Best Roofing Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

Jose gave me a fair quote same day on my patio roof and was able to start the job next day! He and his team finished the work repairing my patio and replacing broken tiles on my main roof within 2 days of calling him (this was a holiday weekend mind you)! Hey arrived each day on time as promised. I was truly impressed by his professionalism and prompt communication. I needed to get this job done to satisfy an inspection report while selling my home. Jose even took the time to explain the job to my realtor, so she could better explain it to our buyers. He took before and after pictures of everything and even took extra pictures of the bird debris under my solar panels, so I could submit them to my solar company for approval on pigeon abatement. I would definitely recommend Jose and A1 Roofing to anyone!

Quality job at an affordable price by professional roofers. Did a GREAT. job cleaning up the mess each day and finished 1/2 day early. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

So far all I can say about this company is they are great. I saw a sign in a neighbors yard down the street after a storm we had that ripped through our area. They sent a nice young man name Chris out and he said the roof was damaged and we should call our insurance company. We did and h ch was right. No arguments from the adjuster, full replacement. Then Chris came back and put a tarp over a spot on the roof that was real bad. No only has the service been the best but we also called a few other companies to get quotes and All About roofing prices was the best. Highly recommend.

Great response and very good quality work at a good value.   Prepped and painted the exterior of our home in 3 days.   Recommended them to our neighbors.

We needed our patio roof repaired. The folks at Spearhead showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they promised to do and for the amount they quoted. They were wonderful.

I have no reservations about recommending Spearhead to anyone.

Getting great service can be a challenge these days.  We had a roof tile come loose over the winter and expose our roof deck to the elements. We needed a simple repair.  Roof Specialists responded to our call and did a complete inspection. They found several other tiles about ready to come loose and several broken tiles.  The next day they had one of their guys on the roof doing all the repairs.  Highly responsive!

Just purchased a home that recently had their roof replaced from roof medic in 2019. We did have a leak in our roof and were thrilled to find out it was under warranty. They responded immediately via email and were timely to get the repair done before more rain storms came rolling in. I requested that we be compensated for the water damage on our freshly painted ceiling since the roof was under warranty- and awkward ask from a desperately poor & new homeowner-and they were kind enough to send me $100 Home Depot gift card. This paid for all of the paint and repairs!! While we did not personally hire them in 2019 to repair the roof, I would use them over and over based off of the customer service I experienced to make things right. THANK YOU ROOF MEDIC!

ICON roofing came through on every single promise. There was no delay whatsoever from the first visit to the last. Every single one of my calls or texts was answered within the hour and it was refreshing getting any information needed. The roofers were incredible! A sudden dust storm came out of nowhere and not only did they clean up the work area, but went around my backyard taking the time to ensure that everything was cleared. They were friendly and completely professional. The only thing I feel bad about is that I didn't treat them to lunch, such hard workers. They finished the full project within 3 days and we had constant check ins from Kevin and Hayden to ensure that we were happy with the progress. Jose and his crew have serviced my roof 2 times now and always do a great job at a more than reasonable price.  While several other companies wanted me to pay upfront just to come and do an inspection of the damages, Jalisco showed up the next day to assess the damages, gave me a very reasonable quote and had the leak fixed the same day....I didn't even have to be home as they sent me all of the before and after pics.

Dean and his team did a great job replacing my entire patio roof and drywall that got water damaged. Very happy with the job done. He came out right away and provided me with a reasonable estimate. The job got done in a timely manner. The men cleaned up and kept everything professional. Definitely recommend Dean and his team. He is honest and will tell you the best route to take. Prior to contacting him, I got quoted  a ridiculous amount by a different company, who wanted to just put a band-aid over my roof. Glad I found these guys.

JTD Provided a quote via pictures and came out the next day to remount some fallen concrete shingles. I was at work while the job was being completed and Juan recommended 1 additional item be done. I was very appreciative that he waited for my approval via text before adding additional cost to the project. I was provided an invoice promptly after the job was complete.
I will be using JTD Roofing for any of my future needs.

A rarity for an Arizona contractor-On time, quality workmanship, courteous workers and pays attention to details. I had the entire roof stripped and replaced.  Super good clean up and communication during job. No attempted add ons, job was done per quote.
Would not hesitate to use on future projects.

Worked with Brad. They were great. Fixed my roof tiles at a very affordable price and they were even able to do it when I wasn't home, which made it really easy.

This company is horrible (see attached photos for proof) for starters they DID NOT obtain a building roofing permit which was required by the city of Phoenix because we changed building materials, we switched from a rock roof to shingle roofing. A city building permit was required before proceeding and doing work however it was not approved by the city and a permit was never submitted to the city, this can be verified with the City of phoenix. Next Right Way roofing, installed poor building materials which should never be used by any roofing company (see the photos) they used a damaged beat-up 2x4 board instead of using new wood. The company actually explained to me saying they should have flipped boards over to hide damaged wood but that was not a good answer and should not be done either, instead the damaged wood should NOT have been used at all. The company obviously does not take pride in the quality of work they do or they would have caught this problem right away and not used damaged wood and a roofing company should never do work without city permit required city. I found several problems (see photos) and had to ask the company to correct and re-work the issues as well. When a new roof is installed only new quality building materials should be used but they were not instead they used (reused/old) and also wood filler was used to fill large cracks in the wood which should never be used to fix large areas of damaged wood.  Please checkout the BBB because there are other complaints for this company as well, also don't take the word of others on here when I have pictures that show the actual work was done and as I mentioned you can also call the city and verify that a roofing permit was never obtained by this company which means the City never inspected the roof so that means the roof may have been done incorrectly and since many homeowners are now complaining about heat insulation issues; I'm sure it was done incorrectly.  Finally, it is important to mention Lori's comments below; none of what she's saying has anything to do with quality of work that was done or why the bad materials were used in the first place or why the bad materials/wood was used and never corrected or why a building permit was not obtained from the City of Phoenix. You won't see a response to that, since I was told there was nothing the company would do because the roof was already completed and they can't and won't repair the poor damaged wood which should not have been used.  Don't believe what you're reading on other positive posts, since those posts appear to be single home simple projects however my roof was for a large condo project which was a total disaster and flop. Also another thing you'll notice about other positive posts is they are all positive reviews which were created mysteriously right after my post so it's like Rightway roofing may have asked all their friends and family to go online and post good reviews to help boots and raise their bad rating, which does not surprise me since this is a very shady company.  If you have any questions or would like more photos please feel free contact me.

Contacted this company by e-mail.  No response.  Called and arranged a roofing inspection with Kyle.  Inspection never happened.  Called to complain and spoke to Rick.  Rick was not interested in resolving the matter, simply passed the phone to Kyle who made some excuse then hung up the phone..

In terms of customer service?  There clearly is none.  

Be wary of a company that fails to respond to e-mail, schedules appointments but fails to follow through and is totally unresponsive to the resulting customer complaints.

Ultra Foam LLc did my 14x20 & 8x7 patio roofs on time and for less than the other two companies that I received quotes from. But the reason I gave them the job wasn't price alone. They offered 2 foam, where the others were offering 1 and they offered 2 coats of sealer, where the others only quoted 1 coat.

So all the way around I feel I got a good deal and a quality install from this company.

Quick to respond to an emergency roof leak, quick and efficient permanent repairs that are guaranteed! Many thanks for a job well done.
