Did an amazing job repairing a hole in my carpet!!! Fast, affordable, and friendly! Highly recommend!

20sq foot water closet with bio hazard under a few tiles. Final bill $5800. Due to the small area and possible insurance ramifications we asked for a guesstimate. I have rounded that up to $3000 and fully expected the bill to be $3500 or $4k max.

I would encourage no person i know to use any of these services. Staff were in my house a total of 2 hours with approx 4 days of fans. Total rip off.

We would have put this claim through insurance had we realized it is a giant money grab.

Don't waste your time calling this company.  The person who answered the phone (Darrel) was VERY rude!  He asked if I was a telemarketer!!  As a customer service suggestion Darrel- answer the phone by saying, Moldex The Mold Experts this is Darrel how may I help you?  Then the customer would know who they were calling and not have to ask you your name!  Ultimately I hung up the phone and will call another water restoration/ mold expert company - who I AM SURE will value my business.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Shane is FANTASTIC!  I called him on Friday morning and he fit me in on Monday afternoon.  One of my windows was off track and I couldn't open it.   He fixed it in minutes.  He is fair, honest, nice, efficient, and knowledgeable!  Great customer service, you could ask for nothing more!  Everyone else wants to sell you new windows and Shane will fix them.
Thank you Shane for getting my window working, so now I can enjoy the fresh air!!

A follow up, Leak Science also repaired a crack in the pool deck, the repair didn't last 6 months and the crack is apparently back. I will need to repair the crack....waste of money paying for the repair this repair!!!!

Yesterday was one of the worst days of my life.  I had a horrible migraine which caused me to vomit in the bathroom.  I cleaned as well as I could, but the walls were still dirty and I could tell that it was not clean.  This morning I called ServPro of Paradise Valley and they came out a couple of hours later.  They are professional and did the job for the estimate given by phone.  Importantly, they cleaned using an environmentally friendly product used in hospitals and it looks and smells clean.  They did a great job and were quite efficient.  I highly recommend this company without reservation and would use them again without giving it a second thought.

I highly recommend this company.  Jeff the owner and his team were amazing.  Customer service, honesty, and his team were great.  Jeff was awesome at explaining how everything worked and the possibilities.  I wouldn't go with anyone else as during these circumstances people could be over charged!  Jeff and his company gave us an amazing price and great workmanship!

Excellent service! Ron was professional, prompt, answered emails and texts in a timely manner, and was VERY thorough! He took his time cleaning a couch that was previously owned by a pet(s) owner. I am not a pet owner so I do believe I might have been having an allergic reaction to the couch..even though I had it covered. He probably saved my life! Ha! Not to mention the couch probably hadn't been cleaned...ever. Gross, yeah, I know! I would highly recommend Clean Theory and will have Ron back to clean my kitchen tile as soon as home improvements are complete.

I needed my carpets cleaned but didn't know who to call with all the company's out there.five star carpet cleaning was the only company I called that answered and I'm glad I made the choice to go with them they were super friendly fast and efficient I will be using them again

Edward is a class act - a true gentleman in the tree business.  I sent him a couple of pictures of a tree that had to be removed and within 30 minutes he called in with a quote and described his services and what needed to be done.  His crew arrived as scheduled and cut down the tree in a very clean and efficient manner taking care to leave the rest of the landscape untouched.  His stump grinding machine went out of commission so he said he would fix his equipment, come back to grind the stump, and only then take a payment. He promptly followed up and took care of things. Throughout the transaction he demonstrated that his company is truly top notch and I really enjoyed doing business with his company. If you are still thinking about using him, stop reading and make that call.  You will not be disappointed.

With all the rains in AZ lately we had a leak in my daughter's bedroom.  I contacted 1800 Water Damage and they handled everything.  Technician Nolan gave us world class personal service.  They were fast, efficient, friendly and minimized the damage. I would highly recommend them.  The Allens.

If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

Tim with Master of Disaster is the most helpful person you will meet BEFORE the work begins.  After the work begins, if there are any issues or problems, Tim essentially becomes a ghost.  Hired him to install a water filtration system...there were a number of issues.  

After installation, the water in the house was blue.  Called Tim on multiple occasions to inquire if this was normal, no response.  I finally decided to call to manufacturer of the water filtration system directly.  They inquired, what is the water pressure regulator set at?  I told them there was no  water pressure regulator installed.  The manufacturer told me that because Tim did not install the water pressure regulator, it voided the warranty on my new $1,600 system.  

The manufacturer also informed me they could have installed the entire system for $1,100 (including the water pressure regulator) so Tim deliberately overcharged me.  I spent 4-5 days trying to get a hold of Tim.  Finally...he felt I was worthy enough to receive a return phone call.  Tim came to my house, looked in me in the eye, and told me he would have his guys come out later that afternoon and install the water pressure regulator.  Told me not worry...he would take care of it.  His guys never showed, and that is the last time I heard from Tim.  By the way...I had to spend additional money getting a water pressure regulator installed myself.

Besides the water filtration system, Tim was also suppose to install a new sink.  He did install the sink, but his guys were sloppy during installation and I now have a 4 inch gash in the counter.  Tim tried to tell me the gash was there the entire time...yeah...right Tim.  I must have overlooked the gash as I only lived in the house 11 years prior to your guys being hired.

Lastly...be very careful if you are receiving water restoration services.  Tim preps you for phone call to the insurance company.  After invoices were submitted to the insurance company for work performed, I received a phone call from the insurance company regarding how much they were charged. The individual wanted to know specifically what work was actually performed.  Think about that for second..and ask yourself if you want to do business with these guys?
