We had a different company come out and give us an estimate of some roof repair work (broken/shifted tiles from a few previous storms). This guy had done some repairs on the house across the street. The guy got on our roof and proceeded to tell us that we needed a whole new roof, That is was irreparable. That guy gave us a ridiculous bid for a new roof. We thanked him and he left.

Fast forward to the next day. We called ECO roofing to come out for an estimate (We knew of ECO Roofing as they did a complete re-roof of a friend of ours-so we knew the quality of their work).

Rich from ECO roofing came out and did a thorough inspection of the roof and quoted us two different ways-one was to repair/replace the damaged/broken/shifted tiles and give the roof a tune up-and the other was to redo the entire roof. He had pictures of everything that he provided to us.

We opted to have ECO do the tune up and scheduled the work immediately. We were notified of the date and time that the crew would come out.

On the day that the crew was supposed to be at our place-a mix up happened (Yes, things happen!). The crew didn't show up at the scheduled time. The ECO office folks felt bad and sent someone out late in the day-and he started to do the work. We just had the ECO folks reschedule to the next week-when it was more convenient for everyone.

The second time, they were early and there were 6 guys-and they completed the entire project in about 3 hours. They cleaned up when they were done as well. We are extremely please and will use them when the time comes for  our roof to be replaced.

Wayne came on a Sunday to check out a leak in my roof. He coordinated with my solar company so they could remove the panels to reach the leak. His work was amazing. His crew polite and professional. The cost was very responsible too! I recommend him highly and wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

We had this company give us an inspection and quote on our roof.  After reviewing 5 companies we felt this is the company we could trust 100%.  They did a great job and provided quality work.  The entire staff was very concerned that we understood every step in the process and were happy with the quality of the work.  They believe on doing it right the first time , no cutting corners.  They were professional and respectful and we would recommend them 100%.

We found loose shingles on the ground after the last monsoon storm.  We have a very high 2- story, and couldn't see if the shingles came from our home.  Dawn in the office was kind and scheduled an appointment to check it out.  Steve came out, and was very courteous,  checked it iut and gave us good news that our roof is fully intact.  Best part of the story is there was no charge for them to give me peace of mind.  Any future issues for our home, we know who to call!!! After a recent rainstorm while I was remodeling the inside of my house, I noticed the ceiling was wet in the family room. I realized I needed to get my roof replaced as I just had all the popcorn ceiling removed and ceiling textured.

I decided to look on Yelp for roofing companies. Since I had never had a roof replaced, I decided only to get estimates from companies which had 4 Stars or higher on Yelp. I had gotten estimates from the Top 5 roofers on Yelp.

After reviewing all the roof replacement estimates, I had decided to go with Legacy Roofing. Alex from Legacy Roofing fully explained the quote in detail. He explained why certain things had to be done to bring my roof up to code. He took pictures of my roof showing me past repairs which was just a band aid repair. I explained to Alex my concern in getting my roof replacement done ASAP and Alex and his boss Frank was able to schedule me in within 2 weeks. Other smaller roofing companies said it would be 4 - 6 weeks before they could start.

Legacy Roofing started on time. Frank kept in updated on the roof repair. One day while the roofers were working on my roof, one of the roofers noticed I was unloading some construction material from my pick-up and asked if I needed help unloading my pick-up! I couldn't believe after working on my roof all day he wanted to also help unload my truck. I declined his offer as I didn't want him doing any extra work.

As Legacy Roofing was wrapping up my roof repair, Frank had called me and mentioned that the roofers noticed I had some bulk trash in side yard and they could haul it away for me since they had their trailer already there. I couldn't believe it, my bulk trash of 3 toilets and miscellaneous construction waste was hauled away!

Not only did Legacy Roofing do a great job on my roof, but they went above and beyond to help me on non-roof related items!!!

Roof had a leak after neighborhood holiday celebrations that included mortar skyrockets and gunfire. Stonecreek was responsive and was onsite quickly to ascertain work needed. Workmanship was clean and timely. Jerry, my account rep, was available by phone or email when I had questions. I highly recommend Stonecreek Roofing and will use them for future projects.

