Very informational, very thorough and friendly. Excellent technician, called when he arrived, and was here on time, finished in a timely manner. Highly recommended, and only want Zane back for future appointments.

I'm a new customer just started using Eco guard pest control when I bought my new house in September. We've had nothing but excellent service from everyone. The customer service is excellent! It's been easy to schedule and give you a notice before coming so if needed to reschedule it's easy to do with no attitude.  They are reliable, professional, and respectful when they come to my home. I've now had 4 visits and the techs that come to my house have always do an amazing job.  I'm very happy with the service so far and would highly recommend!

As always - this is a great company.  They always show up when they are supposed to.  There are always a pleasure to deal with.  And more importantly, we have no bugs are any other kind of critter.  This time Kodi did a great job - very nice guy.

We found a scorpion in our kitchen last nite, called ecoguard, Tanner was able to get us on the schedule for today, even though I said next week was fine! Josh and Aaron came out earlier than original time, and in about 20min, they had done inside and out! These guys Rock!!

Tyler serviced my home today and he did a great job! I hadn't met him before, but he was so nice and very helpful. He made the effort to ask if I would like my garage sprayed, which I did and which he completed. Hope to work with Tyler again soon!

I'm a new customer with EcoGard and have been impressed with the assistance I've received from D'Angelo and Bobby. Bobby performed my initial visit and assessment. He did a very thorough job of evaluating my pest issues and recommending what he felt would be the most effective bait and traps needed.  So far I have been very happy with the professionalism and responsiveness of everyone I've dealt with and I've already seen some dramatic results.

EcoGuard clearly only hires truly genuinely kind people.  I have had 3 different maybe 4 different servicemen and they were all super friendly and did a very thorough job.  I rarely have to ask for anything extra, but when I do they are very accommodating!

The best pest control in AZ. I highly recommend EcoGuard. Been using them for 9 months and have been extremely satisfied with not only the products they use but their exceptional customer service. You won't find a nicer bunch of employees. Since I began using them, over 99% of the bugs are gone (maybe a small spider once a month). If you notice any between services they will come and respray for free.

When I called to set up appointment the person was very patient and answered all my questions.
The 1st treatment guy was nice and knowledgeable.
2nd treatment guy was very thorough and even did the garage a 2nd time when I mentioned a worrisome area.

I had noticed small holes in my yard and brought it to Zane's attention and he was on it immediately!  Explained what it probably was and that we could handle it that day and they would monitor the situation moving forward!  Greatly appreciated the real time approach!  Great communication and response as well.  Thank you

Beware! They will charge your card without your authorization. They came to service your house without letting me know and then charged me without my knowledge.

I am always very impressed with this company.  I had initially called when we were doing our own spraying but found a scorpion.  They came out the following day to take care of us.  They followed up and continue to do that a couple years later.  Someone always answers the phone when we call or they will get back to us in a timely manner.  We thought we found termites brought in from the storms and they sent their termite specialist right out that day.  The guys that come to our house are always friendly and if they don't know an answer they will find it for you.  They text before an appointment and ask if they can come on a certain day/time.  We don't see many issues since we have been using this company and I really do highly recommend them.

I have had ecoguard come to check both my rats and bee infestations and both have not been resolved. In March they put traps Into my home and then never came back to check the traps for rat activity. Now it is June and there is not only rat activity on the roof but now in my home behind my washer and dryer.

We also had them come for a bee infestation. We told them we believed they were coming through our vents and showed proof of the bee activity but the guy that came to check for them didn't bring the correct equipment, including a ladder to check the roof. He told us if he had the ladder he would check the roof but as soon as we were about to give him a ladder to use he then said he didn't feel comfortable going to the roof to check and see if they were there and then left without finishing his job. I will never use this company again.

I called ECOGuard to schedule an inspection for removing pigeons from under our solar panels and to inspect around our house for any rodent issues. I spoke with Tanner, and he was so professional, courteous, and helpful with answering my questions and getting me scheduled for my inspection.  Technician Brandon P. came to do our inspection and was very prompt, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection of our property and discussed what needed to be done to fix all of the issues, and answered all my questions. I received an email that same day with the price of the services I wanted, and was scheduled for the following Monday. Our technician, Brandon P., completed all of the work for us, and I am so impressed with ECOGuard's exceptional customer service, knowledge,  professionalism,  and service!! I  will use this outstanding company for all of my pest control needs!

