I contacted Chris to repair a carpeted step that our new puppy decided to tear up.  I left him a voicemail and he texted me back almost immediately.  I sent him a couple pictures of the damage, he provided me an estimate for the repair, and we scheduled the appointment.  He let me know in advance, on the day of our appointment, that he was on the way.

He was very professional and did a great job with the repair!  Can't say enough how nice it is to work with a reputable and responsive professional.

We had a leak, a couple contractors looked at the damage, it was very minimal but when Rocky MT showed up, they tore up my home! They made promises that were never met, in my opinion they did not need make all of the  holes in my ceilings or drill holes in my walls, Rip up  my new flooring and put in over 50 drying fans!!  Thus, making it unbearable to live there with the noise, and the humidity  Chris the project supervisor, showed up once, shook my hand and made promises but I never saw him again??  This company, was horrible to work with, they don't do the repairs, they sub it out and I was the one who had to do all of the leg work and coordinating , that Chris should have been doing,  it is my opinion the ripped off me, and the insurance co ( maybe even insurance fraud) we will see. I am contacting the attorney General and the BBB.   It's my opinion that they created a lot more damage to my home, just so they could do more repairs and collect more $$$$

Very professional, transparent with zero confusion and will go above and beyond to make sure your home is restored better than its original condition before you had mold. There was water damage from a sewer line in my home and unfortunately it damaged the drywall behind cabinets in the kitchen. In less than a week Darryl was able to replace drywall, ensure water damage would not return, and reinstall brand new cabinets. He also went above and beyond to make sure the stove was leveled which had nothing to do with the project! I highly recommend his services and company. Mold is no joke to mess around with and the process was seamless from start to finish.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

We recently had to help a friend clean up some issues in her home. Fortunately this fantastic group was able to clean the floors and remove the soiled carpet in a remarkable amount of time. The professional demeanor of the crew reflects the companies core beliefs. I will recommend them to anyone near me if and when the need arises.

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. Friendly and efficient but way too much water left behind not only on carpet but floors as well. 90 degrees and breezy here today and after 5 hours carpet is still wet in spots.  $75 minimum charge.

We lost two palo verde trees in the big storm a while back.  I called a few companies and either the prices were really high, they couldn't come out soon enough, or no return calls.  Edward, however, called back the same day and came out the next day.  He was reasonable, educated me a bit on my trees, trimmed all my trees (and there's a LOT!) so they could weather the season's storms, and removed the felled trees.  Clean and quick work.  He's responsive, polite, knowledgeable and professional.  A pleasure to work with and he has our babies for life.

Alicia and 1-800 Water Damage really goes above and beyond with not only there work but there ethics. I own a company that is around restoration companies all the time, while most companies try and get ever dollar they can 1-800 water damage does the exact opposite they try to do things for there customers to save them money and so the customer only gets what they need and do not have to pay extra. If you want a good water remediation company look no further than 1-800 Water Damage.

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

Slate met and exceeded our expectations honestly their professionalism is outstanding! They came out the same day with dryers and dehumidifiers to dry out our mini bathroom flood upstairs which leaked down to our kitchen! They had their guys come and fix our carpet and vanity as quickly as possible even with the covid making things seem slow they were so quick and on the ball! I would and have recommended them to family and friends and will use them exclusively in the future as well!

Hugo and Juan came to our home due to a roof leak which resulted in water damage.  They were meticulous in setting up the isolated space for ripping apart the drywall to look for and remove the mold the rain water had caused.  They were very respectful of our property.  I found them both to be professional and communicative of the process.  Grateful to have such great guys come to help us with our project.

I called Kowalski construction to come out and do some drywall work at my house. Lonnie arrived and was very nice and professional. He did very clean work and made it look like nothing ever happened. I would recommend this company to anyone   They are very professional and did really good work.
