Mark, Laura and their team worked hard to ensure I was pleased with their service.  I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Pros: Estimate was one of the lowest for a new asphalt shingle roof, spring 2015. I made a last minute change on roof color selection which was addressed with no issues. High quality tiles and materials used. Two man crew did the majority of work. Exhaust pipe vents and AC air return (roof mounted) painted to match. Started on time and finished. Returned calls promptly.

Cons: One of the dormer attic vents had a 1 inch gap into the attic that was fixed with a piece of flashing after being informed. Found about 9 nails exposed that weren't completely covered by the tiles. One of the dormer vents was dented. Roofing material over patio did not go to the edge of the flashing? Some leftover material and packaging dumped into attic (through vent opening). Section of rotted plywood over patio was changed, but there was another small section that should have been replaced. Nails found in yard.

We  would  totally recommend Mc Bride roofing.From the initial bid to the job completion everything went smoothly and as planned. The project manager (DJ) on our job always  returned my calls promptly and was knowledgable answering my questions.

Alex McMillan, as well as his son, Alex repaired the flat portion of our roof and the side of our house that had significant dry rot damage. The McMillan's and their crew were friendly, professional, and did quality work for a fair price. I highly recommend their services.

Axis did a great job with our new shingle roof. Shelby was great to work with so we're Shania and Shawna. There was an accident that occurred on our property during the tear off (a water line had been broken) and Kevin and the office made sure to get it taken care of. They were thorough and took care of our roof. Our roof looks wonderful now! And am so proud and happy of it all! Thanks for a great job axis roofing!

If you are in need of a roofer...LOOK no further this the company you want to call. This is a Veteran Owned company.  I have had them do roof work to my primary residence as well as a rental property. They have a wonderful work ethic and their pricing I found to be extremely reasonable. You get more that what you pay for. The workmanship is outstanding. Nick is a great guy to work with and shows up on time and takes the time to explain exactly what is needed.  I will definitely use them again.

I just used Radiant Roofing for our roof repair. During my working career, my company developed huge industrial laundries utilizing hundreds of subcontractors. I wish they all had been as knowledgeable, trustworthy and pleasant as Jeff and Matt. They've got my highest recommendation.

I was having some issues with a couple different leaks at my home. Donnie ended up coming by and taking a look at the problems I was having. He went through the trouble of diagnosing the leaks with a garden hose and after realizing it was a not a roof issue but a door issue he even gave me some recommendations of what could be done for the problem even though it was outside His scope of work. I will definitely keep his number on hand for future Roofing related problems, an honest contractor can be hard to come by!

Taylor at Mesa Roofing came and gave me and a couple of neighbors a quote. I found him to be a decent chap. He offered us a competitive quote. While not the cheapest, we found him to be honest and dependable. They did all our roofs. I would recommend them for their great service.

Sergio came out and address the roof issue we had in a timely manor. The roof looks like new again.

Unreliable and unprofessional. Everado delivers false promise after false promise and cannot be trusted. Avoid this company.

I cannot recommend Pinnacle Roofing and Painting highly enough.  I had major damage on my flat roof and needed it repaired quickly before it rained again and caused more interior damage.  Rosie Romero mentioned Pinnacle Roofing in one of his newspaper columns and Pinnacle was one of the three companies I called for estimates.  Not only was Pinnacle in the ballpark, they were able to come out for an estimate a few days later.  Along with repairing and re-coating the roof, they repaired two skylights and installed a new solar tube light for me, all at a very affordable price. I also need to add that, I was going through some crises in my personal life that made me a bit of a ding-a-ling to deal with, but from start to finish, Brandon and the rest of the Pinnacle, from roofers to office staff, were all very nice, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. ​Call on Pinnacle Roofing and Painting, you won't be sorry!

Made an appointment for a roof estimate via their website. Time was set, and all seemed fine, until the morning of, when their salesman Gary W called to see if he can reschedule for earlier in the day. Told him I couldn't due to another contractor occupying that spot. Gary's answer I don't care that you have another contractor in the same time. Well, guess what, I do.

Anyway, he came relatively on-time, but with an attitude. First he told me that he can't reuse the existing clay tiles, due to not being available anymore - a valid point, although lots of my neighbors were able to reuse theirs and find replacements; he got quite upset hearing this and actually told me that there's nothing left to discuss if I insisted on reusing the tiles. He pushed concrete tiles instead. Anyway, I convinced him to look around the property, to inspect the tiles (which he called incorrectly being straight, instead of tapered - he didn't admit being wrong) and we started discussing underlayment. I mentioned synthetic, like Titanium or Tyvec Protec, which sent him ballistic, telling me that that's cr*p, that I deal with cheap contractors, telling me again that there's nothing to discuss anymore and wished me good luck with my cheap contractors. He turned his back and left.

I have never ever dealt with a more unprofessional contractor. Good that I found this out before considering them for work, not during or after the fact.

We did not use Koala T Roofing based on our experience with getting an estimate.  While I can't review their work, I can review their business/personal skills.

I found them online and liked that they emphasized quality.  I called and scheduled them to come out to give us a free estimate.  I booked the appointment one week in advance.

When it came time for our appointment, no Koala T!  I did not receive a phone call from them either.  I was thinking they may be running behind or maybe they were on the road over to our home.  I gave them plenty of time and then I decided I would call them.  She acted surprised when I told her we were on the schedule that day for them to come to our home for an estimate.  She said she would be over within 30 minutes.  

When she did arrive, she was not pleasant or friendly.  It seemed as if we were a major inconvenience for her. My husband led her to the area needing work.  When I approached, she didn't say hello, didn't introduce herself or shake my hand.  No people skills at all.  How are you going to book jobs when you treat people like they are invisible and an inconvenience??

She asked for my email and she said she would email an estimate within 24 hours.

She never emailed us an estimate.  She never called to follow up or give us an estimate on the phone.

Apparently our business was not important to her.

No....I would not recommend Koala T Roofing.

As others have said on this site their customer service is terrible.  Once the job is done don't expect to get a phone call back.  We have been trying for over 2 months to contact them about some loose tiles.  We have left at least a dozen messages with their answering service and never get a call back.
