Am VERY happy with the work and service from Jose and his team. I was in need of patio roof replacement and tile repairs quickly once my house sold and Jose was SUPER quick, efficient and easy to work with. I got a quote same day (which was a great compared to others I received) and work was done fast and looks great. Communication was clear, fast and professional. He went above and beyond and actually was able to fix more than originally quoted for the same price. I would recommend A1 to anyone looking for great roofing help at a great price.

The Roof Medics performed an entire replacement of the underlayment of our tile roof and also replaced the flat roof of our covered back porch.  They were very responsive from the initial call for a quote through the end of the job.  The crew worked very quickly and efficiently and cleaned up well each day.  During the process, I called the office with questions and answers were provided quickly.  The owner even reached out personally to us to communicate next steps, when needed. The customer service we received from this company is second to none.  I whole-heartedly recommend The Roof Medics for any roofing needs.

ICON roofing came through on every single promise. There was no delay whatsoever from the first visit to the last. Every single one of my calls or texts was answered within the hour and it was refreshing getting any information needed. The roofers were incredible! A sudden dust storm came out of nowhere and not only did they clean up the work area, but went around my backyard taking the time to ensure that everything was cleared. They were friendly and completely professional. The only thing I feel bad about is that I didn't treat them to lunch, such hard workers. They finished the full project within 3 days and we had constant check ins from Kevin and Hayden to ensure that we were happy with the progress. I was fast approaching the need for a roof repair. My neighbor had used Ready Roofing and was very satisfied with their service, price and professionalism. I have a complex roof and a medium to large home. When I needed estimates for my roof replacement, I added Ready Roofing into the four estimates I received.

When I was comparing the estimates, I did not just go on price, I reviewed references, the quality of the workman used and the materials being spec'd out for the complete job.  I also went with my gut feeling for the people with whom I spoke and their professionalism. I was working with a neighbor down the street and we were comparing notes as he too was looking to have his roof replaced. For the same reasons we both chose Ready Roofing.

Steve was in constant contact with us and let us know what to expect, when and who would be running our job. His teams were neat, on time and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves every day and were able to finish the job on the early side of the estimate.

There were no added surprises for the final bill.

Jose was very professional since the first time I spoke with him. Very good at communicating and always available. He lived up to his price and work. He quoted us the best price for the quality materials he used. He's even offering us a 10 year warranty on his work. He came in put a roof on two homes and was out of there before we knew it. He left the place clean of any debry. I totally recommend Jalisco Roofing!

I used BCS to paint my house and put on a new roof. Communication from Dean was great; he walked me through the process and timeline and was responsive to both email and text. His crews showed up on time and cleaned up every afternoon before they left. The jobs were completed on time and within budget. I would highly recommend.

Requested a quote for a roof leak and possible whole new roof.  They scheduled a quote with a 3 hour window. They never showed up. I reached out 2 hours after the end of their scheduled window of time.  I was told by the owner that they were really busy today and two people called out, so they couldn't make it today and he is sorry for not letting me know.  As the owner I would think he would be more on top of what's going on in his business.  I could only imagine what would happen if he was hired. Don't waste your time there are plenty of roofing companies out there.

I had an overall great experience. Not only did the product come with the longest warranty for both labor and material, but it was also the best price. They were very respectful of my social distancing request. They were very easy to work with. They had a no pressure sales pitch and were willing to answer all of my questions. At the end of each day, they made sure to clean up. It was very easy to work with their office to coordinate the whole job.

Wow!! Thank you for installing my new roof!! The roofers were extremely respectful, communicative, and reliable. They stuck to the timeline we agreed upon and pricing was comparable to other companies. The difference with this company, that I haven't seen before, is there ability to communicate. With each step/day they asked if I had any concerns or questions and updated me on what was being done next. For me, I like to know what's going on and what time someone is going to show up... the worse part about other companies I've used is the lack of reliability and communication. Other companies just come and go as they please... playing loud inappropriate music, and not cleaning up after themselves. Truvo (Brad) was a breath of fresh air!! Thank you for taking such a big stress item off my mind!

Right way did an excellent job replacing my roof.  They answered all my concerns and were an excellent team.  I can't thank them enough for all their hard work.

Contacted this company by e-mail.  No response.  Called and arranged a roofing inspection with Kyle.  Inspection never happened.  Called to complain and spoke to Rick.  Rick was not interested in resolving the matter, simply passed the phone to Kyle who made some excuse then hung up the phone..

In terms of customer service?  There clearly is none.  

Be wary of a company that fails to respond to e-mail, schedules appointments but fails to follow through and is totally unresponsive to the resulting customer complaints.

We have three flat roof sections and a walk deck that we have had coated every 5 years. After 19 years we wanted to do more than the coating paint and started researching roofers and foam products. We saw a couple of Ultra Foam company trucks in and around our area shortly before we started getting quotes. Ultra Foam Roofing had great reviews, but our final decision was when another roofer was out and said foaming was a good idea for the three flat roofs and then he recommended Ultra Foam Roofing who he had used himself. We got a quote and scheduled the work. Our tech was on time, explained what he was going to do, did the work and it looks great. Highly recommend this company.

I have a roof leak and called lots of places to come out and check it. Some places were 2-3 weeks out before they could come out. Called and left Garrett a message, he called be right back and said he could stop by the next day. He called and showed up on time, then after checking my roof leak and talking to him, he told me because my house is only 9 years old to go after the home builder. I have not paid him anything and he is so willing to help. I am in the process of going after the home builder, and if things fall through I will be using ridge roofing to repair. Thanks Garrett!

They did the roof for our home prior to our purchase of it.  Prior to purchasing the home, we requested they come and inspect the roof and gave us reassurance the warranty would transfer to us.  Recently we had a leak and they came right out.  Turns out the leak was due to a skylight (not their fault), but they fixed it anyway.  Their customer service is fantastic!!
