Jose gave me a fair quote same day on my patio roof and was able to start the job next day! He and his team finished the work repairing my patio and replacing broken tiles on my main roof within 2 days of calling him (this was a holiday weekend mind you)! Hey arrived each day on time as promised. I was truly impressed by his professionalism and prompt communication. I needed to get this job done to satisfy an inspection report while selling my home. Jose even took the time to explain the job to my realtor, so she could better explain it to our buyers. He took before and after pictures of everything and even took extra pictures of the bird debris under my solar panels, so I could submit them to my solar company for approval on pigeon abatement. I would definitely recommend Jose and A1 Roofing to anyone!

Awesome family owned and operated roofing company. I called TSM Roofing because I needed to get an inspection done on my roof for my home owners insurance. I spoke with Carolyn , who was a delight to talk to, and explained to her what I need and she was able to get Wendell out to my residence the next day to do the inspection.

Wendell gave me a call before heading out to my residence and explained to me what he was going to inspect and how long the inspection was going to take. My insurance company needed a minimum of 6 photos of the roof from different angles and some details of the roof with the estimated age of the roof, which I asked Wendell about and he said that would be no problem. After the inspection was done, Wendell gave me another call and went over all of the details from the inspection and sent me an email with the pictures and documentation that I needed.

Jake was our project manager and was fantastic to work with, from scheduling the work on our roof to communicating about our preferences on materials and any changes that needed to be made. He was easily accessible on the phone, email, and text. The build crew arrived on time and did excellent work. Overall the cost of the work was competitive in the Phoenix area and we felt great about choosing this company.

Charles Johnston and his team were absolutely terrific.  I have had so many poor customer service companies work for me in the past and it is quite refreshing to have someone who goes the extra mile to make sure that your experience is a great one!  

This is a family run business and they were such a pleasure to work with from the very beginning.  I was near the end of my RV Garage project and realized that if I were to paint the new garage the same colors as the house that they would not match due to fading of the paint on our house. I had the garage guys start painting the new colors we chose on the garage. I then contacted many painters and Charles contacted me immediately and his son came out within an hour to meet with me to discuss various options and costs for our house project.  The quoted price was very reasonable.  

Charles came out before the project started to walk the property to make sure that he had an understanding of my expectations.

Henry was the lead on the 2-man crew and he also walked around the property to make sure that he understood what I wanted before he started this project.  They fixed all cracks, chips, imperfections that existed on both the stucco home and the block exterior wall around the property.  They also power washed the entire house and wall.  They took extreme care while moving all of the front and back furniture and made sure to cover all of it with plastic wrapping.  This was very important, since my last painters ruined a few pieces of expensive wrought iron furniture with over-spray.  They also covered up all of the travertine in the back and pavers in the front.  They covered the entire pool to make sure that no paint got into the pool.  It did take quite some time to mask everything on the property, but this is definitely the most important part of the job in my mind.  

Once the painting started it went pretty fast and Henry made sure to spray both vertically and horizontally to give the two coats of paint it needed.  After the painting was completed, I had noticed that three areas on the patio ceiling were not completed to my satisfaction, since there were 3 small cracks that had been filled with caulk, but I wanted it to be smooth like the rest of the ceiling.  No worries, Charles had Henry hot mud the ceiling and sand it after drying and then repainted these areas.  They turned out perfect.  They also went around the entire property and did various touch-ups to make sure that everything was absolutely perfect.  They cleaned a few sun shades that got a little bit of paint on them.  

They couldn't complete the extra painting on the garage, since the garage door still hadn't arrived to be installed.  Charles said that I should just call them once the door is installed and he will get his guys over to mask the pop-outs off around the garage door and then spray paint the door.  What great customer service!  

I admit that I am a very difficult person to please and deal with.  Charles always answered all of my texts immediately and dropped whatever he was doing a few times and drove out to my property to make sure everything was to my liking.  He was very personable and did everything that he could to make sure that I was extremely pleased with all of their work.  Henry the painter and his helper were very nice and also made sure to accommodate my wishes.  He doesn't have 20 to 30 jobs going at one time, but only has two crews and a couple houses going at one time, so that he can focus on each client and make sure that they are completely taken care of.

