I've been married to my beautiful wife Sheryl for 24 years and have two awesome boys Joey and Jon-Jon. We have lived here in Arizona for over a decade because we love the desert and the great people of Arizona. I love the great outdoors, whether its 4 wheel driving in my Jeep Wrangler, hunting, fishing, shooting guns out in the desert or just hanging out in our back yard BBQ'n and lying by the pool, I enjoy being outside. We have been blessed with many friends in our neighborhood here in the southwest valley and my family enjoys spending time with them. My family also enjoys serving in a great church here in the Valley of the Sun.
I've been in the carpet repair, cleaning and water damage Industry my whole life. I owned and operated a carpet cleaning company in Las Vegas for 12 years. I have used Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning to stretch a carpet once and to clean my carpets twice. Both services were great. The techs were very good, on time and did a great job. Scheduling was easy and service was superior. I definitely recommend and will use them again.
I have a very expensive handwoven wool rug that my puppy used as a chew toy in three different spots. I called Phoenix Carpet and Repair to see if there was anyway that I could put a bandaid on the rug until he got older and past the chewing stage to replace the rug. Kim answered the phone and was able to help me with some options. She was able to give me a preliminary quote over the phone and scheduled for a pick up of the rug the following week. Robert came out and picked the rug up. He was so nice and friendly. He looked at the damage and said they would get back to me as soon as he brought it back to the shop.
Kim called me the next day and also sent me an email. She said that they had some suggestions on how to repair one of the areas that had a lot of damage and not have to take too much of the soaring down. I agreed. She said it should take about 3 weeks.
To my surprise... I received a call about a week later to schedule delivery of the repaired rug. Robert brought the rug yesterday and I can't tell you how happy and blown away I was! They did an amazing job... no one would ever know that there was any damage to this rug! I am so impressed by the workmanship, the responsiveness, Freire sly and helpful customer service. You just don't see much of this any more. Robert mentioned to me that they not any do all carpet repairs but also cleaning, and water damage. I am a customer for life with Phoenix Carpet and Repair. The carpet stretching made a big difference & followed by the excellent cleaning. Clean & fresh smelling & not crunchy like the other carpet cleaning companies.

First time using these guys. Brandon was the tech that came out to clean my rental property's carpets. He was punctual - giving me a courtesy text message telling me he was on his way. He was professional and did a thorough job. He was a nice guy too. They were easily accomadating to the fact my property is on the 3rd floor of building. We recently used Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning for a routine cleaning. It's about the 3rd time we've used them. They do a great job! We received an email ahead of time identifying the person who would be doing the work. Brandon called before he arrived and it's his 2nd or 3rd time he's been the one to do the work. He was very courteous and thorough. Would definitely recommend their services!

Brandon was great! He took the time to vacuum and expertly water/detergent clean four rooms worth of our main open plan one story home. Loved that he didn't try to upsell me and ask more for those awful smelling disinfectants and sprays.....just very through deep cleaning of high traffic areas careful to get little passages and into closets. These are my go to carpet cleaners after trying the major ones in the area.

I am always happy with the service from Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning. I use them often for my home and pass their information along to many of my real estate clients. They are also fantastic at stretching carpet and many different carpet repairs!
Absolute pros. The carpet repair they did for pet damage actually EXCEEDS the original install. The carpet in that area is more firm, also more soft, and raised the value of my home by $1 million.

We have used Phoenix Carpet Cleaning & Repair for several years to clean, stretch & repair carpets at several of our rental homes and condos in Scottsdale and Phoenix. Thay always do a superb job and have saved us lots of money by being able to clean and repair carpets that would otherwise have had to been replaced. They show up on-time and do excellent work for a fair price. Their tech Brandon is very nice and is a true professional.
Strong bleach was spilled on carpet. I was trying to find a company that could dye or just replace that portion.
I called and they sent out a Tech the next day. He looked and we discussed options. It made more sense to replace the section.
We had spare carpet so the tech only took what he needed (about a 4 inch circle-diameter section).
We are very pleased, the service was fast and awesome!
You can't even tell where the replaced section is.

We fostered a pregnant dog who had 7 puppies in our guest room. They ate some of the carpet and soiled some of the carpet. I went to yelp and found Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning gave them a call. They repaired and cleaned the carpet, and it looks like new. My dog made an 'art project' out of my home office carpet area and I was absolutely convinced I would just have to replace the carpeting in the entire room. I randomly googled Phoenix carpet repair and this company came up. I called and spoke with the customer service representative who asked me to text her photos of the area so she could provide an estimate over the phone. She was super responsive over text and got me booked immediately. Brandon came out to perform the service- he was quick and completed the work beautifully and for a FRACTION of the cost it would have taken to replace the carpet (plus moving my office furniture- ugh!) the job was completed in literally an hour. The price point, response time and quality of work was amazing! I highly recommend!!!!

After some recent pet damage to a guest bedroom, I contacted several carpet repair companies and few got back to me, but Phoenix Carpet Repair was very quick to respond and patient with me until I made a decision to go with their service. Scheduling was very easy and I appreciated the text and email updates and how to prepare for the service. Brandon arrived well within the service window and did a great job on the repair - there really only two ways you can tell - one the spare carpet I had was cleaner than in the bedroom where it was replaced, and because I know about it! Highly recommended!

The customer service from Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaner was exceptional and timely.
My mother found the company online, called them to have the carpets in her home stretched. They scheduled an appointment for her the next day - less than 24-hours.
The owner, Robert, called my mother 30-minutes before he arrived to her home. Excellent communication skills and an expert in the field.
(He trains professionals around the country and Canada)
Before we knew, he completed the job and gave my mom a complimentary bottle of carpet cleaner.

I am so pleased with my experience with your company! I had my 8x10 oriental rug cleaned. I don't know when it was last cleaned ( or ever) and it came back so soft and in excellent condition! I even had a koolaid stain on the cream colored part and and I don't even know where it was now because they got the stain out. The company picked my rug up, and dropped it off and laid it out for me upon return. The service was so friendly and always was in communication with me as to when I could expect a return etc.
I debated spending my money getting a new rug instead of having this piece cleaned and I am so happy with my choice.
Very pleased with the repair and cleaning of my carpet by Brandon. I would definitely use this company again.

