Our company is family owned and was established to help our customers during their time of need. We have 12 years of combined experience in the industry. We are a fully certified firm by the IICRC for water damage and applied structural drying, Certified for Mold Inspection (CMI) by the Mold Inspection Consulting and Remediation Organization (MICRO), and also carry an Adjusters license in the state of AZ. I have been involved in the industry for 10 years and previously worked for a premier insurance carrier as a Catastrophe Claims Manager. I have seen it all from water damage to fire, mold, and much more. I decided to create KRS because I am truly passionate about helping people during their time of need. I also understand that your home or business can be one of your most important assets, and I seen the opportunity to provide excellence that is needed within our industry.  I am a Husband, Dad, and  homeowner,  and pride myself on taking care of you as I would my own family.  One of the things that excites me about the business is that no job is ever the same and am honored to restore homes, businesses, and families one job at a time.
