Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. My experience with Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning was outstanding!!! My carpet had severe buckling in every room and was badly in need of cleaning. I was pretty certain it was time to replace it; however, I wanted the opinion of a carpet repair expert first. I conducted a Google search and found Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning. I viewed their website, liked what I saw, conducted some additional research, and gave them a call. The customer service was exceptional... from scheduling my appointment with Kim, to the guys from Core Movers who moved my furniture, to the repair and cleaning performed by my technician Brandon.

Brandon was highly professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about ALL facets of carpet installation, repair, and cleaning. It was quite evident he is passionate about his work. He took the time to explain his plan of action and set proper expectations for the outcome. He also provided suggestions for aftercare to prolong the life of my carpet.

Brandon performed the job with the utmost care. He was neat, clean, and did not leave marks on my walls and baseboards from the equipment. This was a huge concern because of previous experiences with other carpet cleaning companies. When the job was complete, I was truly amazed and blow away! I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

I was referred to Jill and Lotus for a plumbing issue with possible water damage to my home.  Jill was very informative and took a lot of time to talk to me over the phone regarding my situation.  I was very impressed by her and just as impressed by her inspector. He came to our home and gave us a fair and honest evaluation of what really needed to be done after being previously quoted thousands of dollars by another company for repairs that weren't necessary. I appreciate the time and honesty this company offers and would definitely refer them to anyone needing services or use them again if I need them.

Waited almost two years to see if the roofing job held up. It has. I was pleased with the workers, although only one spoke good english. They did a good job and fixed some bad spots that a previous roofer had incorrectly repaired, before I bought the house.
Things I didn't like, were trying to upsell me on  roof vents that weren't needed. They didn't measure venting that I had before recommending more. I measured myself and verified that I was above minimum requirements and declined the additional vents. Other item was a threatening letter from some legal office if I failed to make payment, before anything was due. I was being covered by insurance, so what was that for? They didn't even have their numbers right on the letter.  Other item was their forgetting word of mouth agreements onsite during the work, such as number of water proof layers to avoid ice dams. We're in northern AZ.
Over all I'm pleased with the roofing job, but will probably try someone else next time.

We called Bryan when we had a mold problem that nobody could seem to find the source of. He spent the time to look over everything we had had done already, came to the house, spent almost two hours walking through and highlighting things to us, explaining the significance, etc. Then he gave us detailed information about what he would do, what things to watch out for, and what he would do in the meantime. The thing that impressed us the most is he didn't charge for any of it and even told us things that we could do (e.g., renting air movers from Home Depot instead of from him) that would be more convenient for us but lose him money. I wish everyone could be like Bryan - awesome service and great explanations. Definitely seems way more above board than some of the more popular mold remediation outfits.

I was going to have mission Restoration do my roof I ordered one color they brought out a different color and then when I asked him to take it off my roof they damaged my roof even more I would never recommend these guys and Matt is very rude and inconsiderate

You always hope you're not in the situation to need this kind of service...in fact you may not even know it exists. When we found ourselves in need of these services we didn't know what to expect. However AAT exceeded all of our expectations. Cleanup was thorough and quick and they took care of all insurance paperwork in a timely manner. The remodel  was excellent and they were excellent at communicating regarding services. I would highly recommend them without any hesitations.

We were in San Diego for the summer when a sprinkler line broke under the driveway of our home in central Phoenix during July.  On receiving a call from my maintenance man, I contacted USAA who carries our homeowners insurance and was referred to Paul Bailey of DriRite CMG3... they are a preferred contractor for USAA.  As a 52 year member of USAA I was not disappointed by their referral.  They found the problem and repaired it quickly.  Everything was handled by DriRite professionally and over the phone.  I didn't have to fly back to Phoenix to get the job completed.  That part of the driveway looks better than the original installed in 2001.  Paul and DriRite did the best restoration job we have had done in our 52 years with USAA.  I would refer them to anyone needing restoration work.

Called a guy name Ken to do some demo and repair work for me.  He told me someone would
be contacting me to schedule an appt.  It's been over a week and haven't heard a thing.  So
tired of flaky contractors who have poor communication and customer service.  Two thumbs
down.

