We would like to say thank you to Ken and his co-worker for coming and fixing our roof. When he came to give me a free estimate. I showed him the damage in my garage. While he was surveying the water spot. He noticed while walking around that there was another leak that was coming down the wall. Right there I knew I had a good contractor. He explained ever thing he was going to do and why it was leaking in the first place. The developers who built the home did have a good inspector. Because they would have never been able to pass inspection where the vent was located on the roof. When the work started he kept me informed what he was doing. Which I thought was very nice of him. They had a very nice personalities. While he was on the roof he even fixed a few things. With all of the work they did they were done in three days. I was truly impressed with their work. I live in the Dallas area and my home was struck with hail. My roof was completely damaged. I had several companies knocking on my door but felt this company was the best fit. These guys are very nice and professional. I had no issues and have a new roof! Plus I clarified they are local. So I felt comfortable if I had any issues I can have them come back to my home!

When it comes to such a large project it really pays to have an honest contractor like Alex. Morning, noon, or night, Alex was able to answer any questions and give updates on replacing my roof. Alex is a man of his word and that is worth its weight in gold on something as important as your roof.

While some other roofers might be slightly cheaper, something always comes up which makes the project bigger but Alex was able to stick to the original budget and he got the job done quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Choose a reputable and quality company like this!

We recently hired Poor Boys to pour our cement driveway and a cement patio in the back yard. Everything from the estimate to the finishing work was top notch. They arrived on time on the day they said they would and when they left the job was clean with not a pebble out of place. I highly recommend them and will hire them again if I need a contractor.

Axis did a great job with our new shingle roof. Shelby was great to work with so we're Shania and Shawna. There was an accident that occurred on our property during the tear off (a water line had been broken) and Kevin and the office made sure to get it taken care of. They were thorough and took care of our roof. Our roof looks wonderful now! And am so proud and happy of it all! Thanks for a great job axis roofing!

I noticed there were a few tiles that shifted on my roof after a series of storms.  So, I asked a friend and he recommended TRM from previous experience.  So, I called to scheduled.  The lady (sorry I don't remember her name) was very professional and accommodating.  Nick showed up on time to inspect the roof.  He moved tiles around and corrected all the tiles that shifted.  He also made recommendations without trying to sell you an entire roof.  Very professional, honest and friendly.  I definitely recommend them.

Joe/Tony/ Showtime Roofing just got done with putting down a new roof for us in Pleasant Valley. It looks better now than when the home was purchased. Underlayment and broken tiles were replaced. Leaks in 2 areas were corrected. Will be glad to provide an update in 6 months,
But the job looks exceptional, both from the ground and drone views.

I just used Radiant Roofing for our roof repair. During my working career, my company developed huge industrial laundries utilizing hundreds of subcontractors. I wish they all had been as knowledgeable, trustworthy and pleasant as Jeff and Matt. They've got my highest recommendation.

Donnie from Zobec Construction came out ASAP and fixed a bunch of roof tiles on our roof. I'm happy with the service I received from Donnie and Zobec Construction and will always turn to them for all my roofing needs. These guys are truly honest and care about doing the job right the first time around. I was able to take a few before and after photos as well. Again, I'm happy to know that I can always count on Zobec Construction for all my roofing needs.

I messaged to schedule a free estimate on our roof and we confirmed an appointment . However, on the day of our appointment no one showed up and there was no phone call.

I am satisfied after getting my roof replaced, however if I had to choose again, I would go with a different company.

My critique is mostly with poor communication with the estimator regarding what would be done. I thought we were on the same page about some things like replacing existing warped wood, but this was not the case. Also the color was supposed to be tan (my HOA approved this) per the estimator...but it ended chocolate brown and aluminum. Then after the job was finished, I had to contact them and express how my roof was not aesthetically pleasing, tar splashes, etc...

There was one roofer in particular that came back and did an amazing job fixing it. He was responsive and easy to communicate with. Now my roof looks great and I am beyond impressed with the final result.

Unreliable and unprofessional. Everado delivers false promise after false promise and cannot be trusted. Avoid this company.

I live in the Cottonwood area and after having difficulty finding anyone local to replace the underlayment on my house in a reasonable time-frame, I reached out to Pinnacle to see if they would come up from Phoenix to do it. They were more thorough in their initial assessment and quote, and although they came in a little bit higher priced, I decided to give them a try. I can't give them enough stars! They did the job in the time-frame promised, their crew was very professional and quality minded, they used better quality products than others quoted, and they left the whole job site clean at the end. My roof looks perfect and I am confident it will hold up well for many years to come. If you want a roofer who really does a good job and cares about the customer, I would recommend them above anyone else!

Made an appointment for a roof estimate via their website. Time was set, and all seemed fine, until the morning of, when their salesman Gary W called to see if he can reschedule for earlier in the day. Told him I couldn't due to another contractor occupying that spot. Gary's answer I don't care that you have another contractor in the same time. Well, guess what, I do.

Anyway, he came relatively on-time, but with an attitude. First he told me that he can't reuse the existing clay tiles, due to not being available anymore - a valid point, although lots of my neighbors were able to reuse theirs and find replacements; he got quite upset hearing this and actually told me that there's nothing left to discuss if I insisted on reusing the tiles. He pushed concrete tiles instead. Anyway, I convinced him to look around the property, to inspect the tiles (which he called incorrectly being straight, instead of tapered - he didn't admit being wrong) and we started discussing underlayment. I mentioned synthetic, like Titanium or Tyvec Protec, which sent him ballistic, telling me that that's cr*p, that I deal with cheap contractors, telling me again that there's nothing to discuss anymore and wished me good luck with my cheap contractors. He turned his back and left.

I have never ever dealt with a more unprofessional contractor. Good that I found this out before considering them for work, not during or after the fact.

These guys are extremely knowledgeable, and I had a great experience with their employees during the process.
Genuine, hard working and consistently did the right thing, not the easy thing. Which of course is important when you trust them to keep the roof over your head.

Terrible follow-up on service issues. Multiple phone calls and broken commitments. Took threatening a call to BBB to finally get someone to house. Only service they excel at is providing lip service.
