Chris did a repair at my place today and everything went very smoothly! I called around beforehand to get a couple quotes and I called the few repair companies I found that were highly rated on Yelp. I chose Chris because his prices were slightly LESS than his competitors and his reviews are BETTER.... no brainer.

He was friendly and thorough with his explanation of what my choices were. He even talked to me about pros and cons of doing the repair and with what my apartment complex might do if they noticed I had repaired the carpet. I went through with the repair and it looks great considering it's a different piece of carpet. I felt like Chris was extremely honest with me and set proper expectations.

Chris was professional and easy to communicate with! I highly recommend him.

Rocky Mountain Restoration is a great company! Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

I had a broken window and a couple that had condensation after all the rain.  Shane arrived on time for the estimate and was very polite and personable. His estimate was fair and the windows installed on time and the worksite left clean.  I could not be happier with the work performed and highly recommend Shane and Valiant.

I called the owner Ryan and set up an appointment. His tech Chris came out right away and found the leak in my underground pool pipes. He did a great job keeping me informed about next steps and options. He repaired the pipe union with a superior product, and then stuck around to pressure test the entire system to ensure there were no other leaks. The job price was very fair given the amount of time, materials, and specialized knowledge required to fix the leak. I'll be recommending Leak Science in the future!

ServPro of Paradise Valley is great to work with. They are professional, prompt, very knowledgeable and honest. Their pricing is very fair. After getting three quotes from various companies, I knew Josh and his ServPro team were the best choice. They did a thorough inspection and explained the complete process for cleaning up our water damage. It is worth noting that there are other ServPro companies in the area and they are independently owned and operated. ServPro of Paradise Valley is who I would recommend.

I highly recommend this company.  Jeff the owner and his team were amazing.  Customer service, honesty, and his team were great.  Jeff was awesome at explaining how everything worked and the possibilities.  I wouldn't go with anyone else as during these circumstances people could be over charged!  Jeff and his company gave us an amazing price and great workmanship!

Great service - Ron showed up on time and did a great job. He took his time and the carpets looked great. His truck mounted cleaning system looked brand new and was did an amazing job. He cleaned out my old condo per a move out requirement, but we are getting ready to call him to clean the carpets in our new house. A+

Friendly and efficient but way too much water left behind not only on carpet but floors as well. 90 degrees and breezy here today and after 5 hours carpet is still wet in spots.  $75 minimum charge.

Terrible customer service and the technical expertise leaves a lot to be desired. They did a poor job on a mesquite tree by butchering it leaving a lot of dead branches. I gave them the opportunity to come back and give an opinion of the tree but after they 2 cancelled appointments on me after waiting at home for them, I said no more and told them I would take my business elsewhere.
I do not recommend them.

Why would I bother looking up the license restrictions? I was a renter and chose him from yelp.com reviews for my proprietor and I participated in every stage of the decisions. FYI: You answered the phone when I called at midnight informing him his machine was not working properly. He damaged my threshold dragging in his dehumidifier, did not post required job site asbestos warning information and definitely questionable actions. I was homeless for months after he told my proprietor they did not have to pay for my lodging, ignoring the Rule of Natural Ethical Reciprocity.
What is the license number for giving out that kind of insurance advise?

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

There was a leak coming from the attic. Chris M from Master of Disaster went above and beyond.  He did the job that the plumber should have done. He came out around 8 pm, checked the situation and when I explained what I thought, he listened. He crawled in the attic, came down and manually regenerated the water softener. Down came the water.

Chris showed up on time, was polite and professional, and went above and beyond. He is an asset to this company.

However...when the next plumber came out he wanted to charge me SEVERAL hundred dollars to run a hose (less than 5 ft) from the water softener to the water waste line. REALLY??? I AM WOMAN BUT I AM FAR FROM BEING DUMB! Way over inflated pricing.

Did the job myself for less than $10.00.

I gave a 3 (would've been less) only because Chris was such a gem.

We were very pleased with our experience with Slate Restoration. We had a leak that caused damage to drywall in our master bedroom.  We were not sure if it involved mold or not, but Slate Restoration removed the damaged drywall and insulation and then tapped and secured it to prepare for mold test.  A gentleman named Patrick called to set up the appointment and was very respectful as were the two men that actually did this part of the job.  Alex and Jorge were very respectful, professional as well as very precise in the way they secured this area. We were very impressed and surprised at how precise they were.  We want to thank them again for taking care of this problem in a timely and professional manner.  If I could figure out how to post pictures of the project I would.

I mistakingly rated this company instead of the correct one. They were very nice to me and i truly felt bad about the error.  Just in their attitude i would definitely recommend them

These are the most caring awesome people. This is a family run business that cares about YOUR family not just money as other companies do. They want to take care of you and your loved ones belongs and home with care and up most respect.
