet seat in a shade where i couldn't quite do it on my own - plus a couple of other small tasks.  They responded quickly, were able to provide a quote based on pictures i took, and have me an estimate led than half that of others that i spoke with. They scheduled to come the next day. Noe was nice, professional, and let me know early on that or was going to be a much bigger job than i thought - he had to remove the toilet entirely to install the seat! But he honored the original, low estimate anyway - i didn't even have to negotiate. The job obviously took a little longer than he said it would but he finished it at the end of a long day, without complaint. And when he reinstalled the toilet, it actually looked like a better job than the contractor who did it originally. I will gladly hire these guys again in future.

Good experience through out with Joksan from creative plumbing.  I had main water pipe leaking at joins and Joksan showed up on time to provide diagnostic and estimate.  He looked thoroughly and provided reasonable estimate and got the job.  Next day, fixed the issue as promised on timeline provided.  Friendly, polite, and knowledgeable and got the job done efficiently.

Very good experience with Joksan and his team. Great communications starting with a timely and reasonable quote to adjusting the appointment time as I need a replacement valve to arrive via mail before he can begin the work. Although Joksan was not on this job, the plumber he sent was professional, courteous, and completed the job quickly and staying on site until everything was tested. He was an hour later than the appointment time, but forgiven given the quality and the unpredictable nature of the work. I would not hesitate to contact him for future plumbing needs.

Jokson was super responsive when I reached out for a quote when a pipe broke late on a Friday night. He gave me an estimate based on a picture and offered to come the next morning Saturday at 8am before his next appointment. He arrived only a couple of minutes late, but texted me beforehand to let me know. He was clean, wore a mask, and took extra care to describe the solution he recommended. The price was reasonable. He had the primary part (a valve) with him and was able to get the water flowing back to my house (after a night with no water). He then made a quick trip to the store to pick up a part that he didn't have on hand and he soon completed the work. He cleaned up after himself and everything worked as expected. No leaks. Jokson was friendly, careful, responsive, and tidy. I'd recommend Jokson for your next plumbing job.

They came by to work on a clean-out for our house. They also snaked the pipes to the main sewerage. They did an excellent job!

I had a constant water running problem that I discovered in the afternoon.   Joksan came out that same evening at 6:30 pm.   He crawled under the house to look for any water leaks and found everything was dry.   Then he checked all the house toilets and found one fill valve that was constantly running.   He promptly repaired and provided a receipt and warranty.   He was very clean and wore a mask during his entire service in my home.   Joksan was fast, efficient and clear in his diagnosis and repair.  The repair bill was very reasonable.   I would definitely use him again!

joksan is a very knowledgable plumber and he is very polite , corteous and professional. i had a backed up sink and the garbage disposal wasnt working. he was very upfront with what had to be done and the charges that would be applied. i had done some price checking with other companies and his pricing seemed to be the most reasonable. it ended up being a celery stalk stuck in the waste arm which he was able to take out eventually. he was quick effecient and  i felt like i got the best deal in town with the nicest and most honest plumber. ill defenitley call creative plumbing and ask for joksan again . thank you joksan !!

I needed my gas water heater to be replaced. Joksan quickly provided a quote based on the pictures I sent. He showed up for the appointment to do the job. Active, proactive, friendly and professional are the qualities coming to my mind. He did a great job without gimmicks and left on-time leaving a clean place. My next plumbing jobs will probably go to Joksan!!

Joksan is hands down the best plumber I worked with. His price is very reasonable. The guy is friendly, no hassle and gets the job done. My shower handle broke at 9 pm in the night. Spoke to a few plumbers who quoted more than 500 bucks to fix, Jocksan quoted $275. Guess what the work is way more complicated than a broken handle. Jocksan spent 2-3 hrs in the night resolving the issue and he never complained in the process. He is likely the best value for the buck in terms of pricing and job quality.

My kitchen sink is clogged quite deeply after living there for 6 years. Joksan did a great job using a long drain snake to clear the clog, explained to me what happened, thoroughly tested and cleaned up all the grease from the drain snake. Highly recommended.

Both bathrooms backed up on a Friday night and were in a bind.  Joksan responded immediately and came out to check out the situation to give an (free) estimate. He went under the house to fully assess the situation before the quote which was lower than anticipated. He came back with the appropriate equipment and worked late into the night to fix the problem. He returned the next morning to finish the non-critical parts of the job. We used Creativity Plumbing services for inspection of a major leak in the bathroom pipeline. Jokson was very quick to respond - he thoroughly inspected the issue and found the root cause. He was very patient, professional and knowledgeable in his work.  He took his time to also patiently walk through the steps to fix this and also looked at other plumbing issues we had in the house and gave us a reasonable quote. We are planning to use this services for this and going forward.

Joksan helped to clean the clogged main pipe to the sewerage and installed a n access port. He is very responsible and also keeps his word.

Had a clogged shower that couldn't be fixed with snaking the shower itself, so I needed someone who could snake a roof vent. This was a second story vent with a steep roof, so most people wouldn't have taken this job. G&J came out on a Saturday morning and safely and expertly handled the situation at a very reasonable price. I will definitely consider them for future plumbing needs and would encourage anyone to do the same.

Jackson was on time and solved the problem quickly. Spent the time to troubleshoot and provide me a report of the condition of the system. Providing recommendations without any pressure or fear tactics to do more work.

Installed a new hot water heater.  Everything was done very professionally and efficiently and I was very happy with the results.  I do not think you can go wrong by picking these guys!!
