Environmental Pest & Termite Control

I typically only review companies that either provide an above average or below average experience.   I have to say, ordering a termite treatment, I never expected to be overwhelmed.  Man, was I wrong.

Environmental Pest & Termite Control provided one of the best service experiences I've ever had.   This company is responsive, professional, on-time, and provided thorough and quality service.   They did a great job explaining their process, what needed treatment and why.  They informed me about what they would do, and then showed up on time and got it done.  They called to let me know it was done and asked if I wanted to review their work.    They emailed me pictures and diagrams of where they did the treatment, so we can refer to it in the future if needed.

Multiple payment options made it very easy for me to pay them.  

I strongly recommend anyone needing a termite inspection and/or treatment, us EP & TC!

Ask for Colin!  He's amazing.

Hopefully I never need termite treatment again, but if I do, this is the ONLY company I will call.

I purchased a 5-year warranty for termite control and they have no showed twice and have been ghosting me since. Corporate HQ never answers their phone. Beware of this company!!! Once they sell you a warranty you'll never hear back from them again if you need help.

Save your time and money. Bought their 5yr warranty and now termites are back. Have called and emailed them for about a month and they will not return my calls or emails. Stay clear of these guys

I should have read reviews before hiring, but my son's friend recommended this company, I don't think he would have been recommended should he have know the lack of professionalism. First time you hire them they are wonderful, I think that's why they have so many good reviews but after being paid, they WILL NOT answer nor return your phone calls. I called a year and a half ago, left three messages and they never called me back, I had to call someone else and he was able to help me. I tried calling them again this month, three times and no answer, even with a 5 year warranty it is irrelevant because you will not be responded to in any way shape or form. Like I said I called a year and a half ago and I'm still waiting for their phone call. DO NOT hire their services because they don't know the meaning of customer service.

Please save your money and time DO NOT give your business to these people. I should have read the reviews before! These people will NOT call or return your phones calls or email. Their warranty of 5 years is BS. Because again, your calls or emails will just be ignored. Their scammers! They should be reviewed by Bureau of consumer protection. 3TV on your side should also investigate them.

Like some other reviewers, We bought our house in 2017 that came with a 5 year warranty. The initial termite treatment was done in 2016 and I found tubes coming from the ceiling in late 2017. We called them numerous times, left voice mails and sent emails, NO REPLY. After we tried a few weeks, they finally sent a guy to check our house and did some very basic treatment and left.
The termites came back again this year, and another full treatment is needed. We are still in the 5 year warranty but cannot get hold of them.

Want to be frustrated and test your limit? Hire them.

By far the worst I've ever seen customers be handled. The supervisor told me he could speak to customers what ever way he wanted because there was no one above him. He cared more about arguing then addressing my concerns of the safety of treatment and effectively getting the job done. It took two weeks to get any response and after the appointment was set up there was no communication as to what the appointment entailed and what the process is. They refuse to treat the entire area of the home and will only treat one effected area vs taking the time to make sure the issue doesn't continue to Occur. My house was only finished 6 months ago and all my neighbors are also suffering termite issues on their new homes. This is clearly an issue of the company doing a half ass job on all the homes they treat. They have no care or compassion let alone any level of professionalism.

Since my first review, I have been very disappointed with the lack of communication this company offers.

Besides the lack of respect for continually no shows and promises to be there in a few hours which always turns into a no show, it is hard for me to reccomend them as reliable and respectful to the client's needs. I have wrote, called and asked for a return call to resolve the issues but they have chosen not to respond. I would not use this service again, No follow up, no respect for the clients and no shows multiple times with lots of excuses such as ...pump broken. Hung up on projects, and failure to have the decency to even call.
Stay away!  Gabriel started reliable but  then became unable to fulfill our needs

Waited a couple of weeks for termite inspection report after inspection,finally arrived. I guess it takes repeated e-mails.
High Note - Gabriel ( technician ) was outstanding with his inspection and offered insights to prevent termite exposure.

Company is a fraud. Had my house treated for termites 3 years ago and paid for the 5 year warranty. Termites continued to come back every so often and had Gabriel treat every time. I still continue to have termites in my home even though it was supposed to be treated. Now I am trying to get ahold of Gabriel and the company and no response. Gabriel in the past has showed up and now says he will show up but does not follow through. I have left the company a voicemail before and no one calls back. Every time I call it goes straight to voicemail. Except for today which the voicemail box is now full. Looks like other reviewers are having the same issue as I am. Do not waste your money on this company.

We had a contract for 4 week treatment at a rental in Mesa, AZ. They came once, problem was not solved and after asking about the matter, heard nothing back. Paid for a service that was never delivered. Will not use them again and will tell all my real estate friends to avoid them at all cost. Very disappointed.

