Highly recommend Tempe Only Waters! I had an emergency water leak from the upstairs restroom. He instructed how to stop the leak over the phone and came out to make the repairs and patched the drywall. Good as new! I will be recommending to family friends and clients

My basement flooded and they showed up.  Guess it's part of the Doan group when you call for water help. Started out ok. There were so many people it was hard to keep track of where these people were coming from. I only called Doan. The rest of them just show up.   They packed out my things are the water was removed.  I can't say I was impressed.  I bought all the plastic tubs to get my things out of the basement. they didn't pack things together. 1 example: my tv still doesn't have the cables/cords or remote controls. I saw this happening and told Ethan the items will never get back to each other. He promised they would. Well they have not.  I'm still missing things. I hurt my back and then got covid and more delays trying to find product and people to put the basement back together too way too much time.  While waiting Ethan came back to my house THREE times to say he left someone elses things at my house. I still had not gone thru my tubs they brought back. I just wanted my things at my house.  He went thru EVERYTHING 3 times and couldn't find what he was looking for or what I asked him to find while looking.  I still don't have my things and I am missing things that were in my basement. Ethan implied I had these things when he had full access to everything before I even started unpacking.  My things were packed wet and things were ruined. I still have found tubs with water in them and they went thru my things 3 times. I don't like being accused of their error in recording my things or the other individual that can't find their things either. They have not answered my concerns about the items I am missing or the items they broke. I am still waiting. Be careful; watch them

Dave and his crew were wonderful. Such a pleasure to work with and I have not one complaint. If I don't have a complaint then you know they were outstanding because I'm very picky. I would highly recommend them. Very efficient, clean up was neat and just so reliable. Stress free for a stressful situation.

In every industry, there is one company that shines as a leader in innovation, dedication,  ethics and customer care.  Based on my experience in working with Van, John and the crew at Disaster Services, I can truthfully say that they are the shining star of the disaster recovery industry.  

One week prior to putting my house for sale, I had a leak behind the refrigerator which caused damage to my property as well as the condominium below me.   I reached out to a number of companies and they all had minimum charges exceeding thousands of dollars (exorbitant) and they all wanted to charge me just to come on site to provide me an estimate.   As I was paying for the repairs out of pocket, I did not have a significant budget and I wanted a fair and honest estimate.

I spoke to Van on a Sunday and he offered to dispatch his crew on site immediately.  He was accompanied by one of his lead technicians, John. They both impressed me with their knowledge and willingness to do everything within their power to resolve the issues in a timely manner.
As an aside, John is a super-star tech and holds 60+ industry certifications.

The crew did phenomenal work and was very meticulous. They went the 'extra mile' and made several trips to my home to monitor the progress and add additional machinery, as required.

I can truthfully say that Disaster Services is the utmost professional organization and saved the day!

A top notch company!!

Subsequent to a plumbing problem causing a leak in our home l called restore Master (a full service restoration contractor) to do the restoration and repair work. I spoke with Nasur, one of the partners of Restore Master,and within an hour he was at my home, accessed the water damage and shortly thereafter, all the blowers and dehumidifiers were delivered and installed. After the dry out period, the necessary repair work was identified and materials ordered.
Restore Master coordinated with my insurance company and worked  on the final settlement. The repair work was completed on time by very experienced craftsman who used quality material. They were professional, courteous and went above and beyond to satisfy us. Their attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship was very obvious. This is a very honest and dependable firm to deal with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had these guys come out after a water pipe was leaking and busted in our kitchen wall. They came and removed all the Mold and damaged dry wall. They Were both polite and professional. They were so quick and effective, i was truly impressed. I would highly recommend them for services.

This company has taken excellent care of my home and our rental properties. The dogs who lived with our last tenants ruined the carpet. Urine everywhere and even a few spots where they had clearly dug or chewed holes in the carpet. Dave came over with a blacklight and urine treated the entire house at night. His crew was then there for several hours the next day. The carpet looked and smelled new again. Thanks.

