Never showed up for scheduled estimate appointment. Did not call to cancel or reschedule.

With all the positive ratings and remarks, I can only describe personally what happened in my home with cleaning my tile floors.
 Make sure you hire a professional tile cleaner as R.R. continued to clean my floors without first testing a tile (or just one room) let alone the whole house leaving it with a film, their footprints, and an inadequate unfinished  job.
The upside is they did NOT charge me, but left the entire tiled home with a mess as described.  
The worker having  known the streaks it left still  continued with the whole home even after I brought the streaks to his attention in the entrance to my wash room.  After he was done with the entire home floors it was discussed that I had a wax coating that left streak marks from their machine.  And I would need a chemical peel/removal of wax buildup?  
 This business I consider as professionals?  Not after the mess that was left.   They also discussed that the condition of my tile (due to age) needed a whole home regrouting.  I asked for an estimate and I have yet to hear back after 2 weeks?  I am NOT unreasonable but hard to believe that RAINBOW RESTORATION has LEFT me with a mess!

Have used these guys a handful of times now and they've always done a great job at a fair price.  They're quick, get the job done professionally, and clean up after themselves so aside from the trimmed trees you wouldn't even know they'd been there.  Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends/family and will definitely call them next time we need anything done around our place.

I had a leak in my home and needed to have mold removed from my home. The restoration team did a great job. I then needed to put my home back together.  It was very devastating.  Lucky I had Danny Bass to hold my hand he was so kind and really cared about my concerns.  I was also very lucky to have Victor and Julio. They fixed all the loose ends that needed repaired. Victor is amazing I don't think there's anything he can't fix. It was a long 4 months but I'm happy I'm home for the holidays

We had some water damage to our ceiling from a leaking pipe upstairs. From my first call for an estimate to the repairs Zona was very responsive and professional. The quote we received was better than expected and both Spencer who provided the estimate and Jose who did the repair work were on time and called ahead and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Nathan is outstanding!! I had a concern about a previous company and the product they used and the impact to my health. He drove down to my condo with a sample of the product to let me see if it was the same one and then inspected the room to ensure it was safe!!! AMAZING. I am so happy he put my fears at ease since the previous company was acting weird about the situation and wouldn't let me see the product they used. This man is so kind and I would not hesitate to refer him or call him again if I ever need his companies services. A+ THANK YOU!

Jared and his team were beyond incredible. I've had a lot of experience with different contractors and home service providers over the years and there are a very few I would give 5 stars to.

Communication was amazing. They always showed up on time (with a text when on their way), and they were very thorough in their estimate and describing the scope of services.

Our scope of work started with mold, but when asbestos was found, unfortunately they weren't able to service our home. I was actually disappointed that I wouldn't be able to use them! Good Times will for sure be my first call if we ever experience an issue with our home in the future!

If we could give more than 5 stars we would.  I called and left a voice mail and received a call back immediately.  Taylor was professional and showed up when he said he would.  The process from start to finish was very smooth.  We would recommend 24 Hour Flood Pros to anyone!!

Javier and crew did a thorough job on walking me through the steps they were taking and what the process looked like.  Thankfully no mold was found so turned into more preventative measures than deep treatment but glad that was the case.

We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Thanks All Dry for turning a potential disaster into peace.

Alex and his crew are top notch.  Extremely knowledgeable about water damage and mold cleanup.  This was our first experience dealing with mold and they helped us through it quickly and smoothly.  We spoke to a few other companies, but it was their expertise, and professionalism that really stood out.  I would definitely use their services again in the future.  Thank you!!

I had a wonderful experience using Mike for my drywall repairs. Mikes showed up same day I called and was quick to get the work done. They took great care in keeping my house clean through the work, and put in the extra effort to do it right the first time. The fees were more than reasonable, and I was more than happy with the results!

Jose sandblasted the underside of my car to remove the rust deposits. He did a fantastic job and repainted all the bare metal to keep it from rusting in the future. Thanks for a job well done. I contacted his company on a Thursday and he came out on Saturday and completed the job in the morning. I would recommend his company now and in the future.

Very happy with Rhino Construction and already thinking of more projects, now that I have found a reliable, professional, and courteous licensed contractor.
Was contacting Licensed Contractors for a couple of small projects that were beyond my abilities when I came across Rhino Construction, their response time was quick, the estimator's site review was scheduled, and the estimates came in close to what I was expecting.
The roofers arrived early on the agreed-upon day for the work to start, they were done fixing the broken tiles, replacing the cement caps, striping off the flat roof over the patio, replacing the dry rotted fascia boards, and gone by early afternoon.
While the roofing team was busy working away, the site supervisor showed the carpenter the work to be done inside.
By the end of the week, they were painting, cleaning up, and checking for any loose ends.

Pains me to even give them a one star when it should be zero. This company has no idea what they are doing. Everyone is pointing fingers at who is at fault. A two day job ended up taking 2 months because they did not know how to put it back together. No one took a before picture to see where the drain line was. I called in to get a progress update and talked to Annette who was very rude and had no idea what was even going on. I paid them upfront and a year later I call to grab a certification of completion and they cant release since I have an unpaid balance. There is a reason they have 2 stars - and its probably because I'm forced to even give a one star to complete the review. Such a a joke of a company.

I hired this company to perform a front and backyard cleanup, remove weeds.  I was very specific to not remove any shrubs or cacti and a price was agreed upon to remove weeds and clean up my property.  The conversation was in Spanish as he said it was easier for him to understand and I am fluent.  I got home from work to find him using a lawn mower to remove the weeds and he had plowed over all of my shrubs and small cacti, exactly the opposite of the instructions.  Not a weed wacker or rake in site and he was using a gas blower to try and remove all of the debris he had created.  When I approached him and reminded him that he was only suppose to remove the weeds, he proceeded to tell me it must have been a misunderstanding on his part.  Valencia-Torres actually admitted to having made a mistake.  He was just trying to get the work done as quickly as possible.  When I asked him about the backyard that, thank goodness, had not been touched he lied and stated it was not included in the price but that I could hire him for biweekly or monthly maintenance.  He would slowly finish the job but only if I hired him at 100 dollars a visit.  As if after he destroyed my front yard I would be stupid enough to hire him for any further work.  Needless to say I had to hire another landscaper who was shocked at the destroyed  yard that was filled with stumps and shredded greenery. The new landscaper actually used a weed wacker and raked like you are supposed to. Now I have to spend twice as much money to replace everything Valencia Torres mowed over.  Each young shrub is costing me 25 to 30 dollars and with about 3/4 of an acre he destroyed (I am on about an acre and a half), it will not be cheap.  Valencia Torres mowed over my entire front and side yard so it's estimated at 2000 dollars of damage not including the labor to put it in. When I phoned the business number that originally was used to call me, they said there was nothing they could do and even threatened to remove any bad reviews I would give them.  Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company.