This company is so professional and thorough. Brandon repaired a large carpet tear on our bottom stair and it looks amazing! He also cleaned our carpets and did a stellar job. Efficient, communication was great. I HIGHLY recommend this company for all your carpet cleaning and repair needs.
In just 45 minutes, Brandon solved an annoying problem of many years by re-stretching our carpets. It seems so simple for someone who knows what they are doing. Highly recommend this firm.
I am terrible at completing Reviews. I get busy and forget to do it, but, with this company, I am taking the time to do this review. Phoenix Carpet, Repair & Cleaning deserve the accolades and praise. I used them on two different occasions.
First - in April 2021 we had new carpet installed throughout our home. We traveled in June 2021 and one of our doggies decided to dig a hole in the carpet in our Master bedroom. Our house sitter was speechless, but when we got home, I Googled Carpet Repair companies. I decided to go with Phoenix Carpet and Repair solely because of the review. They were able to set an appointment quickly and cut out the shredded carpet and put a perfect replacement piece in. Even though the carpet was only 3 months old the replacement piece was noticeable. I had Phoenix Carpet come back to clean the carpet in the room. It was amazing - the replacement piece was unnoticeable, just like new.
Second - Since we do have two medium-sized dogs I do typically have the carpets in our home cleaned every 8-12 months. At the beginning of February 2022, I scheduled an appointment with Phoenix Carpet Cleaning. Once again AMAZING! (I forgot the name of the technician), but he was outstanding. While he was here, I also had a sectional couch in our TV room which is over 6 years old cleaned and it is like new.
I recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning and suggest that they be your first and only call for anything carpet. They are reasonably priced, and you will not be disappointed.

This is my second time using this company. The first was for carpet cleaning in a different house. This time, we had ripples in our carpet and called this company for a re-stretching. Not only were they on time, but called and asked if they could come early! Technicians were very friendly and gave me tips on how to avoid carpet rippling in the future and what had most likely caused the issue. Will definitely use them in the future.

Very happy with the results. He stretched carpet in one room and it looks like new. Cleaned the rest of the carpet and it turned out great. Will definitely use them for all future carpet cleanings.
We were so happy with the last experience we had them return to power stretch the carpet in the rest of the house. Brandon arrived masked (important these days!) and on time. He went over the estimate again and got to work even before the movers showed up. I don't know how our pot-bellied dog squeezed under the bed to vomit but Brandon got that stain out as well as some printer ink in the office. After the carpets were all cleaned they looked like new. Great job, great pricing. We have used Phoenix Carpet for a few years now and they are our favorite carpet cleaning place so far. They do an exceptional job and really care about getting your space as clean as possible. They are also professional, courteous, and thoughtful.
My son recently put Clorox bleach on the carpet after spilling red Gatorade. I was so upset and unsure how to deal with a bleached carpet but they made it so easy with great communication! Robert was amazing he was very quick , efficient and kind and left the carpet looking amazing ! I can't even tell where the bleach spot used to be ! I definitely recommend!
One year ago, this company dyed 8 bleached spots of my carpet in two bedrooms. After one year, I can say that I still cannot tell exactly where the spots used to be. I'm so thankful to the technician who dyed the carpet for me and saved me from a costly full carpet replacement. Had them clean 2 rooms of carpet and 2 sofa beds and a chair. They were courteous and prompt and very engaging. The office gave us an approximate. of cost and a date. Brandon cleaned everything and explained what he did as he worked. There was a small problem that occurred we noticed the next day and they came back with a prompt day and time to take care of the problem. The promptness of taking care of the problem impressed both my wife and myself. Usually most companies put something like that off for quite awhile complaining about how busy they are now. We changed out flooring in our hallway but left the carpet in the bedrooms. Phoenix Carpet and Repair were amazing in getting one carpet stretched, retacked, and good as new!!!

Called them out to replace padding that dog had urinated on under hallway carpet, did a great job and excellent customer service, used sir carpet previously and was not happy with them, will use Phoenix carpet repair for now on.

Highly recommend this company. My carpet had buckled and needed cleaning. They repaired the buckle so it was invisible and the carpet looks immaculately clean. We had a few areas of damage from pets and an area where carpet and tile meet that was worn that we wanted to get fixed. We got a quote online (which was easy to complete and they responded too in a timely manner). When we called to schedule, they were very professional and helpful and got us on the schedule for the next day or two! Our technicians (Robert and Nate) actually arrived early to our home and were patient and understanding with us arriving as we were leaving work to make our arrival window. They called before and when they arrived so we had a good line of communication with them. The work they did is AMAZING! You can't even tell there was damage there before! Nate was training and just by being present you could see the deep well of knowledge he was getting from Robert. We are so glad we picked this group to do the repairs and would highly recommend them to anyone (and we'll be keeping their contact information incase we need work done in the future)!
Our puppy had pulled our carpet back about two feet, chewed the carpet and chewed up the padding. This company was reasonable in price, on time, explained our options, did a great repair job and was very cleanly.
Brandon & Nate did an amazing job on both cleaning and repairing the carpet in our rental - when my dog had anxiety he would would scratch and pull at the carpet all the way through to the concrete! They were able to fix the damage by using a piece from a closet and none of it is noticeable - ALL of the carpet looks brand new - AMAZING for inexpensive rental carpet - FANTASTIC JOB! I would highly recommend!!

Just moved into a new home & wanted to have our carpets cleaned. Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning did a great job at making it seem like brand new! Brandon had guards for the corners so the hoses wouldn't scratch the walls. He was very careful on our non-carpet floors & made sure to seek out any areas we wanted specific help with. Was very pleased with the swiftness & quality done!
We just had Amos here replacing a section of carpet and he did an amazing job! He was on time, courteous and conversational! He did quick and clean work and tested the spot he replaced multiple times to make sure it blended well and stayed in place. If we have any future repair needs we will certainly be calling again!

