Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. When my mother unexpectedly passed away in her home I was given AZ Bio Cleanup's information by a family friend. Joe came out right away and assessed what needed to be cleaned and even handled the home insurance for me as they seemed to be difficult to deal with he handled it all and given my state of grief I was more than thankful for his gentleness and professionalism. Once the initial job was done I was so happy with the results I hired them to come back to clean out the home as it was a hoarding situation. There was no way I could do it myself. Their team was fantastic to deal with and even with some set backs that neither myself or AZ Bio had control over, they got the job done to a level that I could handle while keeping me within the budget I could afford. Now the family home is completely fixed up,clean and once again livable. I have AZ Bio to thank for getting the most difficult part of this process done. I Had a spot in my home where the carpet was coming up and had bad edge fraying where it met up with floor tile. I called Phoenix Carpet Repair and they were able to show up the next day. Robert, the owner showed up ON TIME. He was cheerful, friendly, and very professional. He took all the covid-19 precautions, masks, gloves, hand sanitizer etc. The repair took about 40 minutes and was an outstanding job. He re-stretched, re-tacked and trimmed the frayed edge. Now it looks like there never was an issue in that spot ever. The pricing was very reasonable and a lot cheaper than getting new carpet. I highly recommend this company.

I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

Contacted Jill for help in a flooded room. I didn't want to involve my insurance for fear that the rate would go up. Jill was clear, professional, prompt, and very friendly. She gave me a clear explanation of what needed to be done, the time frame it needed to be done in, and what it would cost me.  The work was done exactly the way she quoted me, and repaired better than new. We rely heavily upon the advice and recommendations of our insurance salesperson particularity when dealing with matters regarding personal possessions.  

We had major plumbing and drywall issues at our investment property. We contacted State Farm and they provided 3 companies which could assist. We interviewed all candidates and rating their turnaround times, responsiveness, workers and staff, as well as cost, we selected Western Skies.

We were pleasantly surprised to see how well they did and were able to accomplish within a reasonable time and cost budget. The office staff was easy to work with and their workers' goal was to address our needs and satisfy our expectations.

We plan to use them in the future and have recommended them to others and in particular notified Stare Farm, as well as our residential community, Western Skies should be on the top of their recommended list.

I found myself in the most impossible, stressful situation and needed help badly and fast. Contacted Bryan Swallow and from the first minute we spoke- I knew I was in good hands. I didn't realize how good until my project took many different  turns (because it was an out of the ordinary voc situation. I guess all of those are out of the ordinary but this one- for the books)!

Im completely discouraged with this company. They are door knockers at best. My roof was destroyed in an AZ monsoon sept 4th. I reached out to ASHLEY aka ashleys roofing services who represents as mission restoration (before calling my homeowners directly, my bad)...my AMAZING insurance agent had a rep here immediatley...and gave me a 17k roof allowance. GOLDEN!  Yet Ashley wasnt happy...she went for kidneys and asked for almost DOUBLE from my insurance. Pretty sad that im now getting cancelled and the other 2 bids i was requested to get (due to ridiculous ashley bid) are significanly lower. $17k and $20k....she was at $29k... This company is a scandoulas money hungry business....OH! BTW..the first time i met Ashley, she made herself very comfy in my house by taking off her shoes and plopping her feet on my coffee table while we discussed roof colors...
I really encourage mission restoration to take me to court over signing a contract that CLEARLY is over priced and scandolous. DONT MAKE MY OLD LADY MISTAKE!

You always hope you're not in the situation to need this kind of service...in fact you may not even know it exists. When we found ourselves in need of these services we didn't know what to expect. However AAT exceeded all of our expectations. Cleanup was thorough and quick and they took care of all insurance paperwork in a timely manner. The remodel  was excellent and they were excellent at communicating regarding services. I would highly recommend them without any hesitations.

