A/C had leaked water into my ceiling, Puro Clean was able to come out the very next day. I was very impressed with their quick response. Sean was very friendly and professional. Will use their services again when necessary. Highly recommended!

We had a crack in our interior bedroom door which required the door to be replaced. After trying to replace ourselves, we called a professional to help. Stan was kind, professional, and managed expectations very well. Would definitely use his service again.

Robert did an amazing job getting my walls dried out. Once we got that done it became apparent that there was a leak in the wall I had a plumber come out an fix it. Robert came back and made sure everything got dried out again! He was always prompt and did what he said he would do. I highly recommend them if you have water damage.

On another note their carpet cleaning and repair gets an A+ as well. I had a stubborn stain they got out and a need to stretch the carpet. All done to perfection and everything was back looking like new.

We hired Dynamite Construction to build a den addition including a Kitchen remodel. The owner and the entire Dynamite team were amazing. We got exactly what we wanted and more in the timeline promised. The den addition came out better than what we hoped for, and I also have a beautiful white kitchen that I have always dreamed of. We  have ZERO hesitation in recommeding Dynamite construction. They go above and beyond for the satisfaction of their customer.

With two little kids at home, our carpets take heavy use and abuse. Like when our 2 year old smeared Peanut Butter on the carpet. Or the dripped popsicles. Or the spilled milk. Or the muddy feet running in from playing outside. We did our best to keep up with them, but even after a year our carpet definitely looked like kids lived in the house. I was worried that the spots wouldn't come out and that it would still look well used, but when Sunshine was done with out carpet cleaning you would never guess that kids had even stepped foot in the house. It looked and felt amazing! And holy cow they were fast!!

From their quick response to our inquiry, to the kindness and professionalism their technicians treated us with, and the friendly and amazing service, we were thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the work they did on our house. We will be using them again in the future, no doubt about it!

We had mold in our bathroom that went all the way to the neighbors bathroom. All dry took care of it all and safely. After their work was complete we had a company test for any leftover mold and the results came back clean for both affected bathrooms! The employees were also very kind and professional. Called Preferred Choice at 10:30 this past Saturday night when we come home to water leaking every where from the ceiling after the rain storm.  They had leak detection here first thing the next morning, found pools of water in the ceiling. They set up dryer and a dehumidifier right away to help dry up some of the water before cutting the ceiling open so we didn't have a swimming pool in the dining room. Came back the following day, Monday, to set for demo. When they were done cutting open the ceiling. You couldn't even tell. Their team cleaned up so well. They set a containment so well they there wasn't drywall dust anywhere in our home. There is now dryers specifically directed to the 2x4's in the attic to dry them out to prevent mold. They are coming back every day to check the status.

AMAZING WORK ETHIC

I am sitting here - waiting - 4.5 hours after my scheduled appointment window of 8-10am today. I have called multiple times and repeatedly been told I was next in line and that the dispatch still hadn't heard from their plumbers.

I finally called and, after letting the dispatch know this was unacceptable and that they've now commandeered my whole day - someone will be there within 45min-1hour. Amazing ... now they know where someone is?!

Had a fantastic experience a few years ago - never again. What a complete disregard for your customer.

Finding mold in your home is a gut wrenching moment. Finding out that I did not have mold coverage through my insurance was even worse! I found EHS through To Fix It. Victor was our technician and he was easily reachable and patient, especially with my wife who had many questions about the process as we have young children. EHS turned a nightmare situation for my family and I into a much more bearable one. I am so appreciative for their attention to detail and ensuring my home is safe for my family.

Avoid this company at all cost.  After a Flood at my house and acquaintance called this company to remove the contents of my kitchen and living room So my home could be dried out. I told them to put everything in my spare bedroom and anything that wouldn't fit could go to their storage Facility.  They had me fill out their review while they stood and watched over my shoulder before anything was moved. The next day I woke up and realized they have removed things like coffee, coffee machine, spices, utensils, soups, the lid that covers food in my microwave, things you need on a daily basis.. They removed these things Just to pad their invoice. When I called to have them return my stuff they advised they would need a 1 week notice So I gave them notification. 2 weeks later I called them and Ask them what the hold up was. they said they wouldn't return my goods until my insurance company paid them in full, over $5000. My insurance company advised them that's not how it works, they  return my goods and then they get paid, common practice.   Needless to say I will never use this company again, they will make your bad situation worse.