I'm proud to share that Ecoguard has been my bug guy for over a year now. We moved to AZ over 20 years ago, and this is the first house where we've experienced scorpions - yikes! Ecoguard treats our home, inside and outside, every other month and now we rarely see any unwanted critters.
I don't think I've had the same tech twice yet, but I'm amazed that each one has been very charming, professional, great communicators, and thorough - without exception. Appointments made over text is super convenient, and they have been very accommodating. BTW Whatever products they use have never affected my 2 dogs; that was very important to me in choosing my Bug Guy!

I want to quickly share my experience with my technician Rhett.  Rhett knocked on my door to let me know he was here, he asked if we have any issues, and asked if we wanted indoor treatments.  He was so pleasant and professional throughout his visit.
He was also so kind to our giant English Mastiff.

We've been using EcoGuard for over a year now. With their competitive pricing and great friendly service I plan to use them for a long time. Every time a technician comes out (whether its a new one or a familiar face) they always are courteous and give helpful information to keep those icky bugs away.

Being an Arizona native, I've had several pest control companies service my homes over the years. I've had some homes with minimal bug issues and some with really bad issues (scorpions). I called Ecoguard to service my new home about a year ago as I had several referrals on Facebook about them.
From the very first phone call with Sterling in the office, to the initial pest control visit, I've been very pleased with this company. They text me before showing up to spray my house and come within a 30 minute arrival window. What other service company comes in under 2 hours?? I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I have not seen one scorpion since they started spraying and would recommend them to my family. Thank you Ecoguard for providing such great service and customer care.

So thankful our neighbors recommended them. We submitted a query online and we're promptly reached out to.  We were able to get scheduled quickly.  They give you a really short window of when they'll show up. How awesome is that?!! The gentleman who showed up was nice, got to work quickly, was extremely thorough as well.  Love when companies do what they say they're going to do and provide a great service.  Keep it up!!!!

I discovered EcoGuard from a recommendation on Nextdoor. I had tiny beetle bugs in my master bathroom, and developed  a rash/and or bug bites after sitting on my couch one evening. They promptly came out and spayed my my place, focusing on the furniture upholstery;  the technician said whatever was alive in my place would be dead in 5 minutes! Mission accomplished. Rashes gone! Prompt friendly reasonably priced service! Highly recommend.

Branden Peiers is awesome. He is always on time and does a really good job. He takes pride in his work and is always patient with our numerous questions about pests in Arizona. Very enthusiastic about his job and always smiling, Ecoguard Pest Control has a great employee and their pest control treatment works.

I have been using EcoGuard since November of last year. The techs are always on time and extra helpful. We had Ricky out last week to spray our property for us and he was fantastic!! I cannot say enough good things about him. He took his time and sprayed the areas that we were having issues with. He was knowledgeable and kind. If you're having any issues with spiders, pests, or bugs trust EcoGuard and don't forget to ask for Ricky. You'll be glad you did!!

I was excited to have someone deal with my pest control instead of me having to do it. The first service was good. A month later for the next service we started seeing more bugs both inside and outside. I've spoken to both owners regarding the situation and promised they would take care of me. Bugs are 100 times worse and never revived the follow up call or appointment as promised. The owners even promised to come out and look at it for themselves. They've never came. Time to find another company that values their customers.

EcoGuard has been our bug company for the last five years.  I am so happy to be rid of scorpions. Today, Conner rang the doorbell within the time frame the service was scheduled. He was polite and pleasant.  He discussed all the areas to be treated ahead of time.  And, he rang the doorbell again when he was finished.

When I discovered how many adoptions we had around our property I figured there was nothing to be done. I contacted eco guard and after speaking with them regarding their strategy i decided to give them a shot. They went above and beyond during the initial treatments to get the scorpions under control and now there are very few to be found around our property.

Appreciate these guys very much. We hit hard times due to covid and they gave us half off of a service. We had 5 star service before this, and our last experience with them was even better.

