Had a recent plumbing leak.  After being told by another company they would have to cut open walls and do all sorts of reconstruction, I called Daryl for for a second opinion.

Daryl was very patient in understanding my situation, explaining what to look for, how to actively dry out the wet area, and prevent any potential mold issues.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. We returned from a out of town trip over Thanksgiving to discover our pool level had dropped 3-4 feet without sign of an obvious leak. We were very concerned as we are prepping the home for sale. After researching several leak detection/repair firms, I contacted Leak Science. Ryan promptly returned my call and scheduled service within a couple of days. Bobby conducted the tests and discovered the source of the problem. What could've been a several thousand dollar repair of  recently resurfaced pool was fixed with a $20 plug plus the cost of the tests. (Lower than quoted). Ryan (owner) visited the site, reviewed his employees work himself and counseled us on how to carefully refill the pool to check for any other potential problems. After this, we discovered another filter issue unrelated to the leak. Ryan worked another site visit into his busy schedule and identified the problem without additional charge. He is currently arranging for another firm to fix this issue as his schedule couldn't accommodate us in the very near term. Bottom line; Leak Science is trustworthy, customer service oriented, priced fairly, is professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate for a nanosecond to recommend them!

Extremely professional and kept us updated throughout the process when we had a water heater leak.  Always on time, worked around our schedule and made the process as easy as it could get.  Can't emphasize how respectful and professional they were.

I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

This company did a horrible job on our trees! The owner came out and said he would be here while the work was done, that didn't happen. They over trimmed half and then once I said something barely trimmed the rest. You would think for the $1500.00 we spent that they would know what they are doing and do it right. Beware, do your research!

Alicia and 1-800 Water Damage really goes above and beyond with not only there work but there ethics. I own a company that is around restoration companies all the time, while most companies try and get ever dollar they can 1-800 water damage does the exact opposite they try to do things for there customers to save them money and so the customer only gets what they need and do not have to pay extra. If you want a good water remediation company look no further than 1-800 Water Damage.

If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

Terrible service and misleading. We had a huge plumbing issue. Plumber gave us their name to do cement work. They led us to believe they would work with insurance to get much of it paid for.  They did nothing on that. 2 day job took two weeks. Work was shoddy. Works did not show up until 10-12 every day. Management did not keep appointments. We h as d to have them tear 1/2 of it out and redo it. Had to make threats to get them to finish. NEVER USE THESE GUYS.

I am at a disadvantage when it comes to dealing with repair or service companies - most of the time, I don't know what I need or how much it should cost. Slate made me feel like I was a priority and at no point did I feel taken advantage of. They made the whole process a breeze! I would recommend Slate to anyone.

Excellent service.  I was very impressed with AM/PM from the diagnosis of the issue (water damage), remediation of mold and removal of mold/water damaged cabinets, drywall, and baseboards, and a very quick repair of all the affected areas once the mold was gone.  A job I expected to take 2-3 weeks, based on prior experience with general contractors, was finished in only 4 days and looks as good as new.  Highly recommend!
