I found Chavez LawnCare via Yelp when I moved here - and I am so thankful!!  Omar and his crew (family owned and operated) are amazing!  Not only are they professional, but very patient.  I had to have my backyard completely designed and called in Omar and some other companies - and Omar came in at the best design and price.  The work is phenomenal - he is very knowledgeable on irrigation and plants and trees.  The work was done quickly and they are very clean and neat.  I can not say enough.

Fast service when we needed an inspection and drywall replacement for the sale of our home.

These guys usually leave cards in my front door but one day I was home and decided to get a quote from them to cut my very tall (24ft) Oleanders.  They gave me a good price and did it on the spot.  I was a little worried other company wanted to cut them shorter than what I wanted and  were going to use ladders that would mess up the surrounding plants hence the reason why I hadn't done it in a while.  These guys are professionals, he just got up on the block fence and gently lowered every branch he cut....didn't mess up anything else and hardly any mess went into the neighbor's yard.  Overall very happy with the job they did and will use them again.

I had jake come remove a block wall in my yard and spread gravel, it looks amazing and he did a great job! He showed up on time and had great prices.

I would highly recommend using ASAP for your restoration needs. We had a leak in our bathroom and they responded quickly with equipment and set us up to have everything repaired quickly. The work they completely was great quality and they communicated every step of the way. Everything went smooth and they were able to work with our insurance company.

Don't hire this company!  They did a really crappy job on my house in North Phoenix!  They never showed up on time, and always had excuses for why things weren't done!   Save yourself and use another company like Envy Restoration out of Mesa.  They are way better!!!

I've worked with Nate at ATH on numerous projects over the years and have nothing but positive things to say about them. They always go above and beyond to make sure the client is taken care of. Even if that means rearranging their schedule to fit your project in, working on a holiday or weekend, or possibly even the owner himself, coming out to work on a job, just to make sure it gets completed on time. The owner and crew had several life events going on which made it difficult to connect with me. I can understand that with some of what they were facing! Once we connected, they were good to work with and very professional. I have seen their quality work based on referrals, and love the results in my home. I took down fluorescent lighting and replaced with an elevated ceiling framed out stained to match my cabinets, installed a kitchen ceiling fan, spot lighting, undercabinet lighting, and new paint.  What great work and excellent skill.  Thanks for making it work!

What an honest company! Taylor and his team came on short notice for a mold inspection.  He was knowledgeable at dealing with insurance and he was able to immediately inspect the area and determined there was no mold!  Compared to 4 other companies that I met with the past two days, no other company was this efficient and honest.  Others wanted to charge me $1,000 or more just to do the inspection. I'm very happy with the entire Doan Restoration crew and their partners who have been helping with water damage in my home.   We haven't started the repairs, but so far they have been more responsive with move/storage, dry out and demolition than I would have expected.

The team has been incredible responsive and considerate.  

I'm hoping the rest of the project goes as well as it has so far, and I'll update my review when complete.

We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Thanks All Dry for turning a potential disaster into peace.

We had a flood from the washer hose breaking in the middle of the night. We contacted AZ Water Damage Experts and the team came out in less than 30 minutes. Alex was very helpful to answer all of our questions and we knew we would be in good hands.

The team did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable, experienced and hard working. Cleaned up nicely and efficiently. It was so overwhelming and scary to see what had happened to our home, but as soon as they started the work, it was under control and I felt a relief for the first time that night.

Alex followed up the next few days to check on the progress and he kept us informed every step of the way. We appreciated high level of customer service and attention to details. Later he dealt directly with my insurance making this whole flood situation less stressful. Highly recommend them to anyone in need!