Beware....all very odd...I called Frontino to treat termites...3 weeks later this company sends the invoice..not sure why...I did call departament of agriculture to advise..all shady...now  I see all these bad reviews...not sure how or why you call Frontino and these guys want to get paid....no paperwork either...pretreatment plan or récord of what was even done....Very shady...

This is a follow up review.  Initially I was having difficulty reaching them.  No call backs it replies to texts.  This past Sunday Colin texted me with a day and time, which was today and at 11. Gabriel hour here early, treated the house and also remembered to bring a gc for a referral I had given them months ago.  All in all, they did what I paid them to do.  It took longer than I expected.  Have faith people

Great, painless experience. I was very impressed with the professionalism over the phone and with the technician in person. You definitely feel like they know what they're doing and the price and warranty are very competitive. I would definitely recommend environmental Pest Control to anyone that asks and wish them all the success. When my five year warranty is up I will definitely be continuing with them.

This company license number is 9278. My house is exactly 1 year old and I have termites in multiple locations. I think they are fraudulent. We called them several times no response... They should be reported, I think they used plain water to spray.

Submitted request Sunday at 8 PM, was on phone with them 30 minutes later.  Very knowledgeable, straightforward, and helpful in understanding the process.  Best price and warranty by far, talked to 4 other companies and this was by far the best value for the work and the 5 year warranty.  They were out our house 10 minutes early (calling of course), and the technician was efficient, friendly, and responsive to my concerns about my dogs.  Done in under 90 minutes, and office staff made payments easy.  Highly recommend and will be using them in the future for any other needs.

I got a 5-year warranty with them in 2017 for $800. According to the public records (agriculture.az.gov/pests…), one treatment was done in January of 2017 and after that I could never get a hold of them for following up. That's especially frustrating being away from your property.

I wish I had found these guys sooner. The first two pest control services I tried were expensive and didn't do a good job, especially the one that starts with an O. But Environmental was a real nice surprise. They were very nice and professional,  never rushing through the job or made me feel stupid for asking them questions. They took care of the pest problem (scorpions, and those little moth things that live in corners of the kitchen ceiling) and overall I'm very pleased with them.  
I like that they come by when it's convenient for me and after they visit they always call to ask if there are any more pest problems. The other services I tried couldn't care less,  but Environmental cares. Prices are about in line with some of the other guys  but way lower than the one that starts with O.

We are so thankful that we got referred to Collin at Environmental Pest Control. Excellent communication and customer service!!! He throughly explained what things were, took his time and that was all before he even knew that he had our business!! There was no pressure after he gave us the quote but there was no doubt we would use this company for any pest control needs. (In this case it was termites) They really care about the customer. They are prompt and accommodating. Gabriel was the technician on the job and we really appreciate his flexibility and work ethic! Thank you!!!

I used them for a termite job for a local business and they offered a better warranty than the competitors I called. The prices were very good, there was only one company with a lower rate, but I will pay a little more for an organic product. Very easy and pleseant to work with.

Do you get excited about pest control services? Me neither. But Colin and his boys give such great service that I feel compelled to write a review.

Environmental Pest Control wasn't the first such service I hired, but it'll be my last one. They're awesome. The first pest control company I hired didn't fix my scorpion problem. But Environmental Pest control did.

Before these guys helped us out, my wife and I found at least 4-5 scorpions in the house every week, and my wife was stung once already. We had been in our new house for only about 2 months and already considered moving because of these damn stingers. Since the first company couldn't fix the problem we started to think all these pest control companies are just scams.

Colin and his crew from Environmental Pest Control changed our minds. On the first visit they THOROUGHLY went through the entire house and yard and sprayed their juice, laid those sticky traps (gave us a bunch more to use later for free, too!), and then spot treated more areas.

We found a bunch of dead scorpions over the next few days, all of which could have done some serious damage to us if Environmental's voodoo hadn't killed them off.

Colin personally called to ask how things were going. He offered to come out again for free if we found any more scorpions at that point. We didn't, but the fact that he offered was awesome.

I understand they use stuff that's not harmful to plants or pets and honestly that concerned me a bit. I was worried that what they use wasn't strong enough to kill scorpions but thankfully my worry was unfounded - their stuff works very well.

Colin and his colleagues taught us a ton about scorpions and other Arizona pests, and how we can avoid them or at least minimize problems. They continue to educate us whenever they visit us, about every 2 months based on my current plan.

After the first big visit, their subsequent visits are more maintenance and don't take that long. They text or call about a week before the next appointment is due, and they've always been extremely accommodating in working around MY schedule. They never give us the we'll come out between 10 AM and 5 PM this Wednesday so you better be there or forget about getting service crap.
I also chose to get billed automatically so I don't even have to worry about the awkward payment thing either.