I sought out Dr Chem Dry because I'd used their carpet cleaning service in the past and I loved the results. However, my most recent experience with the company was terrible! I scheduled my appt and asked the cost based on what I needed cleaned and was told they have to come out for a consult before I was given a price. I live in a one bedroom condo downtown and only needed to have my living room and dining room area cleaned which is a pretty small area not to mention there is furniture which decreases the area needing to be shampooed. Dan was my tech. The moment he walked in he stated the cost would be $96! I was baffled to say the least and expressed concern to him based on previous price points to have much bigger homes and condos cleaned with the same company. He stated that was the minimum price which no one told me when I spoke to their reps on 2-3 separate occasions when scheduling the appointment. As I calmly express my concern about the lack of communication regarding this minimum price Dan proceeded to say I was crazy thinking the price would be that cheap to clean such large areas. He also said are you done this is getting to be too much I just want to clean your carpet! I could have easily cursed him into next week, but I took a deep breath and expressed how terrible and unacceptable his behavior and attitude has been. He asked well what would you like me to say? I don't feel like I did anything wrong you have been upset. Again blaming the customer! I stated I was fine until you called me a liar and dismissed my concerns. I went on to share that I train create training programs for customer service professionals and there is no way he as a company rep should be escalating a matter when I, the customer was not fully informed of the pricing structure before he arrived. Even though I didn't talk to him he  should be apologetic and ask how I would like to proceed instead of telling me I have an attitude and essentially calling me a liar for saying I paid such a cheap price for larger spaces with their company. I allowed him to clean the carpet because that was my goal. As he began cleaning the carpet I immediately called the company and asked for the manager. Dan heard this and asked well did they apologize? I ignored his snide remark. Needless to say the manager never called me back which shows there is no cause or concern for fixing customer service concerns. I even waited an entire week before posting this comment. The service was completed on June 14th.  I will never use this company.

I was referred to Summit Construction by our insurance agent to fix our kitchen loss. To be honest, I was not expecting much but agreed to at least meet with them. Met with Steve Kerns and I was sold. Steve was amazing, super knowledgeable, very organized and got the ball rolling ASAP. He was super attentive to detail and always reachable. Steve got an excellent temporary kitchen set up for us while we waited for our cabinets to be made. When it was time for demo and install, DJ was our project manager. DJ was super great and easy to work with. Every interaction I had with a Summit employee (office staff, plumbers, tile guys etc.) was extremely pleasant. Once a week the owner would call to check in and see how things were going. They got our kitchen done as quickly as possible and it turned out PERFECT. Quality of their work was top notch. Summit Construction is the real deal. You will not be disappointed.

Go To Services is a highly professional, and more importantly, trustworthy company. We have a busy toddler & needed a pool fence installed ASAP. They came out & installed one fast and helped me find solutions to other safety concerns I had with my pool area to ensure it was safe for my child. We are extremely pleased with the work!

This is the best company by far!! They are super responsive and timely. I had damage to my house due to a storm that come through the valley and they were able to help me get it fixed in no time! Thanks to you guys! I highly recommend this company.

This company does not have a license. This company is not bonded. This company is not insured. This company is not a legal contractor. I hired him to do a job for my home he was so unreliable I wanted to scream. When they were on property to do work they were in their vehicle more than they were doing the job they were hired to do. I don't know if they were on drugs or what but I was extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, never on time, always taking breaks, needed to go get extra supplies on the regular and so many other issues. How does anybody even hire somebody like this? I know why I did because I didn't do my research and I wanted a good price. Next time I'm definitely gonna be looking for reviews to see what other people say before I hire a company. On top of all these other things if you go to their Facebook page which I did, you can see that they actually have another company on there, per the business owner himself, that shows the same phone number for this other company. It's not even close to this type of company. It's actually a solar company. So what is he doing, jack of all trades work? Solar they specified company that you have to know a lot about to do I would imagine. Is this his specialty instead of home repair work? I'm so confused. Very dissatisfied. I want all others to know NEVER, EVER go to this person for any work and do your research before hiring a company. I got screwed. BIG TIME. Let's not let that happen to you. I have also attached three photos. One is for this company. One is for his solar company. One shows that he just started a job on the 19th and then another Solar company he started working for on the 21st!?? How is that even possible????
