Worse experience ever with a water damage & restoration company. I will admit that even with my 35+ years in design, commercial & residential construction, & hazmat abatement, I still learned some important lessons.  #1. Never trust an insurance company, even the most reputable ones because they can have staff/reps who will lie & cheat their customers for a kick-back. #2. Never use  contractors recommended by your insurance company without throughly vetting the contractor. Always ask for references from your insurance company, check these references, & find out how long they have been working for your insurance company &/or its adjustor.  Verify that they are not blood related and/or friends.  Vet both the adjuster & contractor to eliminate all possibilities of collusion, pay-offs, & kickbacks for the referral.  Long term relationships often involve collusion between the adjuster & contractor.   3.  Even the most reputable of companies like Envy will resort to fraudulent practices to falsely grow the scope of work to put more money into its pockets.  They will lie & cheat customers who they mistakenly presumed were naive customers.  We had a drain line leak along one bathroom wall, but, needlessly, they cmpletely demolished the entire $25K bathroom to inflate the job to make more money.  Then, Liberty Mutual's.adjustor wanted to only pay $6K & we were told by Envy to go buy used fixtures as they destroyed everything that was less than a year old.  They told us to go buy seconds for the tile at some cheap tile outlet.  We had completely remodeled and re-plumbed this bathroom just a year before for $25K.   We got a price from Re-Bath who is associated with Home Depot, and they priced rebuildong the shower that was needlessly demolished by Envy, 9' away from the leak at the sink area, and Re-Bath quoted $16K  to restore/rebuild the shower as originally constructed.  Envy suggested getting a prefab shower for under $1K.  This is in a high-end Scottsdale home on Camelback Road.  Envybare scammers, theives, & in cahoots with Libeet Mutual's claims adjustor.  The day I walked into the bathroom to see how the had cut into the slab and saw our entire bathroom demolished to the studs & masonry walls, I not only screamed, You're fired! Get the hell out of our house!, I also found that they cut out a 2' x 2' piece of carpet in the middle of the master bedroom which was 100% unnecessary as the carpet had not been damaged.  They did it to grow the job.  That carpet was not even a year old & nobody had even lived in the house since it was remodeled.  Envy  had nothing but idiots working in the field and scammers as supervisors and management.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. When my mother unexpectedly passed away in her home I was given AZ Bio Cleanup's information by a family friend. Joe came out right away and assessed what needed to be cleaned and even handled the home insurance for me as they seemed to be difficult to deal with he handled it all and given my state of grief I was more than thankful for his gentleness and professionalism. Once the initial job was done I was so happy with the results I hired them to come back to clean out the home as it was a hoarding situation. There was no way I could do it myself. Their team was fantastic to deal with and even with some set backs that neither myself or AZ Bio had control over, they got the job done to a level that I could handle while keeping me within the budget I could afford. Now the family home is completely fixed up,clean and once again livable. I have AZ Bio to thank for getting the most difficult part of this process done. Had them clean 2 rooms of carpet and 2 sofa beds and a chair. They were courteous and prompt and very engaging. The office gave us an approximate. of cost and a date. Brandon cleaned everything and explained what he did as he worked. There was a small problem that occurred we noticed the next day and they came back with a prompt day and time to take care of the problem. The promptness of taking care of the problem impressed both my wife and myself. Usually most companies put something like that off for quite awhile complaining about how busy they are now. Phoenix took care of the situation promptly and we wholeheartedly endorse them for any carpet cleaning or repair. And by the way, they did a great job on our grout also,

I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

The reason for 5 stars is that Western Skies is honest which is hard to find these days in the service industry. We had a kitchen flood and was told the cabinets needed to be taken out with the chance of cracking the granite and the tile. Western Skies replaced just the areas that had water damage. They were clean, professional and and honest! Couldn't be more pleased and will definitely call them again if needed.

