Chris did a absolutely fantastic job at our home today. We needed our carpets stretch in 4 different rooms. We gave Chris 5 stars but he is 10 plus stars in our minds. Very professional in every aspect and really a nice person. We would highly recommend Chris for any carpet needs.

I called Rocky Mountain Restoration in January to get a second opinion after another company tried to tell me my entire bathroom and downstairs wall needed to be torn out due to some water damage.

JD from Rocky Mountain came out and was AMAZING! He didn't see dollars signs and he instead put my mind at ease. Very honest people who told me worse case I would need a little dry wall replaced. I appreciate their help!

Jeff came to my home to test for mold by taking air samples. A total of 6 including outside samples. $1800 dollars for the testing and lab result report. This is highway robbery.  

I will blame myself for being so desperate and stupid to have agreed to this but after the fact realized what an idiot I was and that I was surely taken advantage of. The guy is a fast talking used car kind of sales person.  And he will talk your ears off until you can no longer hear. And he claims he is a professor at GW, Ph.D., retired from HUD or whatever federal agency he said he worked for etc. Which are all fiction. He fabricates and really knows 0 about accurate mold testing, how to interpret results, the detrimental effects on people who are genetically susceptible to mold illness (about 25 percent of population),  and plays the role of mold expert.  

I just had my entire home inspected, inside and outside, humidity levels taken, dampness detection, 6 samples for mold testing, and written report of lab results- by a different company. For $299!!

I still can not believe I was that stupid to spend $1800 and that this guy the mold expert can take advantage of unknowing victims.

Wow. I bet this review will not be posted because Jeff writes the reviews and at the very least screens them and deletes the negatives.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Fantastic company! Honest, responsible, friendly--had two windows skillfully repaired and done quickly! Highly recommended! Shane's the best!

I could not be happier with my experience with Leak Science!

We purchased a cheap flip last year and have had to do more to it that we expected (of course). We thought we were out of the woods until we discovered that we definitely had a pool leak. I was bracing myself for a pain in the butt experience with a price tag to match. I couldn't have been more wrong.

Initially, I had an appointment with a different company to come check for the leak, but they felt they were treating me like a number and not at all a priority - the appointment was 3 weeks out! So, while I was waiting, I got anxious and called Ryan at Leak Science and had an appointment within a week. He came out and told me what he thought the problem was and was honest with me about what he thought the problem would be - all ABS piping (50 year old pool) and possibly a crack below the skimmer box. My heart sank as I began to imagine the scope of this job and how bad it would be. My mind went to my wife being right for not wanting a pool and the possibility that we would just have to get rid of it (not that  that option is cheap...).

Then Ryan gave me an estimate. He also told me that he could add a dedicated vacuum line and an auto-fill so I wouldn't have to keep filling it with my hose all summer. Those add-ons, plus the complete re-plumbing of the pool, would cost me 1/3 of what I was bracing myself for! Plus, they could do it in just days!

The project itself was a big deal. Chris, Bobby, and Bo worked their tails off. We were approaching it being too hot to drain the pool, so they bumped up the project schedule and even worked on a Sunday. I swear the guys worked a 15 hour day once or twice! All of the guys are nice and professional and great at explaining what they are doing and why. I never felt like I didn't know what was happening. They were fairly quiet, even when digging and busting up concrete. What's great is that they don't subcontract out the finish work or anything - the team does demo, leak fixes, and all the finish work to wrap things up.

Let me tell you, my pool looks amazing, works better than ever, and my pump and filter now actually hold a charge! I can run the skimmer and the vacuum at the same time, too! I'm so incredibly happy with the work they did. If I'm forced to list negatives, the only ones are that they left a little trash behind (not much - I honestly don't care. I've had other contractors who did less leave far more trash behind) and the cooldeck texture isn't perfect (the color match is, though!).

I hope I never need them again, but I am 100% certain that if I ever have leak issues again, Leak Science will be the ONLY company I contact. I recommend them to everyone who has pool leak issues without hesitation!

