Great for clearing up after water leak.  Very slow and disorganized on the construction end.  Jobbed out to a rookie project manager.  Took 6 months to complete 2 bathroom remodels.

Barn door not level and will not stay closed.  I had to add a magnetic stop.

Tile work looks good but running your hand over the surface shows many tiles not leveled properly.  Crew seemed inexperienced in installing large stone tiles.  Put each tile on wall and pried it off, rebutter it and install again.

Did not get a niche in the showers.  

Guess Hector thought I was the site manager but I had pneumonia and could not chance getting COVIDs from his crew.

Loved the trim crew.  Excellent skills.

Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. I called Joe's AZ Bio for a cleanup and they came out the same day. They took care of everything discreetly, while maintaining respect and consideration for  us. We did a walkthrough with them afterwards, to confirm everything was good. I sincerely appreciate everything they did to make a trying time easier. Great company with great employees who care.

We were so happy with the last experience we had them return to power stretch the carpet in the rest of the house. Brandon arrived masked (important these days!) and on time. He went over the estimate again and got to work even before the movers showed up. I don't know how our pot-bellied dog squeezed under the bed to vomit but Brandon got that stain out as well as some printer ink in the office. After the carpets were all cleaned they looked like new. As usual, this company provided quality work and we appreciated Brandon's professionalism.

I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

I had a flood situation at my home and contacted Lotis contracting services. I spoke with Jill who I was very impressed with. She handled the call like a 911 operator keeping me calm while I was frantic. Her crew was out here within 20 minutes and took control of the situation. Everything was explain to me so I could understand what was going on.I will have no problem referring this company to my friends family and customers, but I hope I don't have to. Thanks lotus for your integrity and excellent response time.

I picked this company due to the other reviews and I am so disappointed. The first guy came to do our downstairs bathroom walls and they look...decent. But he was so messy and he tracked something red all over our floors that I had to scrub off our floors when he was done. Then they told us it would be a few weeks to have our floors done in the upstairs bathroom...the next week they randomly showed up at 7am to do the floor (no one had called to book an appointment or anything) and we had to unexpectedly take days off from work and it was even more annoying that they told us it would take 2 days and it took 4. No one from management ever called to apologize or anything. The floors are finally done and they left our bathroom disgusting. I don't expect the bathroom or anything to be perfectly clean but it took me an hour just to clean their handprints and random pieces of grout off of our walls and cabinets and shower. They nicked the corners of our our walls leaving marks and missing paint and they DESTROYED the paint all above our baseboards and now we are going to have to pay to have our walls repainted. And now it's been 3 weeks since they did the work and the grout is already breaking and coming out from between the tile. I pick up pieces of grout almost every day. I'm pretty sure they didn't do a sealant or anything. Again we are going to have to pay more money to have the work redone. They also left a piece of broken tile or something under the carpet leading into the bathroom so now we step on a hard shard of tile every time we enter our bathroom. No one ever called to make sure the work was done right or that everything was okay with the work...but best believe they were really quick to call me to collect money. And even when I explained I was waiting on my insurance company to pay them...they were again pretty quick to threaten to send me to collections. I know times are weird and they continued to tell me how busy they are...but it's not an excuse for sloppy work and bad customer service. We paid thousands of dollars for our bathrooms to look worse than how they started 3 months ago.

My new roof was install earlier this week and I am extremely pleased with the results. From start to finish, Ryan Temple and his team are professional and trustworthy. The roofing team arrived in time, finished the job in 1 1/2 days, and left the outside of house spotless.  Tempel Roofing is a small locally owned business that delivers personal service and a superior product.

This was the first time my family and I have had to go through this very stressful situation. AZ Environmental Contracting was transparent in every step. Their attention to detail and understanding of our unique needs made this situation as pleasant as it could be. We thank AZEC for walking us through this project. I hope you never have to go through this, but if you do. This should be the only number you call.

