Best Roofing Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

Just had my roof repaired by Michael and his crew. Did an awesome job in a timely manner. Michael and Lauren answered any questions and provided estimates and pictures.  Their estimate was so much better than others. Highly recommended if your looking for a roofing contractor.

The roof on my central phoenix home was destroyed in the hail storm of Oct 5th, 2010. I received three estimates from different roofers in the area. Advance Roofing Systems was several thousands of dollars less than the others. I met with the owner Ken who was very professional and assured me that they would clean up their work area daily during the project. I have yet to find a roofing nail around the yard and the new roof looks fantastic! They not only replaced the attic vents on my roof but painted all vents, exhaust pipes and air conditioning duct to match. Many of my neighbors had their roofs replaced and not one of their contractors had this kind of attention to detail. Love my new painted desert roof!

We  would  totally recommend Mc Bride roofing.From the initial bid to the job completion everything went smoothly and as planned. The project manager (DJ) on our job always  returned my calls promptly and was knowledgable answering my questions.

Wow. I'm genuinely very impressed by Alex. I really can't speak highly enough of him. His bid was less than the competitors' and he finished on time and on budget. His work seemed like it was very high quality (though I don't have a trained eye). He was considerate and helpful to my tenants (where the roof was replaced). And I have a great deal of confidence in his character, honor, and integrity. I'd recommend him to all my friends and family.

We recently hired Poor Boys to pour our cement driveway and a cement patio in the back yard. Everything from the estimate to the finishing work was top notch. They arrived on time on the day they said they would and when they left the job was clean with not a pebble out of place. I highly recommend them and will hire them again if I need a contractor.

Axis did a great job with our new shingle roof. Shelby was great to work with so we're Shania and Shawna. There was an accident that occurred on our property during the tear off (a water line had been broken) and Kevin and the office made sure to get it taken care of. They were thorough and took care of our roof. Our roof looks wonderful now! And am so proud and happy of it all! Thanks for a great job axis roofing!

I noticed there were a few tiles that shifted on my roof after a series of storms.  So, I asked a friend and he recommended TRM from previous experience.  So, I called to scheduled.  The lady (sorry I don't remember her name) was very professional and accommodating.  Nick showed up on time to inspect the roof.  He moved tiles around and corrected all the tiles that shifted.  He also made recommendations without trying to sell you an entire roof.  Very professional, honest and friendly.  I definitely recommend them.

Joe/Tony/ Showtime Roofing just got done with putting down a new roof for us in Pleasant Valley. It looks better now than when the home was purchased. Underlayment and broken tiles were replaced. Leaks in 2 areas were corrected. Will be glad to provide an update in 6 months,
But the job looks exceptional, both from the ground and drone views.

I just used Radiant Roofing for our roof repair. During my working career, my company developed huge industrial laundries utilizing hundreds of subcontractors. I wish they all had been as knowledgeable, trustworthy and pleasant as Jeff and Matt. They've got my highest recommendation.

I was hesitant at first to go with Zobec because they are new to Yelp and had no reviews when I decided to schedule them. Donnie said they have not been on Yelp and are just starting out (not in business, but Yelp), but would love to win my business to show the community what great services they offer. I am happy that I took the chance and went with them. I am very pleased with the work and transaction that took place with Zobec Construction.

Donnie was very knowledgeable and transparent. They had the fairest price in town and when the scope on the work changed to include much more work, the estimate did not change. I was shocked!! Most companies are looking to add on whatever they can to get more money, not Zobec or Donnie. I felt that he really cared and wanted to get my project done with the utmost professionalism and pride of ownership. It was really refreshing to see such integrity in a company, and especially for such a small job accordingly.

I had some issues with my roof that I needed some specific repairs and then I needed it to be documented in a way that would show the buyers of my home progress of said repairs. Donnie took photos of before, during, and after. He compiled these photos on the invoice so that I could present them to the buyers agent and instill confidence that the repairs had been completed per our contract. I was very pleased as this service was over and above what I expected. He really understood what was needed and delivered on all accounts. Way to go!

Donnie was communicating with me over the entire project being very transparent and concise. He was early to all appointments and did exactly what he said he was going to do; this company is a rare find indeed.

They completely replaced the front half of my ancient roof in December 2015 after a storm blew off many of the shingles and it is still looking good today.

They were easy to deal with, on time, and the best thing is that they were the lowest of the three estimates I got.

