Chris was great! He arrived as scheduled on time. Very friendly and polite. He replaced 4 sections of carpet and padding where a cat had left urine spots and looks brand new again. He also took the time to go over what he did at the end and cleaned up afterwards. Thank you! Highly recommend.

If you think you might have mold, don't waste your time with the other companies. Unlike the others,  Daryl actually takes the time to diagnose the problem scientifically (takes samples to a lab for testing) before he diagnoses the problem. Another company wanted to charge us over 3k to fog the house. It sounded fishy and so it was Daryl to the rescue. He also gives a lifetime guarantee on his work under the philosophy that if you treat mold properly, it won't come back. This guy is the real deal and we recommend without any hesitation whatsoever.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

I had two windows in the house that were not-so noticeably leaking water underneath the carpet of my new-ish build.

I reached out to Valiant Window Repair as soon as I noticed on Saturday night, had a response Sunday morning and an appointment on the schedule by Monday morning.

Shane was outstanding, was very thorough explaining the problem to me, showing me how to clean the tracks on my window as well as the cause of the leak (huge cracks between the exterior wall and the window frame caused by shoddy builder work).

He quickly sealed up all 9 windows (including the cracks that had branched off), popped the windows off the track to clean everything while being respectful of me in a meeting while working from home. Thanks Shane!

When no one else would even look at our pool, these guys had no issue coming out and assessing our plumping issues. It seems that most pool companies will not deal with any kind of plumbing problems or things going on under ground, so if you're dealing with leaks of any kind, you'll need a specialist like Leak Science.

They pressure tested to figure out what was going on and were able to fix our underground pipes quickly and under budget. (That's right, they ended up charging less than they quoted when it was less work than they expected. Super honest.)

Throughout the whole process they were very responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with, from Ryan to Bo to Melinda at the main office. Just great folks. I would recommend them to anyone having pool leak issues.

Received great service in the beginning.  They sent someone out right away to evaluate a mold situation under my kitchen sink.  Tyler arrived right on time and was incredibly informative and courteous.  He did let me know that it would be a a few days before I would received the estimate, so I expected a small wait. A full week passed - nothing.  I called to follow up the beginning of the next week explaining that I wanted to go with them, and hoped the delay had been a misunderstanding (typo in the email, went to the wrong person - anything).  Tyler answered the call and seemed genuinely surprised I had not heard anything.  I explained I checked my spam folder, trash, etc., but had received nothing. I was assured the estimator would reach out to me that day via my mobile.  Again - nothing.  They must not need the business or need to replace their estimator (or perhaps hire more).  Either way, it's a shame.  An excellent on-site crew to start, but the office lost the business.  Starting my search over again for a provider.  Huge waste of time.

UPDATE: Adding a star based on the immediate responses received here and in email to this review. Though I had already selected another provider and thus can't speak any further to the experience with ServPro, I do greatly appreciate their willingness to look into customer concerns and try and make it right.

I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

Friendly and efficient but way too much water left behind not only on carpet but floors as well. 90 degrees and breezy here today and after 5 hours carpet is still wet in spots.  $75 minimum charge.

The summer monsoon storms took a toll on my neighborhood and a 60' pine tree in my backyard. I came home to find the tree resting on my roof. Eddie made it a point to get to me promptly and removed the tree a day after the call. I have used AZ Desert Tree Care a few times now and I wouldn't think of calling anyone else! Great work and fast service! Make this company the one that you rely on!

With all the rains in AZ lately we had a leak in my daughter's bedroom.  I contacted 1800 Water Damage and they handled everything.  Technician Nolan gave us world class personal service.  They were fast, efficient, friendly and minimized the damage. I would highly recommend them.  The Allens.

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

Reliable and great service. Had a couple of the other companies make me wait most of the day and then postponed to another day because they were busy the rest of the day. But Douglas Weeks came out when they said and did an amazing job. Fixed my electric issues in no time. Was polite and professional even educated me through out the whole process. This company is a fraud.  The Scottsdale Police broke down my door because I had a tenant who had a warrant out.  The police then called Kowalski Construction to board it up.  I did not ask for them to come out, and I was perfectly capable of securing the door myself but I wasn't given a choice.  They showed up and screwed a 2x4 over the door and left five minutes later and charged nearly $800.  I immediately took the 2x4 down and fixed the door correctly myself.   Their invoice said they re-hung the door, which is not true, the door never came off.  Only the jam broke.  (I have attached a picture of the broken jam with thee door still neatly hung on the original hinges.)  They said that they cleaned up debris, which is not true, they charged me for safety gear, which their guy was not wearing and they said they were there for three hours, which is a gross exaggeration.   When they called me to demand payment I mentioned that almost everything I was charged for was incorrect or incredibly inflated and the woman said they do that because they figure insurance is paying.  That sounds like insurance fraud to me.