Adam Mills and all the crew from Mission Restoration did an excellent job re-roofing the Little Daisy Motel's three buildings from the beginning, working with my insurance company to removing all the shingles and replacing all the damaged vents and everything in between to the end, cleaning up all the roofing nails and debris, to all the paperwork involved. Everything went smoothly through the whole process. Thank you Adam and Mission Restoration!

You always hope you're not in the situation to need this kind of service...in fact you may not even know it exists. When we found ourselves in need of these services we didn't know what to expect. However AAT exceeded all of our expectations. Cleanup was thorough and quick and they took care of all insurance paperwork in a timely manner. The remodel  was excellent and they were excellent at communicating regarding services. I would highly recommend them without any hesitations.

We were in San Diego for the summer when a sprinkler line broke under the driveway of our home in central Phoenix during July.  On receiving a call from my maintenance man, I contacted USAA who carries our homeowners insurance and was referred to Paul Bailey of DriRite CMG3... they are a preferred contractor for USAA.  As a 52 year member of USAA I was not disappointed by their referral.  They found the problem and repaired it quickly.  Everything was handled by DriRite professionally and over the phone.  I didn't have to fly back to Phoenix to get the job completed.  That part of the driveway looks better than the original installed in 2001.  Paul and DriRite did the best restoration job we have had done in our 52 years with USAA.  I would refer them to anyone needing restoration work.

Ken came to our house and fixed multiple issues as the house is a rental and we just moved in.  He was kind, helpful, and he got everything done with quality work.  We will definitely be using them again and will most definitely be using them again.

They will promise you they will take care of all your problems, yeah nice guys kick you when you are down.  House was flooded....came in and told me they would directly bill the insurance company.  After four days and $9,000.00 later of water clean up....without ever sending myself or an invoice to the insurance company....he puts a Lien on my home.

Also, they take advantage of single women, beware.

We put a claim  into  first american home warrantee for a filter issue. It was straight forward. Sun brights  service rep came out to inspect he unit. He said there was evidence that there was no de in the filter and I explained that we backwashed to remove pressure. He said that the insurance probably would  not approve.  He the looked at pop ups and said they were spongy, I told him they ere less than 6 weeks old. So rather than fix with low cost solution he was trying to up sale a $1250 cartridge system   I am sure he would have recommended the pop ups to be replaced as well. The insurance company sent out another company and the issue was resolved in our favor.  I would be very suspicious of anything sun bright said

So we started with them, which we felt kinda pressured to start the whole tear down, since it was the bathroom that both me and my sister use. However it was a problem since my moms surgery was coming up. That was around 3 months ago now. It still hasn't been fixed, but not only that Water Fighters won't give us a quote on what the cost will be until they figure out how much USAA gives us. I find it unprofessional and very scary. We don't know if we're getting screwed and they seem to want to talk ALL the money, which is not what the money is all for. It's for getting back things we lost in the water damage also.

The MITIGATION IS $11,000! This whole company is complete bullshit and I CANNOT recommend not going to this company ENOUGH!

I'm asking if anyone has had this problem before with this company.

This was the first disaster we had to deal with in our home in over 50 years, the biggest mistake we made was hiring Arizona Fire & Water restoration. Please be aware that although the entire company may not be scam artist, a handful of their employees are. AZ Fire & Water falsely over charged our insurance company by $11,434.71 and then tried to come after us directly when the insurance company denied payment. They added to their own estimate things that did not need to be repaired. They didn't even do the job 100% & we had to have another company come in and rectify their mistakes. We are now in the litigation process with AZ Fire and water and I will post again when I have an update.

For any homeowners who EVEN THINK about hiring this company, I would be more than happy to send you proof of everything.  Emails, phone calls, & then Invoices from the 2nd company that stated they had to clean up AZ Fire & waters horrible mistakes.

They are complete frauds. I would stay far away from this company. I WOULD NEVER AGAIN DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS crooked company.

Shame on you Arizona Fire and water restoration.