Would use again.

I messaged to schedule a free estimate on our roof and we confirmed an appointment . However, on the day of our appointment no one showed up and there was no phone call.

Presently trying to find a reputable roofing company to put on a new roof that has  a predominance of great reviews but so far not that successful. Out of curiosity, I wanted  to see how Scott Roofing rated now as we unfortunately had a very poor experience with them several years ago.  I was hoping there would be a majority of stellar reviews but unfortunately  overall, they are  not too good.  
To summarize, We had damage from storms and they stated they found the problem but similar to other's experiences, we kept getting leaks but no positive results. I never left a review in the past, but after reading many of them, I felt it was time to write one as this may help others avoid a negative client experience.
Something I learned that I was not aware of at the time is that if you are within the 2 year warranty and having difficulty with a company, you can file a complaint with the Arizona ROC ( Registrar Of Contractors) and they may be able to rectify the problem.

Worker's were not on time and didn't even speak English! They looked at me like I was in a foreign country!

I cannot recommend Pinnacle Roofing and Painting highly enough.  I had major damage on my flat roof and needed it repaired quickly before it rained again and caused more interior damage.  Rosie Romero mentioned Pinnacle Roofing in one of his newspaper columns and Pinnacle was one of the three companies I called for estimates.  Not only was Pinnacle in the ballpark, they were able to come out for an estimate a few days later.  Along with repairing and re-coating the roof, they repaired two skylights and installed a new solar tube light for me, all at a very affordable price. I also need to add that, I was going through some crises in my personal life that made me a bit of a ding-a-ling to deal with, but from start to finish, Brandon and the rest of the Pinnacle, from roofers to office staff, were all very nice, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. ​Call on Pinnacle Roofing and Painting, you won't be sorry!

I have no idea what to expect with roofing companies as I have never dealth with roofing companies. However, whatever I experienced was not expected. I'll just break this down by the dates:

06NOV18: Signed contract.
14NOV18: Contacted JBS to ask what was going on.
15NOV18: Received paper bill asking for 1/3 down payment. No instructions on how to pay so I called them and paid.
03DEC18: Emailed them and had them cancel contract for lack of interest/communication on their part.
03DEC18: Replied with canceled contract and money refunded.

So you don't have to do the math that is:
9 days to go from contract to down payment
18 days to go from down payment to me canceling
27 days from from signed contract to me canceling

To me this is unacceptable. There is no way that it should take a week before taking payment. There is no way it should take two weeks (business days only) to set me up with an appointed date.

What I expected was that at the very least they contact me and ask what time frame I was looking at doing my project. Then getting back to me when I scheduled. I would have been OK with this, especially around the holidays. However, I received no communication whatsoever.

So what was good? Out of the 6 companies or so JBS was the best at getting back to me with options and questions I had. Which makes this entire thing even more disappointing because now I have to go back and wade through all the no-shows and people who dropped off the face of the planet when I started asking questions.

Quick response when i needed them and very respectful. Plus the price I had to pay for the time they came out I was very impressed..I would most definitely have them come back any day or any time..

We just closed on our house and when all of the rain hit, we found that we had a roof leak.  I noticed that Koala T Roofing had a high rating and so I called to get an estimate.  Deanna the owner came out when she said she would and gave me a competitive estimate to fix my roof. After the estimate, her crew came out 5 days later and fixed my roof.  They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very clean.  I have a pool and they got nails and debris out of my pool.  Deanna is great to work with.  She tells you exactly what she is going to do and there are no hidden costs.  I would recommend her company for any type of roof work!

This company is not reliable and we have been getting the run around and  broken promises. We had gutters installed for almost 1000.00 a few months back around June 15th 2020 in the hot months. We have only had 1 monsoon rain to really test these out. They leaked so bad like there was not even gutters ( like  before installation) We called and spoke to Joe (the father) and advised the situation and he informed us that someone would get back to us ( no call back) called again and spoke to Joe Jr and he advised someone would be out to fix the problem. No show again! We called back and George Watson the owner showed up in person and said he would have his guys come out in 2 days to fix the problem that was the middle of September. We called again 2 days ago and was advised by Joe Jr once again that they would take care of the problem on Thursday Oct 8th before 12 and again a no show today. They are not answering the phones. This is poor customer service, they are very condescending when you try to communicate with them. Phone is on  full voicemail. Next step is going to be the BBB and then channel 3 on your side.