This company is outstanding! My carpet looks brand new thanks to Brandon at Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning! I have two dogs, a cat, and roommates who had completely dirtied the carpets in my home so much that you could see a trail in areas where everyone had walked to most. I tried to clean what I could with just a basic carpet machine from Walmart but it only seemed to make it worse. Now I no longer see those trails and have fresh clean carpet to walk on. Highly recommend using this company if you want your carpets to look like new!

I wasn't sure what to do after I accidentally bleached the carpet in a short term rental. I called Phoenix Carpet Repair because they had a super high rating with consumers. Amos was great! He came out in a timely manner and took care of the stain on our rug. It was a stubborn stain but he made sure to try various methods to ensure the best outcome and customer satisfaction. Great company!
Called Phoenix carpet repair to have carpet stretched in a recently remodeled area.Technician was on time very courteous and knowledgeable. Our repair was finished within an hour great service. I would definitely recommend Phoenix carpet repair and cleaning.
Was able to come same day to fix a hole in my carpet. Arrived on time and technician was very friendly and made sure the carpet piece was secure and glued down properly before he left.
I had a small delaminated area on my carpet. They showed up when they said they were going to. I had to pay a small trip fee because I live in Florence but it wasn't a big deal as I am out here and getting quality workman can be a pain. They repaired the carpet in about 45 minutes and it looks good as new. A bit pricey, but better than having to replace the entire carpet at a cost of thousands of dollars. Highly recommend.
After adding a tile wall to our master bedroom, we need to have the carpet cut, stretched and put back on the carpet tacking. Brandon with Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning came and did an amazing job!! He was on time, professional, cleaned up after the job. He also took all the COVID-19 precautions, with wearing a mask, gloves, etc. Highly recommend this company.

Phoenix carpet repair was quick and efficient! Our carpet was torn up by a dog on Tuesday and by Friday we had our carpet repaired! They took carpet from a closet to patch the spot! It obviously isn't perfect because it's in a high traffic area with carpet from a closet that doesn't have any traffic, but it looks way better. We plan on replacing the carpet soon anyway. Would highly recommend!
My experience from 1/2 hour notice which I requested and Brandon followed through on to the completion of my carpet repair and cleaning was a five star experience.
Brandon arrived 1/2 hour after his notifcation and reviewed repair with me explained what needed to be completed. He did an amazing job the area had to be patched in and you can not identify where it was.
He utilized time well by starting with repair so he could allow to set during the cleaning of another room. Then he was able to clean room where repair was completed.
I have been converted will only use Phoenix carpet and repair & cleaning from now on.

I was pretty certain it was time to replace it; however, I wanted the opinion of a carpet repair expert first. I conducted a Google search and found Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning. Brandon came out and stretched the carpet in 4 different rooms for us. He was very efficient, vacuumed, and did great work in our closet where the closet system was install on top of the carpet. I felt very comfortable with Brandon in my home and the quality of work he provided. The girls providing the quotes and scheduling were transparent and helpful. They even scheduled movers to help us with the furniture. My only complaint is the movers (separate company) showed up unmasked and we did not have disposable masks to give them. I never asked about this ahead of time as I thought this was common practice for companies now atleast with all the ones we interacted with. Brandon did show up with a mask and stayed masked the entire time. As homeowner we also wore masks to protect them as well as ourselves. I would hire Phoenix carpet repair again in a heart beat and have zero complaints. If you use any movers in conjunction ask about their mask policy or have extras to hand out. Masking helps protect everyone and we should all do our part.

This is the 4th time I've used Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning. I've never had a bad experience and I'll continue to be loyal to them. I Had a spot in my home where the carpet was coming up and had bad edge fraying where it met up with floor tile. I called Phoenix Carpet Repair and they were able to show up the next day. Robert, the owner showed up ON TIME. He was cheerful, friendly, and very professional. He took all the covid-19 precautions, masks, gloves, hand sanitizer etc. The repair took about 40 minutes and was an outstanding job. He re-stretched, re-tacked and trimmed the frayed edge. Now it looks like there never was an issue in that spot ever. The pricing was very reasonable and a lot cheaper than getting new carpet. I highly recommend this company.

We recently purchased a home with carpeted bedrooms. The carpet was in good condition, but had ripples in a number of areas and needed to be stretched and trimmed. Outstanding service! We were at the end of a rental move out and figured we'd rent a carpet cleaner and save a few dollars by shampooing the carpets ourselves. WHAT WERE WE THINKING?! The experience with Phoenix Carpet Repairs was exceptional from start to finish. The person I spoke with on the phone to start was helpful and polite. When we booked they sent a picture of the repair person. - Robert (turned out to be the owner) in front of the truck so we knew what to expect. This was so reassuring and it established them right away as a company that is concerned for its customers.
As for the repair. Robert was right on time, very pleasant and did a great job fixing the hole our puppy created in our carpet.
Should the need arise we wil definitely use them again.
We hired Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning when moving out of the apartment we rented for the past 4 years. The carpet had a ton of pulling/folding (which we learned was from poor installation) as well as a few spots where our cat licked the carpet into tufts. I was able to get a same week appointment. The man who came to clean the carpet was on time (big plus!) and efficient in his work. He not only stretched the carpet, but also cleaned the carpet and repaired the lick spots (he trimmed it much better than we were able to prior to the cleaning). The carpet looked brand new when he was finished!

Excellent customer service, a rarity these days. My appointment was made, I immediately received email confirmation, I received an email reminder a couple of days before my appt., my technician called a half hour before arrival, and he arrived on time! We had been putting off having our carpet stretched and cleaned for several years. Well the day finally came and I called Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning. They arranged Firehouse Movers to come move all the furniture out of that world rooms, then Brandon did a fantastic job on the carpet. We had some pretty major ripples in our office, no matter how much I tried squashing them when I was that room. The carpet, and the rooms, now look really good! From start to finish this was a pretty painless process. We are already planning on having Phoenix Carpet come back out and clean our basement Berber carpet. I have no hesitation referring Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning to anyone looking.

I had badly damaged and dirty old carpet with lots of stains. Brandon from Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning did a wonderful job! The repairs are hardly noticeable and my carpet looks beautiful. I will definitely change carpet cleaning companies to them.

Brandon came to clean carpets, couches and chairs, then headed over to a rental property to clean carpet again (new puppy accidents) and repair carpet (puppy chewing). By the way, several years ago this company got a red stain out of carpet for us that two other companies had told us was impossible to remove. Happy with their serivce.

