It frustrates me to leave this type of review due to the good start to the experience I had with this company and Omar. I left work to review my goals and expectations for the work being performed and future projects needed. We agreed that Chávez Lawncare would be able to address the concerns I had and would provide a quote. The first step was a clean up to get the yard back to a great aesthetic point and then more in depth projects could be addressed. I forked out $260 for general yard clean up with the removal of 1 bush and 1 extremely small palm. I had previously informed Omar that my top priority was cleaning up the rocks due to years of no one previously tending do this issue (we just moved in in april) he agreed that by raking and blowing this issue would look much better and have quite an improvement. I came home to the rocks not even touched and although the other basic clean up and haulaway had been addressed I was still left with the same untouched debris matted down into my rocks with absolutely no effort shown at all to improve the concern. I politely reached out and also included pictures of my concerns with the quality of workmanship and was met with a disrespectful and flat out rude remark in return. I hired a professional to help with my yard, forked out hundreds of dollars, and when something hadn't been addressed and I asked about it I was met with a lack of pride in workmanship and rude comments. The response I received was...I'm afraid you are expecting something too perfect. Don't want to be appear rude. But we went above and beyond to deliver the best results possible. The amount of the debris that was removed exceeded anything I expected. This is what I was referring to when we had our conversation. It's practically impossible to remove every last bit of debris. My apologies if I didn't explain it better. 1.The conversation we had only talked about how improvements could be made. 2. I can post pictures of any square foot you would like to see where absolutely no attempt was made to improve the quality of the rocks appearance. 3. I hired a professional to do a job and paid a premium to have it done. It sounds to me by this response that because the debris removed exceeded your expectation you decided ehh I'm done, that's all I'm going to do. Which sounds much more like laziness and poor work ethic...

All I want is for the work to be performed at a level that represents the value I invested my money in  if that cannot be attained then I suppose this will just stand as a review warning others of the possible issues you may encounter.

Fast service when we needed an inspection and drywall replacement for the sale of our home.

Have used these guys a handful of times now and they've always done a great job at a fair price.  They're quick, get the job done professionally, and clean up after themselves so aside from the trimmed trees you wouldn't even know they'd been there.  Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends/family and will definitely call them next time we need anything done around our place.

Really impressed!  I had never had any kind of water damage to my house before so I really wasn't sure how all of this process worked at first.  I reached out to them on a Saturday morning and Josh answered my call right away. He sent someone out to the house in 45 minutes to assess the water damage in my laundry room.

Their guy Shamrock showed up and explained how the process worked and started by putting up a containment around the room, which was some of the most thorough work I've ever seen and set up the machines to make sure it was dried properly.  They tested for asbestos since my home is older, which came back hot and within a day prepped the room and next day had the guys back to remove the asbestos.  

They have continued to do work and ensure that it was safe to be in the house and paid so much attention to detail.  I trusted them to do their job and they took such good care of my brand new washer and dryer as well when they had to move it.

I would definitely hire them again if needed and recommend them if you ever have any kind of water damage to your home or business.  I was most impressed with how nice and professional all of the guys were that came by to work on the house and how easy they made the process for me.  They explained what they were doing along the way, were highly responsive to my texts and calls and made what was a stressful situation feel like everything was going to be ok!

I am thoroughly impressed with Zona Restoration and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their reconstruction services. On the whole, I found their staff to be professional, friendly, and responsive. I was particularly impressed with Tim Simpson, their project manager for large-scale reconstruction jobs. Tim was patient with me and thorough in his explanations of what was and was not needed for my house, and he took time to understand my reservations and allay my fears. I found him to be incredibly knowledgeable, fair, and honest - which is refreshing to find in this line of work. It's been quite some time that I have been so impressed with a company, which is why I'm making it a point to write this review. We had a major leak in our roof and found out the extent of the damages after the copious amounts of water came flooding in! Nathan is amazing and went out of his way to come and assess the damage. This was that evening! By morning he had his team there and rolling out the drywall to protect my vulnerable husband and his fragile medical condition to not make the mold spores out! What an amazing guy and his customer service is top notch! He knows what to do and how to take care of you. Please please use this company for your home damage needs! You won't be disappointed!

