There has been quite a bit of storms here in the past couple months. One morning I noticed some water stains and had insurance come inspect. As insurance does they only give a specific  amount to work with. I contacted Rehobot roofing the same day and they came out later the same evening to come take a look and got a free estimate for repairs the NEXT DAY! After much battle with insurance and dealing with the holidays rehobot roofing reassured me they could get the repair done. They communicated with me every step of the way and repaired my roof in 2 days and gave it life. All this to say I would recommend using them for all your roofing needs as they're responsive, profesional and know their craft!

It can be a daunting task when trying to find people to hire for home repairs. Who really knows if they know what they're talking about? Is the price quoted fair? Can I trust this company? It's hard to know right?
Well let me help you with your stresses and put your fears to rest. Harper's Roofing IS the best roofing company around! Here's my story (please feel free to scroll to the end for my final Research for Dummies rating. I won't be offended.)
My Story:
I was researching house painters and had my 3 top choices come out for quotes when it became apparent that we would need some roof repairs before hand. So, I picked my top 4 roofing companies to come out and give me quotes. The range went from $3000 for the get by repairs all the way up to $17,000 for nearly a brand new roof! My head was spinning because they all seemed so knowledgeable and trustworthy. How was I going to pick? Then, I harkened back to the conversation that Chris from Harper's and I had. I never felt pressured, he gave free advise no matter what company we chose, AND he understood the realty of personal budgets and good working relationships! It was this professionalism and approach that rose to the top of my mental roof-chatter, and what landed them the job!
Day Of Work:
WOW! Having lived in the same home in Arizona for 13 years now, we have hired our share of repair crews/people and let me tell you, I have NEVER seen a team as organized, clean, friendly, professional, and thorough as the team from Harper's Roofing. NO JOKE!  A swirl of sounds and efficiency like a swarm of buzzing bees that never became annoying but remained impressive well after the last nail had been driven.
On The Phone: Tracye could not have been nicer or more professional. We had some issues with our budget that rose up shortly before work began. Stuff happens, right? But Tracye was always patient and reachable, and after some minor adjustments on our end things were right back on track and everything went smoothly. THANKS TRACYE! :)
Now, the Research for Dummies portion:
Budgets are real. And so is wear and tear on our houses here in the Valley of the Sun. But that doesn't mean that things have to be done all at once. We tend to forget the importance of good working relationships. But they are critical when talking about homeownership and protecting your investment. Harper's produced 3 quotes for us, which was exactly what we needed! We chose two of the three and will continue with the third once our budget has rebounded a bit. They will be there for us when that time comes, and that lends valuable piece of mind!
Yelp: Yelp ratings are tricky things. My tip is to read other ratings from people who have complaints. I have found that most of the time they are made by people who just like to complain in general. Take that for what it's worth.
BBB: Harper's Roofing has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Not for nothing, this actually means something. (And I'll be posting a review there as well.) BBB link -

'Quarterbacked' by Peyton McWhorter; I had received accurate and timely pricing comprehensively itemized on the billing invoice.  Office staff Missy McGrady was prompt, knowledgeable, and professionally coordinated billing and in a customer friendly manner answered any questions which I had or very promptly got me the answer when related to technical field conditions.  

Peyton knows how to estimate, Missy knows how to coordinate, and Freedom Roofing and Restoration knows how to deliver a superior roofing product - ON TIME AND CLEAN.

Highly recommend - 5 stars was earned.

I've known Jay for several years, and he has done roofing repairs for my clients, he is very honest, knowledgeable and dependable.  If you want a roofing company that gives quality service that you can trust, its Scottsdale Roofing.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

I have used Behmer Roofing for years, and they have always provided exceptional quality and maintained communication before, during, and after projects.
Behmer Roofing has also made multiple donations to a charitable organization I am involved with. I cannot thank Behmer Roofing enough for the professional service over the years and their philanthropy within the community.

I can not recommend this company highly enough. Steve, the owner, came out to give me a second estimate on a leak that started with the heavy rains over the last month. He identified the problem, showed me photographs of the issue  and delivered an estimate that was hundreds of dollars less than the previous one. They then completed the repairs right there on the spot and guaranteed the work.

DEAR ENTITLED CONSUMERS OF SCOTTSDALE:

Please reconsider using Jerry Conrad of Western States Roofing Consultants, Inc. when you need someone who will stand behind their reputation.

He is unprofessional in his business dealings and does not stand behind his word as referenced below:

After significant rains we realized our gutters were having some issues... I reached out to several companies and Danny with America's Roofing was the only responsive company, and although the time and day changed several times Danny was super communicative, which in my opinion was a good sign. Unfortunately, due to the changing times, both of us were unavailable to speak with him as well as oversee the work...

Unfortunately, the work that was done was not up to standard. The gutters were still leaking, and the requested reroute of the downspout is honestly, quite ugly, and does not function properly. The water is getting stuck in the gutters. The understanding was that the new gutter would wrap around the patio roof and then be flush to the wall. That's not what we got...

Danny did come to check out the leaks and I addressed my disappointment with the downspout. When I spoke with Danny he indicated that he ok'd everything with my boyfriend before he did it, however, he was in and out during the actual work so I'm not sure how that's possible... Everything we were unhappy about the appearance he basically told me that it was what it was. And he was very obviously not going to help find a solution for the issue.

$1200 and we got a cleaning, some silicone, and two new pieces of gutter.... That are much more of an eyesore than the old pieces. Because we paid through zelle we have no recourse. I just hope more people don't get scammed.

Did a poor foaming job for me and said he would patch it up. Poor as in bare metal showing on the roof where 3 inches of foam is supposed to cover. Sprays from 5 to 6 feet away with no care to get into cracks and crevices to make air tight seal. Never heard from him again. Stay away at all costs.

I'm stack with this company because they did the repair before I bought my home.
First rain since I moved in and I had a leak.
Took a couple of days before I could get a hold of them, which at that time is understandable since there were major storms in Phoenix.
The person who came said during the original job, they didn't seal that area because it was hard to get to it.
Later, when calling and emailing for a follow up, long after the rains, they don't even a knowledge my attempts to contact them.
Initially the voice mail said they would return my call in 2 hours. It's been 5 days.
Now the voice mail is full.
Disappointing, unreliable, unresponsive. Do not recommend.
