I found Chris on Yelp and I'm glad I did.  Does all his own work and explains everything to you.  Called on a Saturday and left a voicemail and he returned my call within 2 hours. Worked well with my schedule. My carpet was repaired within 2 days. I would highly recommend him.

Within 30 minutes of my home warranty company's referral Mike was on his way. He was very knowledgeable about leaks and preformed all the test and found the source of my leak. He explained everything .  I would highly recommend Rocry Mountain Restoration!

Daryl was very professional.  He was great to work with.  He did an amazing job.  The exterior of the cabinets are so nice, we cannot tell anything was ever done.  The interior now looks like new.  He arrived and completed the work on time.  Daryl was very pleasant to work with.  If I ever encounter mold again, Daryl will be my first call.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

We have a leak that we don't know if it is coming from the roof or the window. We were getting differing opinions, so we had Valiant (Shane) come out to do an inspection.  Shane was very honest, and told us it was definitely coming from our roof.  We appreciated how quickly he came to our house, and how honest he was.  I have already recommended this company to others in our community.

We just bought a house and the pump was blowing bubbles out into the pool so my pool guy (Good Neighbor Pool Service) recommended we call Ryan at Leak Science.  He came out a couple days later to see what was going on and said he would need to do a pressure test but likely the suction line pipes were cracking.  They came out a few days later and did the pressure test, confirmed what he thought, the old ABS pipes were brittle and cracking, thus losing suction and sucking air into the pump.

At the same time, we were discussing adding a dedicated suction line for the pool vacuum so we don't have to keep taking it in and out of the skimmer.  Adding this alone was going to be too expensive as we had already put a lot of money into the new house, but Ryan gave us a great price on fixing the old suction line and adding a new dedicated line at the same time while they already had everything dug up.

They had to remove our paver pool deck and dig a new trench to replace the skimmer, suction line, and add a 2nd suction line.  Bo was who did most of the work and he meticulously took pictures of our pavers before he started to remove them.  When he put everything back together, you can't even tell they had ever been removed.  I was expecting a bunch of broken pavers and everything to be uneven when they were done but it looks like no one had ever touched it.  Whoever did the pebble patch work around the new suction line was also amazing, you can't even tell the dedicated suction line was newly added, it blends right in like it was always there.

All this work was done in one week, leaving us full use of the pool the weekend before and the weekend after.  They were great!  Hopefully we'll never have to use them again (because who wants their pool to leak), but if we do have another leak, they will be the first people I call!

Yesterday was one of the worst days of my life.  I had a horrible migraine which caused me to vomit in the bathroom.  I cleaned as well as I could, but the walls were still dirty and I could tell that it was not clean.  This morning I called ServPro of Paradise Valley and they came out a couple of hours later.  They are professional and did the job for the estimate given by phone.  Importantly, they cleaned using an environmentally friendly product used in hospitals and it looks and smells clean.  They did a great job and were quite efficient.  I highly recommend this company without reservation and would use them again without giving it a second thought.

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. Great service - Ron showed up on time and did a great job. He took his time and the carpets looked great. His truck mounted cleaning system looked brand new and was did an amazing job. He cleaned out my old condo per a move out requirement, but we are getting ready to call him to clean the carpets in our new house. A+

Ed is a man of great integrity it shows in his work and it shows with how his crew treats him. I can't begin to tell you how thorough and professional this job was done from the first branch cut to the last twig brushed off of my yard. If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

We came home to find a huge leak in the ceilings of our two story home. I was extremely stressed out and called my plumber who then refered me to Master of Disaster Restoration. The gentleman came out right away and walked me through my options. I chose to file an insurance claim because the damage was so extensive. Master of Disaster Restoration helped walk me through the claims process. They were very thorough and explained all the moisture readings and equipment they were using and I am very thankful to them for turning a bad situation into a positive experience.

Hugo and Juan came to our home due to a roof leak which resulted in water damage.  They were meticulous in setting up the isolated space for ripping apart the drywall to look for and remove the mold the rain water had caused.  They were very respectful of our property.  I found them both to be professional and communicative of the process.  Grateful to have such great guys come to help us with our project.
