Chris did a great job on our carpets! He was very quick to respond, showed up when he said he would and worked efficiently. I would definitely hire him again.

Very quick response to an air conditioner mishap and leakage in our ceiling.  The intrusion was minimal and everything was explained up front.  Our worker, Aaron, was polite and professional and the pricing was reasonable.  I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Restoration.

We contacted Daryl initially to help us identify/address a source of a moldy smell in our home.  He had extraordinary reviews, so we provide this one just to present our different experience.

He was immediately reachable, very prompt with arranging a home visit, and always very confident in his assertions.  While his speed in identifying our problem and readiness to discuss his (possibly excellent) credentials repeatedly would be a positive to many, we felt that he reached his conclusions a bit TOO quickly and mentioned his background and all his competitors' inadequacies TOO frequently.  Possibly just a clash of personalities, but...

We weren't feeling confident in the diagnosis and remediation he proposed and looked for another opinion just to do our due diligence (but we are certainly NOT experts).  We subsequently learned of a few red flags:  
(1)  MoldEx does their own specimen collection (not the actual testing, though) which other contractors believe is a conflict of interest (i.e., there's an incentive to find a problem and to prove that the work has resolved it).
(2)  A more thorough inspection revealed an entirely different source for our moldy smell which would NOT have been addressed had we gone with the MoldEx remediation plan.

During this process (before we found what is likely the right source), we contacted Daryl to ask a few follow-up questions, planning to hire him.  I must have given him the (totally incorrect) impression that other contractors were standing by to do the work for us, because his brief response was that he was busy and must pass on our job.  I'm sure the people providing you with this information will be more than happy to take care of you, he replied.  We took this to mean that he was offended by our potentially getting other opinions.  We felt rather put off and left a fairly scathing review.  Next day he called to inquire about it (I appreciated that).  I explained what our concerns were and that we did not, in fact, have any other options available to us.  I revisited my questions with him; he told me he'd talk if I took down the review (I was unimpressed with that).  He called the next day when I hadn't, then tracked down my spouse's work number and left a message there.  We were left with a fairly sour taste.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Top notch customer service! Shane was prompt and very efficient! He even cleaned up the mess I made from breaking the window! Highly recommended!

I have had a leak somewhere near my pool filler since I bought the home a few years ago.  After filling the pool manually with the hose since then, I finally got fed up.  I tried plumbers and seismic leak detection companies, but couldn't ever get a resolution.  I found Leak Science online and spoke with Ryan, who I could tell right away was very knowledgable about this line of work.  He quoted me a fair price for the detection service and we set an appointment.  He came out for the appointment, determined where the leak was, and even offered me a favorable discount because the leak was apparently easy to find.  He quoted me a fair price to repair the problem and today he came to do the work.  The work was done carefully and even though I think he encountered more problems than he anticipated, he completed the job for the price quoted.  I am so looking forward to having my auto filler for my pool turned back on again!  Thanks Ryan!

Had a slow leak hiding in the back of our kitchen cabinet that caused some nasty mold across the kitchen and bathrooms.
Josh replied to my weekend yelp message with helpful info and eased the initial scare of hurry up n get out of the house.
We had other companies come out. The other we considered came in lower but a. I didn't get such a great vibe & b. They wanted to rip out parts of my bathrooms that were nowhere near the mold! I chose Josh, insurance didn't cover, he had his crew work small areas at a time to try to minimize and damage and save me money.
His crew was nice respectful, careful and meticulous!
I hope I never need his services again and kinda hope no one does, but if it should happen that water damage comes up he's got my referral no questions!

I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

Five Star Carpet Cleaning was AWESOME!!  First and foremost, they did a really great job.  They cleaned my tile, my carpeted stairs, and two couches.  My tile looks like the day it was put in...and that was years and years ago.  I did not think they would be able to do it.  The first day they were supposed to come, they had an issue and had to cancel.  They called me 10 minutes before they were supposed to be there to tell me.  I really appreciate them not leaving me waiting for hours before I found out.  They were so apologetic!  They rescheduled for a time that worked for me and gave me some extras, for my inconvenience, that made it more than worth my while.  Issues come up, it's how you handle them that make all the difference.  I will recommend this company to everyone!

They brought a crew of about 5-6 guys to trim and fertilize a fig & tangelo tree, and also to remove 2 oleander bushes and it's roots. Though they arrived 2 hours late, they were very professional and thorough. They cleaned up everything afterwards, and were done quickly.

The most honest owners who do great work. We know many who have used them and when I tried to use them...they gave me the best advice and told me they weren't needed and didn't charge me a thing. You can't consider any other company...I would recommend them wholeheartedly

If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

Reliable and great service. Had a couple of the other companies make me wait most of the day and then postponed to another day because they were busy the rest of the day. But Douglas Weeks came out when they said and did an amazing job. Fixed my electric issues in no time. Was polite and professional even educated me through out the whole process.
