Best Roofing Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

Four Peaks came out and reviewed the work and said a quote would be forthcoming. They were professional and knowledgeable. I did not receive a quote or further communication from their Project manager. The project was awarded today to another Company. Thank you!

We chose Multi-Pro for our new roof after talking  to a couple of other contractors. They didn't tell us what they were going to do, rather listened to what we wanted and we agreed on the type of shingles, attic ventilation etc. They coordinated work with our HVAC Contractor as we were having a new heat pump installed as well. The roof was completed in one day and is beautiful.

I needed my roof replaced as it was getting old and starting to show signs of wear and tear. I had a few roofing companies come out and provide free estimates and Hardacker Roofing was the one of the most competitive that also provided a 10-year workmanship warranty. They came out the following week and went to work on replacing the roof. They did such a good job and I absolutely love my new roof. I had my house painted afterwards and the roof and paint job make it look like a brand new house. :)

A most excellent experience...
Our roof needed a major overhaul due to shoddy work by Circle G Roofing. Mikku was referred to us by a satisfied neighbor.
These men worked their fingers to the bone for three days to power-wash, repair, prep and foam seal our our roof.  Each morning they arrived promptly at 6am and worked through the afternoon with incredible diligence.  The roof is now leak free, properly graded, sleek and freshly sealed.
This level of competence is worth its weight in gold.

I give these guys 5 stars, and a huge thumbs up!

Jason with America Roofing has earned 5 Stars!  Jason has exceptional customer service. He shows or his staff will come on the day requested to inspect the roof.  It is an efficient inspection. It is fair. They will tell you what needs to be done and  what can wait.  I will continue to call on America Roofing and refer them!

My wife and I have been Zonies for almost 20 years now.  At least two of the things we learned over those years were Arizona roofs are different and home contractors (in general) can't be trusted. It's sad to say, really, really sad,  but a quick search on tha AZ Contractors Registration Site will show you thousands upon thousands of unregistred and scamming contractors that have been caught in the act. And thats not to show you those that have yet to be uncovered.
So, with that consideration in mind, we did some research and found Arizona Roofing Systems to be highly recommended, licensed, and free of complaints.  And to top it off they are on The Home Depot list of 'suggested' roofing contractors in our part of the East Valley. That does not mean they work for the HD, or even use HD products; but they are referred by HD and HD keeps track of their record. A big plus!  Just like YELP!
So far, they answered the inquiry quickly, showed up for the estimate exactly on time looking and sounding like a professional contractor. Todd (the estimator) answered all the questions properly and (with a huge consideration for sticker shock on our part) gave a fair estimate and a logical starting time.
So, as a long ago retired east coast roofer myself (from an era when ladders were made of wood) and an avid YELPER........we will certainly keep you all posted on how the job goes. From estimated starting time to actual starting time to finish time,  helpers, cleanup and quality of work.  K?

..2nd report:  They were actually one week ahead of their promised arrival schedule. That was a big plus because we are getting the house painted on the inside and we wanted to repair the ceiling ( from a leak) before the painters came. And with Monsoons peaking around the San Tans it was double important. So here they are, the whole crew neat and very, very professional working in the blazing sun and baking heat. They did a beautiful job with all the edges and keys lining up and without too much booming and ruckus. Cleanup was perfect and bushes and grass all left in good shape.
Now, lets wait for a rain......

We had an elusive leak that we had been trying to pin down for several years on our flat roof with another roofer.  Kevin and his team were able to not only find the leak but coordinated the new roof with a new AC we decided to put in at the same time.  Very competitive, responsive, and easy to work with.  Highly recommend.

This was a great experience. I know nothing about roofing, but I do know about leaks. They came out and inspected, showed me what was happening and gave me a fair quote to make the repair. The work was completed in a timely manner and they were all pleasant to work with. I would recommend Prowest to anyone.

