Chris was great to work with, and I will hire him again for any of our carpet needs. He was prompt and gave a 1-hour notice prior to arrival. We needed to stretch the carpet in our new home. Chris was familiar with the older and unique build of home, so he explained why this happens, as well as how to fix. The whole process took less than an hour, and during the whole time, he was courteous to wear a mask. Just to speak to his character, he also gave us some referrals and recommendations on other technicians for our new home needs. I highly recommend Chris!

I left a review a couple days ago, but wanted to clarify...it was Josh, not Jesus, who was the team leader on my project.  I wanted to make sure he got all the credit due to him because he was fantastic.  He was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to complete my project to the very best of his abilities.  Thank you, Rocky Mountain, for having such amazing employees like Josh!

Unfortunately for us, we have had mold twice since moving into our hone. Darryl was recommended to me by an old high school friend last year. When he came to do the work I was beyond impressed! After remediation the black mold he PERFECTLY fixed the drywall and texture. He took the paint to get matched and it was spot on. You would never know that area was not the original wall. This year we called him again after we found bugs in the bathroom. He swabbed in the walls and it came back with mold. Darn it! Just as expected his workmanship is phenomenal. He is brilliant when it comes to anything contractor related. I picked his brain about so many home projects and he was a wealth of knowledge. The drywall is all done now and just waiting on our new tub to be installed before the final air test. He was willing to pull out our old tub while the counters were out so we could update it. He is clean and tidy in everything he does. Don't hire other people who make you find your own drywall person afterwards and stop when they clean the mold. Darryl is the whole deal!

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Super responsive and the job was done SO fast! Plus a really nice guy. Already booked them for another project next week.

Ryan is very knowledgeable about water systems. He was able to diagnose a valve problem on my very large pond system. He fixed it quickly and came back later to check that all was working correctly. He is an easy person to talk to very accommodating a problem solver. The price was fair and less then I expected.

Extremely professional and kept us updated throughout the process when we had a water heater leak.  Always on time, worked around our schedule and made the process as easy as it could get.  Can't emphasize how respectful and professional they were.

I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

Friendly and efficient but way too much water left behind not only on carpet but floors as well. 90 degrees and breezy here today and after 5 hours carpet is still wet in spots.  $75 minimum charge.

Wow! Finally I found a tree trimming company that can do it all.  I had such a great experience working with Az Desert Tree Care.  They were responsive, professional and most  importantly experts at tree trimming. They provided advice on how to trim my mature trees and then came in with a large professional crew and got the job done.
They even made modifications mid stream to make sure we were happy with the results.   Our trees look amazing now and I feel like we got a lot of value out the work they did.  Highly recommend them!

Tom & Alicia are the best!  We had a long time leak behind the wall in our master bedroom shower. When we finally discovered it 1-800 came out and got everything drying out and safe for our family in hours.  You can tell they really know their stuff and make sure all the remediation is done properly.  A true small business looking out for their customers.

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

Terrible service and misleading. We had a huge plumbing issue. Plumber gave us their name to do cement work. They led us to believe they would work with insurance to get much of it paid for.  They did nothing on that. 2 day job took two weeks. Work was shoddy. Works did not show up until 10-12 every day. Management did not keep appointments. We h as d to have them tear 1/2 of it out and redo it. Had to make threats to get them to finish. NEVER USE THESE GUYS.

Slate is fabulous in their communication. I work in insurance and frequently refer our customers to them for home claims and other home needs. They have come through time and again for us and our clients. This is the place to use. I've personally dealt with other companies and they make it so much more of a hassle than it needs to be! Stick with Slate for easy and amazing service.

I mistakingly rated this company instead of the correct one. They were very nice to me and i truly felt bad about the error.  Just in their attitude i would definitely recommend them

Omg...if I had an employee that responded to a customer complaint the way that Aaron Mullins did just 24 days ago (read reviews below) I would fire his ass immediately. Apparently his mother, and now his boss, have failed at teaching him manners. Additionally, Mr K of Kowalski Construction responded to my negative post and I would like to address three of his mistakes: I signed off on the project completion, but never once told anyone I was 'happy' with the work and I've never communicated with Mr K; and as I stated in my original post the flooring was purchased at Home Depot and was IN STOCK...Mr K, there was no special ordering of flooring: and there were no delays due to insurance. I had the payment in full from the insurance company approx two months before you finally finished the job! In fact, I was sitting here with the money and finally had to call your office and REQUEST a final invoice! You should just sit in your little office and stop responding to issues you are not fully informed about. It might help if you had better employees.
