The most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with...took my money ..tore of roof March 5..still don't have a roof..had to report to R o C.

I called Friday around 1pm to schedule a gas leak detection and repair. I explained that SWG was out we have a leak they could not locate it. They shut the gas off until a repair was made. Twin Home rep said they can detect a leak with the gas off and repair anything that has to be opened to find leak. They said they could have someone out same day 5-7 window. At 5:20 the tech called me and said he did not have me on his schedule. He asked what was going on I updated him on everything. He reschedule me to Sat at 1pm.  On Saturday 12 he called me to cancel and stated he does not have the equipment to perform the work and told me he could give me a number for someone to detect the leak and then he could repair it. I was beyond annoyed! This should have been communicated Friday when I scheduled. If they were honest Friday I could have had another company out but now I am stuck waiting until Monday to find a company. I will never use this company or recommend them to anyone!

Sorry for the delay of updated post. I had some issues with Marc in the past, with lack of communication.  After he explained about the family emergency.  We were able to discuss my concerns,  Marc addressed everyone of them and I  noticed some things that needed to be touched up and he was right on them. Yes we got off to a rough start and middle, lol but in the end I am very happy with Disater Link and Marc and his. I WILL DEFINITELY BE CALLING HIM AGAIN WHEN I DECIDE TO DO MY KITCHEN.  Thanks Marc

I had the pleasure of working with ATI after recent water damage in my home.  ATI was recommended to me by my insurance provider and their reviews were great compared to several of the other recommended companies.  My entire repair process was very smooth and the quality of repairs was great.

Drew conducted my initial estimate.  I was impressed by Drew as he was very polite and professional and he located damage I had not noticed.  He did a great job of explaining the process so I could better plan for the repairs.

I was then contacted by the project manager, Riccardo.  Riccardo was also polite and professional.  I really liked how the project manager also wanted to see the damages prior to repairs to ensure nothing was missed and the crew had everything they needed to conduct the repairs.  Riccardo was able to schedule the crew for a date that was convenient for me.

My repair crew was Ryan and Christian.  Both were fantastic!  They took great care to protect my home from further damage as they completed the repairs.  I was impressed how they contained all the repair areas to keep dust and debris to a minimum.  They did a great job on the repairs and kept me informed of what was happening throughout the process.

It is so hard nowadays to find a company that provides great customer service and highly skilled employees.  ATI went above and beyond for me and I appreciated their provided service.  All of the employees I interacted with were polite, professional, and extremely personable.  Thank you Drew, Riccardo, Ryan, and Christian!

After a plumbing accident caused flooding in two rooms I contacted Arizona's Restoration Experts.  Within an hour after calling, they performed an assessment on the water damage and they began the water extraction/drying immediately.  Being my first water damage incident, I had many questions that were thoroughly answered by their knowledgeable staff. Will definitely use Arizona's Restoration Experts again in the event I need their services.

Very professional, reasonable prices, showed up on time.  Had suggestions to improve the project.  Would definitely use again.

SHORTER VERSION  Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job.  Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right.  They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want.  Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas.  Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare.  Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches.  You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why:  their business is nearly all word of mouth.  But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly.  Yes, perfectly.  If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

Brook and Glen were fair, reasonable and easy to work with. Most of all, they were kind and compassionate. I was dealing with a cat hoarding situation, which meant that we were working with the SPCA too. I was also out of state and having to drive back and forth during the process. These guys were great! Worked with our timeline, didn't try to penalize us when it needed to be changed, kept an eye out for items we thought were important, and were fair on the price. I highly recommend them.

Great and honest company with amazing workmanship! They work efficiently and will give you the best product for your price!

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

The experienced was 5 star from start to finish.  I requested a quote on yelp, someone called me within an hour or so gave me a quote and  scheduled it asap.  The technician was on time which was great because I was on my lunch break, cleaned my bedroom carpet and staircase carpets, did a great job! I'll be calling them back to do my tiles and grout

Worst people I have ever dealt with. Need to continually get handyman to keep my bathroom shower stall functioning. Horrible ugly tile work. Shower head fell off when I first used it. Was Sick at the time and unable to fight them to do proper job or file complaint with the state. Only people that I have ever posted a negative review.

Contractor's response to my review that I twice shut the door on his crew is untrue. Contractor has yet to follow through on the return of my deposit after the cancelation of the contract.

Had an emergency that needed water extraction so my insurance had me call Belfor which was highly recommended. The response time was so quick! It was like they were waiting for me to call them. Cyrus and roel extracted and set up drying equipment that same night. The guys kept me updated and walked me through the process and made me feel at ease. There was minimal repairs to be done which was done by Belfor as well. The guys were clean when they did the repairs from the walls which helped a lot. I will be using them in the future.

The employees are nice enough... I feel sorry for them because there is a serious disconnect and issue with leadership.

The owner, Phil...be very cautious with that one.

My repairs started with an a line leak from one of the bathrooms upstairs which unfortunately soaked through carpeting and dripped down into my chandelier over my dining room table downstairs.

*When I questioned the feedback on Phil's behalf to my insurance, he implied I was asking him to lie when in fact, I was asking him to clarify the transitions that would remain on my flooring since I was removing all carpet.
*I have a challenging schedule (night shift/ 14 hr shifts) so when I had the time to get work done on my sporadic days off, I would be given information by the crew doing the repairs but Phil would state otherwise...I'm not sure if he thought I didn't speak with the workers in my home directly...so get use to getting lied to. I cannot tell you how many days I called out because of the scheduling issues (I have the text messages to prove it). It took over 6 months to complete the work that was actually done in a matter of 2 weeks.
*Do your best to keep documentation on conversations and estimates.
*Don't be surprised if the estimate changes after the work is completed and you're given a 'new estimate'.
*Apparently, unannounced visits are acceptable for the owner.
*I was told what supplies would be needed for ME to finish the job that they started...yes, you read that right.
*The amount of drywall dust left in my home has been wiped down for OVER a month, and it's still all over the place.
*A portion of the work was not going to be completed because I wanted to be done with them so Phil decided to keep the monies originally allotted for wallpaper replacement and apply that balance to what was owed for labor. I couldn't contract out with someone else because he kept that money.

I voiced my concerns to my insurance company and they stated it was made out to sound like this is a conflict of personalities.

Definitely NOT someone I would do business again with.

Remodeled our kitchen in 2017. Did a great job, meticulous. Took a bit longer than expected, but still worth it. Ray made great recommendations, and I followed them even though I wasn't sure about (ie, backsplash), and he was 100% right on. Would use again.
