When we saw that Chris had 100/101 5 stars on Yelp, we thought it had to be too good to be true.  It turned out that 5 stars is exactly right.  Chris was curteous, professional and efficient and he is a great communicator.  We highly recommend him, although candidly we hope we do not require his services in the future.  But if our carpeting develops additional ripples, Chris is definitely who we will call.

Daryl is the real deal.  He is very knowledgeable and came out yesterday to take samples and start the assessment process.  I am very inexperienced in this area but he fast-tracked me on what I needed to know as a landlord. I already referred him to someone in my neighborhood.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

After living in our house six years and not being able to open our bathroom windows, I snapped and called Shane. He answered and offered to come by that day and give me an estimate. He kept in contact with me letting me know when the parts would come in and when he would be buy to install, he showed up when he said he would and went above and beyond. I really appreciate his honesty. He probably could have told me I needed to replace the windows but instead he tracked down parts and made my windows functional again. Don't be like me and wait six years to get your windows fixed  call Shane!

Called Leak Science about two different challenges, one pool, the other a house leak.  Turns out neither would be appropriately dealt with by Leak Science.  Instead Ryan West directed me to a company to address one of the issues and followed up to make sure all was well.  The other challenge will be helped by another category of professional he recommended.

Anyone can and will identify themselves as wrong for the job.  It takes a caring professional to point toward a better avenue to fix a problem.

The details: 1700 square-foot house flooded. Estimated duration of water pipe burst: 12 to 24 hours.

When I received the call as a homeowner that my house was flooded I was in a state of shock. My friend recommended Servpro of Paradise Valley and I immediately called them to see if they could help. It was a Friday evening and they were prompt to answer and work the problem. I was two hours away from the house and asked that Servpro initiate the water mitigation team as I drive drove back to meet them at my house. With the help of a friend they were able to start the water cleanup process without me being there and by the time I got there 80% of the water had already been removed.

Throughout the whole water mitigation process the Servpro team was professional, kind, patient, and respectful. I enjoyed working with all parts of the organization including management, administration, and field agents.

If any of my friends were to ask me if I have a water mitigation team I will always recommend Servpro of Paradise Valley.

Five Star Carpet Cleaning was AWESOME!!  First and foremost, they did a really great job.  They cleaned my tile, my carpeted stairs, and two couches.  My tile looks like the day it was put in...and that was years and years ago.  I did not think they would be able to do it.  The first day they were supposed to come, they had an issue and had to cancel.  They called me 10 minutes before they were supposed to be there to tell me.  I really appreciate them not leaving me waiting for hours before I found out.  They were so apologetic!  They rescheduled for a time that worked for me and gave me some extras, for my inconvenience, that made it more than worth my while.  Issues come up, it's how you handle them that make all the difference.  I will recommend this company to everyone!

I am glad I contacted AZ Desert Tree Care. Edward was very knowledgable. Johnny ran the crew of 7 a few days later. They trimmed a very large & thorny Argentine Mesquite, as well as 6 other trees. Everything was chipped. They protected all landscape plants and cleaned things up, ready for our dinner party later that day. I highly recommend them

Tom & Alicia are the best!  We had a long time leak behind the wall in our master bedroom shower. When we finally discovered it 1-800 came out and got everything drying out and safe for our family in hours.  You can tell they really know their stuff and make sure all the remediation is done properly.  A true small business looking out for their customers.

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

Reliable and great service. Had a couple of the other companies make me wait most of the day and then postponed to another day because they were busy the rest of the day. But Douglas Weeks came out when they said and did an amazing job. Fixed my electric issues in no time. Was polite and professional even educated me through out the whole process. I recommend his quality services and will continue to use this company.

Had a roof leak after roofer fixed the roof.  The roofer was slow to send a water extraction crew (few days).  AM/PM was on-site in an hour, got everything wet removed, put dehumidifiers and fans in.  In few days, it was like it did not happened.

After a fire in our home last Saturday night, kowalski construction has been nothing short of perfect in dealing with our tragedy. They have showed up every single day for every appointment and even to restore the plumbing to keep our landscaping from damage. They have met with every person, even people they didn't need to be there for. The care, courtesy and respect they have shown our family and home is beyond awesome. Thank you so much!
