We had a small section of our carpet that was pulled out. I honestly didn't think it was fixable, but figured I'd have Chris look and give it a shot. Chris stopped by, had the job completed quickly, and you can't even tell where the damage used to be. Highly recommend Chris and we will definitely use him again if we (hopefully never) need to again!

My husband and I used Daryl/Moldex for our mold remediation and couldn't be happier that we did. Not only was he very fair with the pricing, but he was a wealth of knowledge on the subject of mold and best ways to remediate it. The testing offered by Moldex is less expensive than many of the other companies and all around he is great to work with. I highly recommend using them if mold is a concern at all, even if you just want your home tested for it.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Hired Shane to fix a sliding window that wouldn't lock into place properly. The settling of the house made it so the existing lock wouldn't work. Shane went to town, trying several methods of repair but to no avail. He then had to special order a extra long lock to make it work AND painted it to match our color.

He went above and beyond to get the job done.

I would hire him again in an instant.

Great service - Ron showed up on time and did a great job. He took his time and the carpets looked great. His truck mounted cleaning system looked brand new and was did an amazing job. He cleaned out my old condo per a move out requirement, but we are getting ready to call him to clean the carpets in our new house. A+

Friendly and efficient but way too much water left behind not only on carpet but floors as well. 90 degrees and breezy here today and after 5 hours carpet is still wet in spots.  $75 minimum charge.

Our landscaper said our big Acacia tree in front of the house had to be removed and all other trees pruned.  Thanks to a quick response and walk thru with Eddie, neither had to be done!  He was on time, knowledgeable and gave me Fish Fertilizer to help the tree.  Eddie didn't charge for the service call or the fertilizer!  I will call AZ Desert Tree Care for all of our arbor needs.  Will refer to my neighbors! Tom & Alicia are the best!  We had a long time leak behind the wall in our master bedroom shower. When we finally discovered it 1-800 came out and got everything drying out and safe for our family in hours.  You can tell they really know their stuff and make sure all the remediation is done properly.  A true small business looking out for their customers.

If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

Terrible service and misleading. We had a huge plumbing issue. Plumber gave us their name to do cement work. They led us to believe they would work with insurance to get much of it paid for.  They did nothing on that. 2 day job took two weeks. Work was shoddy. Works did not show up until 10-12 every day. Management did not keep appointments. We h as d to have them tear 1/2 of it out and redo it. Had to make threats to get them to finish. NEVER USE THESE GUYS.

Excellent experience with this company. They were scheduled to be here between 8 AM and 9 AM. At 8:01 Nick with slate was at my door. He was in a nice clean pick up truck with the company logo on the door. Nick was neat clean and had a smile on his face. From the start you could tell that Nick wanted to make sure we were taken care of. He was thorough and meticulous in finding the extent of the water damage. He was using state of the art equipment like I've never seen before. Thermal imaging cameras to see the water in the walls. I was impressed. I was under the impression they had to cut into all the walls to find water not the case. Nick make sure I understood everything he was looking for in doing each step of the way. Forever more I will use this company without going into too much detail Nick saved me thousands of dollars. Good job slate you have a customer for life.

Hugo and Juan came to our home due to a roof leak which resulted in water damage.  They were meticulous in setting up the isolated space for ripping apart the drywall to look for and remove the mold the rain water had caused.  They were very respectful of our property.  I found them both to be professional and communicative of the process.  Grateful to have such great guys come to help us with our project.

My family recently went through a tragedy and we had to have them come out and board up my mom's windows and doors. They came out promptly boarded everything up and did not damage the inside of the house at all. They showed us kindness and compassion and worked directly with the insurance company taking some of the stress off my family.  Riley was amazing and went above and beyond for my family. Don't know how we would have gotten through without him.  He called us just to check and see how we were all doing and it really made a difference. Such human kindness from this team! This is a team of amazing people. I had an awesome experience with them during a very difficult time in my life and I highly recommend them and all that they do!

And to the owner of Kowalski, Riley deserves a big raise!
