I contacted Chris to repair a carpeted step that our new puppy decided to tear up.  I left him a voicemail and he texted me back almost immediately.  I sent him a couple pictures of the damage, he provided me an estimate for the repair, and we scheduled the appointment.  He let me know in advance, on the day of our appointment, that he was on the way.

He was very professional and did a great job with the repair!  Can't say enough how nice it is to work with a reputable and responsive professional.

When you call Rocky Mountain Restoration, you are not usually in a happy place. Water from a broken soft water pipe had filled half of our new home (approx 2,000 sqft of a mess!)

We called Rocky Mountain's emergency number immediately due to a previous incident at our last home (apparently we have bad luck with water). 3 years ago, we were so impressed with the clean up, that we had them do a major remodel as we restored our home to the pre-water state. With that positive experience, we didn't think twice when we found ourselves once again in the middle of a huge mess.

JP arrived within 2 hours and called for backup. Shortly after an entire crew showed up on a Sunday afternoon. We had water sucked up, carpet out, fans & dehumidifiers everywhere in a matter of hours.

The constant communication and support helped us through this trying time. Someone was out here every day checking on the status. When it was determined that drywall would need to be removed, that was done quickly and the dry out continued.

We were impressed with the quality and efficiency of the work, but mostly of the kindness and positive attitude of the employees. That kindness, genuine concern, and authentic friendship made this process easier. I am grateful for that. My brand new, perfect house was broken - and they were kind. It was appreciated more than they will know.

A big shout out to this amazing crew led by JP! JP is a freaking rock star - even post clean up, he called to check on things to make sure I was 100% happy with how things were going with the restoration, promising to make things right if I wasn't. The guys we had in here were all extremely professional and great at what they do: Dillon, Dylan, Rustin, and Logan (I hope I didn't miss anyone) We were also impressed with Ray who came out to give us an estimate on the reconstruction, and have nothing but great things to say about Tony who is helping us get things back in top notch shape. Man, he knows his stuff!

Thanks Rocky Mountain! Hopefully, we don't ever need you again, but if we do - you will once again be our first call!

My wife and I have trusted Moldex (Daryl) on successfully remediating our last home of mold, as well as reliably testing our recent rental house's HVAC system as well. Moldex does not take advantage of its customers, and they will give you honest and unbiased feedback on what they see, without a scare tactic. It's important to work with people you trust. Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

A+, 5-star, 100% recommend Valiant Window Repair! Shane was quick to respond to questions, he was reliable and showed up on time for our scheduled estimate and then repair. He did a thorough and understandable job explaining the issues and how he would fix them. His workmanship was excellent and reasonably priced. I was so thankful to find a repair person with exceptional skills and integrity. Especially refreshing in our throwaway society to find someone who values quality workmanship and repair versus replace. Thanks Shane!

When no one else would even look at our pool, these guys had no issue coming out and assessing our plumping issues. It seems that most pool companies will not deal with any kind of plumbing problems or things going on under ground, so if you're dealing with leaks of any kind, you'll need a specialist like Leak Science.

They pressure tested to figure out what was going on and were able to fix our underground pipes quickly and under budget. (That's right, they ended up charging less than they quoted when it was less work than they expected. Super honest.)

Throughout the whole process they were very responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with, from Ryan to Bo to Melinda at the main office. Just great folks. I would recommend them to anyone having pool leak issues.

Received great service in the beginning.  They sent someone out right away to evaluate a mold situation under my kitchen sink.  Tyler arrived right on time and was incredibly informative and courteous.  He did let me know that it would be a a few days before I would received the estimate, so I expected a small wait. A full week passed - nothing.  I called to follow up the beginning of the next week explaining that I wanted to go with them, and hoped the delay had been a misunderstanding (typo in the email, went to the wrong person - anything).  Tyler answered the call and seemed genuinely surprised I had not heard anything.  I explained I checked my spam folder, trash, etc., but had received nothing. I was assured the estimator would reach out to me that day via my mobile.  Again - nothing.  They must not need the business or need to replace their estimator (or perhaps hire more).  Either way, it's a shame.  An excellent on-site crew to start, but the office lost the business.  Starting my search over again for a provider.  Huge waste of time.

UPDATE: Adding a star based on the immediate responses received here and in email to this review. Though I had already selected another provider and thus can't speak any further to the experience with ServPro, I do greatly appreciate their willingness to look into customer concerns and try and make it right.

I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

I have been having them clean my carpet since they started in business. They do a great job!!! I have tried a couple of other companies ('cause ya know, you get bored after a while.) Trying other companies was a BIG mistake!!! Either the other companies left stains, or charged soooo much: $450 in one case!!! AND that other company left a big spot: I told the other company I wouldn't pay them until they got the spot out/the other company said they wouldn't come get the spot out until I paid them. Guess it was a stalemate: I sold the house & the other company never came out! LOL!
I went back to 5 Star & won't call anyone else!!! They are great!!! If I have a concern about my carpet cleaning, I call them, voice my concern, they come right out & make it right.
I'm a repeat customer for years. They are that good.

We had a great experience with AZ Desert Tree Care. Edward came out to provide a quote the day after we spoke and was able to do the work three days later. We had two HUGE mesquite trees that were overgrown, hanging over our roof and over our pool, multiple palo verde trees and an ironwood.

I know from experience, you need a licensed arborist to do this work. Its dangerous and needs to be done with precision and care. Its worth the money, trust me!  I told them I wanted to maximize the privacy from our neighbors while thinning out and balancing the trees. Edward and his team of about 6 men did an amazing job. A few branches fell into our pool (no way around that), but they got them all out and left it cleaner than it was when they arrived! Professional, courteous and great skill.

Tom & Alicia run a terrific restoration business. We had water damage from a broken water heater in the garage with water coming through the wall back into a downstairs bedroom and closet. I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

Terrible service and misleading. We had a huge plumbing issue. Plumber gave us their name to do cement work. They led us to believe they would work with insurance to get much of it paid for.  They did nothing on that. 2 day job took two weeks. Work was shoddy. Works did not show up until 10-12 every day. Management did not keep appointments. We h as d to have them tear 1/2 of it out and redo it. Had to make threats to get them to finish. NEVER USE THESE GUYS.

Worst company ever. Abandoned job of home with severe water damage. Didn't complete demo or dry out house. Disconnected all bathroom sinks, toilets, etc & left water valves open with main turned off. Owner, Jason, would not return calls. Sent $20+k bill.

The Slate representative was named Alex Madrigal who abandoned the job. Jason Jarvis is the owner, He called and left a voicemail saying This is Jason Jarvis. I hope you didn't pass out shocked that I actually called you. I'm a terrible person and I've been avoiding you because sometimes I avoid hard things and just calling and being a grown up... I think that you have been requesting a call from me for like a month now so that excuse doesn't hold up...

Had a morning appointment scheduled. Nobody showed up. I called the guy who scheduled the appointment, he expressed surprise that the tech hadn't called. Nobody ever called, nobody ever showed up. What a waste of time. Evidently they don't need my business, so I suppose they don't need yours either.

The guys were great! They were not able to do the job when they first arrived because the PD had not yet arrived. They waited for 8 hours before having to call it a nght. When the PD arrived, I called them and they came back. It was already 12 midnight! They were professional and very friendly
