Saying Ryan's team provided a great experience for a less than ideal situation would be an understatement. They were able to come out on short notice, quoted me _FAR_ less than a competing company, and saved me potentially thousands of dollars in repairs. Bob and Chris were extremely professional, wore proper PPE while in my residence and were clearly competent on the subject matter. I always felt that they genuinely cared and had my best interest for the course of action they described. They turned a potential nightmare into at most a temporary inconvenience. Really appreciate what Square One was able to do for me and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

I called out Adams in the middle of the night and they were great. I was pretty shocked by how fast they went to work to get everything fixed. They seem pretty friendly and knowledgeable. They didnt try to stick ot to me on the price. I guess thats all you can ask for when you call a contractor.

We had the pleasure to work with Peak One Builders and had a fantastic experience. My husband was hit while serving in Afghanistan and sustained a traumatic brain injury and loss of both legs below the knees. Remolding a home could have a nightmare....but with Jared Allen's Homes for Wounded Warriors and Peak One Builders this was the easiest experience for us.

Mike Christensen of Peak One was professional, reliable and made sure that the job was done right. The way that Mike had reconfigured our home was outstanding. He was extremely creative, thinking outside the box for my husbands special needs to make sure our home looked normal and not like a handicap section. The house feels open, clean, spacious, and luxurious. Basically, the house looks like it was built for a King!

I love seeing the look of pride in my husband when we are at home, he has full access to everything and there are no obstacles. Now we BBQ and hang out at our fire pit almost every night! If there is ever a question we had, Mike is always available to help. After the whole experience, I feel like we gained a great friend too. Thank you Mike and Peak One!

I had a 2 year tenant who smoked...what a mess!  Before hearing about Smell Fresh, I stripped the house of blinds, fans, etc.; had the entire house painted (including ceilings), floors and all hard surface cleaned and resealed, vents cleaned.  Smoke smell still lingered.  Nothing against smokers, but WHY smoke indoors???  Especially in a home that doesn't belong to you?  Enough venting :^)  Found out about Smell Fresh (finally) through my realtor.  Mike was incredibly professional, courteous, and took the time to explain the process.  After treatment (24 hours), unfortunately the house still smelled of cigarette odor.  Steve was back out to retreat within 3 days...and VOILA!  The smell was gone!  YAY!!  For the cost, this service is worth every dollar.  My only regret was not finding them sooner :^)

I had a leak up in my ceiling so I called my insurance company. They recommended servpro. Big big mistake. The did the cleanup and drying okay but the 10 foot hole in my ceiling remains. They were suppose to put plastic on it to seal it but they forgot to bring it. Next day they tape plastic across the hole and leave. It falls down of course. Another day goes by they come try to staple it up. Piss poor job. Its fallen down again and the won't return my calls. My AC has been running for a week straight. All the cold air just goes into the attic. Guess I will just fix it myself.

I only used this company because my insurance adjuster said they were reliable.  They did not complete the mold removal job, charged more than other companies which may be related to being an insurance claim,  and verbally stated to me not once but twice that they would repair the drywall and floor.  The estimate actually did not state this so I hired a reputable company to fix the walls and complete the job.  Please learn a lesson from me, don't.believe your insurance adjuster when he refers you to experts,  do your homework and read the reviews on yelp, and learn to properly read estimates.   Would not use this company again.

Service Master is the epitome of unprofessionalism.  If you want your job delayed, endlessly, for weeks on end, go ahead with this company.

They started a packing job  professionally and efficiently. They took down walls quickly and professionally. One month later and repeated requests for a timeline to finish the job (i.e., restoration) have gone unanswered.  This job should have taken at most 2 weeks - instead, my family has now been displaced for 5 weeks (and counting) because Service Master Restoration simply cannot follow through.
