I called out Adams in the middle of the night and they were great. I was pretty shocked by how fast they went to work to get everything fixed. They seem pretty friendly and knowledgeable. They didnt try to stick ot to me on the price. I guess thats all you can ask for when you call a contractor.

This company is top notch!  I just bought a home which had a very strong cigarette smell.  Not being a smoker the smell was so overpowering it would give me a slight headache.  I shared this with my realtor who recommended Smell Fresh Az.  I'm so happy he did!

I spoke to both Michael and his employee Steve on seperate occasions.  Both were courteous, friendly, prompt, professional, and communicated everything to a tee.

Probably the best experience I have had with any service company ever.  I submitted a warranty claim for a clogged drain and the first company they sent had no idea what they were doing.  So I requested a second company and they sent Joe Streckfuss Plumbing.  The experience was unbelievable.  The plumber was a Army vet, was on time, had a terrific personality, had outstanding manners and it was clear he loved his job.  The first time he wasn't able to get it cleared with the equipment he had, but rather than give up like the first company, he said he'd come back the next day and try again.  And indeed he did.  Before he started he even explained how he thought he would fix it - essentially he spent time the night before coming up with ideas of how he would fix my drain issue and it worked.  He fixed the problem quickly!  I even had another plumbing job I needed done unrelated to this so I asked his opinion on it and he was very clear on how he would fix that issue when I decide to hire someone for that project.  If you are looking for a plumber this is who you should call.

I had a leak up in my ceiling so I called my insurance company. They recommended servpro. Big big mistake. The did the cleanup and drying okay but the 10 foot hole in my ceiling remains. They were suppose to put plastic on it to seal it but they forgot to bring it. Next day they tape plastic across the hole and leave. It falls down of course. Another day goes by they come try to staple it up. Piss poor job. Its fallen down again and the won't return my calls. My AC has been running for a week straight. All the cold air just goes into the attic. Guess I will just fix it myself.

EA Restoration was able to dry out my kitchen due to water damage and they  worked with the Insurance company.

I felt safe and comfortable and the quality of work was excellent.

They were on time and respectful.

This is a company that lies to customers I not only would not recommend them but I'm trying to save others from this worthless company they do not follow thru with the job ,there are to many  other companies out there that do a great job and conduct them selves with professional  ways and the worst one there is Tyler a so called people person which I assure you he is not I would consider anybody but service master beware
