I received fantastic service from ServiceMaster by Desert Dry. Kevin and Kevin were my technicians and they were so great. Great communication and patient with describing the work to be done. They accommodated my all of my requests and I feel confident that my house is completely dry and I'm no longer worried about mold. Recommend them 100%.

Last night we had a midnight call on a holiday weekend from a tenant that had a leak that could not easily be explained over the phone. We called Service 1 at midnight and they were happy to take the call and prompt to be on site within the hour. Woke up this morning to a call from Rob letting me know it had been easily resolved with no damage and significantly cheaper than we expected. Wow! Consistently the team at Service 1 Restoration has helped us out of what were minor catastrophes only to find out that they were able to remedy our plumbing or leak situation significantly easier (and cheaper), than we expected. As a property management company owner the value of having industry providers that are on time, honest, and know their stuff, is paramount to the success of our business. Thank you Service 1 for letting us sleep easier knowing you are on the job!

This company really helped us out. Rather impressive really. We had some fun at an AirBnb and partied. Anywho my friend left the tub on (I guess cause he wanted a bath) smh. We woke up to a flood of water all over the house, the carpet was soaked. Way more than some towels could handle. We needed pros. We went to the Google machine and found Square One Restoration Water Smoke Fire Damage Repair in Phoenix who came right out and fixed it all up. They cleaned up all that water! It costs a few bucks but I thought it was serious long term water damage and they reassured us we'd be ok. Great work guys. That is for all the help.

Do yourself a favor and call these guys, not just for mold but disinfection and odor also!! Mold is not something I want to mess around with or have an incompetent company handle!! We needed a company to test for mold in a new home that we were purchasing. We had a very short inspection period window and Pure Maintenance acted fast! They were able to come out and test/inspect for mold and I got the mold report back way faster than I would've thought. Turns out the home didn't have mold, BUT I hired them to fog the home anyway because of the sanitizing/disinfection ability of the fog. So cool!! Anyone who is moving into a new home should have the home disinfected this way. Also it gets rid of all the previous owner's smells. It's like being able to make an old house new and FRESH again. This company's front office is in complete disarray from everybody that works there to their office manager. There was never any follow up I was the one that always had to call them asking what the status was between their conversations with my insurance company. I sent them the statement of work from my insurance company well over a month ago and the people at tactical restoration said they would assign me a project manager. I called them almost every week for a month and nothing happened and then all of a sudden they told me they didn't have the insurance company statement of work and we had to start all over again and it would be another 7 to 8 weeks before they could assign me a project manager.

Horrible customer service. Horrible follow up.

My water heater flooded my garage in Oct. did a little damage to the dry wall. They came torn up about 2 feet of dry wall took off my base boards. Cut out the carpet that had water damage left the room 1/2  carpeted. Several months later I still have a room with 1/2 carpet missing dry wall. They gave my insurance company a quote $5000. Which they are charging $2,500 to paint a 1 car garage.
I don't know what to do my insurance company paid them. For unfinished work. I have contacted them several times with no response.
I would have better results saved money if I didn't use my insurance. It would have cost less then my deductible.

I had a pipe burst in our kitchen and didn't notice for a couple days and unfortunately it made a huge mess! The company my insurance contacted wasn't very helpful and took forever to come out, luckily when I called Rainbow Restoration of Glendale they got someone out to me fast. Andre came out and got on it really quick, it only took a couple days to get everything cleaned up, Maite made sure to stay in contact me with updates at all times. Always answered my calls and questions. Definitely recommend !!

Of the 10 or so carpet cleaning businesses contacted in the greater Medford area, Stanley Steemer in Phoenix, OR, was the only one that picked up its phone. The guy on the phone was very professional. The crew that he sent out were right on time and also very professional. And the carpets look like new. You don't come across service like this much anymore. Wow!

I would like to highly discourage anyone from patronizing this company. The owner is a disgrace to human kind. Unbelievable threats were made publicly to a group that he clearly needed more time with in his younger years. You can just tell by his lack of intelligence.

Bad experience.... The carpet was left matted in places as if all the water hadn't been extracted.  I called and was told that an inspector would come and check it out (after quite a bit of arguing about no guarantee, have you vacuumed? etc...).  The person who came was the same one who had shampooed the carpet and surprise.... he saw nothing wrong with it!  This is high grade carpeting which has been cleaned before with no problems whatsoever. The home visit was simply to cover themselves....
