We live in Province and you need to quit soliciting door to door or you will be kicked out.  Final warning.  Especially if I tell maybe in a couple of months I would be interested and then you tell me the cost will be higher then.  That is no way to do business.  Your prices are high anyway.

Terry and his team did a marvelous job on our very large roof.  His team was on-time, professional and kept the work area clean.  Not only did they do a great job but they extended services beyond the scope of their work due to our immediate family crisis (a death in the family).  Terry, seeing that I was overwhelmed with decluttering the house and preparing it for sale loaned me a flat bed trailer to haul items away.  His kindness and generosity during an extremely difficult time meant the world to me and will never be forgotten.  In addition, his associate Ben was extremely courteous and helpful during the week-long process of repairing the roof.  Their rates were entirely within reason and they did not try to inflate any aspect of the work that needed to be done to prepare our house for sale.  Thanks Terry and team!!

We had a minor leak and needed some drywall, baseboard, and door trim work done. Taylor gave a very good quote, and his work was impeccable. I highly recommend him for any project, including drywall, painting, texturing, and flooring. When it's time for my roofing, he'll be my first call.

Desert Sky did an awesome job painting our house.  Adam was upfront with all the charges and everything was finished in a timely manner. The painters were hard workers and super customer service oriented. Very pleased!

After communicating Chris from Mr PhxIt returned today 9/6 as we scheduled!  Chris replaced the newly fallen roof tile.  He did reglue pigeon spikes (these were the 2 main concerns of mine).  Additionally, Chris did glue an entire extra row of spikes (not there initially) to keep the birds from roosting at the entry door.  All in all, Chris PhxIt did my roof repairs, tune up, and return visit for a successful job.  Thanks, Chris.

George came out this morning to give us an estimate for our roof. His response time, and the time it took to come was less then 24 hours. He was detailed in the explanation of what we needed and of all our opinions. Placed a fair bid and we were very happy with how prompt he was.

Absolutely fantastic experience!  There are several companies out there to choose from, so it seems like a bit of a gamble.  But from my initial call, through inspection, and actual work done on my roof, it was excellent.  The quote was accurate, the work was superb, and follow through with the gentlemen that did the work.  I don't know about you, but when I prefer to work with true professionals that provide their services at fair and honest rates.   I am a professional in my area of expertise and 5 guys roofing inspire me to keep doing what I do best.  At least have them give you a quote and you will see what I mean.

You often hear contractors state that no job is too small, well, I put Patterson Roofing to the test on that claim...all I needed was one single tile to be replaced on my roof, nothing else.  To make matters worse, I live in Surprise, Arizona which usually means an extensive drive for most contractors.  When all the other roofer companies out there turned me down because it wasn't worth their time, Patterson Roofing came to my rescue.  William came to my house to assess the situation, expecting to fix the problem on the spot, but when the spare tiles he brought with him did not fit properly, he had to go on a wild goose chase trying track down a matching tile for my roof.  This was not an easy task as the tiles on my home are no longer available.  This meant that William had to spend his time searching roofing supply stores and walking bone yards trying to find an acceptable matching tile for my roof.  He admitted to me that he could have made one of his spare tiles work, but if he wouldn't do that to his own home, then he wouldn't do that to his customer's home either.  This so called small job turned out to be a big pain in the butt for William, but he never complained or showed any annoyance towards me or the job.  He did exactly what he said he was going to do and he fixed my roof the right way.  I found William to be very professional, clean cut, personable, and most of all reliable.  I would not hesitate using Patterson Roofing again in the future especially considering the significant cost saving he offers with larger repair and replacement type jobs.  I am grateful for his extra efforts to ensure a job done right!

Watch out for this company.   Stapleton Roofing completed a roof repair for us in 2019.  We had a new leak after recent winter rains.   Tried multiple times to contact Stapleton to have a representative come take a look and make repairs.  Offered to even pay for any new coverage areas.  Terrible customer service; makes us question our warranty if they won't even return a phone call or messages left with the business.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on
