This provider was hired to repair water damage. This took several months. They were supposed to keep the property secure and locked during the time they were working on it since it was unoccupied.  They were negligent in leaving the garage door open over night resulting in art work being stolen. The police were involved. They refused to pay for this loss and refused to give me their insurance information. Legal action is pending.

Thank you Desert Dry! They were prompt, helpful and responsive through our entire process. Even when we thought everything was done, and we needed some assistance months later, they took care of it with the same level as our initial service! This was our first (hopefully last) issue with dealing with a fire incident with our insurance, they communicated well and kept both us and our insurance in the loop. Though I hope to never need them again, I would trust them and recommend them to anyone!

Last night we had a midnight call on a holiday weekend from a tenant that had a leak that could not easily be explained over the phone. We called Service 1 at midnight and they were happy to take the call and prompt to be on site within the hour. Woke up this morning to a call from Rob letting me know it had been easily resolved with no damage and significantly cheaper than we expected. Wow! Consistently the team at Service 1 Restoration has helped us out of what were minor catastrophes only to find out that they were able to remedy our plumbing or leak situation significantly easier (and cheaper), than we expected. As a property management company owner the value of having industry providers that are on time, honest, and know their stuff, is paramount to the success of our business. Thank you Service 1 for letting us sleep easier knowing you are on the job!

This company really helped us out. Rather impressive really. We had some fun at an AirBnb and partied. Anywho my friend left the tub on (I guess cause he wanted a bath) smh. We woke up to a flood of water all over the house, the carpet was soaked. Way more than some towels could handle. We needed pros. We went to the Google machine and found Square One Restoration Water Smoke Fire Damage Repair in Phoenix who came right out and fixed it all up. They cleaned up all that water! It costs a few bucks but I thought it was serious long term water damage and they reassured us we'd be ok. Great work guys. That is for all the help.

Do yourself a favor and call these guys, not just for mold but disinfection and odor also!! Mold is not something I want to mess around with or have an incompetent company handle!! We needed a company to test for mold in a new home that we were purchasing. We had a very short inspection period window and Pure Maintenance acted fast! They were able to come out and test/inspect for mold and I got the mold report back way faster than I would've thought. Turns out the home didn't have mold, BUT I hired them to fog the home anyway because of the sanitizing/disinfection ability of the fog. So cool!! Anyone who is moving into a new home should have the home disinfected this way. Also it gets rid of all the previous owner's smells. It's like being able to make an old house new and FRESH again. I was invited to Abesilon USA and I have to say that it is a great place to learn Rope Access. The instructors are very knowledgeable and strive for excellence. I enjoyed the way they teach and they answer all questions with detail and will show you if applicable (i.e. knot tying etc.). No question went unanswered and all questions were answered so that everyone understood. In their training facility, they do not use just one type of device but have a variety that are used, that way everyone knows the different devices and how they are used as well as their function. Their training facility and classroom area is clean and has ample room. I had the opportunity to meet the founder and have to say that he is easy to talk to, very sociable, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Abseilon USA to anyone who wants to learn Rope Access.

Tactical Restoration recently completed a repair to our ceiling. They did an amazing job. Alex who did the estimate and scheduling of repairs was great to work with. They had to come in an fix/complete a job which another restoration company screwed up. Crew that worked on our job were very professional, competent and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Tactical Restoration for your repair needs!

I can't say enough good things about this company. My apartment flooded and Damage Control was contracted with my insurance agency to come out and take care of the mess. Blake was so amazing and understanding when he came out to assess the damage and go over with me what will need to happen the next couple of days. The following Day, Gilbert and Eric came out and took inventory of everything and were so understanding while I cried about the memories that I lost. They were so amazing and professional! The next day Luis came out with his team and of course Eric and Gilbert, and they packed everything and moved me out of my apartment. They helped me find a storage space close to where i'll eventually be moving to, and when I got the wrong size, Luis advised me to get a bigger space with air conditioning so nothing gets damaged in the AZ heat. I seriously can't say enough good things about them  and how they helped me. From beginning to end, the entire team was just incredible. My life was flipped upside down over night and my apartment complex was so rude and inconsiderate about my loss. I had to be out of my place in a weeks time, and this company was absolutely incredible! I would recommend them to any and all people who need this type of assistance during a transition.

Couldn't be more pleased with the folks at Cinnabar.  We do a lot of mutual work together on water & fire damage, remodels, and reconstruction-- Mark and his team are great communicators and bend over backwards for homeowners, insurance companies, and the third-party teams involved with the work.

Mark makes a point to over-communicate on timelines and ensures that everyone on job sites have what they need.

I had a pipe burst in our kitchen and didn't notice for a couple days and unfortunately it made a huge mess! The company my insurance contacted wasn't very helpful and took forever to come out, luckily when I called Rainbow Restoration of Glendale they got someone out to me fast. Andre came out and got on it really quick, it only took a couple days to get everything cleaned up, Maite made sure to stay in contact me with updates at all times. Always answered my calls and questions. Definitely recommend !!

Just had my carpets cleaned for the first time. I have to say Afrim did a great job on the carpets. They might be a little more than others but I guess a company isn't around for as long as they have based on price. I rather pay the little extra and know its done right.

I would like to highly discourage anyone from patronizing this company. The owner is a disgrace to human kind. Unbelievable threats were made publicly to a group that he clearly needed more time with in his younger years. You can just tell by his lack of intelligence.

Bad experience.... The carpet was left matted in places as if all the water hadn't been extracted.  I called and was told that an inspector would come and check it out (after quite a bit of arguing about no guarantee, have you vacuumed? etc...).  The person who came was the same one who had shampooed the carpet and surprise.... he saw nothing wrong with it!  This is high grade carpeting which has been cleaned before with no problems whatsoever. The home visit was simply to cover themselves....
