Best Roofing Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

They stand by their word.  

We bought our house last spring and the inspector noted water stains from roof leaking issues, despite the fact that the roof was only 3 or 4 years old.  The previous owners obtained a one-year roof guarantee form Proficient Contracting, which gave us the piece of mind to move forward with the purchase.

When the rainy season began we noticed leaks in our bathroom.  We called Proficient and Mike came out with his crew and patched some areas around the venting pipe.  Unfortunately, that did not do it.

We called Mike gain and he indicated that the company used the wrong undercoating material and they would replace it, but their schedule was backed up due to frequent rains this winter.  Nevertheless, they put a tarp on the affected part of the roof to prevent leaking in the meantime.  

Unfortunately, the leaks continued and we called Lauren in the office and they came out the next day and put another tarp down.  This fixed the leaks temporarily.

Finally, Proficient's schedule cleared and they came out and fixed the roof last week.  This was one week after the roof guarantee expired.  

It did take a bit of time for Mike to respond to my phone calls, but as soon as I got Lauren in the loop, our communication was excellent.

The bottom line is that Proficient could have waited for the clock to run out, but they didn't.  They stood by their name.  I will use them when it is time to replace our roof.

Excellent company! The workers are fantastic, efficient & kind. The project manager Manuel was very communicative and ensured we always knew what was going on. They cleaned up after themselves each day. Roof looks amazing! I would recommend this company to everyone.

We wanted to remodel our kitchen, with way too many ideas in our heads. Lyra really honed in on what we were talking about and her design was came out better than we could of imagined. Ryan and his crew were prompt and his communication was great.

Axis did a great job with our new shingle roof. Shelby was great to work with so we're Shania and Shawna. There was an accident that occurred on our property during the tear off (a water line had been broken) and Kevin and the office made sure to get it taken care of. They were thorough and took care of our roof. Our roof looks wonderful now! And am so proud and happy of it all! Thanks for a great job axis roofing!

I noticed there were a few tiles that shifted on my roof after a series of storms.  So, I asked a friend and he recommended TRM from previous experience.  So, I called to scheduled.  The lady (sorry I don't remember her name) was very professional and accommodating.  Nick showed up on time to inspect the roof.  He moved tiles around and corrected all the tiles that shifted.  He also made recommendations without trying to sell you an entire roof.  Very professional, honest and friendly.  I definitely recommend them.

Joe/Tony/ Showtime Roofing just got done with putting down a new roof for us in Pleasant Valley. It looks better now than when the home was purchased. Underlayment and broken tiles were replaced. Leaks in 2 areas were corrected. Will be glad to provide an update in 6 months,
But the job looks exceptional, both from the ground and drone views.

I just used Radiant Roofing for our roof repair. During my working career, my company developed huge industrial laundries utilizing hundreds of subcontractors. I wish they all had been as knowledgeable, trustworthy and pleasant as Jeff and Matt. They've got my highest recommendation.

Finally a great roofing company! We worked with Donnie and he got back to us quickly after we reached out, came out within a day or so, provided a very reasonable estimate, and then fixed everything right on schedule. He provided documentation on all the repairs made including a warranty on the work, which we were able to pass on to our new homeowners. We will definitely contact Zobec again for any roofing needs!

Taylor at Mesa Roofing came and gave me and a couple of neighbors a quote. I found him to be a decent chap. He offered us a competitive quote. While not the cheapest, we found him to be honest and dependable. They did all our roofs. I would recommend them for their great service.

America's Best Roofing was very quick to respond to my assessment needs. Our tile roof was not yet leaking but after a couple of our neighbors were experiencing leaks due to age, we decided to be proactive with ours. Sergio, the owner, came out and did a drone inspection and thoroughly explained our options and held our hands through the entire process. I will mention, this company was not the cheapest of the 3 quotes we had received; but we feel completely satisfied with out decision to hire them based on the experience we had from beginning to end.

We've never had to replace a roof before, so we had no idea what we were in for. Sergio and his staff were very courteous and professional, having answers to every question. We had no issues with our project, no delays, and the owner himself managed the crew and checked in with us daily with progress photos and details. Its been storming and raining quite a bit since the work has been done. They've followed through with all promises and check-in periodically, still, to ensure the roof is seal tight. My husband and I will most definitely be recommending America's Best Roofing and crew to all of our loved ones.

Scott Roofing removed the existing tile and underlayment. They replaced rotting plywood and the underlayment and then replaced the tile. Scott Roofing employees were all very helpful, honest and extremely hard working. They all had old fashioned work ethics. They kept a clean job site, even with up to eight men on the job at one time! Very impressed with the company and the excellent job they did. Thank you to the estimator Brad, Oscar the foreman and especially Eddie the job superintendent for a great job well done. I had the pleasure of using Rhino Construction to help repair a 600sqft section of roofing. Due to builder flaws, this section has always been a problem. Through years of wear and tear from the sun and the rain we did get, we had tried repairing it ourselves to save money. It failed numerous times and that led us to needing a professional who was licensed, bonded, and insured. I found Rhino Construction via Yelp and was in contact with them in less than 24hrs. Everando came to walk and provide an estimate within a few days and the job was scheduled within the following week. Everando and his team meticulously repaired the roof while keeping us informed of any hidden damages that may have come up in the process that should be addressed. The job was done in 3 days and contact with Everando was consistent, timely, and professional. When doing a final walk through for the underside of the roof where drywall and painting was required, some touch ups were needed. Everando was on the phone with his team and they responded to complete the work same day.

Overall, I am happy with the work completed, the time it took to completely , and the value that was delivered. Thank you Everando to both you and your team for a job well done. We will gladly be using you in future projects where possible.

Called for a review of our roof due a leak. Calling to schedule was easy and Nathan was on time. Nathan was very nice but couldnt figure out where the leak was exactly. He had ideas but wanted his colleague Brandon to come take a look. He said he would call Brandon with our info to come out and look for a second opinion. Following day no calls. I text Nathan and he said he would follow up. Friday still no calls. Therefore I called the main office who took a message and said they would get back to me. Again no calls. The experience started off positive but ended poorly with lack of call backs or assistance. At this point can not recommend this company.

If I could give 10 stars to JBS Roofing, I would.  We called them out after a huge storm where we had a leak in our 2-story house that resulted in water infiltration in our kitchen on the first floor.  We discovered the leak had been cause by an improper solar installation, which made the entire process that much more stressful, especially after mold was found during their tear-down.  

The team at JBS was amazing through the entire process.  Their installers assisted us by taking photos throughout the entire process (before photos included here), their job supervisors and installers kept us informed of progress and issues the entire time, and the office staff was extremely supporting and helpful, answering our questions and providing necessary documentation to aid our interactions with the insurance company.

The team was always punctual, professional and friendly.  They cleaned up so well that our yard looked better when they left than it did when they arrived.  To top it off, the cost of our roof repair, even with the extra material needed, was 30% LOWER than our neighbor, who has the exact same floor plan.

I highly recommend JBS Roofing.  If you prefer to be more than just a contract number, definitely use them for your roof.

Extremely happy that we chose Koala Roofing. Many  competitors out there, as we all know but we also like to get the best bang for the buck!