Mike and his crew did a wonderful job at restoring our home after a flood from a backed up air handler condensation drain line in the attic destroyed the ceiling and wall above the stairs in our home. Other companies we attempted to hire either gave us outrageously high estimates for the job or told us they were too busy when we attempted to schedule the work. I suspect this was due to others not wanting to take on the challenge of working over the stairs in a room with 16+ foot ceilings. Mike took on the challenge for a reasonable price. They were careful to contain the mess as they worked and cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent job of matching the texture of the surrounding walls. I am very happy with the quality of the work and highly recommend Mike's Drywall Service.

Jose and his crew did an AMAZING job. His team sandblasted my concrete pool patio area after the stain started to wear off due to the hot AZ sun. It took about a day and a half from prep to finish.  They moved my patio furniture with care, and their clean up was one of the best I've ever seen. Do not hesitate to hire these guys !!!! Two thumbs up.

I had met Jesus last year at the home and Garden show came out and give us a quote I hired them last month very professional work.

I had the pleasure of using Rhino Construction to help repair a 600sqft section of roofing. Due to builder flaws, this section has always been a problem. Through years of wear and tear from the sun and the rain we did get, we had tried repairing it ourselves to save money. It failed numerous times and that led us to needing a professional who was licensed, bonded, and insured. I found Rhino Construction via Yelp and was in contact with them in less than 24hrs. Everando came to walk and provide an estimate within a few days and the job was scheduled within the following week. Everando and his team meticulously repaired the roof while keeping us informed of any hidden damages that may have come up in the process that should be addressed. The job was done in 3 days and contact with Everando was consistent, timely, and professional. When doing a final walk through for the underside of the roof where drywall and painting was required, some touch ups were needed. Everando was on the phone with his team and they responded to complete the work same day.

Overall, I am happy with the work completed, the time it took to completely , and the value that was delivered. Thank you Everando to both you and your team for a job well done. We will gladly be using you in future projects where possible.

This company is horrible!! I would give zero stars if possible.  They tell you what you want to hear, then it goes down hill from there. I wish I would of hired a handyman to complete the restoration. It took months to complete a simple tiny bathroom and the person they sent damaged baseboard & left it, put storage pantry doors on wrong & adjusted the door opener instead of fixing mistake. The senior project manager Eric was a complete jerk on the phone when I discussed problems that he sent wrong guy who was unaware of what he was suppose to do & just left. I was shocked. I don't like to write bad reviews because I know businesses can have an off day, but this business is horrible. I will have to hire someone to fix what they messed up. But they are quick to get their money.

I hired this company to perform a front and backyard cleanup, remove weeds.  I was very specific to not remove any shrubs or cacti and a price was agreed upon to remove weeds and clean up my property.  The conversation was in Spanish as he said it was easier for him to understand and I am fluent.  I got home from work to find him using a lawn mower to remove the weeds and he had plowed over all of my shrubs and small cacti, exactly the opposite of the instructions.  Not a weed wacker or rake in site and he was using a gas blower to try and remove all of the debris he had created.  When I approached him and reminded him that he was only suppose to remove the weeds, he proceeded to tell me it must have been a misunderstanding on his part.  Valencia-Torres actually admitted to having made a mistake.  He was just trying to get the work done as quickly as possible.  When I asked him about the backyard that, thank goodness, had not been touched he lied and stated it was not included in the price but that I could hire him for biweekly or monthly maintenance.  He would slowly finish the job but only if I hired him at 100 dollars a visit.  As if after he destroyed my front yard I would be stupid enough to hire him for any further work.  Needless to say I had to hire another landscaper who was shocked at the destroyed  yard that was filled with stumps and shredded greenery. The new landscaper actually used a weed wacker and raked like you are supposed to. Now I have to spend twice as much money to replace everything Valencia Torres mowed over.  Each young shrub is costing me 25 to 30 dollars and with about 3/4 of an acre he destroyed (I am on about an acre and a half), it will not be cheap.  Valencia Torres mowed over my entire front and side yard so it's estimated at 2000 dollars of damage not including the labor to put it in. When I phoned the business number that originally was used to call me, they said there was nothing they could do and even threatened to remove any bad reviews I would give them.  Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company.
