Terry and his team did a marvelous job on our very large roof.  His team was on-time, professional and kept the work area clean.  Not only did they do a great job but they extended services beyond the scope of their work due to our immediate family crisis (a death in the family).  Terry, seeing that I was overwhelmed with decluttering the house and preparing it for sale loaned me a flat bed trailer to haul items away.  His kindness and generosity during an extremely difficult time meant the world to me and will never be forgotten.  In addition, his associate Ben was extremely courteous and helpful during the week-long process of repairing the roof.  Their rates were entirely within reason and they did not try to inflate any aspect of the work that needed to be done to prepare our house for sale.  Thanks Terry and team!!

We started off by hiring them to redo our roof and they did such a fantastic job! We talked about a few other projects in the house as far as remodeling and those jobs went smooth as can be taylor Blankenship is very communicative and understands the thoughts and puts them into action, thank you taylor i have many more projects for you in the future!

We just had our home painted and it looks absolutely fantastic. We selected our painter from the recommendations on Nextdoor and Yelp and also my community prepared a list. We live in Westridge Village in Fountain Hills . Adam came over the very next day he gave us an exceptionally great price and  he was very prompt. His crew was clean, efficient friendly and knew what they were doing. Now we're going to  have him paint the inside. We needed help on a roof....crazy long story but this company saved us! They were professional, quick, on time, accurate and most of all HONEST.

Appreciated the fast response, and fitting me into there schedule with very short notice.  Eric is very dedicated to his business and is very conscientious of doing a good job at a fair price.  He made a point of following up and addressed all my concerns after he finished the job of repairing my roof.

After communicating Chris from Mr PhxIt returned today 9/6 as we scheduled!  Chris replaced the newly fallen roof tile.  He did reglue pigeon spikes (these were the 2 main concerns of mine).  Additionally, Chris did glue an entire extra row of spikes (not there initially) to keep the birds from roosting at the entry door.  All in all, Chris PhxIt did my roof repairs, tune up, and return visit for a successful job.  Thanks, Chris.

GPS is easy to work with, very responsive and competitively priced, and stands behind their workmanship.

In late 2018 I received two bids to patch and apply a new elastomeric coating on the roof of a home I had recently purchased.  One of the bids came from a roofing contractor my realtor recommended and the other,  GPS Remodeling, I picked from positive reviews on Yelp.

I went with GPS because their cost was in line with what I had expected and considerably better than the first contractor who I thought was way overpriced.  Normally I get three bids for a job, but in this case I felt it wasn't necessary after talking with George, the owner.  Something in the way George presented himself and the work that was needed he convinced me he I could trust him.  

The work was completed on the schedule he proposed with no surprises.  When I did my final inspection and called George with a few questions, he said he would stop over later that day so we could walk through my concerns.  He came prepared to address everything I had any concern about on the spot, most of which in hindsight probably did not represent a real problem, but George was more interested in making sure I was fully satisfied.  

Lastly, 18 months later during an unusually wet and windy winter the tenant renting the house called the property manager to report some water leakage around a window.  He sent out a roofing contractor to investigate, who came back with a proposal to re-coat the entire roof again. Not believing the contractor had diagnosed the problem correctly I called GPS back out.  George was out within a day and came to a different conclusion that I thought made much better sense.  Again he took care of the proposed fix on the spot without addressing whether it was a warranty issue under the original job or outside of the original scope.  I believe it was outside.

Great service! I was referred to Five Guys from a family friend and I'm glad I was! Everyone was very professional and excellent communication.
I originally called 3 other roof repair companies and was very disappointed. One didn't show up, one said they don't service the STV area, and the last company had a scheduled repair date and time, but they didn't show up. I called and left messages, but never heard back.

Earlier this year we had Overson Roofing inspect our 10-year-old tile roof. There were some minor repairs needed which were performed quickly and professionally. They answered my questions about tile roof maintenance and longevity.

After the bad storm last month (September 2020) we noticed a concrete piece on a corner of the house had shifted out of place. Overson was out the next day to check our entire roof. No other problems were found and they repaired the corner piece at no charge.

We are more than pleased to have found Overson. Highly recommended.

David is an amazingly honest business man!  I knew the minute I met him when we were ready to hire a roofing company it would be D and M Roofing. David came to our home personally two times before we decided to sign on with his company and each time was willing to measure and provide a quote.  He stuck to his quote, no hidden charges.  The workers were efficient, respectful and hard working in the middle of the summer heat!  Each time I had a question, David would respond and ensure the roof was exactly the way he would have it for his own home.  I can't say enough to recommend giving your business to D and M Roofing, David will ensure you are pleased and taken care of with customer service which doesn't seem to exist in today's society.  Thank you David and Crew for our beautiful new roof!

When I was looking for companies to fix my roof damage I was very particular. I have had many people come and quote me because they saw what my house looked liked then triple charged me. The work that Patterson roofing did exceeded my expectations, allowing the price range that needed to be done at a honest price point. They sealed my roof and took pictures of where exactly the damage needed to be fixed, allowing a set up for success. William is very organized and I am happy that I chose this company compared to any other company I got quotes for. My roof is sealed and the damage is fixed . Beyond that I have warranty on my roof which guarantees that they did a good job.

Never called back with an estimate. Sent emails with no response. I'm sure glad they didn't do the work I needed.

Stapleton Roofing called to advise materials were being delivered, showed up on time, completed their work on time, cleaned up after the job so other than seeing the brand new roof you wouldn't know they were there. They were also very competitive with pricing. I highly recommend this company.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on
