Best Roofing Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

Dan did a repair on our roof,  he did an excellent job.  He was professional and friendly and his price was fair.  I would not hesitate to hire Pride Roofing for any roofing needs!

I needed some flashing done on my roof and I ended up having these guys do the work. They were super easy to work / coordinate with and the end result of the job was great. They did the work properly and knew what they were doing. They were also the only quote I received that was reasonable as the others were nuts - 2x and 3x more. I was hesitant using them as they had no prior reviews but I knew enough about how the work should be done to make sure it was done properly. I'm very satisfied with the end product and will have them back for more work I need done.

Daryl was very professional, prompt, and explained everything. He was great to work with, providing honest opinions and not just stating what would make him the most money. The price was fair, the warranty was longer than some, and I appreciated that the estimate included some items that others do not. One of them being painting the drip edge and bird block to match the house! Johnny and his team did a fantastic job. They were always on time, very friendly, kept me informed throughout, and cleaned very thoroughly too! My roof looks great and my neighbors even commented about the quality work they saw being completed. I highly recommend this company!

I had a few companies that contacted to get my roof replaced, this was the only company to get up on the roof and inspect it to know exactly what needed to be done. They took the time to sit with me and go over the materials and make recommendations. My insurance didn't want to cover some of the damage and Jorge and his team went out of their way to make sure the insurance company knew exactly what the damage was so my entire roof could be replaced. I'm very pleased with the result I would definitely recommend!!

I like Dave and his crew. He has helped me now on my own home and a rental. I have been happy in both cases. I trust them, and feel their pricing is very competitive.

I signed a two page contract in March and was initially told my roof would be done in late April. On May 21st, I finally heard back and was told someone would be at my home in two days--I asked for a week delay because of household company and they agreed. I actually wasn't sure they were still going to perform the service. This is a busy company that rushed the contract signing (and we found an error they had to fix) but then took a long time to get back to us and schedule the work. The men showed up this week to work and were both friendly and polite.  They worked hard. I thought they went out of their way to be extra polite in fact. The owner had assessed the condition of my roof prior to signing the contract and giving us the final quote. However, after power washing my roof (BTW: which basically completely dirties your backyard and pool) and coming back to begin applying the foam, I was told that two spots on the roof had further water damage and some mold that they would have to remove for an additional charge, but at the end of the day they agreed to fix it without charging me. Let's say I wasn't happy and they agreed with me. While the employees were always polite, the less than five stars represents the need for better communications, contract oversight,  and the timely scheduling of their work. I do not have any reason to believe their work was inferior, however. And, again, the employees were pleasant to deal with at my home and came back to check and make sure I was happy.

Do not ever use.  Contract is a joke.  Wrong material to go cheap.  Poor quality.  Only pay cash... hello!!  Poor quality.  Lack of communication English

First, let me say I am unsure if the repair is leak proof or not - we have not had rain since the work has been done.

I can say that the appearance is not up to the quality I expected. The side (edge, quarter curved tiles) do not sit flat and have a wavy appearance.

The main frustration has been scheduling. The estimator (Dale) was early for his first visit. I had rushed home to be there ten minutes early. He was already there and had already been on our roof.

Then, Dale was early AGAIN when  he came to get the contract signed the contract and make a down payment.

I understand early is better than late, but trying to for things into your schedule can be a challenge and the fact they did not keep times well should have been a red flag. At a minimum, I would have expected a call, but received none either time.

When the work was done, we set up appt. for walk through. I was very specific that I had to be out of my house by a certain time, and received and appt. to suit that. Since the work requires some fixes, I spoke directly to the person scheduled to come by (NOT the same guy who sold it, which should have been another red flag - feels like working with car dealership where they pass you off from person to person). When  I spoke with that person (Bill) directly, I specifically mentioned my concerns and he said to wait until he came by and we could talk about it. I confirmed I'd see him on the day and times I had been told and thought that was that....

Of course, it wasn't.

Bill never showed up. I waited until twenty minutes past the scheduled window, at which point I had to leave... I called Bill and received attitude that he had a larger window than I was told - this despite the conversation I had with him directly earlier in the week.

No apology, just that I must be confused. I tried explaining to him the previous issues with Dale that added to my frustration - he ended up hanging up on me...

I then called the office and, for what it's worth, got a very half hearted apology at the end of the conversation after mentioning that THREE different times appointment times have bee been missed....

Time will tell how everything plays out, but even if everything is perfect from here on out, be aware that this company has scheduling and apparent work quality issues (which should be fixed after the walk through - but that is the appointment they totally missed...)

On a side note, this company was recommended to me by someone I trust. It almost seems as though they have outgrown their abilities....

UPDATE:  I was hoping I could update this review and improve the rating. Sadly, they have proven my initial assessment correct.

Bill did make the second appointment and did agree to fix the issues brought up. However, the appointment to fix it was missed...TWICE...  The second miss Bill DID call to let me know - but the call was an hour into the scheduled window.

If you can handle a company that does not keep appointments and time well , this may be a great company for you. But I view it as appointments as a commitment. And a company that will not keep such simple commitments is a concern.

UPDATE: After some rains, their work does seem to have fixed the leak, so I upped this to a three star company....

We just had our roof repaired by Monsoon Roofing. They went above and beyond to fix somethings that didn't even have to do with the roof. We will be using them in the future when/if we need additional work on our roof.

Our roof developed a leak and had rotted fascia and other issues. Richard, Scott and their crew did a fantastic job replacing our 30 year old tile roof. They used only the highest quality materials. They patiently worked with us to find a 3rd color of tile to give the mottled look we wanted. Each member of the crew was professional and courteous. Finished just ahead of the monsoon rains! I was so happy to see Adjust Pro Solutions knock on my door they are Angel's in disguise I needed a roof real bad and they saved me the hassle with Insurance they handled everything I just had to pay my deductible,  hands down the best roofing company in AZ.
