Chris came out to our condo in Scottsdale to pull carpet up and route our Cox cable to other side of living room. Chris is a really nice guy and did the job perfectly, taking before and after shots documenting that all looked just like before he started.  Even the Cox cable tech who was over coincidentally at the same time commented how Chris did the job the right way, trimming the pad alongside tack strip so there was no evidence of cable under carpet.  Great job!

Shane came out and measured and explained the replacing the window process. Had the quote back to us by that evening and went ahead and had him put in the order for the replacement. Once it arrived, he reached out to find a time that worked for our schedule to come back and install. Will recommend and use again.

Yesterday was one of the worst days of my life.  I had a horrible migraine which caused me to vomit in the bathroom.  I cleaned as well as I could, but the walls were still dirty and I could tell that it was not clean.  This morning I called ServPro of Paradise Valley and they came out a couple of hours later.  They are professional and did the job for the estimate given by phone.  Importantly, they cleaned using an environmentally friendly product used in hospitals and it looks and smells clean.  They did a great job and were quite efficient.  I highly recommend this company without reservation and would use them again without giving it a second thought.

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. Second Time I have needed my carpets cleaned in Casa grade and let me tell you it's no walk in the park being able to find a decent company. I won't mention names but lets just say the last company that came out had no horsepower. So I decided to try someone else. Five star was the first place I had called hoping they would be decent. Right from the start when the man who answered the phone with a friendly greeting I knew they were already off to a good start. Needless to say I was pleased with everything. From the initial phone call to the end. The two guys who came out to perform the service were extremely polite and caring. They understood what I wanted done and didn't do anything other than what I had asked. If I ever need to use carpet cleaning services again I'm definitely using five star!!

The summer monsoon storms took a toll on my neighborhood and a 60' pine tree in my backyard. I came home to find the tree resting on my roof. Eddie made it a point to get to me promptly and removed the tree a day after the call. I have used AZ Desert Tree Care a few times now and I wouldn't think of calling anyone else! Great work and fast service! Make this company the one that you rely on!

Alicia and 1-800 Water Damage really goes above and beyond with not only there work but there ethics. I own a company that is around restoration companies all the time, while most companies try and get ever dollar they can 1-800 water damage does the exact opposite they try to do things for there customers to save them money and so the customer only gets what they need and do not have to pay extra. If you want a good water remediation company look no further than 1-800 Water Damage.

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

Last week I had Doug out to my home to fix a leak coming from a faucet in my spare bathroom. He was able to fix it that day and did what two other plumbers hadn't been able to do! Finally I don't have to listen to or pay for running what I'm not using because of him.

On  another note, he had amazing advise regarding a guest house build I am looking to do on my property. However the issue I am having is no one is answering in the store and I have called three times now. I can't even leave a message because their answering machine is full.

I did so much research before hiring a company to restore my kitchen after insurance denied the claim for a burst pipe that had been leaking in my wall. I landed on this company because of all the positive reviews. There were red flags from day 2. They use people that they admit, aren't the best... This job should have been completed in 3 days. I was forgotten about for a month and ignored when I reached out multiple times... the response I got was, yeah I have definitely been putting this off... it's unreal to me. Asked for the project manager's boss to call me and never heard back. I expected my kitchen to be restored to Pre- leak or better condition. This was not the case and I had to fight for the results I got.

Hugo and Juan came to our home due to a roof leak which resulted in water damage.  They were meticulous in setting up the isolated space for ripping apart the drywall to look for and remove the mold the rain water had caused.  They were very respectful of our property.  I found them both to be professional and communicative of the process.  Grateful to have such great guys come to help us with our project.

Amazing. My neighbor's home was broken into... the intruder broke a window, but this company came in & changed locks & boarded the window that was broken. Really wonderful people. They truly put their customers first. I highly recommend. THANK YOU KOWALSKI CONSTRUCTION for helping my neighbor.
