I've had ENVY do 2 drywall repairs from my techs accidently making a boo boo. Work wise they guys are awesome! scheduling is a bit hazy so that's pretty frustrating when trying to coordinate between them & your customers. Pricing, well..... its more than I anticipated but both my customers were extremely satisfied with their performance & you couldn't tell there was ever a blemish. Hats off to ENVY.

Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. Thanks Kingship, this nightmare has turned positive with your help!

When my mother unexpectedly passed away in her home I was given AZ Bio Cleanup's information by a family friend. Joe came out right away and assessed what needed to be cleaned and even handled the home insurance for me as they seemed to be difficult to deal with he handled it all and given my state of grief I was more than thankful for his gentleness and professionalism. Once the initial job was done I was so happy with the results I hired them to come back to clean out the home as it was a hoarding situation. There was no way I could do it myself. Their team was fantastic to deal with and even with some set backs that neither myself or AZ Bio had control over, they got the job done to a level that I could handle while keeping me within the budget I could afford. Now the family home is completely fixed up,clean and once again livable. I have AZ Bio to thank for getting the most difficult part of this process done. I needed to have carpet in my home stretched in three rooms and have carpet cleaned in another room.  I chose Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning due to all of the great reviews and they did not disappoint.  Excellent customer service from the time I scheduled the appointment to the time everything was completed.  Danny came out to complete the work and he did an excellent job.  He called me to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time I could not have been happier with the work he did.  Thanks again Danny.  I would definitely recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair and will use them again in the future.

I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

Woke up to a flooded master bathroom when the water heater on the other side of the wall in my garage broke and the water flooded my bathroom instead of going out the garage like it was supposed to (stupid home builders). Lotus was recommended by several people in my facebook group so I called them and was blown away! They had someone at my house within an hour. They did a great job on the water mitigation and then worked with my homeowners insurance on the repair scope since the insurance company decided to not send out an adjuster and low balled me badly the first time around. They helped me out so much and I feel they didn't even have to since I wasn't planning to use them for repairs (my dad is a contractor, otherwise they would have restored the bathroom for me too). The owners gave me so much good information and helped me so much and were so understanding. I don't think there are many businesses around anymore that care this much about customer service. I am beyond happy with what they did and highly recommend them if you are facing an epic disaster. Thanks Lotus! I hope to never have to use you again but if I do you'll be the first I call.

Western Skies Restoration came recommend from our insurance company.....WOW! were we glad to have this recommendation.  Super Efficient, Very Professional, Extremely easy to work with. When our roof started leaking I began calling around to get estimates for a repair. Tempel roofing was both the quickest to get out to our house and came in with the lowest cost estimate (and they didn't try to nickel and dime me after the work was done either). Ryan was able to answer all my questions and concerns and gave great advice for changes I should consider making. Yousef was super easy to work with for the actual installation and even when I got nitpicky during the inspection afterwards, without hesitation he had a crew back out the next day to make my requested changes.

10/10 I would highly recommended to friends and family.

Really a superb organization that came out to make a bid, then delivered as promised on the bid, and was also very timely in remediating my condo's mold problems. AZ Environmental is really a top notch firm.

Mission restoration was prompt and reliable. They came on site and identified the source of the leaking. It was hard to find someone during the holiday season. I'd highly recommend them for the service.

You always hope you're not in the situation to need this kind of service...in fact you may not even know it exists. When we found ourselves in need of these services we didn't know what to expect. However AAT exceeded all of our expectations. Cleanup was thorough and quick and they took care of all insurance paperwork in a timely manner. The remodel  was excellent and they were excellent at communicating regarding services. I would highly recommend them without any hesitations.

We were in San Diego for the summer when a sprinkler line broke under the driveway of our home in central Phoenix during July.  On receiving a call from my maintenance man, I contacted USAA who carries our homeowners insurance and was referred to Paul Bailey of DriRite CMG3... they are a preferred contractor for USAA.  As a 52 year member of USAA I was not disappointed by their referral.  They found the problem and repaired it quickly.  Everything was handled by DriRite professionally and over the phone.  I didn't have to fly back to Phoenix to get the job completed.  That part of the driveway looks better than the original installed in 2001.  Paul and DriRite did the best restoration job we have had done in our 52 years with USAA.  I would refer them to anyone needing restoration work.

We have worked with Ken and Marymargaret on many projects. They are both very honest and hardworking and easy to work with and for.

As an insurance agent I love Ray because he helps my clients avoid turning in tiny clams. He just went to a client last week helped to fix the situation and it was far under her deductible. The other water damage Restoration company I referred her to sent out one of his lackeys and told my client immediately turn in a claim. This would raised her rates for 3 years. Ray spent the time with my client to make sure she understands what she's doing. Thanks for all you do!
I love that he does water damage, mold, and other emergency clean up issues. Luckily I have never had to send him a fire!

We put a claim  into  first american home warrantee for a filter issue. It was straight forward. Sun brights  service rep came out to inspect he unit. He said there was evidence that there was no de in the filter and I explained that we backwashed to remove pressure. He said that the insurance probably would  not approve.  He the looked at pop ups and said they were spongy, I told him they ere less than 6 weeks old. So rather than fix with low cost solution he was trying to up sale a $1250 cartridge system   I am sure he would have recommended the pop ups to be replaced as well. The insurance company sent out another company and the issue was resolved in our favor.  I would be very suspicious of anything sun bright said

I hired these guys to do dry out and drywall replacement for an air handler leak. They said they could not give me a complete estimate until they dried and tore out the drywall.  That was nearly two weeks ago.  They still haven't provided an estimate.  Their project manager, Brandon, is just plain rude when he answers the phone and constantly asks how I got his number (it was given to me by the company he works for!).  It's time to call in someone else to finish this job. Don't hire these guys.

I waited almost 2 years to review this company.
It was the most stressful aggravation I have ever experienced.
We had a significant flood in our kitchen which was a total loss along with damage in the garage from the water.
The clean up was fine, and when I was approached for them to do the restoration, I agreed. That was a horrible mistake.
They do not answer the phone when you call, having an outside service to leave messages, which were never returned.
Granted, it was during the time of Covid, but the workman ship was sloppy. They abandoned the job for a month, I was told their employees left since the company was so poorly run. They had a difficult time finding contractors. Most of which were subs.
They never cleaned up after leaving each day , all the trash from the kitchen was left on our polish marbel floors. My husband and I spent many days cleaning after them .
They damage our floors , dragging the appliances to the living room, with no protection.  They also left wood glue dripping on a piece furniture and damaging it completely. The garage was a heap of a mess with our new washer and dryer put there unprotected with construction material piled on top.
I could go on, but I'm sure whoever is reading this, gets an idea how irresponsible they were with a total lack of respect they had for the homeowners and their home.
I was able to finally able to settle with Lyle the owner in the end , apparently he had no clue what was going on or did not care.
It was a mess and had I read the reviews I would have not used them .
I do not recommend , in fact if your insurance agents recommend them , do not use.
I hope this helps someone looking to use them , RUN!
