Avoid at all costs!  

We had our roof repaired and all went seemingly smoothly.  Until about a year later.  A big storm came through and the roof leaked.  I called and they sent a guy out to look.  He saw where the water was coming into the living room and said I know right where that's at.  Enough said.  

Several months later, another big rainstorm came through and water ran into my living room again.  Again, two guys came out and said they'd be able to take care of this.  When it started leaking again a year later they suddenly had no record of ever having worked on our house.  After searching for two years I found the contract.  I called our insurance company who sent an inspector.  The inspector made several notes of shoddy workmanship.  It was done in a hurry, and failure to correctly seal air conditioning mounts resulted in rain pooling, and if it was a very hard rain, running up and under a row of shingles, and into the house.

Now that it's been fixed we're having to repair the damage to the interior walls.

Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

We just purchased a new home and had a few small repairs we needed. We called 4 different companies and when Ed (owner) came out his quote to repair everything was substantially less than the 3 companies. He showed up and got the job done when he said he would. He honored the price he initially quoted us and he was very pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.

We've had heavy storms recently in Arizona. We've had extraordinary service from Castile Roofing in Maricopa, Arizona.

Our terracotta tile roof had been great for years, but some really battering rains caused leaks to our garage and one bedroom.

I dealt with their general manager Alex, who was courteous, concerned, and efficient.  He assigned Anthony to take care of our roof. The offending section of the roof was almost a puzzle. Several roof edges came together and it was tough to diagnose what was happening.  Anthony kept at it until he figured it out - and ripped what he'd done out after additional rains added to the leaks. He found a flaw from the original roofers who installed the roof. The wooden base had several grooves in it!  The grooves were acting as a channel to cause our leak! This was something that obviously was a rare occurrence.

We've had several more rain storms since Anthony's final fix - and we're dry! Anthony is a young man with a terrific work ethic! He shows up, keeps working, and is totally courteous and effective in what he does.  He is a licensed roofer who is proud of his work and his efforts show that.  

These days, it's hard to find the level of courtesy, commitment and competence that both Alex and Anthony demonstrate. What a pleasure to deal with them at Castile Roofing!

From beginning to end, Alsion arranged everything from the estimate and thorough explanation of costs to roof and gutter replacement, handling all interactions with the roofers--as well as dealing with my insurance company! Her crew was on time and finished the job on schedule. When Alison was finished, my yard was immaculate and could not even tell that any work had been done! I want to thank universal roofing specialist for traveling out to California to inspect my boss' roof and install a new roof and be soo patient with the cities permits because we know how that can be. Just when I gave up on getting my roof replaced due to storm damage, along comes Logan. He advised my insurance company I needed a  new roof.....DONE! Solar panels were removed, roof was off and new one on in 1 day! Solar panels attached. My new roof looks AMAZING!! Great company. Hard workers. Thanks Logan!!

Great service. Chris was great but I think it was a little pricey for what was done. I won't know if what he did works until it rains! Hopefully I won't have a  leak but Chris said to call him if it does !

One of the worst companies I've used in AZ. They never answer their phones to start so get used to very poor communication. I purchased a home that recently had a roof done from Arcadia Roofing. The warranty transferred with the sale.  I noticed a small leak in one of my rooms and had some roofing companies come out - Arcadia Roofing was not one of those companies because as previously stated, they never answer their phones (I tried calling them four different times but not once got a person. Always had to leave a voicemail). Anyway, each roofing company that came out said that Arcadia Roofing did a horrible job - and many areas were not even to code. I actually googled some of the comments because I wondered how Arcadia Roofing could be that bad - but they indeed are. The repairs to fix Arcadia's Roofings, under warranty, roof - $2,800. This company doesn't stand by their work and have no idea what they're doing. Even if they had said We'll put a new roof on for free I don't think I would take them up on that offer....
