I contacted Envy for what I thought would be too small of a project for them. We needed two outdoor decorative lighting fixtures installed and electrical ran to them.

Jordan came out and gave us a scope of the work involved and even made a few smart suggestions.

He was even able to squeeze us in before a New Years party we were having. (Last minute work on our end)

Once the work was started, we were updated on every single aspect of the job. They were all very friendly and even put up with our Great Dane running around.

Jordan and his team went above and beyond for us.

We will now be reaching out to them for other home renovations for the year.

Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. Thanks Kingship, this nightmare has turned positive with your help!

When my mother unexpectedly passed away in her home I was given AZ Bio Cleanup's information by a family friend. Joe came out right away and assessed what needed to be cleaned and even handled the home insurance for me as they seemed to be difficult to deal with he handled it all and given my state of grief I was more than thankful for his gentleness and professionalism. Once the initial job was done I was so happy with the results I hired them to come back to clean out the home as it was a hoarding situation. There was no way I could do it myself. Their team was fantastic to deal with and even with some set backs that neither myself or AZ Bio had control over, they got the job done to a level that I could handle while keeping me within the budget I could afford. Now the family home is completely fixed up,clean and once again livable. I have AZ Bio to thank for getting the most difficult part of this process done. These guys are awesome, I called Friday at 5pm because my puppy destroyed my carpet in a bedroom and they were able to schedule first thing Monday morning. Robert and Joey were super sweet and explained what they were going to do to correct the damage. Much cheaper then replacing the whole upstairs. Great price, great attitude, and awesome customer service. You can tell they defiantly take pride in customer service. Will use again if the puppy goes crazy, and I will also be referring people out to them :)

I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

I picked this company due to the other reviews and I am so disappointed. The first guy came to do our downstairs bathroom walls and they look...decent. But he was so messy and he tracked something red all over our floors that I had to scrub off our floors when he was done. Then they told us it would be a few weeks to have our floors done in the upstairs bathroom...the next week they randomly showed up at 7am to do the floor (no one had called to book an appointment or anything) and we had to unexpectedly take days off from work and it was even more annoying that they told us it would take 2 days and it took 4. No one from management ever called to apologize or anything. The floors are finally done and they left our bathroom disgusting. I don't expect the bathroom or anything to be perfectly clean but it took me an hour just to clean their handprints and random pieces of grout off of our walls and cabinets and shower. They nicked the corners of our our walls leaving marks and missing paint and they DESTROYED the paint all above our baseboards and now we are going to have to pay to have our walls repainted. And now it's been 3 weeks since they did the work and the grout is already breaking and coming out from between the tile. I pick up pieces of grout almost every day. I'm pretty sure they didn't do a sealant or anything. Again we are going to have to pay more money to have the work redone. They also left a piece of broken tile or something under the carpet leading into the bathroom so now we step on a hard shard of tile every time we enter our bathroom. No one ever called to make sure the work was done right or that everything was okay with the work...but best believe they were really quick to call me to collect money. And even when I explained I was waiting on my insurance company to pay them...they were again pretty quick to threaten to send me to collections. I know times are weird and they continued to tell me how busy they are...but it's not an excuse for sloppy work and bad customer service. We paid thousands of dollars for our bathrooms to look worse than how they started 3 months ago.

Waited almost two years to see if the roofing job held up. It has. I was pleased with the workers, although only one spoke good english. They did a good job and fixed some bad spots that a previous roofer had incorrectly repaired, before I bought the house.
Things I didn't like, were trying to upsell me on  roof vents that weren't needed. They didn't measure venting that I had before recommending more. I measured myself and verified that I was above minimum requirements and declined the additional vents. Other item was a threatening letter from some legal office if I failed to make payment, before anything was due. I was being covered by insurance, so what was that for? They didn't even have their numbers right on the letter.  Other item was their forgetting word of mouth agreements onsite during the work, such as number of water proof layers to avoid ice dams. We're in northern AZ.
Over all I'm pleased with the roofing job, but will probably try someone else next time.

