Best Roofing Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

We needed help in preparing our roof for solar panels, and they did a great job of working with us to assess our situation (rehab of an existing tile roof with aging underlayment), recommended a course of action that worked very well, and addressed all of our concerns, while staying within our planned budget. They were great to work with and modified their plan as we progressed, in order to have the best possible outcome. The sales and management teams were very helpful, and the crews that did the work were all very responsive to our questions/suggestions. I read in one of the other reviews that they were impressed with the crew scanning for stray nails, and they did it on our job too. There were quite a few roofing nuances of which we were not aware, and they discussed them with us. Jason, Jeff, and Greg all visited the site during installation to make sure that everything was going smoothly and within our expectations. Great job overall and highly recommended.

Big fan! A crazy storm caused my roof to leak. Kris came by the same day to triage the damage and put a temporary fix in place, then worked with my insurance to get the damage evaluated and repaired. I ended up with a beautiful new roof. They even installed the roof in one day - these guys have a really fast and organized crew! Kris did all the back and fourth with my homeowner's insurance for me and really reduced my homework. Highly recommend multi-pro for fast response, excellent service, and quality work.

I was referred to Hardacker Roofing by another contractor.  Back in March of 2020, I discovered a small leak in my master bedroom due to heavy rainfall.  I contacted Clyde Hardacker.  He went up on the roof, took pictures, and showed me that the underlayment was deteriorated.  He recommended that I replace the entire underlayment only underneath the tile roof since my house was almost 20 years old.  He informed me that my tile roof was still in good shape.

Although they were not able to get to my roof until May due to other customers were ahead of me and the City's delay in processing a permit, I was so glad when the job was finally done.  Ashley was great to work with and kept me abreast on the status as to when they were able to get to me and getting the permit.  The only disappointment I had is the fact that they did not send someone over to my house to cover the area with plastic where the roof was leaking to prevent more damage.  I had to have another contractor do it.  I hope they will consider making an improvement in this area.  With that said, thank you for all your help with my roof.  All the best.

Came out and gave a quote that was great. Seemed to know exactly what was needed. I got two other quotes that said the same thing. When he came out got the work done in a quick time. Looks great.

Just finished having some roof repairs (broken tiles and loose tiles) done by America Roofing.  They are one of two roofers used by the builder in our neighborhood.  The other roofer was the one who both did the original roof and then the repairs on closing.  America Roofing was able to replace the broken mud balls, the broken tiles we found and the other 15 broken or loose tiles the previous roofer didn't repair correctly or glued together (vs. replaced).  

Not sure about having a full roof done but for repairs, the crew that they sent out did a great job.  YMMV but they did good work on my house at a fair price.

It was no easy feat for me to find a trustworthy, quality roofing company.  I tried to get in touch with the one I used on my old house in 2016 but I don't know if they're still in business as they didn't answer the phone nor could I leave a message with the mailbox full.  I sent out multiple Yelp inquiries to several companies and this one was the first to respond.  This company was the most appealing to me out of the other ones with it's good reviews and friendly customer service team.

Their estimator Todd was able to come out the same afternoon.  I was on edge all day with the damage stressing me out and I really appreciated how Todd was so friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough he was during the inspection.  I spent some time with him outside while he was inspecting and he took the time to explain to me what he was seeing and answered all of my questions.  What sold me before the visit was over was that he cared enough to carry his clipboard with him to take notes, took pictures, and came inside my home to see how the damage from the outside was affecting the inside.
I had different roofer come out before him and did none of this with the visit ending after 10 minutes.  Todd's visit took about 30 minutes.  He was able to confirm the same details as the other roofer and provided so much more information.

At the end of the visit, Todd wrote out an invoice with the details of the job and quoted me a price I could live with to my relief.  The different roofer wanted to replace only half of the roof and leave the other half alone as it was still in good condition.  Different roofer also said that he doesn't work with foam and there was some damage that occurred in the areas where the foam was.  Todd's proposal only needed to have my roof resealed, a couple of broken shingles replaced, and all the holes left by birds patched up.  They had no limitations on the materials to work with, including foam.  I was able to save thousands of dollars in unnecessary work and get ALL of the damaged areas repaired thanks to him and ARS.

Now that the repair is done and payment taken, I wanted to leave my thoughts.  There were some hiccups that prevented me from rating a perfect 5 stars but those hiccups were quickly rectified to my satisfaction.  You can rest easy with choosing this company.  I won't hesitate on calling them again for future projects.

As a Real estate agent, having a roofer you trust is important and hard to find. After one of my listings fell out of escrow because another roofing  company scared off the buyer by telling him we needed a full roof replacement, two other companies came out and said we only needed a few tiles replaced or moved around. Alameida's pricing was very fair and they were able to get the work done very quickly. This Realtor has found her go to Roofer!

