Chris flat out rocks.  He is the owner/operator and takes great pride in his services.  He stretched out a 15 year old carpet that had developed lots of traffic wrinkles over the years and it now looks new.  I found him extremely intelligent and knowledgeable about carpet mfrg and wear phenom which gives him great results when trying to figure out how to best fix worn or damaged carpets.  Honest and very good communication.  He has to book out a few weeks, but that's just an indication of how popular he is.  Highly, highly recommend Chris.

Rocky Mountain Restoration did a great job repairing and remodeling our Kitchen after some devastating water damage.  Terry Shipman, coordinated the painters, electrician and cabinet installers.  We could not have been more pleased with the results.  Terry was very knowledgeable, communicative, professional and available and kept the momentum of the project moving.  His  follow up was outstanding and ensured the quality of the work that was done by the sub contractors.  A great eye for detail and extremely pleasant to work with!

He was SO HELPFUL and found dangerous mold in my apartment that I was worried about. He even offered to come back and reassess for me! Amazing customer service.

I had a broken window and a couple that had condensation after all the rain.  Shane arrived on time for the estimate and was very polite and personable. His estimate was fair and the windows installed on time and the worksite left clean.  I could not be happier with the work performed and highly recommend Shane and Valiant.

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. Ed and his team did an amazing job with removing the overgrown branches of my neighbors tree over my pool as well as grind the stump of an 80 ft pine tree we had removed.  He also removed a branch from the neighbors tree that was hanging over my flat roof garage.  As his team was working, multiple neighbors came out and hired them to do work on there trees as well.  I couldn't be more pleased and will use them in the future and recommend them highly!

Tom's assessment of the remedial work necessary for my situation was direct and thorough.  Tom explained all options, even explaining how I could do some of the work myself in order to save money.  I ultimately hired Tom and his company to do the entire job and I was so glad I did.  Could not ask for a more professional, helpful contractor.  Perhaps most of all, I appreciated his reassurances during a stressful time.
Tom and his company are indeed a blessing.

If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

Hugo and Juan came to our home due to a roof leak which resulted in water damage.  They were meticulous in setting up the isolated space for ripping apart the drywall to look for and remove the mold the rain water had caused.  They were very respectful of our property.  I found them both to be professional and communicative of the process.  Grateful to have such great guys come to help us with our project.