From start to finish, excellent experience. Accurate over-the-phone pricing, once I made the appointment, they followed up with confirming email, and then the day of, they called 30 minutes in advance and showed up exactly when scheduled. Robert, the tech, was a super nice guy and he went in and worked his magic and all the hills and dales in my guestroom *poof*---were gone! COR Movers was recommended to move the furniture in and out and they too were reasonably priced and really nice guys---they even helped me remake the bed, and everyone knows what a bear it is to get a bedskirt on all by yourself.
I will definitely use them again and am happy to recommend. The re-stretching of the carpet will give us many more years of use in an infrequently used room.
I also understand from Yelps that they are wizards at carpet-cleaning as well!

I have pets. Any pet owner knows what that means. I have been hiding spots, stains, rips and tears from my friends and family by moving furniture around, putting down rugs, and wearing out Rug Doctor carpet cleaning machines. Still wanting to make the best of my investment, I called Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning. I'm thrilled with what they could do in 5 hours. They stretched sagging carpet, repaired worn thresholds that transitioned between tile and carpet, replaced carpet tacks, stitched matching carpet where it couldn't be repaired, and then they professionally cleaned my carpet. The fibers are standing up, it smells fresh and feels clean again. Yes, it's true, it was NOT $59 for 3 rooms, instead it looks like I spent $5k on new carpet throughout.
Just finished my second time using Phoenix Carpet. They are excellent and highly recommend them. Did my 2nd annual cleaning entirely then the web, quick and easy and they provided a nice loyalty discount.

We just purchased a home and it needed the carpet cleaned. The previous owners had a dog and my husband is allergic to dogs. We need carpet cleaning, re-stretching and some new pad in one of our rooms following the big monsoon at the end of September. Phoenix Carpet Repair was professional from start to finish and the carpet looks great. I also had s couple of rooms cleaned and spots (dogs) addressed. We had a termite infestation via a crack in the concrete slab that runs from the garage through the master bedroom. We needed someone to pull back the carpet and pads so the exterminators could drill along the crack and pump termite poison into the holes.
Russ, the tech from Phoenix Carpet Repair was on time (right on the heels of the exterminators), and knew what needed to be done. When the exterminators finished in the bedroom, Russ put the carpet back perfectly such that you can't tell that it was disturbed.
Brandon did a great job. He was helpful, nice, professional, and the outcome was perfect. Price was fair and scheduling was easy. I will definitely use again.

I called Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning to stretch my bedroom carpet and remove a couple of wrinkles. The company was exceptionally responsive and very easy to communicate with. The professional front office staff was able to fully answer all of my questions and made certain that I had a complete picture of what I needed to do to resolve my problem. They even coordinated with a moving company and arranged to have 2 movers available to handle the furniture that needed to be removed before the carpet stretching. On the scheduled day both the movers (Firehouse Moving Company) and Phoenix Carpet Repair's technician (Brandon) arrived exactly on time. My furniture was carefully removed (including disassembly of my bed frame) and then Brandon began his work power stretching the carpet. Brandon is exceptionally talented, professional in every respect, and obviously has many years of experience in doing carpet repair. After about an hour Brandon was finished, and my room was cleaned and vacuumed. The Firehouse movers put the furniture back in place and the room looked as it did an hour or so earlier (except the carpet wrinkles were gone). My wife and I are extremely pleased and impressed by the entire operation from beginning to end. Should we ever have a carpet issue arise in the future, we will be call Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning. Highly recommend!
The beater bar on my vacuum had snagged the Berber carpet in a bedroom and pulled a long strand out of the carpet backing right where the carpet met the bathroom tile. A nice sized chunk of carpet was unraveled! Brandon was able to stretch the carpet so it looks like new. He truly worked a miracle. Brandon did an AMAZING job fixing my carpet. There were 2 spots that had been destroyed by my dogs and another covered in bright pink and blue paint from the previous owners. I called and they were able to come out the next day and showed up right when they were supposed to. My carpet looks good as new and you can't even tell where the previous damage was. I will definitely use this company in the future!

Brandon arrived on schedule. We needed the loft carpet re-stretched, and carpet and stairs cleaned as we had a recent water leak from the ceiling. He assessed the situation and tried to do the easiest fix first but it didn't work. He then opened a seam by a bedroom door, trimmed the excess carpet and resealed the seam. The carpet was then cleaned and scotch guarded and left to dry overnight. This morning it looked wonderful and no sign of where the carpet was repaired. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend his work to everyone who asks. Robert from Phoenix Carpet Cleaning and Repair came out today to pull back the carpet and padding for termite treatments in the slab running 3/4 the length of my house. He explained everything he did and took the extra time to answer my questions and address my concerns. I was particularly pleased that he was able to return same day to put everything back together and it looks good as new! Also, I have to note that they were great with corresponding with me via email to get everything scheduled. I work long hours and am on the phone much of the day - this was very convenient and very much appreciated!

They also gave us a 30 minute window for their arrival time, which is better than most companies which seem to give you a 4 hour block of time to be home for them. That was a nice surprise. Brandon did the work in our house and was professional and courteous the entire time. All in all, a positive experience.
I do not write reviews unless my socks are knocked off by a company. This company was so speedy and friendly. Amos was very clean, efficient, and quick. I wanted carpet repaired in a room and ended up cleaning the room he repaired too. Highly recommended. I will be asking for Amos next time I need carpet cleaning. These guys are awesome, I called Friday at 5pm because my puppy destroyed my carpet in a bedroom and they were able to schedule first thing Monday morning. Robert and Joey were super sweet and explained what they were going to do to correct the damage. Much cheaper then replacing the whole upstairs. Had Phoenix carpet out about 3 years ago to stretch carpet in a couple of areas they did a good job and gave me a two year warranty. After about 2 1/2 years or so the wrinkles started to come back up so I called to ask them about it and they sent the owner out to take a look and he looked at it and said even though it was out of warranty I will still take care of it.so I scheduled an appointment for them to come out and stretch the carpet in the master bedroom as well and clean carpet in 3 rooms. The technician they sent out Danny did an awesome job very friendly and knowledgeable. Everybody I dealt with from the people answering the phones to the owner to the technician were awesome I would highly recommend this company.