Charles and his team did an outstanding job on our house. They worked fast, but with great attention to detail. They ensured all areas were adequately covered so there was not a drop of paint where it wasn't supposed to be. They went above and beyond and even repainted our backyard door which we didn't expect. KGJ roofing was very professional to work with.  They exceeded my expectations at every turn of the process.  I noticed a leak in my ceiling and called up KGJ roofing after doing some research on roofers.  The owner Kenny sent out a guy named Pat.  Pat inspected roof and measured it all and noticed some wind damage he felt my be covered by my insurance.  I was ready to just write a check for a new roof and this information ended up saving me 14k.   The Forman Scott was terrific and communicating and sending me pics as I was in Tucson at my primary residence during the roof replacement.  Shirley in the office kept me informed often and was very helpful anytime I reached out to her.

I would highly recommend KGJ roofing to anyone needing a new roof.  I upgraded from shingles to metal and couldn't be happier!

Express Roofing redid our original (1988) tile roof, including all new tile, in March 2018.  Rene, the owner, is as passionate about roofing as Giada is about Italian cooking.  Rene has been in the business a long time and I would not hesitate to say he knows as much or more about tile roofs as anyone in the business.  Express's estimate included many extras that the other four companies that provided estimates did not, so check the details carefully.  I liked, too, the fact that Rene did not want any money down until the day work started.  That was a big plus for me.

I give 5-stars for the quality of workmanship.  Everything went exceptionally well and our roof remains as leak free as ever and looks very up-to-date.  I could not be more pleased.

I give 3-stars for the administrative follow-up.  Although touted as one of their strengths, daily drone videos did not happen.  I did not receive a video until some time after the job was complete.

It took a long time to get our warranty paperwork, both for Express's labor coverage and the underlayment material manufacturer's warranty.  I finally got Express's warranty after about a month and several e-mails.   More e-mails over several months to Express's office about the underlayment material manufacturer's warranty brought no results, so I finally called the underlayment material company myself.  I had the document in five minutes via e-mail.

Also, on the final day of work, when I paid Rene the balance owed, he stated that he wanted to buy my wife and I dinner.  We did not think that was necessary as both parties had completed the contract as agreed to.  He insisted and we gave him the name of a restaurant we enjoy.  That was nearly 5 months ago and we are getting hungry.

You'll get excellent workmanship at a competitive price with Express Roofing.  Just be prepared for frustration with their office in getting all the final documents.

In March, we requested KY-KO to inspect our roof for possible leakage.  Shane Newton was on-time for his appointment and was familiar with our roof as the prior owner had used KY-KO in the past.  Shane was very helpful in showing me around my roof and explaining what maintenance was needed and sequencing of removing pool solar panels.  
The work was performed in stages with power washing first and then sealing cracks or holes and top coating with elastomer and completed in May.  All personnel during three appointments were on-time and professional explaining processes and providing suggestions.  The work is not inexpensive, but comes with a five year no-leak warranty.
The only area for improvement would have been to clean up the debris that was power washed off the roof throughthe scuppers leaving piles around my house.  Everything else was cleaned up properly.

I was initially told they were going to be here a couple of weeks ago and no one showed up and I was never called.  When I called to ask what was going on I was told they were going to be here on the 13th (tomorrow).  However, I woke up to someone from this company ringing my doorbell at 7am this morning (I have not been feeling well and had planned on sleeping in) saying they were here to work on the roof.  No one contacted me to let me know about the change.  They told me that they would clean up the mess that they made and they did not.  I was told not to worry about them removing the AC/Heating unit because they know what they are doing. However, I came home and everyone was gone and my heater won't turn on, the fan won't turn on and the AC won't turn on.  I call to mention this and I'm simply told that someone will call me back as soon as they can.  I was not given any further information but I guess I shouldn't be surprised with this company. I'm not sure what they did to my heating/AC unit but it's obvious that they DON'T know what they are doing.

My HOA had no idea when my roof was to be fixed, that's why they gave me your company's information to call you directly.  I don't see how rain would move the date up to complete my roof sooner, but I specifically planned to be home on the 13th as I was previously told that that was the scheduled date (after calling yet again after being told it was going to be on a Friday a few weeks prior and no one showed up and no one called to alert me of any changes and my HOA had no idea what was going on). Your workers saw me leave and knew I wasn't home. I responded to the phone call/text I received last night. I don't have time to answer all your calls today because your company clearly doesn't know how to communicate with each other or your clients and therefore it wasn't communicated that I had someone come out last night and fix the issue.  I messaged you on the website so people would stop calling me. There's no need to give out my phone number to everyone in the company.
