I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Lotus! Tanner from Lotus came out to check to see if there was mold behind my wall due to water damage. Tanner did a thorough inspection and after inspection told me that there was no mold so I asked what I owe him for the inspection and he said nothing. He wouldn't even accept a tip. I don't know any service provider to ever do an inspection for free so I was blown away to hear that I didn't owe anything. It speaks to the honesty and integrity of the leadership and staff. I would highly highly recommend Lotus to anyone and everyone. I will call no other company for my mold and restoration needs. Thanks for taking great care of me Lotus team!

I would like to thank BOBBY for the outstanding service that he provided at my home. It's nothing but miraculous what he can do. He did the replacing of the area that had been done to include the final stage of painting. I'm going to post some pictures so that you further understand exactly what I'm trying to say. BOBBY was very professional and he made sure he kept me abreast of each step. He also cleaned up any mess that he made. My hats off to Lotus again what a wonderful team of employees they have. I must say that I feel compelled to mention The receptionist that answered the phone. Her name is Kiley. She has the best communication and telecommunication skills that I have had the pleasure of speaking with her on many occasions. Kiley you are great !!!!!!!

I just want to say I used Lotus restoration services for my repair and they were awesome! Bobby the repairman is a professional craftsman and his years of experience show in the product he provides! I will attach the before and after pictures..... you can't tell the difference at all.  FYI this is not Bobby in the picture but this guy was really cool too.  No this is not a paid advertisement. I was a first time customer and this is the real deal. Thx

AMAZING SERVICE! My tub overflowed and it affected a few rooms.  I had no clue how significant the damage was and know restoration is expensive.  I called 2 companies and 1 carpet cleaner who is a friend. The first guy came out and tested walls and baseboards and basically said to call my insurance, it will cost about $5000 to replace the carpet, baseboards, remove desk cabinet, etc.  He offered to pay part of my deductible.  Shady.  Then came Matt with Lotus Restoration.  They came out within a couple hours and did the same testing of walls, carpet, etc.  He explained the process and damage thoroughly and said I caught it in time and the total cost would be $350 to extract, place fans, and dehumidifiers for a few days. He was so nice and didn't mind my dogs sniffing all over him, lol! Carpet cleaner friend seconded Matt's solution.

Lotus Restoration has the best staff and great prices! Highly recommended! Nichole and Jill are amazing and honest! They are very knowledgable  and I trust their work completely.

At a loss for who to call on a Thursday night when we discover a water leak coming from the attic wet walls and carpet.  I can't thank Matt enough for coming out so quickly starting the process of getting everything dried out!!! Matt was very thorough with his inspection and making sure everything dried completely when he came back to pick up the equipment. I appreciate the professionalism and positive attitude along with the very clean job he did, no sign of the fact he cut out walls and ceiling, a very neat demo.  Thank you Lotus and Matt!!!

Lotus was a life saver for us!  We left for a quick 24 hour trip and when we returned and open our garage we were in shock.  We had a garage fire and lost everything.  We called Jill and her team was there and helped us step through everything.  If I had any questions, they had answers and the team was so great to work with.  I hope that no one has to go through what we went through, but if you need help in any damage and restoration please call Lotus first!

I had a leak from my upstairs tub to the downstairs bathroom shower. The water was pouring through the ceiling. Being a fairly new homeowner, I was quite worried and called Lotus. One of the owners, Jill reassured me and set up an appointment to have someone come out and do a free inspection for the extent of water damage, mold prevention, and cleanup. A moisture meter was used to assess for damaged areas. Turns out it wasn't as bad as I thought, and I was recommended to use a dehumidifier and to get the drywall repaired. Regardless, I appreciate their time and for reassuring me. Thanks Lotus!

I had a leak appear under my Kitchen Sink that had damaged all of my cabinets just following Thanksgiving and was hosting a celebration at my home for the Holiday Season near Christmas.  Jill, Nichole, and all of the staff at Lotus Restoration definitely understood the need to get this job done quickly and they walked me through dealing with the insurance company each step of the way as this was my first experience in my recently purchased home.  The company was quick, efficient, and they completed all of my repairs just in time for me to host my party.  If I ever have another issue, Lotus Restoration will definitely be the first company that I contact to help me get the issue resolved quickly and with excellent work.

We were in the process of selling our home which was vacant at the time, contract in place, waiting for the home inspection. Upon the inspectors arrival to the property we received the devastating phone call, your kitchen is flooded! I called Lotus and within an hour a crew was on scene and starting the process of cleanup and drying. The entire kitchen was removed and within a week I Had new kitchen cabinets,(they saved the face frames and doors to match the uppers) flooring and baseboards! I can not thank Jill and Nichole enough for how quickly and professionally they responded. Great company and I highly recommend them!

We had three other contracting services come out for estimates. Lotus beat all three estimates! Had water damage to the bottom of our kitchen sink cabinet & under the kitchen sink granite (the wood was completely ruined) They repaired it ALL. Since we did not go through insurance  it was a costly expense for us. However, it would have been much more costly going with any of the other contracting service companies that came out.

I contacted this company while assisting my family with a very difficult situation.  I found them to be extremely responsive, compassionate and organized.  Someone was always available to answer my questions and provide me with updates.  I would not hesitate to call them again or refer them clients given the high degree of professionalism I encountered.