Phoenix Carpet Repair is awesome!!
I called to get a quote on Thursday for a few minor carpet repairs (damn dogs) and was told it would cost $275 for everything. The representative told me they had an open time slot the following day (Friday) from 2pm to 4:30pm. I had to talk it over with my better half and didn't end up calling back until Friday morning. They were able to have someone out to my house that afternoon.
Rob was super nice and had everything done within 1.5 hours. The carpet looks great! You can't even tell there's new carpet there! The best part is that they charged the same amount they quoted, which is rare.
The only reason I'm giving them four stars and not five is because I'd mentioned a little area off to the side that just needed to be nailed/stapled down but it was still unattached after he left. I'm sure he just forgot and you can't even really tell so I'll probably just try to do it myself.
All in all, a great experience!

Dan was our tech and he was excellent!! Called before arriving and arrived on time as scheduled.
Made a couple of repairs to the carpet at the entry ways and they look like new.
Carpet looks as good as ever after cleaning. Dan used wall corner protectors and was very respectful of everything. I will be asking for him for my next carpet cleaning.
I was pleased with their professionalism and communication from the start. The tech was able to repair my Berber carpet from the extra spare supply I had and it turned out great. I had two rooms cleaned and they both looked great after cleaning as well. I will use this company again in the future.

I have two dogs my newest dog is only one year old and has been urinating im my home. I began seeing lots of stains throughout the house and the carpet was starting to smell. my dog's put a big hole in my carpet and I thought I was going to have to replace all the carpet in my home. I searched Yelp to look for a carpet cleaning company I reviewed all of the great reviews this company received I didn't know that you could repair carpet so I gave them a call they came out the next day they fixed the hole in my carpet and the cleaning was absolutely wonderful my carpet looks brand new my carpet is about 12 years old and it looks absolutely great with two dogs they cleaned every stain on my carpet. So pleased with my clean carpets. This company really works miracles. I have 4 animals and there are NO traces of them on my floors anymore. Danny took care of my house as he moved around cleaning and was courteous and punctual.
Had some carpet fixed a few days ago from our puppy chewing a hole. Called and got a quote based on the size of the hole. Had great help and customer service on the phone. They email you your confirmation with a picture of who will be coming over. Dan came exactly between the time frame we agreed on and even called 30 min before he got here. Had the job done in less then a hour. Carpet looks great! Will def use the company again! Highly recommend them!
We had a live plant in our bedroom. And despite our efforts to protect the carpet from any stain-by putting plastic and other coverings down--the carpet still got stained. It was pretty ugly. We thought we would have to buy all new carpeting for our bedroom (or maybe the whole house because all of the carpeting is the same).
We googled carpet repair, and Phoenix Carpet Repair came up. After looking at all of the reviews, it looked like they would be our answer. Rich came out within days of our call. We did have some carpet remnants. He picked the best one. Our repair area was about 2 feet by 2 feet. We watched him while he did his work. It was very interesting. He explained what he was doing, and why he was doing it. He also was very careful to explain that anytime you are cutting out carpet and replacing it, it likely won't look EXACTLY like it did before. We said we understood that.
After he was done, I can say that even though I am looking at where I know there was damage, I really cannot tell there has been a repair.
The professionalism, courtesy of his staff, and the excellent end result leads me to highly recommend this company for anyone who has carpet damage.
In fact, a good FYI for anyone, we tried to clean the carpet stain with our Bissell carpet cleaner before he came. It did not work. Rich said that maybe if we had not done that, with all of the heat and chemicals, he might have been able to remove the stain with his methods without actually replacing the carpet. That wasn't a guarantee, but it told me that if I ever have a problem like this again, before trying to fix it myself, I'll give them a call.
Phoenix Carpet Repair is also Northern Az Carpet Repair and Cleaning. I found them from there outstanding reviews when trying to locate someone for my uncles home in Camp Verde. His 13 year old carpet was very good quality but was not installed properly and had ripples in 3 bedrooms and a living area and some pet stains. From the time I contacted the office I was provided professional and courteous service with a clear explanation of what they would do. The day prior to my appointment, my technician Brandon called me to see if he could arrive early and then called me 30 minutes prior to his arrival the following day. Brandon reviewed everything he would do and provided me the final estimate prior to starting. He stretched and cut every room of carpet and then finished with cleaning. We are putting the house up for sale and I was absolutely amazed at the finished product. The carpet looks brand new. What we paid was definitely worth every penny, and was a fraction of what it would have cost to replace all of the carpet. I highly recommend this company and tech, Brandon, as he is prompt, professional and very experienced and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and repair.
Office staff was very friendly and the appointment was easily made to repair our carpet and followed by an email confirmation. On the day of the appointment I received a text letting me know when they would be arriving. The Technician was also friendly and completed the job within a half hour. He did such a great job I could barely tell where the repair was made. Highly recommend. The quality of the work is first rate and we could not be happier with the result.

Excellent service from Brian and Dave following a small kitchen flood that leaked into the bedroom. They were the first service I called that could give me a firm time for an appointment, then beat that time. Couldn't have pleased me more because the smell was getting really rank.

Overall I'm pretty happy with the Brian's performance. I did have unusually high expectations that he'd be able to get out some of the pink and purple stains left by the previous owners' daughter but alas, a standard cleaning was no match for pink girl stains.
I believe Brian did the best job he could and was able to get a deep clean to at least sanitize my carpet from the previous owners' lack of carpet care maintenance. Although I'm sure Robert could repair the real bad spots, these carpets, the carpet in general needs to replaced. That is another tale for another time.
As far as Brian goes, he was able to give me an accurate quote over the phone with the information provided. He kept in good communication with me and let me know a previous appointment took longer than expected which was appreciated. Although I had high expectations and hopes that he would be able to get out the tough stains, he did tell me ahead of time prior to performing the work about the areas he said he'd have trouble with so I was well informed going into it that some of these stains wouldn't come up with a standard cleaning.
To anyone out there with really tough stains and old carpet, it may be worthwhile to just replace it if you can afford it, otherwise, Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning can do a good job of at least sanitizing it or repairing small areas. Don't jump to conclusions about the website's before and after photos as those are of their repair service photos, not their cleaning service photos. Two different things.
I would recommend these guys and I would call them again if I needed more work done.

