I called out Adams in the middle of the night and they were great. I was pretty shocked by how fast they went to work to get everything fixed. They seem pretty friendly and knowledgeable. They didnt try to stick ot to me on the price. I guess thats all you can ask for when you call a contractor.

A big thanks to Mike Christensen and his team at Peak One Builders!  We were having an issue with our architect so we researched four custom home builders to take over our project.  Peak One was the hands down winner and we are are so glad we picked them.  Mike took our plans, collaborated with us to fix them, and then built us a great house that we are very proud of!

Mike's military background was a critical factor in our choice and he came through with flying colors.  His attention to detail was amazing.  He exhibited a high level of integrity, ie, he always followed through on what he said.  His professionalism and structural engineering background gave us comfort that we have a well-built house.  His team at Peak One were very competent and showed us respect for our time and choices, and were always there to answer questions and guide us through the entire process.

We would highly recommend Peak One Builders to build your custom home.  I have offered Mike to bring potential clients through our house anytime and show them what a beautiful, solid house we built.  The best thing about Mike is that he really cares.  From day one, he was fully engaged and stayed with us on every decision until completion (and still calls regularly to see if we are satisfied).

This firm provided service above and beyond!!! They took on a complicated job on short notice and did an OUTSTANDING job. They were reasonably priced and very accommodating to a difficult schedule. They were friendly and sincere and more than competent... What more could you ask for?

I had a tenant who never emptied their cats liter box.  When he moved out, the smell was so abhorrent that it didn't even smell like a litter box anymore, it surpassed any other odor this Earth has produced. Even though the litter box was kept one room, it permeated through the entire house and there was no escaping the odor, you could even smell it when approaching the house.  I was certain that the house would have to be repainted and the room with the liter box would need new drywall and the wood flooring would need to be replaced.  

I called Smell Fresh Arizona based off their Yelp reviews and I am so happy that I started here because it was a much simpler and cheaper resolution.  They did in fact get rid of the any trace of the odor.  They also opened the refrigerator while treating the house and it also removed the normal odor fridges retain when unplugged.  I highly recommend this company for your stinky problems.

This guy is a Goddamn idiot.
He did tried to turn a shower into a bathtub and absolutely screwed the whole thing up.
Save yourself a headache and find a different company for the job.

During the process of selling our home, we discovered that a new roof was in order. We acquired several bids which came in mostly in the same ballpark. However, we chose EA largely because of sales person/project manager Jake. Jake scheduled the project, it started on time and ended right on schedule. During the process, Jake was constantly involved. The crew did a great job; they really knew what they were doing and kept things about as tidy as you can when doing a project of this magnitude. (Side note: I'm glad the temps cooled off for the crew while doing this project!) We are very pleased with the outcome. Note to the owners of this company: Jake is a keeper... take care of this man!!

Service Master is the epitome of unprofessionalism.  If you want your job delayed, endlessly, for weeks on end, go ahead with this company.

They started a packing job  professionally and efficiently. They took down walls quickly and professionally. One month later and repeated requests for a timeline to finish the job (i.e., restoration) have gone unanswered.  This job should have taken at most 2 weeks - instead, my family has now been displaced for 5 weeks (and counting) because Service Master Restoration simply cannot follow through.
