Chris always does first class work!  Had my carpets repaired a few times thanks to my wonderful cats, including today. Chris's repair jobs are professional and always looks great.  I HIGHLY recommend Chris.

I called Daryl on a Saturday afternoon worried about potential mold in my home. He gave me a mountain of incredibly helpful advice and offered multiple home remedies for me to try before I had to spend any money for him to come out. I'm so grateful for the peace of mind and help he provided and if the issue does not resolve with the home remedies - he will be my first call.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. I had a broken window and a couple that had condensation after all the rain.  Shane arrived on time for the estimate and was very polite and personable. His estimate was fair and the windows installed on time and the worksite left clean.  I could not be happier with the work performed and highly recommend Shane and Valiant.

Ryan fixed my insidious leak without any hidden surprises.

I had a leak in my pool that went beyond the capabilities of my local pool cleaning service.  I needed a professional.  Before visiting, Ryan explained the diagnosis process, and some common scenarios for the cost and effort for each, depending on if the leak is easy or harder to find.

Ryan was able to find a disconnected pipe connecting the chlorine tablet reservoir with the pool.  Since I had recently converted to salt-water, I had the pipe stopped, which was more economical as Ryan suggested.  He also walked me through the repairs that needed to be done on the deck as a result of the excavation needed, which was super helpful when talking to deck repair companies.

Thank-you Ryan for helping us out on a frustrating problem and I now know who to call if I have any more issues.

We had extensive water damage in our 2 story condo, from a drain clogged with hail. It was 2 wks before we returned to the condo to discover all the drywall and flooring damage. State Farm referred us to ServPro of Paradise Valley. Nathan, Josh and their crew knew just what to do, how to help and were timely and professional.  As ServoPro went into action with the careful pack out of our belongings and started the removal of damaged drywall and carpet, we felt a sense of relief. In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. Great work, Aaron is a very reliable gentleman. His work is very efficient and he gets things done in a timely manner.

We bought a townhouse and after our cleaning crew left, we thought we had a problem with a few spots (looked like mold) on the grout in our master shower.  

Ron came by within a day, took a look, and gave us some recommendations on specific products that would help vs having to spend more on his services.  

We will definitely call him if we need his services in the future- glad there are still a few honest folk out there!!

Still great service, clean after clean. I just had them come out and clean my office and was impressed with the size of carpet cleaning machine. This thing is huge and it's in a giant truck. Carpet dried as always very fast.

I had them put some scotch guard in this time so hopefully it will stay cleaner as they cleaned my high traffic areas.

Guys came out to trim my Ironwood tree. They did a great job. Very happy with the results. Cleaned up like they were never there. Can't recommend highly enough.

Wow !!! Tom came out the first day to check moisture because we noticed water damage. Then the next day him and his team member came and removed the old material and mold and contained the area, he was honest and great. I love that about this company no hidden fees and the walls were cut perfectly only around damage . Thank you guys !!!!

If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

There was a leak coming from the attic. Chris M from Master of Disaster went above and beyond.  He did the job that the plumber should have done. He came out around 8 pm, checked the situation and when I explained what I thought, he listened. He crawled in the attic, came down and manually regenerated the water softener. Down came the water.

Chris showed up on time, was polite and professional, and went above and beyond. He is an asset to this company.

However...when the next plumber came out he wanted to charge me SEVERAL hundred dollars to run a hose (less than 5 ft) from the water softener to the water waste line. REALLY??? I AM WOMAN BUT I AM FAR FROM BEING DUMB! Way over inflated pricing.

Did the job myself for less than $10.00.

I gave a 3 (would've been less) only because Chris was such a gem.

Slate is fabulous in their communication. I work in insurance and frequently refer our customers to them for home claims and other home needs. They have come through time and again for us and our clients. This is the place to use. I've personally dealt with other companies and they make it so much more of a hassle than it needs to be! Stick with Slate for easy and amazing service.

Excellent service.  I was very impressed with AM/PM from the diagnosis of the issue (water damage), remediation of mold and removal of mold/water damaged cabinets, drywall, and baseboards, and a very quick repair of all the affected areas once the mold was gone.  A job I expected to take 2-3 weeks, based on prior experience with general contractors, was finished in only 4 days and looks as good as new.  Highly recommend!

Worst company i have ever dealt with... pack out group - couldn't clean clothes in a timely fashion when we had to get out of our house I was told sort out 2 weeks of clothing and we will process them and get them back to you asap.  - Took call after call to get first delivery - wait for it 10 boxes of towels but no clothes.   Then it took several more calls for clothes to be delivered.

Damaged articles when moved back to the house - lost articles when moved back to the house.  - Now they want me to sign saying I will pay the difference they have not billed the insurance for delivering the product back to me 3K - they didn't unpack or put away it was all in the garage or spare room.  -

Thankfully we didn't use them for the construction - PM was not willing to write his own estimate was to lazy was only going to use what the insurance company provided.   When we wanted to change the scope of work they were going to do they wanted 20% of the amount of what they were not going to work on.  

Clearly not everything was cleaned as I am sure they wouldn't match my socks up but that is the way they came back to me.  

Nothing but excuses on why they couldn't get something done - everyone quit, manager was fired, blah blah blah.
