The guys at Drip Restoration do an amazing job! They were responsive and showed up on time to assess my water damage and worked to get it fixed quickly. Nathan the owner was a pleasure to work with! Anyone needing a restoration company should give these guys a call.

We had mold in our bathroom that went all the way to the neighbors bathroom. All dry took care of it all and safely. After their work was complete we had a company test for any leftover mold and the results came back clean for both affected bathrooms! The employees were also very kind and professional. They worked directly with our insurance too. Thanks All Dry!

My husband and I were so impressed by this company. After our home suffered some water damage issues we were referred to these guys and are so thankful for it. They were at our house within an hour of the issue being diagnosed and worked well into the evening to finish the job for the day. They were organized and careful in their disassembly of our bathroom and took a lot of care and pride in their work. Although we didn't end up using this company for our recent ground water damage to our Prescott basement (decided to do it on our own), I thought the owner who responded and sat down with us was very direct and forthcoming about the project. He even hauled away our torn out carpet and pad for us for free. I think that's a class act. Highly recommend giving these guys a call for a bid for your next job.

My plumber was the one to refer Preferred Choice Restoration when I had water damage in my home.  I am very thankful he did because we are new to AZ and wouldn't know who to call.  They came on a Saturday in the timeframe they said they would and throughout the whole mitigation process were great! Professional, reliable, knowledgeable, fast, did great work for us.  They have great customer service and really take care of their customers.  I highly recommend their services.  Thank you to the whole crew who helped!

They start of strong and then when the owner is out of sight and mind they don't call, they give incorrect dates, send wrong invoices and don't pass message from office to field staff.  Three times I had to tell the office girl to send the crew at a specific time since we work odd hours.  Instead they show up and leave when no one answers.  Managers try to upsell side work and not part of claims and send contractors without permission.  Never again and glad it is done!

Avoid this company at all cost.  After a Flood at my house and acquaintance called this company to remove the contents of my kitchen and living room So my home could be dried out. I told them to put everything in my spare bedroom and anything that wouldn't fit could go to their storage Facility.  They had me fill out their review while they stood and watched over my shoulder before anything was moved. The next day I woke up and realized they have removed things like coffee, coffee machine, spices, utensils, soups, the lid that covers food in my microwave, things you need on a daily basis.. They removed these things Just to pad their invoice. When I called to have them return my stuff they advised they would need a 1 week notice So I gave them notification. 2 weeks later I called them and Ask them what the hold up was. they said they wouldn't return my goods until my insurance company paid them in full, over $5000. My insurance company advised them that's not how it works, they  return my goods and then they get paid, common practice.   Needless to say I will never use this company again, they will make your bad situation worse.
