Chris repaired a hole and stretched my carpet a few years ago. Fast forward and a new puppy took its toll on the living room. I searched for carpet repair and he popped to the top of the search again. I remembered him because of his story on his website about how he picked the trade up. He did an excellent job, was very communicative and ended up charging less than he quoted me initially. I highly recommend him!

If you think you might have mold, don't waste your time with the other companies. Unlike the others,  Daryl actually takes the time to diagnose the problem scientifically (takes samples to a lab for testing) before he diagnoses the problem. Another company wanted to charge us over 3k to fog the house. It sounded fishy and so it was Daryl to the rescue. He also gives a lifetime guarantee on his work under the philosophy that if you treat mold properly, it won't come back. This guy is the real deal and we recommend without any hesitation whatsoever.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Shane came out and measured and explained the replacing the window process. Had the quote back to us by that evening and went ahead and had him put in the order for the replacement. Once it arrived, he reached out to find a time that worked for our schedule to come back and install. Will recommend and use again.

I was aware we had leak somewhere. I finally localized to the pool. Having terrible fears that the pool, itself had a crack, I panicked. I did a search for a leak detection company. Only 2 were members of the BBB and Leak Science had wonderful Yelp reviews. I called and spoke with Ryan. He quickly scheduled a technician. The leak was found quickly and all other sources checked out to ensure that was the only one. It was not the pool itself and an easy fix. Bobby the technician was wonderful to work with and did a great job being thorough. I will, absolutely use them again should I encounter a leak.

We had extensive water damage in our 2 story condo, from a drain clogged with hail. It was 2 wks before we returned to the condo to discover all the drywall and flooring damage. State Farm referred us to ServPro of Paradise Valley. Nathan, Josh and their crew knew just what to do, how to help and were timely and professional.  As ServoPro went into action with the careful pack out of our belongings and started the removal of damaged drywall and carpet, we felt a sense of relief. I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

Great work, Aaron is a very reliable gentleman. His work is very efficient and he gets things done in a timely manner.

We bought a townhouse and after our cleaning crew left, we thought we had a problem with a few spots (looked like mold) on the grout in our master shower.  

Ron came by within a day, took a look, and gave us some recommendations on specific products that would help vs having to spend more on his services.  

We will definitely call him if we need his services in the future- glad there are still a few honest folk out there!!

Friendly and efficient but way too much water left behind not only on carpet but floors as well. 90 degrees and breezy here today and after 5 hours carpet is still wet in spots.  $75 minimum charge.

Our landscaper said our big Acacia tree in front of the house had to be removed and all other trees pruned.  Thanks to a quick response and walk thru with Eddie, neither had to be done!  He was on time, knowledgeable and gave me Fish Fertilizer to help the tree.  Eddie didn't charge for the service call or the fertilizer!  I will call AZ Desert Tree Care for all of our arbor needs.  Will refer to my neighbors! If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

Had a water leak behind the cabinet in the main bathroom.   I had initially tried to contact Christian Brothers plumbing who couldn't fix the problem but they did recommend Master of Disaster.  Doug was the best.  Organized the job,  coordinated everything.   One of his guys didn't finish something in the bath and he actually finished it.   Then got a couple guys to put down this super looking vinyl laminate flooring.   I'm not sure the job would have went as smoothly.  Highly recommend!!!

Hugo and Juan came to our home due to a roof leak which resulted in water damage.  They were meticulous in setting up the isolated space for ripping apart the drywall to look for and remove the mold the rain water had caused.  They were very respectful of our property.  I found them both to be professional and communicative of the process.  Grateful to have such great guys come to help us with our project.

Worst company i have ever dealt with... pack out group - couldn't clean clothes in a timely fashion when we had to get out of our house I was told sort out 2 weeks of clothing and we will process them and get them back to you asap.  - Took call after call to get first delivery - wait for it 10 boxes of towels but no clothes.   Then it took several more calls for clothes to be delivered.

Damaged articles when moved back to the house - lost articles when moved back to the house.  - Now they want me to sign saying I will pay the difference they have not billed the insurance for delivering the product back to me 3K - they didn't unpack or put away it was all in the garage or spare room.  -

Thankfully we didn't use them for the construction - PM was not willing to write his own estimate was to lazy was only going to use what the insurance company provided.   When we wanted to change the scope of work they were going to do they wanted 20% of the amount of what they were not going to work on.  

Clearly not everything was cleaned as I am sure they wouldn't match my socks up but that is the way they came back to me.  

Nothing but excuses on why they couldn't get something done - everyone quit, manager was fired, blah blah blah.
