Chris from Carpet Chris Carpet Repair did a great job restretching our bedroom carpet. Chris is a good communicator. I texted photos and he let us know which direction he would stretch the carpet. He helped us move the heavier pieces of furniture out of the space  and we didn't even have to remove our king bed. He shifted it around the room as needed. The carpet looked like-new afterwards.

I hired these guys to take the mold out of my bathroom on the house I was selling.

I was quoted $1200 to take the wall down the bathroom which I paid for. They promised to build it back up after they took the payment from me. They were so quick to do that.

I had a deadline of getting that wall fixed that they tear down since I was selling my home to a new homeowner.

I never heard from these guys again. I called and asked them what's going on. Will they fix the wall by the deadline date?. They said they will and they never called me back. I kept calling asking to speak to a manager. The manager even refused to speak to me and they promised they'll get back with me.

They have horrible customer service. Very unprofessional. I hate that they promise something and doesn't even bother to speak to me or get back with me..

I don't recommend this business at all to anyone. I had to hire someone else to fix their job that they were hired to do in the first place. Oh and I even had to remind them for that receipt I paid for since they never emailed it to me.

I was very angry and hiring another company to finish their job was stressful. I didn't even get an apology from this company after promising on a call back. Smh..

Great experience! They helped me handle a mold issue caused by my HOA and were so knowledgeable that they actually helped me to get the HOA to pay for the fix much faster than I could have on my own. Availability was awesome, even weekends, and the remediation was flawless, even above and beyond. I'd absolutely recommend.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

I would very highly recommend this company.  Shane was very prompt and professional, and he did a top notch job on my window replacement. While he was at my home for the window replacement, I showed him a window screen that also needed to be replaced. He measured it and ordered a replacement for me at a great price. Couldn't be happier. I know who to call the next time I need any window work done.

Showed up early! Called first to ask if that was ok. He spent hours in my pool diligently checking each possible leak site. They found a leak in the pump, but are not positive that is the entire problem so they are doing a test to see how much water we are loosing before moving to the next stage of testing the pop ups. Which I appreciate. We are still working with them and will post an update upon completion, but so far so good.

Extremely professional and kept us updated throughout the process when we had a water heater leak.  Always on time, worked around our schedule and made the process as easy as it could get.  Can't emphasize how respectful and professional they were.

I highly recommend this company.  Jeff the owner and his team were amazing.  Customer service, honesty, and his team were great.  Jeff was awesome at explaining how everything worked and the possibilities.  I wouldn't go with anyone else as during these circumstances people could be over charged!  Jeff and his company gave us an amazing price and great workmanship!

Third year in a row I have used this service. Super reasonable prices, excellent job on the trees (trimmed several palms and a Palo Verde), and they cleaned up everything when they were done.

Highly recommend these guys!

Oh, and they're speedy, too. Trimmed four trees and start to finish was less than an hour.

Tom & Alicia run a terrific restoration business. We had water damage from a broken water heater in the garage with water coming through the wall back into a downstairs bedroom and closet. I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

Master of Disaster service man Chris M. was excellent!  He is very thorough, great listening skills & excellent communicator in explaining problems.

Our State Farm office has been using Slate Restoration for years and we couldn't be more pleased with their work and attention to detail.
Chris Callaway in particular is extremely knowledgeable, detailed, honest, and has a great personality!!!

Had a roof leak after roofer fixed the roof.  The roofer was slow to send a water extraction crew (few days).  AM/PM was on-site in an hour, got everything wet removed, put dehumidifiers and fans in.  In few days, it was like it did not happened.

Worst company i have ever dealt with... pack out group - couldn't clean clothes in a timely fashion when we had to get out of our house I was told sort out 2 weeks of clothing and we will process them and get them back to you asap.  - Took call after call to get first delivery - wait for it 10 boxes of towels but no clothes.   Then it took several more calls for clothes to be delivered.

Damaged articles when moved back to the house - lost articles when moved back to the house.  - Now they want me to sign saying I will pay the difference they have not billed the insurance for delivering the product back to me 3K - they didn't unpack or put away it was all in the garage or spare room.  -

Thankfully we didn't use them for the construction - PM was not willing to write his own estimate was to lazy was only going to use what the insurance company provided.   When we wanted to change the scope of work they were going to do they wanted 20% of the amount of what they were not going to work on.  

Clearly not everything was cleaned as I am sure they wouldn't match my socks up but that is the way they came back to me.  

Nothing but excuses on why they couldn't get something done - everyone quit, manager was fired, blah blah blah.