I would definitely recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair. From the beginning with Kim who responded to my inquiries by email within hours and setting up my appointment. All charges were explained in detail, to include cancellation. On the day of my appt I received a courtesy call from the technician on his arrival time needless to say I was skeptical because I it was the day after the rainfall record and street were still flooded. But there stood Ray at my door on time. Ray explain what he would have to do yo repair my carpet and also suggested that I should consider replacing in the near future. I received a call from the tech before he reached my home. He was equally professional and nice. He greeted my dog, and went right to work. He consulted me on items/choices. I had a few patches of carpet in my apartment that were damaged by my Welsh Corgi puppy, which likely needed removed and replaced with fresh carpet. After reading some of the reviews here on Yelp, I decided to give Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning a shot.
After calling them to explain what I needed patched, I was expecting to set up a date for repair sometime over the next week... nah - they were at my place within 30 minutes, tools in hand. Amazing!
The carpet repair looks excellent. Very prompt & professional service - and reasonably priced as well! Give these guys a shot.

Robert did an amazing job repairing some pretty serious puppy damage to our carpet. While we were away, our dogs pulled up the carpet and shredded the pad. I thought for sure we were going to have to replace all of the carpet in the hallway. I called, and within 45min, Robert was at our house repairing the damage; he even had the same carpet pad. He gave us a fair price and the work was done quickly. Thank goodness for Phoenix carpet repair! This is the second company we've used, and this will be our go to company from now on.

Petty, Unprofessional, and in serious need of lessons in customer service. Kim was rude, argumentative and tried to bully me into a fee for their lack of communication. They illegally sent us to collections after not responding to my email complaint. We never received an appointment confirmation, a response to an email we sent, nor a bill for what they sent us too collections for. I am filing a complaint with BBB.
I have a little puppy at home who peed and pooped on my carpet and it was pretty dirty, now that he's potty trained and won't pee on the carpet anymore I decided to have my carpet cleaned. The costumer service was so nice when I called and she was really detailed and gave me a really good price. Not only that but the carpet cleaning was amazing too! Their schedule is flexible and they came right on time.
Phoenix Carpet Repair was highly recommended on my neighborhood FB group. I had them clean the carpet in the rental I was moving out of, as well as the new home I purchased. They also did a small piece carpet replacement at the new house.
The carpets in the rental were white - well, used to be white. Even though they didn't look great when we moved in, and we were only there 8 months, I felt responsible to have them cleaned. Wow! They are white again! AMAZING!

We had a fantastic experience with this company today. We had a very unsightly pet stain in a high traffic part of the house. Not only did Phoenix Carpet Repair give me a free quote over the phone, within hours they were at the house making my carpet look like new again! They were able to replace the stained carpet with new carpet making it look completely seamless with the existing carpet. The customer service and repair was amazing. I would recommend them to everyone!!!
A burned out extension cord attached to an iron being used in a room with carpet produced a burnt mark that was not going to be removed with soap and water.
We called Phoenix Carpet Repair and they came to our home. Two very professional
guys arrived within their 2 hour window, all be it at the end of that two hour window. We had extra carpet for them to use, the technician cut out the burn and replaced it which you can not tell has been done. So great job. The $175.00 was very high for a 20 minute job, but they probably figure verses the cost of new carpet for the room makes it the better choice.

I contacted Phx Carpet Repair & Cleaning yesterday afternoon when my tenant moved out of my home in Peoria. The carpets and stairs needed to be cleaned and stretched and they were there today. They were prompt, called with the cost after measuring, and finished when they said they would. The carpets look amazing!!! We will continue to recommend the company any opportunity we can. I was told 3pm was the last appointment so I booked for 3. Had to leave work early to be home on time. Tech didn't show up till just before 4pm. Told him I was pretty unhappy about this, since it cost me $. He apologized and said the appt before mine was a rush. Seriously? Then I began to move furniture while he stood there and watched. Had to prod him to help. Re cleaning, results as expected, clean and raked carpet. Def don't need to pay to be frustrated - will find a floor cleaning company with better service.

Stop your search right now!! Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning is the only company that you should use for your carpet needs. I called upon this company with intentions of getting a temporary fix prior to having my carpet replaced. I am ashamed to say my carpet was that bad. Not only did Danny show up on time and was extremely professional, he literally saved my carpet. It absolutely looks like I had new carpet installed. Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning has exceeded any expectations that I may have had and they now have a customer for life. They are miracle workers. Period!!
They came to our house in Estrella for a cleaning, gave a price range variance of $40 or so based on what we said over the phone. Told them we had a large great room and one bedroom to do. The guy called the office when he showed up and then instantly told us it was the higher price. Cleaned the carpets in about 45 minutes. When we asked about two small stains (3 inches) that didn't come out, he said that would have been extra, and was out the door! Would have been nice to know given that we paid about $60 more than the last company we had 6 months prior who also did two additional rooms. Unfortunately we forgot who the previous company was, until we received a post card as a reminder unfortunately 2 weeks too late! We were also expecting an Estrella resident discount as they stated in their local ad. Obviously didn't happen. 2 stars for showing up on time.
I am very impressed with the service and professionalism of Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning. I have used them twice. Each time I receive a prompt call back or email when making my reservation. Followed by a written estimate for the repair. Neither time have I been charged additional fees. The recent repair was for stretching of my carpet. Danny did an AWESOME job of re-stretching the carpet. It was a 200% improvement. He is a true carpet professional that has been in the business for 16+ years ---and is shows! He was very diligent about making sure the carpet was laying properly. In addition to that he was very customer oriented and polite! What a pleasant surprise..... I called Wednesday morning and they gave me a quote over the phone and said they could have someone out that afternoon. My technician Jason was awesome and honest and I appreciated that. I had some dog repairs, a burn spot and red kool-aid spot. They were able to knock everything out even the kool-aid spot. I will be using them again for carpet cleaning once my home sells.

