Chris did an amazing job of taking a really bad situation (a rather large hole in the carpet chewed by a puppy) and making it all good. He is so professional, timely and talented. I would hire him again in a second.

Awful service! We provided our insurance estimate to them on 7/18 and spoke with a very delightful Kristen (receptionist I think). We were advised someone would be calling later in the day to schedule a walk through for the rebuild. 7/24 we called to advise no one has called us our scheduled anything. Kristen urgently advised for someone to contact us and cc'd us on the email. Unfortunately, still nothing. We are using a different company that within 48 hours did the walk through, provided an estimate, and started the work.

Daryl was very professional.  He was great to work with.  He did an amazing job.  The exterior of the cabinets are so nice, we cannot tell anything was ever done.  The interior now looks like new.  He arrived and completed the work on time.  Daryl was very pleasant to work with.  If I ever encounter mold again, Daryl will be my first call.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Shane came out and measured and explained the replacing the window process. Had the quote back to us by that evening and went ahead and had him put in the order for the replacement. Once it arrived, he reached out to find a time that worked for our schedule to come back and install. Will recommend and use again.

They came out and found our leak. Three weeks later somebody came out and repaired it. Beau was great at the repair. You can not even see where he broke up the decking. I would definitely recommend them.

ServPro of Paradise Valley is great to work with. They are professional, prompt, very knowledgeable and honest. Their pricing is very fair. After getting three quotes from various companies, I knew Josh and his ServPro team were the best choice. They did a thorough inspection and explained the complete process for cleaning up our water damage. It is worth noting that there are other ServPro companies in the area and they are independently owned and operated. ServPro of Paradise Valley is who I would recommend.

I highly recommend this company.  Jeff the owner and his team were amazing.  Customer service, honesty, and his team were great.  Jeff was awesome at explaining how everything worked and the possibilities.  I wouldn't go with anyone else as during these circumstances people could be over charged!  Jeff and his company gave us an amazing price and great workmanship!

Great service - Ron showed up on time and did a great job. He took his time and the carpets looked great. His truck mounted cleaning system looked brand new and was did an amazing job. He cleaned out my old condo per a move out requirement, but we are getting ready to call him to clean the carpets in our new house. A+

Five Star Carpet Cleaning was AWESOME!!  First and foremost, they did a really great job.  They cleaned my tile, my carpeted stairs, and two couches.  My tile looks like the day it was put in...and that was years and years ago.  I did not think they would be able to do it.  The first day they were supposed to come, they had an issue and had to cancel.  They called me 10 minutes before they were supposed to be there to tell me.  I really appreciate them not leaving me waiting for hours before I found out.  They were so apologetic!  They rescheduled for a time that worked for me and gave me some extras, for my inconvenience, that made it more than worth my while.  Issues come up, it's how you handle them that make all the difference.  I will recommend this company to everyone!

We lost an approximately 55-ft.-tall tree in the recent wind/thunderstorm on Monday night.  It laid completely across our street.  On Wednesday, the city removed the top of the tree, enough to clear a single lane of traffic.  The majority of the tree and the clean-up was homeowner responsibility.  I called AZ Desert Tree Care after we found excellent reviews on Yelp, Nextdoor, and Angie's List) and it is clear to me why Edward and his crew get very good reviews.  Edward came out the same day (Wednesday) to provide an estimate, and he and his crew were here to begin work at 6:30 a.m. this morning (Thursday), as promised.  They didn't realize just how expansive the not-yet-completely visible root spread was when they accepted the job and were determined to take on the challenge!  Very professional and kind workers.  They got the job done and cleaned up in approximately 3 hours and ensured we were pleased with the completion of their work.  We can very highly recommend their services!

Why would I bother looking up the license restrictions? I was a renter and chose him from yelp.com reviews for my proprietor and I participated in every stage of the decisions. FYI: You answered the phone when I called at midnight informing him his machine was not working properly. He damaged my threshold dragging in his dehumidifier, did not post required job site asbestos warning information and definitely questionable actions. I was homeless for months after he told my proprietor they did not have to pay for my lodging, ignoring the Rule of Natural Ethical Reciprocity.
What is the license number for giving out that kind of insurance advise?

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

Last week I had Doug out to my home to fix a leak coming from a faucet in my spare bathroom. He was able to fix it that day and did what two other plumbers hadn't been able to do! Finally I don't have to listen to or pay for running what I'm not using because of him.

On  another note, he had amazing advise regarding a guest house build I am looking to do on my property. However the issue I am having is no one is answering in the store and I have called three times now. I can't even leave a message because their answering machine is full.

I did so much research before hiring a company to restore my kitchen after insurance denied the claim for a burst pipe that had been leaking in my wall. I landed on this company because of all the positive reviews. There were red flags from day 2. They use people that they admit, aren't the best... This job should have been completed in 3 days. I was forgotten about for a month and ignored when I reached out multiple times... the response I got was, yeah I have definitely been putting this off... it's unreal to me. Asked for the project manager's boss to call me and never heard back. I expected my kitchen to be restored to Pre- leak or better condition. This was not the case and I had to fight for the results I got.

I needed major repairs on my house after a busted pipe flooded my house. It was awful! New tile, carpet removal, dry wall tear outs, you name it, everything needed repair! I was grateful when Rosie from Rosie on the House recommended Kowalski Construction. I called Kowalski and was put in contact with their contractor, Brendon Kowalski. Within a few days, I met with Jeramy and he walked me through everything. He was extremely hands on throughout the whole process. He was efficient and responsive to all my questions, handled everything with care and professionalism, and effectively dealt with our insurance claims representatives and adjuster; which was a relief because the insurance representatives could be quite difficult to work with. After the work was done, and I got to walk into my repaired home, I felt like I was on HGTV! All the puzzle pieces were back in place for my family to move back into our home.