I don't generally like strangers walking around my house. But Colin and his guys are clean cut, super friendly, very honest, and do their job quickly and cleanly. Their billing is transparent and reasonable.
Environmental really tries to earn their business and outservice and outwork their competition by going the extra mile.

I've been on Environmental's plan for over eight months now and plan on keeping these guys until either all scorpions move away from Arizona or I do, whichever comes first.

These guys are awesome.  They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I love the fact that their product is safe for animals too.  They called ahead to let me know they were on their way.  Colin explained the process and what to expect in the next few days.  They also explained their options for general pest control and pricing, which is very reasonable.  I highly recommend them for any pest control needs you might have.

Absolutely the best experience. We discovered we had termites and called Environmental Past & Termite Control based on other Yelp reviews. They called back within 20 minutes, scheduled a technician to come out the next day and work was done professionally and they even swept up afterwards. Price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend.

We just discovered we had termites, luckily only a small area. Environmental came out right away to help us out. Our tech, Gabriel, was super nice and very informative. He answered all of our questions and best of all he didn't shy away from our overly excitable dog. Super service with a great guarantee. I've owned my house for two years and got it inspected for termites when I bought it and figured I should get another inspection done. I called Colin and he happened to be right by my house so he swung by ten minutes after we hung up the phone. Very nice and approachable, great with my dogs and has loads of pest control knowledge. It's also his business so it's nice to be able to support a local small business owner. I Definitely recommend him if you need any pest work done.

I switched to Environmental about a year ago because they use safe products and they spray every two months instead of three like most other pest control companies. I appreciate Colin's great service attitude and his prompt responses. Plus they offer a guarantee and will come back right away if I spot an issue between regular servicing. These guys are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

They came out to treat active termites in our home. I was pleased with the gentleman (don't remember name, possibly Gabriel) who came out. He seemed to have done a thorough job. The job was done in July and I referred a friend which they say they will send you a $50 gift card. I've been requesting for 3 months and no luck, office never answers or returns emails. Also contacted office about a different pest problem. No response. I now have very active termites again that I can literally watch working (gross!) and I did purchase the 3 year warranty but they are booked out for a couple weeks. I typically contact Cordell (I'm assuming owner?) on his direct line since it's the only way to get a hold of someone however he made it clear that his job is new customers. Nice. I'm very upset that they don't prioritize existing customers who spend extra money on a warranty. Started as a good experience and has gone downhill.

I agree customer service and timelines is great for the initial treatment and payment. We started service in 2017 with the Termidor product. We have had to have return treatments 4 times now and for these return visits the experience hasn't been as pleasant. I understand they are busy and work in certain areas of town on certain days, however I called with an emergent matter. I have a new tube that formed above my work space in the ceiling and tiny termites are dropping on to my desk and work area that I have to be wired into and work all day, it is disgusting and very concerning that they are now in my ceiling after a year of treatments. When I called in for this I was told they don't live in attics they live in he ground, well I know that but they are definitely there! I was told to put tape on the area, and that most companies are booked out 30 days. Not so happy with my warranty costumer service and concerned that the treatments are not even working, and now I get to see actual termites dropping down on my desk and near my head as I work.

Colin and Gabe are excellent.  Very professional, and thorough.  Colin is very patient, and really wanted to make sure I was educated about what needed to be done.  I knew right away I was in good hands.

I recommend Environmental Pest. Collin does a thorough job and is reliable. I have had no bugs or pests since he has been treating my house. If you are looking for a pest company Environmental Pest is worth giving a shot, I am glad I did.

Cordell came to my home in Seville/Gilbert and did a thorough inspection inside/outside my home. Showed me where the termites were. He explained the process, treatment and time it would take to treat the termites. They came out did the work. Gave me the warranty papers, left no mess and successfully got rid of my termites. Did a Great Job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR TERMITES AND PEST CONTROL

I had termite tubes coming down from the ceiling in one bedroom and tubes low on the walls in the garage. This was the first evidence of termites inside the house since '89 when I moved in. Cordell came out last Saturday (8/20) and did a very thorough inspection. He was very personable, bright, energetic and easy to talk to. Full of information, answering all questions fully and very understandably. As part of a whole house treatment plan, he was to squirt termiticide foam in the termite holes under the tubes in the one bedroom. None of the other contractors I interviewed offered to do anything regarding the tubes in the bedroom. Gabriel came out today (8/24) on schedule. Drilled, trenched, applied (Termidor) termiticide and foamed the tubes inside as promised. I found Environmental through their representatives of Cordell and Gabriel to be responsive, smart, enthusiastic about my job. All for a price less than the others wanted. Yes, Environmental did more for less than the others offered, hence the five stars=Outstanding!
