These guys do great work, they've treated my house for bugs and installed items on my roof to help deter birds and other pesky pests. They were thorough, trustworthy and quick to treat.
Update: they also helped remove a bee hive that was forming.

This is the best pest control company I have ever used by far!! We have been using them at our home for at least 6 years.  They are ALWAYS friendly and professional.  I discovered an ant community developing in my yard after a storm, called the office to see if Brandon could stop by this week to take care of it.  He was at my door within 2 hours!
Az Pest Prevention is priced right and they go out of their way to take care of their customers.  They really are the best!!!

Brandon is the man! He comes on a regular schedule, priced right, leaves a detailed report and does a great job! Last year, before I used them, we had company with young boys who loved killing scorpions by my citrus trees. This year they went out and found 1. Just one!! The boys were terribly upset, but I was thrilled. I know we live in AZ and scorpions are a way of life - as long as they aren't where I am, I am good. To know that they weren't even on my walls by all that citrus - well, that's AWESOME!

I can't possibly say enough good about AZ Pest Prevention. I've called them twice now for two separate issues. We called them on a Sunday evening, the 5th of July, about a bee swarm and bees inside the house. They responded immediately and had a tech out as soon as was possible.

They are on top of communication, punctual and just really nice people. I personally will not call anyone else. If I could leave 20 stars I would. Thank you AZ Pest Prevention!

These guys are the best.  It all started when we had a roof rat in our attic.  They sealed up our house right away to prevent it from happening again and got that sucker!  My neighbors used them too and after setting up bait stations no rats for the last year!  

We have been using them for over 4 years.  They come every month and check with me to see if I have had any problems.  They are very honest and fair in their pricing.  Plus they are a locally owned company.  It doesn't get any better than that.

If I ever have a problem they are on it.

I have been using AZ Pest Prevention for many years on a monthly basis for my personal residence and rental properties I own. I can happily say I rarely see any type of pests. I have 3 cats and feel safe knowing the products they use won't affect their health or mine.

I had a problem with roof rats. They came around blocked all the holes they could find with wire mesh and set bait traps around the house - plus they gave me plenty of advice.

Roof rats have gone from the house and they have been very reliable on their monthly visits.

There are a few calls you never want to make, but if you have critters AZ Pest Prevention is the call you want to make! I have been using them for several months and have been the best service we've ever had!

I have been using their service for years and referring to friends.  Most recently our Dishwasher wasn't working.  An appliance guy showed up and said a rodent had eaten through a rubber supply line so we called Jim.  Within 2 hours a tech was onsite and looked at the hose.  The hose was simply off where it was supposed to be because the clamp broke.  No sign of rodents at all.  Their customer service is prompt, professional, and very fair rates.  I would never think of hiring anyone else.

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company and the VP Jim Burt! Very professional, kind and easy to work with! Highly recommend to family, friends and anyone in the Valley!

Justin came by our house today to do their monthly spraying.  Arizona Pest Prevention really knows how customer service is supposed to be.  Everyone I have met at this company is very friendly and are passionate about what they do.  No longer do I have to worry about what is living underneath my grill as I turn on the propane tank.  I highly recommend making an appointment with this team to see how they can help with your pests.

5 star service all the way! I moved into a new house and along with that came unwanted guests. These guys are truly the best at what they do. Happy to report they got rid of my unwanted guests and have kept them away . I would not go anywhere else. The service is one of a kind !

I chose this company due to the overwhelming positive reviews, and that was my biggest mistake. The customer service is lacking. It is very complicated getting in touch with someone and there were several calls never returned. I let that slide though. The service was severely lacking. Generally rude and unpleasant, but I also let that slide. I was told that I would be called monthly to see if I needed any service. I wasn't. After services, there was a lot of whining and complaining. (ie They couldn't spray the backyard because they couldn't get into it, which I told them to let me know beforehand so I could let them in. Instead, they did half a job for the price of a full one.) The coup de grace was when I called them recently to come out. I had to call twice to get a call back in 2 weeks! That's not abnormal though. The resulting conversation was to find someone else... sent to me through text message... in response to my voicemail! How unprofessional!!! I'm SO glad they don't do a contract. That is about the only benefit, and they aren't the only company that doesn't. Prices are par with other locally owned businesses. They will charge the card you leave on file, with permission, which is fine; however, it's taken up to 2 weeks after services for them to process payment. Although I monitor to make sure everything is posted and cleared, not everyone does, so it could be an issue to some people. Most would assume payment is pretty instant. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Customer service is lacking. Services provided are lacking. Ultimately, it seems they don't want to do the job. I'm cutting my losses with them, and hopefully this will serve as a warning to other potential customers. Look elsewhere.

After experiencing challenges with another local pest control company we opted to work with these folks and have been very pleased. They are incredibly honest and pleasant to work with and I do not feel I was oversold at all - as I did with other companies. We were dealing with roofrats (gag) and they made the process quick and easy to fix. Steve was very patient with me and answered all my questions without making me feel silly. Definitely recommend using them!