This company was outstanding! They were very professional and called ahead of each visit to let us know they were on their way while the job was in process. They were fair and reliable, and their work was outstanding. We had received two other quotes that we now know were not fair, and engaged Good Times based on Yelp reviews only. I would recommend Good Times without hesitation to anyone, and go so far as to say not to even look further at other restoration companies.

I'm very happy with the entire Doan Restoration crew and their partners who have been helping with water damage in my home.   We haven't started the repairs, but so far they have been more responsive with move/storage, dry out and demolition than I would have expected.

The team has been incredible responsive and considerate.  

I'm hoping the rest of the project goes as well as it has so far, and I'll update my review when complete.

We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Thanks All Dry for turning a potential disaster into peace.

Alex and his crew are top notch.  Extremely knowledgeable about water damage and mold cleanup.  This was our first experience dealing with mold and they helped us through it quickly and smoothly.  We spoke to a few other companies, but it was their expertise, and professionalism that really stood out.  I would definitely use their services again in the future.  Thank you!!

Called Mike to have some drywall repairs done from a couple slab leaks where the plumbers cut about 6 holes in the drywall.   Mike was prompt with his quote and getting the work done and the job was completed professionally at a reasonable cost.

Jose sandblasted off a thick layer of stucco and paint on an interior wall of my house. We love the results and they did an amazing job. Reasonable pricing, awesome service, and totally will have him back for future work.

I had the pleasure of using Rhino Construction to help repair a 600sqft section of roofing. Due to builder flaws, this section has always been a problem. Through years of wear and tear from the sun and the rain we did get, we had tried repairing it ourselves to save money. It failed numerous times and that led us to needing a professional who was licensed, bonded, and insured. I found Rhino Construction via Yelp and was in contact with them in less than 24hrs. Everando came to walk and provide an estimate within a few days and the job was scheduled within the following week. Everando and his team meticulously repaired the roof while keeping us informed of any hidden damages that may have come up in the process that should be addressed. The job was done in 3 days and contact with Everando was consistent, timely, and professional. When doing a final walk through for the underside of the roof where drywall and painting was required, some touch ups were needed. Everando was on the phone with his team and they responded to complete the work same day.

Overall, I am happy with the work completed, the time it took to completely , and the value that was delivered. Thank you Everando to both you and your team for a job well done. We will gladly be using you in future projects where possible.

When my water heater started leaking in the garage and it destroyed a portion of my walls and baseboards Adams disaster and restoration was able to come in quickly and restored my garage. They work with my insurance to get the job done and now The area where I had the damage looks flawless. Paco and his guy came in to do the drywall work and the painting and they did a marvelous job.

I hired this company to perform a front and backyard cleanup, remove weeds.  I was very specific to not remove any shrubs or cacti and a price was agreed upon to remove weeds and clean up my property.  The conversation was in Spanish as he said it was easier for him to understand and I am fluent.  I got home from work to find him using a lawn mower to remove the weeds and he had plowed over all of my shrubs and small cacti, exactly the opposite of the instructions.  Not a weed wacker or rake in site and he was using a gas blower to try and remove all of the debris he had created.  When I approached him and reminded him that he was only suppose to remove the weeds, he proceeded to tell me it must have been a misunderstanding on his part.  Valencia-Torres actually admitted to having made a mistake.  He was just trying to get the work done as quickly as possible.  When I asked him about the backyard that, thank goodness, had not been touched he lied and stated it was not included in the price but that I could hire him for biweekly or monthly maintenance.  He would slowly finish the job but only if I hired him at 100 dollars a visit.  As if after he destroyed my front yard I would be stupid enough to hire him for any further work.  Needless to say I had to hire another landscaper who was shocked at the destroyed  yard that was filled with stumps and shredded greenery. The new landscaper actually used a weed wacker and raked like you are supposed to. Now I have to spend twice as much money to replace everything Valencia Torres mowed over.  Each young shrub is costing me 25 to 30 dollars and with about 3/4 of an acre he destroyed (I am on about an acre and a half), it will not be cheap.  Valencia Torres mowed over my entire front and side yard so it's estimated at 2000 dollars of damage not including the labor to put it in. When I phoned the business number that originally was used to call me, they said there was nothing they could do and even threatened to remove any bad reviews I would give them.  Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company.