I had Phoenix Carpet Repair clean my carpets a few months ago. The technician was timely, professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. The stains that he cleaned have not reappeared and the carpets still look good. During his visit I asked him to stretch the carpets and reattach the carpet at the tacks. Needed my carpets stretched a little. Called these guys for 1 to 3 pm on a Saturday. They called me and said a call fell thru and could they show up early. That was very cool. Knocked the job out in about an hour and a half. My carpets have no more waves in them. They look really good. I was pleased with the work they did and will recommend them in the future.

First class customer service. I got an appointment for the next day to clean two sofas, a rug and dining room chairs. Received an email introducing the technician who was going to arrive ....with his picture! So when I answered the door I felt comfortable letting him into our home. He did a wonderful job and was professional and considerate. I would highly recommend this company!

Awesome work. After a mini flood, I needed my pad removed, the carpet dried and restretched. It would have been nice if they could provide a fan. The carpet cleaning is actually another service, contracted separately.

I had a carpet repair done by Robert. He is anal about arrival time - not a minute late. His sense of humor was wonderful. The repair was perfect. Could not have been better!
Just had them stretch and clean my carpets. Took the recommendations of yelp and couldn't be more pleased. Their whole operation is so professional. The work was done well and in a professional way. First rate.
I talked with Jenny at Phoenix Carpet repair and she was able to fit me in last minute to fix some bubbles in our carpet. Rob, the tech, gave me a heads up call that he was on his way and showed up right on time. This guy was awesome. He worked his way around the room like he was working on his own floors. The bubbles are gone and the carpet practically looks new again. I almost wish I had more bubbles for them to fix! Thanks Rob, for your hard work, and thanks to the rest of the crew at Phoenix Carpet Repair!

Amazing company. From Kim the office manager to the guy who came out to clean my carpets, everything was top notch. The carpets were like new when he was done and the price was very fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!
Without question I would recommend Robert - Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning. for service on distressed carpets. My problem was RED STAIN on a light color carpet . I was told it is impossible to remove.
Well, not only did he remove the stain, but he came the same day I called.

I have used Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning twice before to have poorly installed carpeting stretched into place and was thrilled with the work they did. So this time I used them to just clean all the carpets. Danny was the technician who came - on time - and did a wonderful job with all the rooms that were in need of his good service. I will use them again because I can depend on the job being done right.

I needed to have carpet in my home stretched in three rooms and have carpet cleaned in another room. I chose Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning due to all of the great reviews and they did not disappoint. Excellent customer service from the time I scheduled the appointment to the time everything was completed. Danny came out to complete the work and he did an excellent job. He called me to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time I could not have been happier with the work he did. Thanks again Danny. This place rocks! I had a very expensive carpet installed by Lowes 4 yrs ago and it had rippled around 2 of the walls. Lowes, of course, would not help repair the crappy install problem so I got this company to help. They did a fantastic job re-stretching and cleaning this carpet and 3 other rms. Dan worked really hard and was completely professional.The carpet looks like new again, Thank YOU!
I called on a Tuesday morning to see when or if this company could stretch some carpets that never came back after a recent cleaning by another company. I spoke with Robert who very clearly explained my options. Keith, the technician was at my house in about an hour and did a fabulous job restoring the carpeting in two small bedrooms of my home. I will definitely use this company for future carpet and tile cleaning and repair. I found pricing to be very reasonable and service to be prompt, courteous and efficient.

Not only was I was completely satisfied with the friendliness of the technician (Keith), but the speed and quality of work. I was expecting a chop shop sales gig up-sell service (we've all been there) but Phx Carpet Repair and Keith were straightforward, professional and super easy to work with. Bravo, I wish more companies had their style of professionalism and service.
Needed my carpet cleaned and originally had a Groupon coupon for a different company. The other company wasn't able to fill the appointment in the time frame I needed, but after finding Phoenix Carpet via Yelp, Phoenix Carpet was able to schedule the appointment. They scheduled it a Saturday and for the time frame I needed (big bonus for me).We managed the quote over the phone and the final price ended up being $20 less because one of the areas was smaller than normal - nice! They offered to repair a small area that had worn too. They let me pay via phone on the day of the appointment since I needed to send my BF to meet the technician as well. All in all, very friendly, very cooperative and best of all, the carpet looks great! Will definitely be calling them again next time my carpets need cleaned.
Called this morning and spoke with Kim regarding price and availability. She was able to get someone out this afternoon to clean my carpets. Hector called 30 minutes prior to his arrival and when he got here he got right to work. My carpets look fantastic and Hector was very professional and friendly. I will absolutely call this company again for my carpet cleaning.

Hector did an amazing job getting my carpet clean. The condo I bought was filthy, huge amounts of black stains and seriously bad traffic marks. He got it all out. It was amazing and everyone who saw the before and after was impressed. He was on time and very courteous. Thanks so much for saving my carpet.
I had a bleached out area of carpet. Called Phoenix Carpet Repair and it was fixed in under 3 hours. The technician, Jason, was prompt and did a great job. I am so relieved it didn't have to be replaced.
Was very happy to find Phoenix Carpet Repair (PCR). I had a room and hallway very wet after rain water came thru a ceiling. Thought I could dry it out myself but after 5 days of it not really drying, realized I needed pros and called PCR. The owner Robert came by 3 hours later with fans he put under the carpet and a nice smelling spray which was welcome because an odor had started forming from the carpet being wet for so long. 2 days later after it fully dried, a different person came by to complete cleaning up the area. Fortunately the carpet pad had no mildew, and if it did, PCR was prepared to change the pad. While they were out fixing this, I had the rest of my carpet cleaned and that too went well. They got out some stains I had always figured would be there forever. Happy my carpets are clean, but even happier with them getting my rain drenched carpets fixed. For this type of water damage, I strongly suggest contacting pros to fix it, and Phoenix Carpet Repair is my go-to place.
I called early on a Friday morning realizing that I needed my carpets stretched at my new home ASAP before the movers arrived later that day. I held out little hope of actually finding a company who could come with such short notice. Amazingly, Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning was able to send someone out within 2 hours of when I called. Jason came out, was incredibly professional, and had the carpets stretched to perfection in just over an hour. I was so pleased that I had him do the carpet cleaning the same day as well. Well worth the money spent.