We were in San Diego for the summer when a sprinkler line broke under the driveway of our home in central Phoenix during July.  On receiving a call from my maintenance man, I contacted USAA who carries our homeowners insurance and was referred to Paul Bailey of DriRite CMG3... they are a preferred contractor for USAA.  As a 52 year member of USAA I was not disappointed by their referral.  They found the problem and repaired it quickly.  Everything was handled by DriRite professionally and over the phone.  I didn't have to fly back to Phoenix to get the job completed.  That part of the driveway looks better than the original installed in 2001.  Paul and DriRite did the best restoration job we have had done in our 52 years with USAA.  I would refer them to anyone needing restoration work.

We have worked with Ken and Marymargaret on many projects. They are both very honest and hardworking and easy to work with and for.

Honesty and responsiveness are two important qualities when looking for a contractor and Hydropro is both of those. Jennifer is awesome to work with! She responded quickly to emails and was more than patient with us when we had to postpone our project. In the middle of our project we had a separate issue that occurred and Ray gave advice on what to look for, questions to ask and a price range of what to expect. Our project was seamless from start to finish!

We put a claim  into  first american home warrantee for a filter issue. It was straight forward. Sun brights  service rep came out to inspect he unit. He said there was evidence that there was no de in the filter and I explained that we backwashed to remove pressure. He said that the insurance probably would  not approve.  He the looked at pop ups and said they were spongy, I told him they ere less than 6 weeks old. So rather than fix with low cost solution he was trying to up sale a $1250 cartridge system   I am sure he would have recommended the pop ups to be replaced as well. The insurance company sent out another company and the issue was resolved in our favor.  I would be very suspicious of anything sun bright said

Driving on the 10 W when either the owner or an employee decided that they were above waiting to get off on Avondale BLVD. Cut right in front of me (when there was clearly no room) in his lifted tan Toyota Tacoma with my son, causing me to slam my brakes on. After giving him a well deserved honk he decided it would be smart to get aggressive with his brakes. Complete trash can of an employee. Riding people's rears and flooring it on streets in and out of traffic. Then we get stuck at a light and he gets cheeky creeping up next to me going to town on his horn while waiting for the light to turn green. You guys should be embarrassed to have someone like this driving around with your logos all over their truck. If you're the owner, then you should be embarrassed to call yourself one. I'll just go ahead and pass this around so that everyone knows how unprofessional you are.

On Thursday, June 4th, 2020 we came home to a flooded home due to the toilet water supply hose breaking. I called Arizona Fire and Water to come and do the cleanup. Their reviews seemed rather good. Although we had to relocate to a hotel for the next five days, we felt confident that they would do a good job. We handed over a set of keys for them to use. They told us that they would be using a lock box on our house. On Saturday morning I returned home to pick something up and I had forgotten my keys at the hotel. I called my partner to tell him to call AZ Fire & Water to get the lock box code so that I could get in. To my surprise, they had not locked our home and I was able to enter without my keys. Anyone could have walked right into our home once they were gone. We informed them of their HUGE oversight as well. Upon entering I noticed items missing as well as damaged. They did inform us of damaging our bookcase which was unrepairable, but they did not inform us of other damage.
Once payment came due our insurance company requested verification for overcharged services and materials. AZ Fire & Water would not comply. This information was requested at least three times. Every time they did not respond. One of the fees was for HAZMAT PPE. We were at our home for a few hours before we left for our hotel on that Thursday and did not see one employee of AZ Fire & Water doffing HAZMAT PPE. I work in an industry in which I knows what this is. Jeans and shirts are NOT PPE.
Once they determined that our insurance company would not pay the $1500 overcharges, they came after us for payment. We told them that they had the chance to get paid. They threatened a lien on our home. I expressed that if they tried to do that, we have enough evidence to defend ourselves in court. I had to file a police report for my missing items as well, as they are valuable and very sentimental. They have not to this day replaced our damaged items or compensated us for the items that came up missing.
I would NOT recommend this company.
