JK Painting came by and quoted their price to paint the exterior of our house. The price was in our estimation competitive, they knew the colours to use and completed the job in about 7 hours, including crack repairs prior to application.
A few weeks after the job was completed, I noticed an area that needed some attention.
A call to Charles and a few days later he showed up with a crew and completed the repair without hesitation.
This is the kind of service I appreciate.

Terry and his team did a marvelous job on our very large roof.  His team was on-time, professional and kept the work area clean.  Not only did they do a great job but they extended services beyond the scope of their work due to our immediate family crisis (a death in the family).  Terry, seeing that I was overwhelmed with decluttering the house and preparing it for sale loaned me a flat bed trailer to haul items away.  His kindness and generosity during an extremely difficult time meant the world to me and will never be forgotten.  In addition, his associate Ben was extremely courteous and helpful during the week-long process of repairing the roof.  Their rates were entirely within reason and they did not try to inflate any aspect of the work that needed to be done to prepare our house for sale.  Thanks Terry and team!!

We had a minor leak and needed some drywall, baseboard, and door trim work done. Taylor gave a very good quote, and his work was impeccable. I highly recommend him for any project, including drywall, painting, texturing, and flooring. When it's time for my roofing, he'll be my first call.

Desert Sky did an awesome job painting our house.  Adam was upfront with all the charges and everything was finished in a timely manner. The painters were hard workers and super customer service oriented. Very pleased!

I'd highly recommend GPS Remodeling. Recently had leaking on the inside of the house after 2 valleys near our front entrance failed (was told from numerous companies this was very common with valley homes). While their were a couple communication issues initially, the job was quoted and came in similar or just under others. On top of that, George worked with me and gave me an additional discount which sent his bid well lower than the others. Work performed was quick and seems to have solved our leaks as it's rained twice since and all appears dry. I can't speak on other work GPS performs but if you're needing a roof repair, look no further.

I thought we had a great experience, but then they didn't fix the problem, and had to come back... TWICE. Although the manager said he would update the warranty, we also had requested a water test on the third time fixing to make sure there were no problems, and had to remind the manager of this since his guys didn't follow through. He said he would have his guy Dallan call to set it up. Dallan never called. This was 3-4 weeks ago.

The person providing estimate showed up and was instantly rude and completely unprofessional. I received quotes from several companies and Oversons was by far the highest. Unless you are looking for poor service with high prices check with another company.

Gleason Roofing showed up on time, stripped off my old roofing and had my 16 square roof completed in about 4 1/2 hours!  It's gorgeous and clearly quality work. Very personable and professional. Love my new roof! Two thumbs up!

Great experience.
Jim came out on Sunday to give an estimate which I found really great.  The work was done quickly and efficiently.  Every night they cleaned up after themselves and threw away any debris.  They even used the blower to make sure any scraps and leftovers were cleaned.  Upon completion, there were some minor adjustments that needed to be made and they corrected them above and beyond my expectations.
Customer Service is amazing.
Highly recommend.

Our home had recently suffered roofing damage in several areas due to a severe wind storm event. We had to have a whole roof replacement. We wanted a company with integrity that we could trust -Arrow Roofing is that company. Arrow Roofing came right out the day of the storm and weather tarped our roof. The repair process was straight forward, fast, and professional. The Arrow Roofing Crew was friendly and paid extra attention to keeping our property clean by using tarps and policing up all areas repeatedly during the construction. Patterson roofing has completed two jobs on separate rental houses for us. The results for both were excellent. Patterson replaced the the entire roof on one project, the other project involved fixing a leaky roof. They were prompt, professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

This company is a scam !!  Go anywhere but to this company !! They are unreliable and they don't do the job and when questioned about it make it look like someone else's fault

Stapleton Roofing called to advise materials were being delivered, showed up on time, completed their work on time, cleaned up after the job so other than seeing the brand new roof you wouldn't know they were there. They were also very competitive with pricing. I highly recommend this company.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on