Hands down, EcoGuard is the best pest control in the valley. if you're looking for a pest control company for any means that are necessary this is the place you can go and tell your friends I got a guy they are incredibly affordable $50 initial $72 every 2 months they provide mouse traps if needed they sprayed inside house and outside their staff is incredible Matthew is the guy you'll call they told me between 4:30 and 5 they showed up at 3:30 what more can you ask other places were charging me ridiculous numbers if you got a problem call eco guard

EcoGuard has changed our world!  I HATE bugs, spiders, flying things!  They have made those icky creatures a thing of the past.  They come every two months and thoroughly treat our home inside and out.  We live near the desert, so being bugless is a gift.

I have a few properties and Ecoguard has always been professional, on time,  fair and friendly.   They are on top of everything and I highly recommend them.  One of their guys even helped get our Wii to work when we couldn't figure it out.

Great customer service! Every single time one of the guys come to my house, they all have amazing customer service and you can tell they are all happy doing what they do! This pest control company did not get rid of the rodents we had to pick our fruit to get rid of them. Spent way too much for not solving the problem. Will not use this company again.

We have been a customer for several after using another Pest Control Company for more than a decade. Ecoguard solved our scorpion problem that the other company could not. We have recommended Ecoguard to several friends and they all satisfied.

Shane was so helpful when we called and he answered all of our questions; we could hear his smile through the phone! Then.... Ross showed up to service our home. Ross was so professional and friendly and explained what he was going to do and what he was using. All I can say is... CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING and ECOGUARD has nailed it!!! I will recommend ECOGUARD to everyone I know.

I called Eco Guard after finding a flyer on my door. I emailed and asked them to email me back with info. The owner responded within minutes and provided me with info. When I called to schedule, it was again the owner I spoke with and he had me scheduled to come out two days later. The guys came out and explained how they did everything and made sure I didn't have any other questions. They were very professional and pleasant. When it came time for my 30 day check up it was again the owner who called and scheduled. The next day the sprayer came out and asked if we'd seen any bugs or had any problems. He was friendly and quick and made sure all our concerns were addressed. We told him we'd seen a few scorpions out back a few days after the initial visit, but they had told us the first time we may see a few just due to them being flushed out. We haven't seen anything since the first few days. I have been pleased with the service provided and their level of professionalism.

***UPDATE- here we are two years later and I still use them. No issues, they continue to be courteous and prompt, and they make things really easy. They text me to schedule appointments so I don't even need to remember it's time for another spraying. Thanks guys, you're the best!

One of their technicians came out to do an inicial start for the pest control. It's was great. After three weeks we have not seen any bugs inside the house. Only dead crickets and spiders on the outside. We got the 50% discount as well for our inicial start up. This will be our go to company every two months. We were very impressed with their service.

We switched to EcoGuard over a year ago when we were having an issue with scorpions at a rental property in San Tan Valley.  They came out quickly and treated both the inside and outside of the property.  From then on if we did find a scorpion it was dead and usually in the garage.  We just bought our first home and EcoGuard came out and not only treated the rental one more time before we left but also treated the new house.  They have exceptional customer service and provide quality pest control.  I highly recommend EcoGuard for any pest control needs!

Ecoguard has been our Pest Control Company since we moved to AZ almost three years ago. We have them come out every six weeks to spray inside and outside and lay new sticky traps.  The technicians are terrific, professional, and respectful.  I completely understand there are scorpions pretty much everywhere here in AZ. Anything outside, I know it's to be expected. Now a scorpion inside my house is a totally different story. This is the primary reason why we have Ecoguard.  Our home is newly built and we've had a few outside but until today, didn't have any inside. When you do preventive work, you expect the company you are working with to work with you and you can relax and know that there's a less likely chance to have one inside.  Today, our daughter found a fairly good sized one in our family room. I'm pretty upset that after all these applications, we have one INSIDE. (They sprayed last week by the way). We requested to have someone come out and respray on Saturday because it was already 4:30 on Friday and we didn't expect  anyone to be available. We were told no. Monday would be the earliest.  (They work Saturdays.)  The appointments run generally a half hour. So as a loyal customer, having found a scorpion INSIDE, you're telling us you can't come out until Monday? It may not be a big deal to some people but for me, the trust and reassurances that we've been given all these months is no longer valid. Am I freaked out about having a scorpion INSIDE my house, definitely.  Do I wish they had the urgency that I have to spray and kill any possibility of a scorpion INSIDE, definitely. Am I disappointed, most definitely.