Over the past few years, more and more shingles have blown off my roof. Quite a few roofing companies have knocked on my door asking for my business, but my insurance had already told me there was only $600 worth of damage since it was only the outer edge shingles. Last June I got a letter from Doni Calvert saying that ProWest would work with my insurance company to get them to pay for a roof replacement. And he and his brother Doug did just that. When the day arrived for the work to be done, the roofers arrived before dawn, and had the entire job finished and cleaned up about the time the sun was setting. The roof looks great. Charles and his brother George and their crew did a beautiful job on our 2 story house. The colors that we choose are stunning. They fixed issues we had with our stucco, high pressure washed all the walls and finished the job quickly. They are professional and solicitous. They ask for feedback and truly wanted us to be happy with the job. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Charles and crew.

I recommend LR Roofing.   They just finished putting new underpayment on part of my roof a few weeks ago.  They are professional, responsive, and good with communications.  I had 4 quotes and happy with my choice.  They are licensed and insured (I verified the certificates).

We had a new vent from a water heater install that resulted in a gap that would have been a sure leak with upcoming rain.  They responded almost instantly and made a quick fix the same morning.  Highly recommend!

I am so impressed with Brown Roofing. They replaced my roof 5 years and I was so happy with everything that I called them back when I had some issues. I was fortunate enough to get Jesse to come out. Turns out it was actually my A/C not draining off the roof but into the roof, so even it was no issue with their workmanship, Jesse recommended an HVAC tech who was out the next day. Jesse then came back after the work was complete to make sure everything was OK with the roof...no charge. I can't say enough good things about this business. If you are lucky you will get to work with Jesse who is a credit to this business. Debbie in the office is great too!

Absolutely recommend John.    We bought our house in Dec 2017 and during the monsoons in the summer of 2018, we got hit hard.  Tons of leaks and damage inside.  I got quotes from about a half dozen roofers and some said straight away oh, you need a new roof and the others said they could patch the problem areas.    

What John provided, that others didn't, was a great technical explanation of what went wrong, what the building inspector missed and how the damage was caused.   He gave my several options from adding a new layer on the roof to a full replacement, along with the pro's and con's.   I appreciated his honest and upfront nature.  

His quote was not the cheapest, but was the most reasonable and I felt comfortable with him.  John even suggested to wait until we had some rains before giving him a review to make sure the work held up.  I had a question come up a few months later and he came out and inspected the issue and worked through it with me.

We had a roof leak from the recent monsoon rains. Water was dripping through the vents into the living room. I called Copper West and Jordan responded quickly, coming out the next day to take a look, and the day after to do the repairs. He also showed me before pictures of the damaged roof, and pictures during and after the repairs. It's since rained again and no more leaks. Very reasonable prices too. We just had The Repair Guys come out to do some more work on our roof. Again, excellent service and Steve and his coworker were diligent-even on such a hot summer day, to do their job well and efficiently and timely. We were very happy. In addition we got a thank you note from the owner thanking us for our business. This is above and beyond!!!  Highly recommend this company for any roofing issues.

I recently had my roof replaced in 2020 by a different company due to multiple water leaks. Earlier this year I noticed there were still leaks and asked for a warranty inspection/repair. The repair person arrived and claimed the leak was not coming from my roof, but from very small cracks in the wall. I sealed up the cracks and thought that was that.

Well, earlier this week, during a fairly mild rain storm, the leak returned and that's when I contacted First Response Roofing.

Geoff came out and did a VERY thorough investigation, and we determined that it was, in fact, the roof that was leaking. Geoff even isolated it to a specific section. He also provided pics and video of where the leak was most likely originating. I'm now in the process of getting a warranty repair from the original roofing company.

I've spent months trying to track down this pesky leak, and I'm very glad I contacted First Response. Geoff was very thorough and professional.

I hired them to replace a damaged shingle roof. Their price was very good. They delivered materials when they said and showed up when they said completed earlier than they said. Very professional crew!! Juan was a pleasure to work with as was Raul who did the work. They were the one estimate that included a few sheets of plywood if needed. Will recommend them to anyone!!

Now this is one company that was phenomenal from the start to the finish!   From calling Jason, to getting estimate from Marcos (who is great at explaining all that State 48 does), to Tim who delivered/placed the shingles, to the awesome work crew, Noah, Diego (whom I didn't meet but I was in contact by phone/email), to Shannon, Dory, and Samantha.  I was kept informed all the way either by phone or email.  

I had worried every time it was windy or rainy because of the condition of my roof and now I don't have to worry anymore, thanks to them!!

I contacted a number of roofing companies in my area and actually had four quotes given to me for the repair work I needed to be done on my home.   Robert and Jacob came out gave me a detailed explanation as to how they would fix my tile and foam roof and gave me a very fair estimate. It wasn't the cheapest estimate but it was the most detailed and what I believe to be the best repair for me and for the people who are purchasing my home. They came out a week after I signed the work order and started the job. Jacob was one of the hardest working people I have ever seen. His attention to detail and his work ethic alone would have me recommending this company to anyone who needs roofing repair. From start to finish each day they left my place as they found it, clean and orderly. They responded to my Yelp request, and setup an appointment through that message. The technician came in, provided a very nominal estimate. Theirs was the best estimate I got between 3 providers. They scheduled the work to re-coat the flat roof. Arrived as planned, providing me updates throughout, completed the job as promised. It held after the small storm that hit us a couple of weeks ago. Would recommend these guys to anyone.