We called Bryan when we had a mold problem that nobody could seem to find the source of. He spent the time to look over everything we had had done already, came to the house, spent almost two hours walking through and highlighting things to us, explaining the significance, etc. Then he gave us detailed information about what he would do, what things to watch out for, and what he would do in the meantime. The thing that impressed us the most is he didn't charge for any of it and even told us things that we could do (e.g., renting air movers from Home Depot instead of from him) that would be more convenient for us but lose him money. I wish everyone could be like Bryan - awesome service and great explanations. Definitely seems way more above board than some of the more popular mold remediation outfits.

Mission restoration was prompt and reliable. They came on site and identified the source of the leaking. It was hard to find someone during the holiday season. I'd highly recommend them for the service.

You always hope you're not in the situation to need this kind of service...in fact you may not even know it exists. When we found ourselves in need of these services we didn't know what to expect. However AAT exceeded all of our expectations. Cleanup was thorough and quick and they took care of all insurance paperwork in a timely manner. The remodel  was excellent and they were excellent at communicating regarding services. I would highly recommend them without any hesitations.

We were in San Diego for the summer when a sprinkler line broke under the driveway of our home in central Phoenix during July.  On receiving a call from my maintenance man, I contacted USAA who carries our homeowners insurance and was referred to Paul Bailey of DriRite CMG3... they are a preferred contractor for USAA.  As a 52 year member of USAA I was not disappointed by their referral.  They found the problem and repaired it quickly.  Everything was handled by DriRite professionally and over the phone.  I didn't have to fly back to Phoenix to get the job completed.  That part of the driveway looks better than the original installed in 2001.  Paul and DriRite did the best restoration job we have had done in our 52 years with USAA.  I would refer them to anyone needing restoration work.

Ken came to our house and fixed multiple issues as the house is a rental and we just moved in.  He was kind, helpful, and he got everything done with quality work.  We will definitely be using them again and will most definitely be using them again.

Holy Carpet Cleaner Batman!!! Tim and Ray Odom With AZ Hydro Pro came and save our carpet (again)! Chris Tousley was absolutely getting new carpet this week as it is terribly embarrassing to have this in our home. LOOK what happened. Tim also said we have really good carpet and it will last another 5-6 years with their care. Go for it! My home warranty sent Sunbright pool service to fix my pool pump. I knew I was in good hands when they called shortly after I put the claim in and scheduled the visit for the next morning. They were very professional, arrived on time and most importantly fix my pump. A+ service!!!

Cesar and his crew at Water Fighters Restoration were professional, punctual and helped explain the whole process thoroughly. We were really nervous about what the end product would look like as our leak was pretty bad, but they made it seem like nothing ever happened and left it nice and clean when they were finished. We are very satisfied with this company and recommend Cesar and his crew at Water Fighters Restoration any day.

Like many of you, we experienced damage to our home from the recent monsoon events.

Like many of you, we turned to our insurance company to provide preferred contractors who are reputable.

Unfortunately, our homeowner's insurance company recommended Arizona Fire & Water Restoration.  

If you are looking for a like company, don't choose this one!

If you are currently using them, watch them and request details of costs as well as schedule.

My negative report on this company points solely at those in managerial positions and not to guys with boots-on-the-ground.  The coordinator was so wrapped up with company arriving last Friday and staying the weekend that he was in essence incommunicato.  And when did my neighborhood get hammered?  Last Thursday evening, when this guy disappeared off the radar.

The big cheese was a real tool who refused to provide an invoice of the overall costs as well as a description of the scope-of-work for us to ensure that they were indeed doing what they said they would or needed to by the correct protocol.

When their roofing subcontractor showed up, it was an elderly man with two teenagers.

If you need a restoration contractor that will under-perform, then these are your guys.  If you want someone who will provide you information, treat this with the urgency it deserves, and give you an invoice to digest. then go elsewhere.....
