Chris came out to our condo in Scottsdale to pull carpet up and route our Cox cable to other side of living room. Chris is a really nice guy and did the job perfectly, taking before and after shots documenting that all looked just like before he started.  Even the Cox cable tech who was over coincidentally at the same time commented how Chris did the job the right way, trimming the pad alongside tack strip so there was no evidence of cable under carpet.  Great job!

Rustin from Rocky Mountain restoration was a great help and informative when our kitchen plumbing broke down. He was on time, honest and made the process stress free and less painful for me. Great experience! They helped me handle a mold issue caused by my HOA and were so knowledgeable that they actually helped me to get the HOA to pay for the fix much faster than I could have on my own. Availability was awesome, even weekends, and the remediation was flawless, even above and beyond. I'd absolutely recommend.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Shane did a great job of sealing up some old windows that were showing signs of gaps in the sealing and becoming drafty. His work ethic was great and he was more than happy to explain the process of the project. Respected my home and surroundings, and provided very fair pricing. Would highly recommend for any window repair projects you may need.

I was aware we had leak somewhere. I finally localized to the pool. Having terrible fears that the pool, itself had a crack, I panicked. I did a search for a leak detection company. Only 2 were members of the BBB and Leak Science had wonderful Yelp reviews. I called and spoke with Ryan. He quickly scheduled a technician. The leak was found quickly and all other sources checked out to ensure that was the only one. It was not the pool itself and an easy fix. Bobby the technician was wonderful to work with and did a great job being thorough. I will, absolutely use them again should I encounter a leak.

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. We would particularly like to thank Jeff and Anthony, and highly recommend ServPro of Sun City / Sun City West / Southeast Surprise.

I can't say enough good things about Ron and his company! We were duped by a tile guy that left our brand new house a complete mess! We couldn't get the tile cleaned and movers were coming. Ron not only fit us in his booked schedule but he made our tile look beautiful! I am so grateful we found Ron at such an overwhelming time when we thought our brand new flooring was ruined! Edward helped tame a palo verde tree was was left un-kept for several years due to the fear of trimming after a previous poor prune.  With the recent storms several neighbors trees broke due to wind and limb weight.  I was nervous about trimming my great shade tree, but did not want it to also get broken.  Edward came out and explained how he was taught to trim my particular tree - pointing out the effects of the different cuts.  When he was done I was very happy with the results, and really like how the tree looks.

Tom & Alicia are the best!  We had a long time leak behind the wall in our master bedroom shower. When we finally discovered it 1-800 came out and got everything drying out and safe for our family in hours.  You can tell they really know their stuff and make sure all the remediation is done properly.  A true small business looking out for their customers.

If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

Terrible service and misleading. We had a huge plumbing issue. Plumber gave us their name to do cement work. They led us to believe they would work with insurance to get much of it paid for.  They did nothing on that. 2 day job took two weeks. Work was shoddy. Works did not show up until 10-12 every day. Management did not keep appointments. We h as d to have them tear 1/2 of it out and redo it. Had to make threats to get them to finish. NEVER USE THESE GUYS.

My house has been plagued by funky smells in warm weather; after ruling out a few obvious sources, my mind went to mold. I called a few companies, all of which deployed some pretty severe scare tactics (and hefty price tags just to come out)!

I finally landed on Slate and was immediately reassured by Abby and my technician Chris who said he'd come give it the ocular pat down free of charge.

After a lengthy investigation, Chris surmised it probably wasn't mold at all and instead pointed us in the direction of a good HVAC tech to clean a filthy duct that was likely pulling crawl space air into the house. Makes sense!

In addition to setting our mind at ease, he was sure to share a few humorous anecdotes, personal stories and warnings about the dangers of liquid candles (note to self: never buy)!

I'd recommend this honest, awesome company to anyone! As first time homeowners we've been through the ringer this year, we are so happy when we meet a company that's not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely cares.

Had a roof leak after roofer fixed the roof.  The roofer was slow to send a water extraction crew (few days).  AM/PM was on-site in an hour, got everything wet removed, put dehumidifiers and fans in.  In few days, it was like it did not happened.

This company is like an fire truck chasing scam. They changed my door locks without my permission and are trying to charge me for work that I did not contract for or consent to. Kick this company out of any projects you have. They, to me, are just a bunch of bottom feeders scrounging for work at any ones expense.
Nice response.  All your company did was trash my locks replace them without giving me access to my own property.  Then charge me $800 plus and try to bribe me to use your company. What kind of back room deals to you have with the fire dept? Send your bill to sun city fire dept they called you not me. How do you justify charging $800 plus for changing locks. No board up was done. I told your company to remove your lock so i could have access to my own property and they did not. I had your locks removed at cost that you should pay for. Your is nothing more that what was stated before
