We needed some damaged roof tiles replaced, and Stan did a great job. Just from a picture, he noticed two other tiles that were damaged which I hadn't even noticed before then. Keen eye for detail, which I really liked. Very reasonable, thoughtful, and patient with all my questions.

I hired Dynamite to install a range/oven and hood in my kitchen and I couldn't be more pleased. After a bad experience with a home warranty company, I was left with an uninstalled range/oven and hood in my garage and a hole in my kitchen where the broken range used to be. I needed the kitchen space modified to fit the new range/oven, electrical installed for it and also the hood installed. Vlad and his team were quick with a very reasonable quote and the installation was completed one week later. I am incredibly happy! I highly recommend this company.

Thank you Sunshine Restoration and Cleaning!  Our cabin carpets cleaned up great.  Micheal and Saul were very friendly and knowledgeable.  We had a bit of an issue as our cabin doesn't  have an exterior hose bib for a water supply but they quickly went to work identified a back up plan.   I would highly recommend this company for their services.

They did an amazing job on our kitchen. We had them remove a partial wall. When they were done it looked like the wall was never there. They completed it quickly and took great care to do it right. I would definitely recommend them and I'll use them again if I need some work done.

We found some water damage in a closet in our home and I called All Dry to come take a look. They were out to me as soon as they could and gave me great information and talked me through the process. They are very reliable and great with communication. I highly recommend them!

I requested the water restoration service from Drylux on 8/1 and the technician set up the equipment from 8/1 to 8/4 which is extremely not enough for water dry out. If it is severely damaged, usually it takes approximately 5-7 days, however, Drylux only set up the equipment for 3 days.

Therefore, I tried to get hold of the technician for a follow up service on 8/24, 8/25, 8/27 and 9/17. neither of picking up a phone call nor call me back.

So I have to contact another water restoration company come in to do the work Drylux hasn't finished, unfortunately due to negligence of duty from Drylux, not only have to do water restoration work but also need to do mold remediation as drylux wasn't accomplished anything and cause extra damage to my property.

Here is the following items I realized from working with drylux:

1. Playing the game with plumbers or plumbing companies to have them refer the customer to drylux and then give the cash back for referrals. It's very unethical and unbearable behavior to scam the customers.

2. No integrity at all. Teared up lots of completely dry and irrelevant wall and said it was severe damage.

3. Don't know how to do the job correctly. Scared the customers of mold so we would sign the form right away but drylux don't even know how to do the job right and eventually cause the mold.

4. Overstate the water damage to the customers and insurance companies. By tearing up the extra walls and not doing the work correctly, and end up charging customers and insurance companies double or triple of market price which not even doing a basically asbestos testing.

5. Extremely hard to get hold of doing follow up work but only show up when requested payments.

Great company. They do a speedy, professional job. I would recommend them for disaster clean up.
Also, the receptionist, sorry i forgot her name, was instrumental in getting me in contact with  a plumber to provide me a temporary sink. She also, took care of my needs thru my insurance company.

I'm a small business owner and received a phone call early one morning reporting my suite was flooding and water was going into the surrounding suites as well. A pipe had burst inside my suite and there was several inches of water on the floor. Lucky for me, my property management company referred me to Preferred Choice Restoration. They sent out Mikey, who was awesome! He had a Flir thermo camera and all the other high tech gear to get me the proper help I needed quick. Mikey was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The best part was he really wanted to help and do a great job. He didn't try and rip me off and gave me the help and advice I needed at a price that fit my budget. I also spoke with Dan the owner who was also genuinely happy that he could help me. This is a professional, knowledgeable, and honest company. If you ever get in a jam and need help with water damage, these are the guys you want to call.

clogged/backed up drains throughout the whole house. Technician came same day and fixed it for a reasonable fee with 120 day guarantee. I would only call RR in the future as I had two other plumbers here who could not help me.

We have used EHS on several occasions. They have always been on time, respectful of our property and priced right. We will continue to use their services.

Marianna and her crew did a fantastic job moving my parents from their flooded casita in their retirement community into a condo while repairs were being done. Everything was handled with care and placed in their new temporary home just where it belonged! (Maravilla, 8/30)