Beware Homeowners of what you are getting yourself into with this company. I will list simple facts about how this company operates for you to hopefully see this before you make the mistake of signing anything.
1) The contract Tempel Roofing uses is no ordinary contract, it is an assignment of benefits contract that will strip you as a homeowner of all rights to your own claim and money that will come with it, leaving all rights to Tempel Roofing to supplement and take as long as they would like before putting your roof on, and you will legally have no say in the matter after signing this contract.(Tempel has customers that have been waiting over a year for their roof to be put on after insurance paid for full replacement.)
2) Tempel roofing will rush to get a front end check from you, the next tactic in the process is to collect money fast to fulfill a 30% cancellation fee should you decide you dont like Tempel Roofings handling of your business and the final step into fully trapping you behind the assignment of benefits contract you signed.
3) In the supplementing process between Tempel and your insurance company, you will see that they are billing your insurance company twice the amount of full replacement paid by your insurance, sometimes 3 times the amount, even after insurance paid for a full replacement, and this can take quite some time of which you have no say in the matter. Not to mention the fraud committed in the supplements such as charging for a safety class for his roofing crews. 1. this does not take place and 2. there are no in house crews affiliated with Tempel Roofing, they are subcontracted crews.
4) Should you have any problems during the process and would like to reach out to the office, good luck. The office is a vacant rented room for mailing purposes, there is no one in office to greet you or a receptionist to take your calls. It is almost a guarantee that if you call the office number you will go straight to voicemail.

The above is simple facts provided in hopes to inform homeowners, so that you can make an informed decision about the contractor you choose. There are plenty of roofing companies in the valley that will be truthful, helpful, and respectful throughout the process.

This was the first time my family and I have had to go through this very stressful situation. AZ Environmental Contracting was transparent in every step. Their attention to detail and understanding of our unique needs made this situation as pleasant as it could be. We thank AZEC for walking us through this project. Our roof took a direct hit from a microburst causing serious damage. Normally I am leery of folks coming to the door offering to take a look at repairs, but Kisasi and his team set me at ease. They quickly took a look and estimated the damage to the roof and showed us issues that would require the replacement of the whole roof.

Getting our insurance claim paid was no easy task, but Mission Restoration and their staff supported the claim all the way. They prepared reports and photos and spoke with my adjuster to obtain a mutually agreeable price, and handled everything.

Unlike my insurance company, Mission Restoration was extremely responsive to communications from me, even returning a call in the late evening when my tarp blew off.

On top of their stellar responsiveness and service, they also did a great job on the roof. Our roof looks great and the job was done on time.

I would highly recommend Mission Restoration if you have any roofing needs.

You always hope you're not in the situation to need this kind of service...in fact you may not even know it exists. When we found ourselves in need of these services we didn't know what to expect. However AAT exceeded all of our expectations. Cleanup was thorough and quick and they took care of all insurance paperwork in a timely manner. The remodel  was excellent and they were excellent at communicating regarding services. I would highly recommend them without any hesitations.

We were in San Diego for the summer when a sprinkler line broke under the driveway of our home in central Phoenix during July.  On receiving a call from my maintenance man, I contacted USAA who carries our homeowners insurance and was referred to Paul Bailey of DriRite CMG3... they are a preferred contractor for USAA.  As a 52 year member of USAA I was not disappointed by their referral.  They found the problem and repaired it quickly.  Everything was handled by DriRite professionally and over the phone.  I didn't have to fly back to Phoenix to get the job completed.  That part of the driveway looks better than the original installed in 2001.  Paul and DriRite did the best restoration job we have had done in our 52 years with USAA.  I would refer them to anyone needing restoration work.

Ken came to our house and fixed multiple issues as the house is a rental and we just moved in.  He was kind, helpful, and he got everything done with quality work.  We will definitely be using them again and will most definitely be using them again.

Holy Carpet Cleaner Batman!!! Tim and Ray Odom With AZ Hydro Pro came and save our carpet (again)! Chris Tousley was absolutely getting new carpet this week as it is terribly embarrassing to have this in our home. LOOK what happened. Tim also said we have really good carpet and it will last another 5-6 years with their care. Go for it! We have had Sun Bright Pool service come out on several occasions to repair our pool equipment, through our Home Warranty company. They are terrific, to say the least.  They are professional, knowledgeable, neat and clean, and all very personable.  They provide excellent service and provide us with detail on what is needed or has been done each time.  This past week Jerry came out and serviced the pool pump.  He called me when he was done, explained what he did and wanted to verify that there were no other problems we wanted him to check.  A great guy!!  Just like the others that have been sent out!

Before you sign anything with this company, be sure to get an itemized estimate and read ALL the fine print.

So almost a year later the VP calls my dad asking if he can talk to us about removing the review or changing it.  First of all why would you call my dad.  This happened to us not him.  Second NO We will not update or change the review.  What I will update is the end result. Currently carpets turning black in the areas where your people didn't lay down any covering.  Took us 3 months to pay our $800 electric bill and $300 water bill.  Still not at all satisfied nor will I refer any business.  Your welcome for the update
