Stephen Joy brings to the table his vast knowledge with his Home Inspection business and "Jack of All Trades" knowledge and licenses including Pools, maintenance, customer service, marketing and ability to analyze, interpret and grow to add to Brian Kniola's (previous owner of NuSense Pest Management) ever growing education in the entomology industry to become the BEST knowledgeable, licensed and insured Home Services professionals in the entire industry!

The guys from Nusense came to my house a few months ago right after I had a scary interaction with a scorpion. They were easy to get a hold of, had prompt scheduling, and got to my house exactly when they said they would. They were incredibly thorough and explained their process as they went through the house. They were meticulously detailed outside, even spraying underneath all of my patio seat cushions. They were very informative but never tried to upsell me on anything. Afterwards, they walked me through their different deals for repeated services (super affordable). Deals include: Monthly service: $40, Bi-monthly: $70, Quarterly: $100. They also have a refer a friend, get 1 service free special. Then your friend gets his/her third service free!

All in all, I was very happy with my experience. We were critter free for the past two months. I just saw a scorpion today so will be calling them back out for another spraying (fact of life here in AZ). I'm glad I have guys like Nusense who I can call in moments like this!

Bad service overall. A lot of employee turn around with this company. Multiple requests to schedule our pool to be drained and cleaned. Multiple no shows for pool service no notification that they were not going to show up. When I told them an employee did not show up they proceeded to tell me they did. I have cameras in the backyard that showed they did not come.

We have been with Briphen since about 2015 I believe. We will never go with another pest control company. They have always been amazing but today I had the best experience to date. Matt Sparks came out and spent more time than any other tech ever has and went above and beyond to help. He saturated the ground and walls, put granules in my rocks and even put sticky strips in my problem areas. He spent time explaining his processes and was very kind. I always get amazing service but wanted to give a shout out specifically to Matt today. Thank you so much!

I have been calling this company and texting for the past week for a simple quote. Calls go straight to voicemail and they ask you to text. When you text the interaction is minimal with no response.

I was using a different company when I noticed I had a major issue with some wasps and when I called them, they said they would come out at my next service date to take care of it. So, I called NuSense and they came out and took care of the problem that day! I have never used anyone other than NuSense Pest Management since. They are always on time, easy to schedule with, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and their prices are very affordable! One thing I also noticed was that with the other company, I had to have them come back and retreat in between services because there were always bugs in the house (and they were not dying), with NuSense, I have never had to call them back in between services. I would highly recommend NuSense Pest Management.

I appreciated the courtesy, professionalism & customer service of this company. They personally took my call to schedule the appointment. They described their product used and how it works. They agreed to avoid my garden. They advised me of where the discovered 14 scorpions using their black light (and they explained the high season for scorpions is June & July, so this was a lot of scorpions)!

Their prices are reasonable for their excellent service, their proven results (14 scorpions & that is just the ones they saw that they killed, not the ones the product will continue to kill), and their availability.

I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to my friends and family!!

We have used Nusense pest control for the past 7 months. They did a very thorough treatment prior to us moving into our home. I have not had a single living bug inside my home. I am very thankful, especially living near homes that have scorpions and black widows. My family does not have respiratory problems after treatments like they have from other companies' treatments. The owner, Brian, provides above and beyond customer service. Great prices. Great communication. I couldn't be happier.

THE BEST!!! We moved into our house in April of this year. We had a lot of crickets, a couple scorpions, and a couple spiders. Ever since Brian has been coming, if we see something, it's usually dead! Cheap pricing and great customer service, not to mention the best peace of mind I've ever had living in Arizona 8 years!
