Joe's AZ BIO Cleanup & Restoration

I came from out of town when my mother passed away and I didn't know her home was filthy from hoarding and excessive dog excrement. I personally have never seen or smelled anything like it. I called Joe and the next morning he was there to assess the situation and by evening his team was there. in 1 night they removed all the food, garbage, carpeting and cleaned and sanitized surfaces. His team was so efficient, I paid less than the quoted amount. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of clean-up.

I had called 5 other carpet cleaning companies before I spoke to Joseph who was very sympathetic to our situation. My son is a car hauler and had a medical emergency that needed immediate attention. I am calling from Ca., my son is in Tempe, AZ. and his father was driving there to meet him to bring him back to Ca. to be admitted to the hospital. My son wanted the blood cleaned from the carpet before he left. Joseph came out within the hour cleaned and sanitized his truck to perfection. He also offered to drive my son to the hospital there in Tempe if needed. Joseph was truly my angel that day. Thank you for the outstanding service!

I called Joe's AZ Bio for a cleanup and they came out the same day. They took care of everything discreetly, while maintaining respect and consideration for  us. When my mother unexpectedly passed away in her home I was given AZ Bio Cleanup's information by a family friend. Joe came out right away and assessed what needed to be cleaned and even handled the home insurance for me as they seemed to be difficult to deal with he handled it all and given my state of grief I was more than thankful for his gentleness and professionalism. Once the initial job was done I was so happy with the results I hired them to come back to clean out the home as it was a hoarding situation. There was no way I could do it myself. Their team was fantastic to deal with and even with some set backs that neither myself or AZ Bio had control over, they got the job done to a level that I could handle while keeping me within the budget I could afford. Now the family home is completely fixed up,clean and once again livable. I have AZ Bio to thank for getting the most difficult part of this process done.
