Chris is the best! Our carpet had a snag from the vacuum cleaner, we called Chris, he replied right away, we set up an appointment , he came on time, gave us an estimate, he explained how he was gonna fix the snag and the cost of the repair. We knew he knows what he's talking about! So we set up a date and time. He was really good and efficient! He even explained how we should care about the carpet to avoid future snags...we highly recommend Chris for any carpet repair!

First of all, their response to COVID has been incredible, Travis was incredibly professional and very aware of the new reality we are in. Gave em a call originally because being from Colorado, I love the Rocky Mountains so I had to call the AZ company repping the Rockies in the desert. Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

5 stars and more. Shane, the military veteran owner shows up, on July 4th for an estimate!! That's 5 stars on its own. Showed up on time, laid out what was going to happen and got to work. His years of experience got the job finished, it was not an easy repair. Would recommend to anyone needing window repair work. Thanks, Lou Karagas

I hate giving 5 starts when they didn't find a leak but I'm confident they know more about leaks than I do.  Solid customer service, response time was prompt and the cost was below the other quotes I received. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

ServPro did a great job fixing our bathroom, bedroom and kitchen in our unit in Midtown Phoenix due to water damages resulting from a heater explosion from a neighbor's unit in the second floor.
Josh and his team were very professional and completed the job as promised.  We were very pleased with the results!

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. We would particularly like to thank Jeff and Anthony, and highly recommend ServPro of Sun City / Sun City West / Southeast Surprise.

Arborist with a conscientious crew. Knowledgeable about tree care and can remove a tree + stump leaving no trace. Contractors with this level of enthusiasm and follow-thru are difficult to come by. (In this relationship, the customer has been more challenging to schedule than the work crew!)

Met Edward and AZ Desert Tree Care through a friend a couple of years ago and have used them for multiple properties since.

Wow !!! Tom came out the first day to check moisture because we noticed water damage. Then the next day him and his team member came and removed the old material and mold and contained the area, he was honest and great. I love that about this company no hidden fees and the walls were cut perfectly only around damage . Thank you guys !!!!

If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

It's been well over a year ago since we used this service.  They, after many calls and arranging times for them to finish what they started, have not followed through. The last guy who came did a sloppy job. He said he'd fix it, but hasn't answered my calls! They were paid for the job!!! Don't use or trust them.

This company is amazing! Definitely saved my butt when I was in a jam. The guys know what they are doing and are very respectful! Would definitely use again (hopefully I never need to though.) But nice to know there is a reliable company out there to take care of me and my home.

* HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! * My house burning down was the worst situation I have ever experienced, and this company made it beyond unbearable. I was unfortunate enough to have a house fire and got convinced to use this company for the rebuild. Immediately after signing the contract with them, I found out how big of a mistake I had made. The company does not care about the customer at all. They were rarely at the site to check the progress. All management that was in charge of the project were only at the house once every 1-2 months to check on what had been completed. I was forced to switch the type of tile flooring, fridge, and cabinets I had already chosen since they would not order the materials until three months after I gave them my selections, which resulted in them being five months back-ordered. The site should have easily been completed in 6 months, and this company turned it into one year and ten months long... When the construction was near completion, Kowalski told me the house was safe to move back into. Then the same night I moved most of my belongings back into the house, the county came by to inspect, and I was told I could not sleep in the house due to major unfinished electrical work and inspections. I was forced to leave all my belongings in the house for another week and move into a hotel. Kowalski made this stressful and sad situation one hundred times more miserable. Then, after almost two years of dealing with Kowalski and their horrid customer service, they changed the amount I owed to them for the rebuild. I had to fight them over this extra charge that was obviously incorrect. I got told by managers that they had made a mistake and added almost $5000 to the invoice, and it was indeed a mistake. Then after I paid all the remaining invoices, Kowalski decided that it was no longer an error and forced me to pay the amount they previously took off and threatened to send my account to collections and void my warranty if I did not pay the remaining balance immediately. I cannot stress enough to stay away from this company and not use Kowalski for any reason whatsoever, in my opinion. Turning one of the worst moments of my family's life into an even worse situation. I hope this review can save other families from going through such a horrible situation.
