Jose gave me a fair quote same day on my patio roof and was able to start the job next day! He and his team finished the work repairing my patio and replacing broken tiles on my main roof within 2 days of calling him (this was a holiday weekend mind you)! Hey arrived each day on time as promised. I was truly impressed by his professionalism and prompt communication. I needed to get this job done to satisfy an inspection report while selling my home. Jose even took the time to explain the job to my realtor, so she could better explain it to our buyers. He took before and after pictures of everything and even took extra pictures of the bird debris under my solar panels, so I could submit them to my solar company for approval on pigeon abatement. I would definitely recommend Jose and A1 Roofing to anyone!

TSM roofing is awesome! We are in the process of selling our house and needed a minor repair to our roof. I had been in dire need of exterior and interior house painting for a long time but had such bad luck with contractors in the past that I did not want to even try to find one.  Our neighbors on Nextdoor recommended Arizona Family Painting (Charles Johnston 602-295-1115) with such enthusiasm that I decided to invite them over to provide an estimate for painting the exterior, repairing and repainting the stucco on my block wall, and painting the interior.  We started out with the exterior . . . Charles quoted me a price within the range that I was anticipating and offered a discount if I would allow them to start the next day because they had a cancellation.  I told him there was too much prep work for me to do in that short of time and he assured me that his team will take care of everything.  That is exactly what they did!  I thought my block wall was beyond repair and they brought it back to life.  My house looks brand new!  After that, they painted my interior.  They took down pictures, patched holes, and painted ceilings, walls, and closet doors.  Charles provided me color samples so I could pick out exactly what I needed and helped me make the tough decisions.  In just 7 business days, the Arizona Family Painting team finished the entire exterior and interior.   I had the pleasure of meeting his crews and was pleased with their enthusiasm and attention to detail.   This company is licensed, bonded, and has an A+ rating from the Arizona Better Business Bureau.

We needed our patio roof repaired. The folks at Spearhead showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they promised to do and for the amount they quoted. They were wonderful.

Getting great service can be a challenge these days.  We had a roof tile come loose over the winter and expose our roof deck to the elements. We needed a simple repair.  Roof Specialists responded to our call and did a complete inspection. They found several other tiles about ready to come loose and several broken tiles.  The next day they had one of their guys on the roof doing all the repairs.  Highly responsive!

Just purchased a home that recently had their roof replaced from roof medic in 2019. We did have a leak in our roof and were thrilled to find out it was under warranty. They responded immediately via email and were timely to get the repair done before more rain storms came rolling in. I requested that we be compensated for the water damage on our freshly painted ceiling since the roof was under warranty- and awkward ask from a desperately poor & new homeowner-and they were kind enough to send me $100 Home Depot gift card. This paid for all of the paint and repairs!! While we did not personally hire them in 2019 to repair the roof, I would use them over and over based off of the customer service I experienced to make things right. THANK YOU ROOF MEDIC!

Jose and his crew have serviced my roof 2 times now and always do a great job at a more than reasonable price.  While several other companies wanted me to pay upfront just to come and do an inspection of the damages, Jalisco showed up the next day to assess the damages, gave me a very reasonable quote and had the leak fixed the same day....I didn't even have to be home as they sent me all of the before and after pics.

We had a significant interior leak as a result of a heavy rain, and were referred to BCS by our original builder. Dean personally responded quickly to our request and promptly set up an appointment. He checked our roof and discovered large holes in the surrounding stucco resulting from extremely poor work done recently by another contractor, as well as several repairs needed on our existing roof from 10+ years of wear. He quickly provided us an estimate of all required repairs, set up a convenient time for the necessary work to be done, made the required repairs on time/budget and returned to perform a water test to ensure the leak was indeed fixed correctly. Furthermore, Dean came during the weekend in-between providing his estimate and making the repairs to plug the stucco holes so that the possible rainfall that weekend wouldn't cause further damage. We couldn't have been more pleased with Dean's work quality and timeliness, and would certainly recommend him to others.

After getting a few estimates, chad and Allstate roofing were not only the most affordable but the most professional and friendly company I dealt with.  Chad took the time to explain all of my options, exactly what I needed and I saw him several times during the project.  His office followed up when they would be available to do my roof and kept me updated.  His work crew was professional and friendly.  They came in and got the job done! I used Right Way for a new roof after references from a few friends. My old roof had held up well for about 20 years. I am particular about my home and do most of the work items myself, but this one was too big to tackle. Overall I thought they did an excellent job. Their quote was not the least expensive, but they appeared to know what they were doing, the materials were good if not better than what had been used in the past. They were excellent about meeting commitments and confirming dates. We had a big roof so I had questioned their size estimates, but Lori worked it diligently and we agreed. They were as careful as I would be in reusing tile and avoiding damaging other portions of the house and they had a few methods on installing dormier vents and interlaying with the flat roof that I thought were superior (having done preventative patching there in the past.) Cleanup was really well done and they did it nightly. They were able to match the tile and Kevin got a decent price for the extra pallet needed. This is hard dirty work (I have done it myself) but I thought they did an outstanding job. It took them a week to get the work done but they were hard at it every morning unitl late in the day including Saturday. In the end I am glad I trusted this to them. Warranty is good, but I don't think I will need it. Waiting to see how it performs when the Monsoons come, so far very pleased.

When I purchased my home 5 years ago , I was informed that the roof would need to be recoated with a protective material every 5 years. I started to call roofing companies for a quote to apply the protective coating.

One company looked and said they don't do that type of work. One company said that everything would need to be ripped down to the plywood and they would start over. I have solar panels that would need too be taken down and we then reinstalled

Great Experience.   We did our due diligence and obtained quotes from five (5) roofing companies.  The quote from Ridge was very reasonable compared to the other companies.  The warranty was the same.   They came out and explained everything to us; plus I even got a military discount!   The work crew was great and completed everything promptly and cleaned up the area well.   The project lead kept in communication with us and let us know what was happening; then he came and did a final walk through to ensure we were happy.   I would recommend these folks to anyone needed a roof or roof repair.

Circle G replaced our foam roof years ago and at the time showed up promptly within 24 hours and did a great job. No leaks now, however there was a leak in the metal part of our roof (which was replaced 15 years ago by another company, before we owned the house). We called Circle G again as we'd had such a good experience, and they called back during a terrible stormy week, arranged an appointment, showed up on time and fixed the roof the same day. They are courteous, professional and reasonably priced. We highly recommend.
