So my anxious dog chewed 2 holes in our new berber carpet. Thought we would have to recarpet, or tile the areas in.  Thanks to others posting their reviews, I contacted Chris. Within a few days, we had our carpet looking brand new again!  His communication is great, his price is reasonable, and he is excellent at what he does!  Thanks, Chris.

My mom is home owner in Arizona and we used Rocky Mountain Restoration to fix minor mold in her guest bathroom. This simple fix took them one week to complete. They run up the bill more than necessary and use the insurance to help pay their overcharged bill. We've called them and their customer service was extremely rude and not understanding of our situation one bit.

They price gouge. Do no use them. They will nickel and dime you left and right. This is utterly ridiculous.

Darryl is knowledgeable, solution orientated and efficient in planning and execution. What more is there to know.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

I called Leak Science to address a suction leak in our spa plumbing. Due to the length of the suction line and the complexity of the many twists and turns of the supply lines, locating the leak precisely was very challenging, but Ryan and his team persevered to ultimately find a crack in a 2.5 line. The repairs required a specialty connector that had to be ordered, but Chris diligently refilled the spa temporarily while waiting for the part and kept in constant communication with me on the status of things throughout the entire job. Ryan was very professional and all business (which is exactly what one wants dealing with these leak situations!). I highly recommend them, as they offer expert leak detection services and are unique in also offering professional repairs (Chris was sensational!). Beware of companies that offer only detection services and then do not stand behind that by not finishing the job with the appropriate repairs.

I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

Great service - Ron showed up on time and did a great job. He took his time and the carpets looked great. His truck mounted cleaning system looked brand new and was did an amazing job. He cleaned out my old condo per a move out requirement, but we are getting ready to call him to clean the carpets in our new house. A+

Still great service, clean after clean. I just had them come out and clean my office and was impressed with the size of carpet cleaning machine. This thing is huge and it's in a giant truck. Carpet dried as always very fast.

I had them put some scotch guard in this time so hopefully it will stay cleaner as they cleaned my high traffic areas.

Edward just came out with his crew and they did an INCREDIBLE job! The customer service was impeccable (while I was juggling a sick toddler and two dogs), the job looks AMAZING, and the clean up was perfection. We needed a major trim up on 4 trees and two tree removals. Edward was able to come out, quote us and then within a week, he got the job done at a very affordable price. We also added on fertilizer for the trees. We highly recommend their services and will be using them again in the future! Thanks, AZ Desert Tree Care! You saved our trees!

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

Terrible service and misleading. We had a huge plumbing issue. Plumber gave us their name to do cement work. They led us to believe they would work with insurance to get much of it paid for.  They did nothing on that. 2 day job took two weeks. Work was shoddy. Works did not show up until 10-12 every day. Management did not keep appointments. We h as d to have them tear 1/2 of it out and redo it. Had to make threats to get them to finish. NEVER USE THESE GUYS.

In May a pipe in our wall burst and created damage. Slate restoration was contacted to repair damage in both my neighbors and my home. I'm writing this review in August and my home is still not done. The damage was isolated to One wall in the bedroom and master bath. Today,  I sent four text messages to Slate to state that the conclusion of our work must occur by Friday. The texts have remained unanswered. Job desertion.!!! Paint spatter,plaster texture overspray was on everything, Light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, even on the underside of the countertop. No prepping of space prior to demo or reconstruction. When the air conditioner comes on dust is visible coming from the vents. Switch plates and sockets were covered with plaster. Paint at the top of the wall does not match the repainting because they didn't cover it. I have a new renter coming on Saturday. I am forced to pay someone else to come in and clean up and finish detailing the home. I've taken photos of white can be easily seen by a camera. However, texturing of the repaired wall is poor. Plaster debris was scattered throughout our gravel courtyard. Garage has been left with tile used for repairs out along with some laminate that was used for the cabinetry. Just very sloppy and inconsiderate. Dust is on everything in the house. Do not use this company. Had Slate bothered to return my communication I would have shared all of these details in privacy to them. Since they have chosen not to follow up, I am sharing these issues with you-potential consumers. Beware, research who you choose for your home repairs. This business is not professional. If I could have given them zero stars I would have. Furniture and pictures of all been left in the bedroom with a tarp covering them floor is filthy. I've used many remodelers and have never had anyone walk away and leave such a mess

I mistakingly rated this company instead of the correct one. They were very nice to me and i truly felt bad about the error.  Just in their attitude i would definitely recommend them

This was by far the best experience I've had with carpet/floor cleaning. I was truly awed with how well the carpet and linoleum looked when Pedro was finished.  I would absolutely recommend Kowalski to anyone!
