JK Painting came by and quoted their price to paint the exterior of our house. The price was in our estimation competitive, they knew the colours to use and completed the job in about 7 hours, including crack repairs prior to application.
A few weeks after the job was completed, I noticed an area that needed some attention.
A call to Charles and a few days later he showed up with a crew and completed the repair without hesitation.
This is the kind of service I appreciate.
When you need your house painted, I would recommend these folks.

Terry and his team did a marvelous job on our very large roof.  His team was on-time, professional and kept the work area clean.  Not only did they do a great job but they extended services beyond the scope of their work due to our immediate family crisis (a death in the family).  Terry, seeing that I was overwhelmed with decluttering the house and preparing it for sale loaned me a flat bed trailer to haul items away.  His kindness and generosity during an extremely difficult time meant the world to me and will never be forgotten.  In addition, his associate Ben was extremely courteous and helpful during the week-long process of repairing the roof.  Their rates were entirely within reason and they did not try to inflate any aspect of the work that needed to be done to prepare our house for sale.  Thanks Terry and team!!

We had a minor leak and needed some drywall, baseboard, and door trim work done. Taylor gave a very good quote, and his work was impeccable. I highly recommend him for any project, including drywall, painting, texturing, and flooring. When it's time for my roofing, he'll be my first call.

Desert Sky did an awesome job painting our house.  Adam was upfront with all the charges and everything was finished in a timely manner. The painters were hard workers and super customer service oriented. Very pleased!

After communicating Chris from Mr PhxIt returned today 9/6 as we scheduled!  Chris replaced the newly fallen roof tile.  He did reglue pigeon spikes (these were the 2 main concerns of mine).  Additionally, Chris did glue an entire extra row of spikes (not there initially) to keep the birds from roosting at the entry door.  All in all, Chris PhxIt did my roof repairs, tune up, and return visit for a successful job.  Thanks, Chris.

The family owned business did a wonderful job at painting my house. They were efficient and repaired all of my nature ware and tears. My window leaked when it rained and at no extra charge they were able to repair it before painting it. They were a true pleasure to work with. I was grateful that they were able to get the job done in such a sort time frame. I got an estimate, called back a few weeks later letting them know I would like the job done ASAP. The response was that they could do it the following weekend. The rain kept that form happening, but then they made it a point to come back the following weekend. I was amazed by there customer service. I totally recommend this  company & will be using them for future home improvements.

May want to remove Gutter installation from your services. Messaged 5 guys , they got right back to me and referred me to one of their partners, Miller Handyman services. Called him and he asked me to send him a pic of the section of the house on which I needed gutters installed and Miller said he'd contact me after 4 of july break - OK , that's cool. Week after I texted a few times, then called - totally ghosted me. I guess my job wasn't big enough for him since I wanted just one section my house done w/gutters, but I guess it was too much for him to spend 20 seconds to text me back that he was too busy or that my job was too small for him to bother with. Oh well. So no knock against 5 guys but maybe they ought to reassess with whom they partner.

NEGATIVE STARS!!!!! waited a week for them to come out on an EXTREMELY important appointment for new roof replacement in Mesa. NO SHOW NO CALL BACK EVER LITERALLY NEVER no email nothing I left so many voicemails made us wait for a week for an urgent quote needed for roof replacement and this company lied. They never showed never answered a call never returned a voicemail TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE SHAMEFUL! I called on the 11/14 and they gave me a soonest appointment for 11/23. Took our business elsewhere and got the full roof replaced. With these business practices I doubt the company will be around much longer. Good thing we didn't end up using them if we needed their warranty they'd probably be MIA!

I called two roofers for a small roof repair, Gleason showed up on time.
The other roofer was a no-show.
They gave me what I felt was a fair price on site, and in writing.
Repair was made within a week.
I offered to meet them at the job site for payment, but they just stopped by the house to pick up a check couple days later.  Really easy to business with.
They will be my first call for any future roofing needs.

We got quotes for our leaky foam roof from several companies. A few never showed up at all, one went to the wrong house, another said they'd send a quote and never did... Mark Dunne with Dunne Roofing was the pure opposite of all that usual contractor nonsense!  He showed up when he said he would, he kept in constant communication, he sent his quote even faster than expected and shot me a message to let me know he'd e-mailed it.  He listened to our issues and explained to us in detail what the pros and cons of the project were, and showed us pictures of our roof to back it up.  Based on the pricing he quoted us, his expert knowledge (built from years working in the hot Phoenix desert), and his near magical level of contractor communication skills, hiring him was a no brainer.  He even did the work himself! We now have a roof with a warranty (certificate and all) for five years and he'll come by for annual inspections at our request to make sure it's staying in shape.  It has rained BUCKETS since he did the work in July and we are happy to report: NO MORE LEAKS, yay!!!  I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

From start to finish Stapleton Roofing has been fantastic!! Took me a while to decide between quotes and roofing options...I always liked the idea of a foam roof and so glad I trusted my instinct and went with this company! Experience was smooth from day one thru out the entire process...arrived as planned, each team had decades of knowledge & experience, worked professionally each day and yards were cleaned up daily! They suggested waiting out a rainy weekend and they were spot on back on Monday for the final coats. When it came time to spray they even covered the few cars parked near my home just in case! Each foreman gave me a daily update & what to expect next...all questions or calls were returned within an hour!! My neighbors were so impressed that Stapleton is replacing their tile room right now! I encourage you to call for your roofing needs...you will be glad you did!!

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on