Woke up to a flooded master bathroom when the water heater on the other side of the wall in my garage broke and the water flooded my bathroom instead of going out the garage like it was supposed to (stupid home builders). Lotus was recommended by several people in my facebook group so I called them and was blown away! They had someone at my house within an hour. They did a great job on the water mitigation and then worked with my homeowners insurance on the repair scope since the insurance company decided to not send out an adjuster and low balled me badly the first time around. They helped me out so much and I feel they didn't even have to since I wasn't planning to use them for repairs (my dad is a contractor, otherwise they would have restored the bathroom for me too). The owners gave me so much good information and helped me so much and were so understanding. I don't think there are many businesses around anymore that care this much about customer service. I am beyond happy with what they did and highly recommend them if you are facing an epic disaster. Thanks Lotus! I hope to never have to use you again but if I do you'll be the first I call.

Matt, Greg and Jill were very professional, polite, and helpful. Compassion & empathy were displayed. Not too often in this day and age do you find such integrity and character at the highest level as I experienced with this staff. I contacted Lotus after my washing machine decide to leak from my second floor rental home. Luckily we caught it early and got ahold of Jill. Not only did she calm us down in a time of frustration, she had 2 of her guys at my house within 45 min. Since we caught it early we were lucky and nothing needs to be torn apart. Just a couple day dry out from Lotus and no insurance claim for us. Thanks again Jill and the Lotus team!

I had a flood situation at my home and contacted Lotis contracting services. I spoke with Jill who I was very impressed with. She handled the call like a 911 operator keeping me calm while I was frantic. Her crew was out here within 20 minutes and took control of the situation. Everything was explain to me so I could understand what was going on.I will have no problem referring this company to my friends family and customers, but I hope I don't have to. Jill the owner provided misguided claims knowledge which cost me more money and additional stress. Once she found out we weren't going thru insurance she became rude and difficult to work with. If you really need help with water damage this is the last place to call.

Our good friends son passed away at his home. According to the investiging officer, there was a significant amount of blood. Family called this company to come and clean the apartment. They went to estimate the job and said it could be cleaned up with a tissue. We went to take care of it for our friends. It was a large amount of blood! Took us over two hours to clean it all up! Very disappointed in the customer service and that on their website it reminds people not to clean up blood for health reasons. Then they refuse to do the job! Shameful!

Contacted Jill for help in a flooded room. I didn't want to involve my insurance for fear that the rate would go up. Jill was clear, professional, prompt, and very friendly. She gave me a clear explanation of what needed to be done, the time frame it needed to be done in, and what it would cost me.  The work was done exactly the way she quoted me, and repaired better than new. Jill is the type of person I would highly recommend if you ever need anything. Thank you Jill for helping my family through this crisis!

Jill (the owner of Lotus) did a great job getting to our house quickly, and knew exactly how to help and what to do (our water heater had a nice leak in it).  If you're ever looking for an honest and dependable damage restoration company, look no further - super timely, very friendly, and efficient.  She even follows up to make sure everything is running smoothly.  Don't go anyplace else!

I had a great experience with Nichole at Lotus Contracting.  I crashed my car through my closed garage door and almost went completely through the back wall of the garage.  The wall I damaged had all the utilities coming into the house (water, electric, gas) and all were damaged.  It was extremely stressful with all the adjusters and inspectors and having to move out while repairs were being completed.  Nichole was so nice and understanding, even as I was losing it.  Nichole took over everything and kept me updated regularly.  Most importantly, when she said her guys would be at the house, they were there EARLY and ready to work.  When I asked her how long the repairs would take, she didn't sugar-coat it.  She estimated how long it would take and the repairs were done actually about a week early.  That is because she took it upon herself (I didn't ask) to call the city inspector and lean on him to get his inspection done before all the stucco and paint was done so the utilities could be turned back on.  Nichole showed that she cared about my situation and did everything she could to help me.

I recently purchased a home that had been flipped, its beautiful with new flooring, granite counters, cherry cabinets and fresh paint. What's the problem you ask? The previous owners used to smoke in it!!! You can understand my horror when I got the keys and opened the door to my beautiful stinky home! It no longer smelled like cookies and candles (like the open house), but rather a cheap rent-by-the-hour motel! Here's where Lotus comes in to save the day! Tanner, a very nice and professional technician, was sent out to assess the damages. Tanner was very respectful as he walked through my new home. After Tanner's home inspection I was given several options for treatment. It's so nice to be given options!!! Now, I've had the treatments done to my home and the air is clean and matches the home. I am 100% satisfied and give Lotus and Tanner 5 Starts! If I ever have a flood, fire, mold or asbestos need, I will be calling Lotus to help save my day again.

I was referred to Jill and Lotus for a plumbing issue with possible water damage to my home.  Jill was very informative and took a lot of time to talk to me over the phone regarding my situation.  I was very impressed by her and just as impressed by her inspector. He came to our home and gave us a fair and honest evaluation of what really needed to be done after being previously quoted thousands of dollars by another company for repairs that weren't necessary. I appreciate the time and honesty this company offers and would definitely refer them to anyone needing services or use them again if I need them.
