We had a surprise hot water leak and needed an evaluation for dry wall damage. Servpro came out within 45 mins and gave me an honest opinion of the extent of our damage which ended up being fairly minor compared to the outrageous estimate another company was going to charge us. Tyler and Dexter also did a much more thorough job than the other company evaluating the damage. My husband and I were very impressed by Servpro PV and will definitely be using them again for any water damages or mold issues and are spreading the word. Thank you Servpro!

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. Ron was so professional! He arrived on time, patiently maneuvered his way through my apartment as I had another person there working. He was quick and fast with cleaning my couch and rug, and all at a great price. Highly recommend!

Still great service, clean after clean. I just had them come out and clean my office and was impressed with the size of carpet cleaning machine. This thing is huge and it's in a giant truck. Carpet dried as always very fast.

I had them put some scotch guard in this time so hopefully it will stay cleaner as they cleaned my high traffic areas.

They quoted online with our detailed photos and came out when they said they would . Did a great job replanting and trimming our tree that had fallen over due to being too heavy. Great group of people too all working hard and cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely use again to trim our trees.

A late season monsoon storm delivered heavy rain and an unpleasant puddle in my living room. Tom came by to do the initial assessment and was helpful throughout the whole experience, even referring us to a roofer, pigeon remediator (because, weirdly enough, pigeons had been the cause of our leak) and a drywall repair expert. Eric was the tech who came by, hacked a hole in the ceiling, and set up numerous fans and a dehumidifier to run for a long (very loud) weekend to make sure our attic dried out. Both gentlemen came right when they said they would and did excellent work. I was especially grateful for how thoroughly Eric cleaned after his visits--our ceiling is high, and drywall dust went absolutely everywhere!

This company truly took good care of us amid a stressful time. I'd definitely call on them again if needed.

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

Tim with Master of Disaster is the most helpful person you will meet BEFORE the work begins.  After the work begins, if there are any issues or problems, Tim essentially becomes a ghost.  Hired him to install a water filtration system...there were a number of issues.  

After installation, the water in the house was blue.  Called Tim on multiple occasions to inquire if this was normal, no response.  I finally decided to call to manufacturer of the water filtration system directly.  They inquired, what is the water pressure regulator set at?  I told them there was no  water pressure regulator installed.  The manufacturer told me that because Tim did not install the water pressure regulator, it voided the warranty on my new $1,600 system.  

The manufacturer also informed me they could have installed the entire system for $1,100 (including the water pressure regulator) so Tim deliberately overcharged me.  I spent 4-5 days trying to get a hold of Tim.  Finally...he felt I was worthy enough to receive a return phone call.  Tim came to my house, looked in me in the eye, and told me he would have his guys come out later that afternoon and install the water pressure regulator.  Told me not worry...he would take care of it.  His guys never showed, and that is the last time I heard from Tim.  By the way...I had to spend additional money getting a water pressure regulator installed myself.

Besides the water filtration system, Tim was also suppose to install a new sink.  He did install the sink, but his guys were sloppy during installation and I now have a 4 inch gash in the counter.  Tim tried to tell me the gash was there the entire time...yeah...right Tim.  I must have overlooked the gash as I only lived in the house 11 years prior to your guys being hired.

Lastly...be very careful if you are receiving water restoration services.  Tim preps you for phone call to the insurance company.  After invoices were submitted to the insurance company for work performed, I received a phone call from the insurance company regarding how much they were charged. The individual wanted to know specifically what work was actually performed.  Think about that for second..and ask yourself if you want to do business with these guys?

Slate Restoration is the best restoration company you're going to find. They are fast, friendly, ethical, and honestly care about getting you taken care of. They are attentive to your needs and make sure you're happy throughout the whole process. I will never work with a different restoration company after working with them. Thank you Slate for truly caring! That is hard to find these days.

Hugo and Juan came to our home due to a roof leak which resulted in water damage.  They were meticulous in setting up the isolated space for ripping apart the drywall to look for and remove the mold the rain water had caused.  They were very respectful of our property.  I found them both to be professional and communicative of the process.  Grateful to have such great guys come to help us with our project.

My family recently went through a tragedy and we had to have them come out and board up my mom's windows and doors. They came out promptly boarded everything up and did not damage the inside of the house at all. They showed us kindness and compassion and worked directly with the insurance company taking some of the stress off my family.  Riley was amazing and went above and beyond for my family. Don't know how we would have gotten through without him.  He called us just to check and see how we were all doing and it really made a difference. Such human kindness from this team! This is a team of amazing people. I had an awesome experience with them during a very difficult time in my life and I highly recommend them and all that they do!
