Thank you Sunshine Restoration and Cleaning!  Our cabin carpets cleaned up great.  Micheal and Saul were very friendly and knowledgeable.  We had a bit of an issue as our cabin doesn't  have an exterior hose bib for a water supply but they quickly went to work identified a back up plan.   I would highly recommend this company for their services.

We found some water damage in a closet in our home and I called All Dry to come take a look. They were out to me as soon as they could and gave me great information and talked me through the process. They are very reliable and great with communication. I highly recommend them!

We had a leak in our kitchen and called DryLux to help us out. The technicians were really nice and helpful, but dealing with the company itself has been a nightmare. They would rarely stay organized of our communications with them and would often reach out to us for payment when we had already paid them. They were also rude/careless when we'd talk to them. Their office turnover rate must be high because we were always talking to someone different when they would reach out or when we would call them, which always caused more confusion when solving issues. Their prices are also ridiculously high. I only gave 2 stars because of the technicians who came out to our house to fix the leak and damage. Otherwise every other aspect of working with this company has been stressful and confrontational.

Although we didn't end up using this company for our recent ground water damage to our Prescott basement (decided to do it on our own), I thought the owner who responded and sat down with us was very direct and forthcoming about the project. He even hauled away our torn out carpet and pad for us for free. I think that's a class act. Highly recommend giving these guys a call for a bid for your next job.

This was my first experience with a supply leak in a wall that caused water damage to the extent that I needed to file a homeowner's insurance claim. Our plumber recommended Preferred Choice Restoration and I am so thankful they did! They have made the process so easy and smooth from the water mitigation to the repair. They knew the process so well and were very helpful and nice. Every single person I talked to over the course of 3 weeks was so kind. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has water damage and needs repairs or just wants to remodel. They made the whole process so much less stressful. Thank you to Jake and Mark and Margaret and the rest of the crew for being totally awesome.

If I could give negative stars, I would STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS and go to an honest handyman type company for simple jobs- not only was I quoted 417$ within 2 minutes of a clogged kitchen drain. Then man showed up an hour late out of estimated arrival time! And when he got here he was looking very unsanitary no gloves and booties or other sanitation methods as explained on their website! I kept calling and the receptionist kept lying saying the plumber is 5 minutes away, 2 minutes away etc and also then he stopped to get gas.... The only one blowing any gas was HER and her crazy, dumb excuses. Not reliable, not honest company, not affordable ......I fixed my own drain for the cost of a 20$ plumbing wrench

Horrible company, left my house a disaster! Impossible to get a returned call from ANYONE! Cody was very helpful, but it didn't make up for Andrew being very obnoxious and overall unpleasant. WOULDN'T recommend to anyone.

Lucas, Matt and Yaricla came out immediately after I called! I had a huge leak in my house and they came so fast to move furniture out of the way to prevent damage to the rest of my furniture and items. They were able to box and move everything out of the way and moved it carefully to another room in my house for me. I had a huge air hockey table that they moved and it was heavy and awkward but they made it look so easy! So thankful to them for helping out so quickly.