Yesterday was one of the worst days of my life.  I had a horrible migraine which caused me to vomit in the bathroom.  I cleaned as well as I could, but the walls were still dirty and I could tell that it was not clean.  This morning I called ServPro of Paradise Valley and they came out a couple of hours later.  They are professional and did the job for the estimate given by phone.  Importantly, they cleaned using an environmentally friendly product used in hospitals and it looks and smells clean.  They did a great job and were quite efficient.  I highly recommend this company without reservation and would use them again without giving it a second thought.

I highly recommend this company.  Jeff the owner and his team were amazing.  Customer service, honesty, and his team were great.  Jeff was awesome at explaining how everything worked and the possibilities.  I wouldn't go with anyone else as during these circumstances people could be over charged!  Jeff and his company gave us an amazing price and great workmanship!

Great work, Aaron is a very reliable gentleman. His work is very efficient and he gets things done in a timely manner.

Ron did a great job - he came when he said, did the work quickly and well and even took some of our rugs with him because they needed more attention. He did all of this at an extremely reasonable price.

Friendly and efficient but way too much water left behind not only on carpet but floors as well. 90 degrees and breezy here today and after 5 hours carpet is still wet in spots.  $75 minimum charge.

Recently had tree removal accomplished by AZ Desert Tree Care. They did an excellent job!!

Their crew removed a 30-year old mesquite tree that was blown down in a recent monsoon storm. The tree was HUGE! They come with a professional crew and all of the correct equipment - i.e. correct chainsaws, sling harnesses, wood chipper, stump grinder, etc. Very thorough job. Cleaned up the property afterwards.

They also trimmed/pruned several other tees while on the property. The owner, Edward Khammo, is a certified arborist. An excellent result!

AZ Desert Tree Care will likely not be the low bid for tree removal service - but they will deliver very good value for the reasonable/competitive price paid! I'd rather pay for the job done correct, professionally/safely and quickly than take the low bid and take three days for a 'landscape crew' to remove a huge tree using insufficient equipment. You definitely get what you pay for!

Oh yeah... forgot to mention...

This company carries high-limit liability insurance coverage - unlike the 'landscape crews' that show up to remove downed trees. Tree removal is dangerous/hazardous work. Liked the comfort knowing that the company is insured against liability and that if something were happen the liability is not on me. A huge differentiator over all of the landscape companies out there that say they can remove trees.

Alicia and 1-800 Water Damage really goes above and beyond with not only there work but there ethics. I own a company that is around restoration companies all the time, while most companies try and get ever dollar they can 1-800 water damage does the exact opposite they try to do things for there customers to save them money and so the customer only gets what they need and do not have to pay extra. If you want a good water remediation company look no further than 1-800 Water Damage.

If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

Reliable and great service. Had a couple of the other companies make me wait most of the day and then postponed to another day because they were busy the rest of the day. But Douglas Weeks came out when they said and did an amazing job. Fixed my electric issues in no time. Was polite and professional even educated me through out the whole process. I recommend his quality services and will continue to use this company.

Hugo and Juan came to our home due to a roof leak which resulted in water damage.  They were meticulous in setting up the isolated space for ripping apart the drywall to look for and remove the mold the rain water had caused.  They were very respectful of our property.  I found them both to be professional and communicative of the process.  Grateful to have such great guys come to help us with our project.

My family recently went through a tragedy and we had to have them come out and board up my mom's windows and doors. They came out promptly boarded everything up and did not damage the inside of the house at all. They showed us kindness and compassion and worked directly with the insurance company taking some of the stress off my family.  Riley was amazing and went above and beyond for my family. Don't know how we would have gotten through without him.  He called us just to check and see how we were all doing and it really made a difference. Such human kindness from this team! This is a team of amazing people. I had an awesome experience with them during a very difficult time in my life and I highly recommend them and all that they do!

And to the owner of Kowalski, Riley deserves a big raise!
