I called Rocky Mountain Restoration in January to get a second opinion after another company tried to tell me my entire bathroom and downstairs wall needed to be torn out due to some water damage.

JD from Rocky Mountain came out and was AMAZING! He didn't see dollars signs and he instead put my mind at ease. Very honest people who told me worse case I would need a little dry wall replaced. I appreciate their help!

I placed a call today in hopes of utilizing The Mold Experts services but unfortunately they do not travel here to Litchfield Park.  I do want to review them for their quality customer service.  I received a call back within an hour of my initial call and message.  After being informed they do not report to this side of town, the gentleman not only provided a referral to who could help me but offered his input on my job as well.  Would definitely recommend getting a quote from The Mold Experts.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Fantastic company! Honest, responsible, friendly--had two windows skillfully repaired and done quickly! Highly recommended! Shane's the best!

ServPro of Paradise Valley is great to work with. They are professional, prompt, very knowledgeable and honest. Their pricing is very fair. After getting three quotes from various companies, I knew Josh and his ServPro team were the best choice. They did a thorough inspection and explained the complete process for cleaning up our water damage. It is worth noting that there are other ServPro companies in the area and they are independently owned and operated. ServPro of Paradise Valley is who I would recommend.

I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

Outstanding work. We were contemplating changing our carpets because even after deep cleaning by other outfits, they still looked tired. However, the service provided by Clean Theory LLC (Ron) was so effective that the carpeting now looks like new. We concluded there was no need to replace them. Highly recommended.

Everybody at AZ Desert Tree Care loves their job, we've had them out to our property twice and they have always done a really good job; timely, efficient, and very professional.

Unfortunately with all the monsoons I had some water damage in my home and did not know where to turn. A friend recommended 1-800-water damage and I am so glad they did. I spoke with Alicia and she was just awesome, she walked me through the process from start to finish and I felt I was in good hands and I was. They came out, took care of the problem and handled it all with the utmost of professionalism. We all hope we never have to call the water damage people and I agree but if you do have to give Alicia a call, she will take care of you!

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

There was a leak coming from the attic. Chris M from Master of Disaster went above and beyond.  He did the job that the plumber should have done. He came out around 8 pm, checked the situation and when I explained what I thought, he listened. He crawled in the attic, came down and manually regenerated the water softener. Down came the water.

Chris showed up on time, was polite and professional, and went above and beyond. He is an asset to this company.

However...when the next plumber came out he wanted to charge me SEVERAL hundred dollars to run a hose (less than 5 ft) from the water softener to the water waste line. REALLY??? I AM WOMAN BUT I AM FAR FROM BEING DUMB! Way over inflated pricing.

Did the job myself for less than $10.00.

I gave a 3 (would've been less) only because Chris was such a gem.

Our home recently had water damage coming from a leaking water softener and Slate Restoration came to the rescue! They were so professional and took care of the mold immediately and explained everything that they were doing for us. Not only that, they kept checking in on us to make sure that everything was OK.

I mistakingly rated this company instead of the correct one. They were very nice to me and i truly felt bad about the error.  Just in their attitude i would definitely recommend them

This is not a company I would ever do business with again in fact I would highly advise against it. It's been along time since I've been this disappointed in quality of work and customer service. For someone that has a job it's almost impossible to be home nearly as much as they require. There's no consideration to the customer having a job.  Communication is poor and you never really know more than a day advance of what's going on. The project manager was aloof and clearly was there to collect a paycheck and nothing more (Aaron Mullins) several items were damaged still waiting on one of them to get resolved seems to be a continued fight. I hardly believe that this is the kind of work they would want done for themselves or their own family members very disappointed again.  This is only my experience I hope others have not had such a bad time.