I really wish that I could give more stars for this great company. 5 doesn't even begin to say how happy we are.  McMillan Brothers are by far the best company of all time.  We used them for both our roof and the painting of our house.  First met Charles (the roof) and he gave us a fair and honest quote for the roof.  We thought originally we needed a whole new roof but Charles let us know our roof was in good shape and needed a little TLC in places on the garage side.  Then we met George (the paint).  Beyond beautiful job for a very reasonable price.  We really didn't think there were companies like McMillan Brothers left in Arizona.  You will be VERY happy if you choose them.  You will never go anywhere else for your roofing and painting needs.

When we had storm damage last monsoon season, our roof took a hit. We looked around, talked to a few companies, and got a feel for the company we wanted to use. When you're spending this kind of money on something you need on your house that is going to last you many years, choosing the right company is important. We felt the right vibe with Luis. He stayed in touch and showed up when he said he would. The price was competitive. A few months later, we still feel like we made the right choice. Hopefully we don't have more storm damage any time soon, but we'll recommend L&R any time, and cross our fingers that he's still around the next time we need a new roof.

Amazingly polite and courteous. The highlight of my day was working with SF and they have gained a customer for life for any of our roofing needs!
We had a new vent from a water heater install that resulted in a gap that would have been a sure leak with upcoming rain.  They responded almost instantly and made a quick fix the same morning.  Highly recommend!

Craig was very gracious, professional, and efficient. He came out, looked at our roof, and honestly told me what needed to be done, and what he advised should wait. He saved us a significant amount of money by adivsing what we did NOT need one. The bid was significantly lower than two other 5-star Yelp companies who came out. During the roof repair, he saw additional work we needed done and he performed it at no cost to us. He walked the entire process through from the initial visit to the final inspection. I was very impressed. we will continue to use Brown Roofing for future maintenance and repair.

The owner of this business, John, came by our residence the same day we requested a complete roof underlayment quote, even after a long day of working other jobs, and provided us with a quote that same evening. We were in need of an underlayment replacement as the recent monsoon storms revealed some pretty major leaks in several areas of our roof. Before John began our roof project, he answered all of our questions about the materials he used and why he used said materials, the length of time to complete the project, and he explained the reason why our roof was leaking. During the project, he kept us updated with the progress and pointed out some problem areas which arose as the project moved along. John's workers were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves before leaving the job site for the day, which was essential as we have a curious and adventurous dog. After commencement of the project, John gave us a final tour of all the work that was completed and explained anything extra that him and his crew needed to do (no, he didn't charge extra, he stuck to his quote and made the fixes). In the end, we are very happy with our new roof. John and his team made this project stress-free and a painless and pleasant experience. They were very honest and a pleasure to work with. My wife and I got our home inspection report back which showed a couple broken roof tiles. Jordon was awesome! Provided a quick quote and came out the next day to complete the repairs. Super fast service and great communication! I couldn't recommend this company more!

There are plenty of descriptions here about how great these Guys are so I won't be redundant.  Suffice it to say that I have added them to my go-to list of local small businesses I turn to when I have a project in their wheelhouse.

Really happy with my decision to go with first response roofing for my partial roof replacement. I received quite a few quotes for the job and was initially very impressed with the time spent on my roof assessing not only what was causing my leak but also the entire health of the roof. There were several other companies that didn't even look and just talked to me at the front door about their recommendations. First Response gave me many options and felt 0 pressure to choose a particular one - I felt as if I was just given the knowledge to make the right decision for me. Price was right in the middle of the quotes I got for the work performed. Kudos to Jake for the quote process, that's what sold me honestly. The work itself was of  high quality, efficient and they did a good job cleaning up after. Highly recommend this company and will 100% use them for any future needs!

The monsoon rains this summer we're a Godsend, but also did quite a number on my roof. State 48 Roofing was referred to me as a preferred vendor by my insurance company, so I felt reassured calling them to help resolve my concerns. Jason Payne was out in short order to assess damage to my roof resulting the need for a whole new roof.
It took a bit to get things started, but the delay was Mother Nature herself. Roof replacement can't be done until the rain stopped, which unfortunately put temporary delays for all.
Once the work started, everything was completed quickly and efficiently. Beautifully done! The project's supervisor, Diego, kept me informed throughout the entire process. Very professional and a pleasure to work with.