We had Ray from Hydro-pro come out to give us a quote for water damage repair.  We were either going to pay out of pocket or go through insurance.  Ray came out on time and was friendly and knowledgeable.  Ray suggested we pay $300 for a mold inspection but we declined and asked him to include that cost as part of his quote.  A week later we contacted Ray and asked if he had a quote ready for us.  Ray called us back and left a message:  i'm not going to put my time and energy in...if you're not willing to spend the money then I won't do the report. (these are exact quotes from his voice mail).  All we were looking for was a quote or estimate range, but he refused to give one.  We contacted a couple other water damage restoration companies and neither one required us to pay anything up front for a quote.

My home warranty sent Sunbright pool service to fix my pool pump. I knew I was in good hands when they called shortly after I put the claim in and scheduled the visit for the next morning. They were very professional, arrived on time and most importantly fix my pump. A+ service!!!

We called Water Fighters out after a flood in our upstairs bathroom took place and they were out very quickly. Initially I was taken by their professionalism and Brandon and Nic made me feel very taken care of as far as what would happen with insurance claims and such. Prior to getting word from insurance they said they would need to remove all continuous flooring which was carpeting in halls, 3 bedrooms and down our stairs. I tried pumping the brakes on removing carpet that was not affected but they insisted so we trusted their word. It snowballed shortly after we got word that our insurance would only be paying 10k for the incident. Simultaneously to this news, their rebuild bid of 27k total arrived, 10k being for mediation alone (cutting drywall, fans, etc). I asked them to work with me on it since I'm all out of pocket and they came down 5k, but ONLY if I agreed to do the rebuild with them otherwise the mediation would need to be paid in full. Well there goes the insurance money. So in the interest of getting a deal and our moneys worth, we agreed. To start the job I paid the 10k in full and 7k to begin the rebuild.

Last week after they finished the drywall, I spoke with my project manager about putting hardwood instead of carpet and procuring it and all the bathroom items such as vanity and fixtures. Cool, got thumbs up- said we will look at it Tuesday. Come Tuesday it's suddenly a complete disaster, as they put it-  we are expecting upgrades and completely changed the scope.  First of all, we paid for the upgrades- so by all reasonable and intelligent logic those materials they had planned to procure on their itemized bid should be deducted and bid reworked with only the change in scope of labor. (The materials came out to 6500 of the bid). They refused to see eye to eye with me on this and kept throwing their discount in my face like I'm some charity case. I was a paying customer $17,000 in at that point and all that's been done is drywall repair and texture (using their own numbers the work they've done so far is worth $1500). I told them I'd be more than happy to pay difference in instal but rework the bid with no materials and adjust the labor to hardwood flooring installation. NOPE. They refused, wanted to add supplemental charges to install the flooring and the vanity. I had 4 other highly respected veteran contractors come through my house yesterday and told me flat out this is a straight hustle and to get them the heck out of my house asap. I called them this morning and fired them. We are losing 5500 in labor or whatever the hell else they SHOULD do for what I paid them but I'd rather walk away. I will not give them another dime. The funny part is I've already subbed out the work to a flooring guy, painters, electric and a contractor and am getting it all done this week for $5000. Water fighters told me they would have painted half our walls and left me with no floors for the full $12,000.... They'd set my upgraded vanity and mirrors for an extra $2400 and god knows how much they would've tacked on for the floors.

Companies like this tailor to clients that can collect large chunks from insurance companies for the rebuild. I'm disappointed as they sold themselves to be such great people but when it boils down it they've got complaints with ROC and an F with BBB. I have to question the overall intelligence of the owner as well. What's the point of an itemized invoice if it can't be adjusted?

Don't get involved with these people. They insist they tried to help us best they could. Photos are our house now not including downstairs where they only repaired the celing drywall and texture. After $17,000 in. What a fucking joke!

I'll also add that they sequestered me for reviews at least 4 times during our 2 weeks working together. I said I would at the end, absolutely! As a business owner myself I know how important it is. So here's the review as I promised :)

Frank and his partner came to give an estimate for some leak damage. Frank was training a newer hire and he sounded like a good teacher and was explaining things to him well. They were both very nice and helpful. Frank answered any question I had and made sure to thoroughly explain the process. The estimate was lower than I anticipated. Although they haven't opened up the wall yet or got started on actual work, the process has been excellent so far.