Rob came to my house yesterday to complete some repair work and carpet stretching. He was right on time, professional, and did a great job. The repairs were so seamless (no pun intended) that you couldn't tell it was not all original carpet. I was very please with their work and will certainly hire them again in the future.

We had 2 large carpets that were doing the wave and needed to be stretched . Robert called to confirm his appointment (unheard of)and then he was refreshingly 15 minutes early!!!
He and his assistant were friendly and polite. They worked quickly and did a great job! Our carpets are laying straight once again. They created minimal mess and cleaned up after themselves.
They are very nice people and we would call them again should we need carpet repair!

I could not be happier with Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning for the carpet cleaning service provided for a home I inherited and am preparing to rent. I initially selected this company because of the unsatisfactory reviews posted for what I consider to be the top three franchise companies. I further researched Rosie on the House approved contractors and found this company, which, frankly, I was not familiar with. I called for a service quote and was given a clear and concise answer - there was no upselling, if's, and's or but's about anything. Spot stain treating was included. I was told they had a service window that fit my schedule for Sat. service. After mulling over the information I was given, I called back to schedule the service. My service tech, Dan was on time and friendly, and quickly got to work, investigating what preliminary treatments would be needed. He thoroughly vacuumed the home, and then began to treat spotted areas. This was followed up with a thorough cleaning and raking. He provided me with some booties to check the work as he was putting his equipment away. There were no surprises when it came time to pay - the quote I got was the amount I paid. I returned to the property a week later, after it had dried and was just as pleasantly surprised to see that the carpet looked great! If you would like to do business with a local company that does what they say they will do, and does not overcharge for truly professional service, I'd highly recommend that you consider utilizing Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning.

By far, the best carpet cleaning service I've ever had! The technicians were professional and very knowledgeable of my carpet repair problem (carpet wrinkling) and took care of the problem in no time. After the cleaning, my carpet looks GREAT! My only concern was the carpet needed more drying time than what I was told (at least 24 hours to dry completly) but again carpet looks GREAT! I will definately be a repeat customer.
AWESOME service! The staff on the phone, as well as the repair staff (Alan) we very helpful! They actually showed up early to the appointment, were quick, and did great work. They repaired 2 spots in my apartment- gave me a great deal and you can't even tell where the spots are anymore! USE THIS PLACE!!

I needed my carpets restretched and stitched, but was having trouble finding a carpet repair company. I found Phoenix Carpet Repair on another website with some great reviews. All the reviews were spot on. Robert gave me a fair price over the phone, was at my home 2 days later and my carpet was back to looking great in about an hour!
Within an hour or two of my call they were at my house repairing my carpet. Very professional, knowledgeable service. Really pleased.
Robert and his crew did a fantastic job. Just moved to a house with carpeting that needed stretching. Was on a tight deadline to get everything done. Robert got his crew here the same day and was ready for the movers the next day.
On time, professional, courteous, and careful around our things. Cleaned 4 large rooms and three large closets and treated them - all for $390. They did a great job, will use them again.
Hector (I hope I remembered his name correctly) came out to clean my carpet. I was ready to tear part of it out as the high traffic area was driving me insane. I had another carpet cleaning company out a few months ago and they were gone before Hector had even finished vacuuming before he cleaned my carpet. He took his time and did a fabulous job. I no longer wish to tear my carpet out! Every time I look at this area I still cannot believe it. I will definitely be using this company regularly. Setting my appointment up was a breeze. Fast, Friendly, Efficient Service at a reasonable price. I called and was able to get same day service as they worked me in between jobs. Robert was very knowledgable and friendly. The completed the job of cutting, stretching and tacking down my carpet after remodel job in 60 minutes or less. It looks great. I am so impressed with their work I am having Phoenix Carpet Repair come back to clean my carpets this week, again on short notice they worked me in, which is important to me since I have limited time in Phoenix. I highly recommend.
I would like to recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair because they are punctual, they are friendly, they know what they are doing, and get the job done quickly.
I called them on Thursday morning thinking I would get on their schedule in a week or two. Robert said we can be there at 1:30 this afternoon if that works for you. We had our carpets installed by the company we purchased them from four years ago. We bought quality carpeting but it never looked like quality, it soon rippled and looked like it had speed bumps. Robert and Alan got to work and re-stretched both rooms. One of the rooms had been short padded - the padding was about two inches short of one wall and the entry way - the carpeting had settled into the vacant areas -- and some of the tack strips had released. They installed the extra padding and nailed down new tack strips where needed. Our rooms are quite spacious but they completed both rooms in a little over an hour. Robert had given me an estimate over the phone on my initial call and he charged exactly what he quoted.
Now, it looks like we have a quality product. Bottom line is even if you have a quality product if it isn't installed properly, it looks cheap.
I installed a new hardwood floor and needed the old carpeting tacked down next to my new floor. I had used Phoenix Carpet Repair in the past, so I decided to try them again. It helps I had received an email stating that as a return customer I was eligible to get 10% off my service. After getting a quote over the phone, I decided to have another area of the carpet fixed where a cat had damaged it and then clean one room. Superior service. Keith showed up to repair my carpeting, and did an awesome job. Edges are straight, he was fast, and he was friendly and super knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and gave me some good advice. There was a second tech that accompanied Keith whose job was the shampoo the carpet. Again, very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Answered every questions I had and gave me some great tips for extending my carpet life. Come to find out, this second tech was Robert, the owner. How often do you get the owner of the company out working in the trenches? Can't give enough positive feedback on this company. Great work, great prices, and very knowledgeable people!
The repair looks amazing! Robert definitely knows what he is doing. At first the carpet replaced stood out because it was much cleaner than what was around it. Robert told us that after a few weeks it would blend to match. He was right. About a week later it was barely noticeable. This was crucial as we plan to move out soon and want our full security deposit back. Prices were comparable to other quotes we received and the work was above quality. Robert, Jason, and Alan were all polite and professional. They were experienced and finished in a timely manner. We will definitely be hiring Robert and his guys the next time our dog tears up the carpet.