I have a 4000 sq. foot ranch house, half acre lot wall, and a 45-foot RV Garage and it took them 3.5 days to complete the entire project.  My last house painter took several weeks to complete and it was nowhere near the quality.

I can't express enough how wonderful this experience has been and he definitely is the #1 service provider that I have had here in Arizona over the past 18 years, of which I have had several hundred.  Great work Charles and thank you for a job well done!

We had some storm damage and a patio cover that wasn't built properly in the first place. From the first call, to the salesman who wrote our estimate, to the workers everyone was very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job cleaning up and the work looks fantastic. I found Icon Roofing through a recommendation on the Arcadia Living Group on Facebook. During a monsoon a tile blew off my roof, I wanted someone to check for damage and replace any broken tiles. Icon roofing was very easy to contact, came out to inspect the roof, and booked the repair within a week. Zac sent an email with the quote that included pictures of damage. We had a small leak this summer and realized the dreaded roof replacement was needed. Steve was very responsive even as he and his team were incredibly busy during monsoon season. We asked to delay the roof to allow us to get finances ready and he was very understanding.  He followed up with me a month later as discussed and quickly got us scheduled. His team has been great and they clean up very well every night.  He also sends daily picture updates in the evening which has been great to keep updated on the progress.  Give Steve a call and you won't be disappointed!

I reached out to this roofer on Yelp and requested a bid on a new roof just as I did with 2 other contractors. I got a timely response from Jalisco Roofing, but all it said was Hello. I messaged back on Yelp and repeated the request. After 2 days, no response. It's almost as if the response was a robo-answer and there is nobody monitoring their listing on Yelp? Whatever, don't waste your time.

Called BCS to remove ugly stucco on the front of my house and replace with wood siding to restore the house to it's original mid-century feel.  Dean took the time to understand the design we really needed and made sure it was done right.  They did a fantastic job and I'm very pleased with how it turned out.  Price was totally reasonable compared to most companies around the valley.  Will definitely be calling them when we get ready to do our next project.  Would recommend to anyone looking for quality workmanship at a great price!!

I had Allstate repair a leaking flat roof a few years ago. I was so happy with their work that I called them after a monsoon storm damaged my tile roof. Since the underlayment was at the end of its life I elected for a complete removal and replacement. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. They were timely and the job site was cleaner than when they started.5 stars !

Wow!! Thank you for installing my new roof!! The roofers were extremely respectful, communicative, and reliable. They stuck to the timeline we agreed upon and pricing was comparable to other companies. The difference with this company, that I haven't seen before, is there ability to communicate. With each step/day they asked if I had any concerns or questions and updated me on what was being done next. For me, I like to know what's going on and what time someone is going to show up... the worse part about other companies I've used is the lack of reliability and communication. Other companies just come and go as they please... playing loud inappropriate music, and not cleaning up after themselves. Truvo (Brad) was a breath of fresh air!! Wow!  I was so impressed with this company.  The bid was in line with other bids that we received.  When they began the work they found that it was going to be a lot more involved than they thought,  They were up front and honest about the additional services needed.  They offered us the chance to get more bids based on the issues they found.  We went with them (again) to replace our roof.  I cannot tell you how happy we were with that decision.  This company is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.  The quality of work was excellent.  I would definitely go with this company again.

Ultra Foam LLc did my 14x20 & 8x7 patio roofs on time and for less than the other two companies that I received quotes from. But the reason I gave them the job wasn't price alone. They offered 2 foam, where the others were offering 1 and they offered 2 coats of sealer, where the others only quoted 1 coat.

So all the way around I feel I got a good deal and a quality install from this company.

Responsive and reliable at a great price! I had several companies reach out regarding my roof project. Ridge followed through. One of the other companies that did not do a thorough inspection told me that my entire roof needed replaced. Ridge explained the details of the inspection and took photos to show the damage that needed repaired, which was NOT the entire roof. The other company could potentially rip off customers! Ridge followed through with a detailed estimate, completed the repair within a week at a fair price.  So pleased with their work and will definitely recommend their business!
