Chris was easy to work with and did a great job. We needed to get our carpets stretched in our new house, and we needed someone with very short notice before we moved our furniture in. Chris responded promptly and we worked out the details for him to help us the next day. He arrived in the timeframe he specified and worked very efficiently. We just moved into an older home that had some pretty extensive mold damage. We called Moldex to come out and remove the mold and repair damage.  They did an amazing job. They were completely professional and their drywall work was perfect. I can't even tell that there was ever a problem. Great Job!

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Shane did a great job of sealing up some old windows that were showing signs of gaps in the sealing and becoming drafty. His work ethic was great and he was more than happy to explain the process of the project. Respected my home and surroundings, and provided very fair pricing. Would highly recommend for any window repair projects you may need.

We had Ryan and the Leak Science crew come out and find the leak in our pool that was causing us to loose a ton of water.  We told Ryan that we suspected that the leak might be within the pop-up water supply lines.  They ran through their testing, and sure enough, found the leak in between two pop ups underneath the pool (of course).

Since a repair was needed, we contracted Leak Science to perform the work - we were scheduled in the same week.  They were able to cut out a hole in the pool directly above the leak, cut out the PVC T-joint that had cracked, repair the line, and patch the pool.  The patch is barely noticeable - we had an older pebble surface, so I knew getting a 100% match was going to be impossible, but it is very close. Oh, and they did use high quality PVC repair parts - all glued joints, none of the o-ring sealed joints that might leak down the road.  Since they needed to cut a hole in the pool, pinpointing the location is obviously key, and they absolutely nailed the spot.

Also wanted to point out that they had great communication, worked fast, made us feel like we were their most important customer, and had good pricing.  A solid 5 stars.

We had a surprise hot water leak and needed an evaluation for dry wall damage. Servpro came out within 45 mins and gave me an honest opinion of the extent of our damage which ended up being fairly minor compared to the outrageous estimate another company was going to charge us. Tyler and Dexter also did a much more thorough job than the other company evaluating the damage. My husband and I were very impressed by Servpro PV and will definitely be using them again for any water damages or mold issues and are spreading the word. Thank you Servpro!

I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

Always great service! Was able to get me in for a last minute job to clean our tile floors. They do very good thorough work at reasonable prices.

Still great service, clean after clean. I just had them come out and clean my office and was impressed with the size of carpet cleaning machine. This thing is huge and it's in a giant truck. Carpet dried as always very fast.

I had them put some scotch guard in this time so hopefully it will stay cleaner as they cleaned my high traffic areas.

We lost two palo verde trees in the big storm a while back.  I called a few companies and either the prices were really high, they couldn't come out soon enough, or no return calls.  Edward, however, called back the same day and came out the next day.  He was reasonable, educated me a bit on my trees, trimmed all my trees (and there's a LOT!) so they could weather the season's storms, and removed the felled trees.  Clean and quick work.  He's responsive, polite, knowledgeable and professional.  A pleasure to work with and he has our babies for life.

They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

Reliable and great service. Had a couple of the other companies make me wait most of the day and then postponed to another day because they were busy the rest of the day. But Douglas Weeks came out when they said and did an amazing job. Fixed my electric issues in no time. Was polite and professional even educated me through out the whole process. Had a roof leak after roofer fixed the roof.  The roofer was slow to send a water extraction crew (few days).  AM/PM was on-site in an hour, got everything wet removed, put dehumidifiers and fans in.  In few days, it was like it did not happened.
