Highly recommend Tempe Only Waters! I had an emergency water leak from the upstairs restroom. He instructed how to stop the leak over the phone and came out to make the repairs and patched the drywall. Good as new! I will be recommending to family friends and clients

While we had some start up problems the company stepped up and got almost everything completed.  It just took a couple of extra days and they did a great job.

Dave and his crew were wonderful. Such a pleasure to work with and I have not one complaint. If I don't have a complaint then you know they were outstanding because I'm very picky. I would highly recommend them. Very efficient, clean up was neat and just so reliable. Stress free for a stressful situation.

From the moment I first contacted them, I was treated with care and concern. We were on vacation and my house sitter noticed the standing water. My initial contact with them was not only via phone but I was in a different time zone. Jessica answered the phone and went into action immediately. This was the first time I ever needed to contact this type of service and she guided me through the process. She contacted her folks immediately and got them out there to begin working on the water standing in my house - and kept me informed along the way. They were at the house within about 1.5 hours of my making the initial call.

We got the water shut off. Then all I had to do was coordinate to have someone meet them at the house and give them the key. They took it from there, including put a lockbox on the door so that my house sitter didn't need to come and go. I spoke with the Project Manager, David, when they first arrived. He did a great job of talking me through what he saw and his initial recommendations.

When we arrived the next day, the water was all gone.  They floor was dry. There wasn't a sign of flooding remaining in the home. They'd moved all furniture into the center of each room and covered it with plastic. Anything that was on the floor was dried off and stacked for us to go through. There people were SO polite and caring. We got into town as they were about done for the day, the waited for us to arrive home from the airport. The Project Manager took us through the house, explained what they'd done so far and made any additional recommendations. The time that he spent walking us through and listening and answering questions was invaluable. We discussed where we needed to go from there.

The last day, we had a crew that did nothing but clean. They vacuumed the entire house. Wiped down cabinets and shelves. They even mopped. We only have bathroom floors remaining, but they still mopped up the concrete, too. I'm not sure I knew what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised by this. It made waking up a bit more comfortable this morning.

In all, we had them at the house on the emergency evening for about 3 hours, then I think 6 full time days (we had some VERY difficult wood flooring to remove and the last day was the clean up day). I've sent off fabric furniture to them for cleaning (couches). I assume that will turn out wonderfully, too. Jessica said she's mailing us a CD of all of the photos they took while they were here (probably most of them pre-work and with water).

One more thing I'd like to mention is that our insurance company denied our claim. When they realized that, they were very sympathetic. Instead of waiting for a bill, I asked them to hit me up with an estimate so that I could manage the money situation with my bank. The last day they were here (for clean up) is the day that the I requested the bank transfer. I'm glad they let me work that way, because we'd just put the flooring deposit on our credit card and I wasn't ready for them to charge the card the full amount due. Another sign that they 'get it' and are a great to work with.

UPDATE: May 8 - the drywall guy came by to check out the work that needs to be done. He asked me who did the work(removing the bottom 2 feet of drywall) and said that they did a great job.

I highly recommend Disaster Services and their owner Van Smith.  From our first meeting I was impressed with his prompt and professional service.  But as we delved into our Black Mold issue, my wife and I were beyond grateful that Van was there for us!  Van's knowledge is extremely evident when he talks and works.  Going the extra mile when he really didn't have to, made us feel like he was not just a contractor but a friend as well.  Our house was back to normal in a very short time frame after Van got involved.  Again, My wife and I completely recommend Van Smith and Disaster Services.  So if you want security that it will be done right in a timely and professional manner, call Disaster Services  now and Van will get a smile back in your life :).  -

I won't bore you with details of storm water than entered my bottom level condo on two sides.  I needed help, and I needed it FAST!  Nasur and his crew are amazing!!!  They explained exactly what needed to be done and exactly how much it would cost.  Restoration work is not inexpensive; it never is.  Quality work and attention to detail in the restoration process, on the other hand, are dependent upon whom you hire.  I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the work that was completed by Restore Master at my condo.  They were at the condo within an hour of my call, and they got to work within minutes of arriving.  After having removed the soaking wet insulation from the walls, they returned multiple times over the next several days to check on the progress of the commercial drying fans and dehumidifier.  They were extremely professional during the entire process, and they spent a lot of time cleaning up after they finished.  Both the tenant and I were very impressed.  It is often the small companies that have the best attention to detail and a solid work ethic.  Restore Master definitely earned this five-star review.

Sorry for anyone with a negative experience. My neighbor's condo above toilet split when they were away. I told them many times to shut the water off when traveling but they forget. I heard dripping for 6 weeks and they found nothing. Well a few weeks ago I awoke in the middle of the night heard like pouring rain and I am not on the top floor. I listened on the walls then ceiling. I had security call a lock company to drill out the lock, had the owners call CSAA (part of AAA) horrendous company do not use. Their calls are taken by Safelite Auto Glass call center. They called Lionsgate, a clearinghouse for water damage, by the time Resolution showed it was 7 hours later. Chris the owner apoligized profusely but explained he was just called 35 minutes before. He and his team of 4 men went to work sucking up water in the condo above, after I removed 52 shop vac tanks of water from their floors. He came to me the next day said the condo above me had very minimal insurance nd it ran out so I had to call mine. My company authorized him to pull out walls and ceilings and put drying fans and dehumidifiers in my condo. He also continued to dry above me which my insurance will bill the owner. My insurance will then subrogate the owner above for all my damages since his insurance hit its very low limit. The owner above already sent me my $500 deductible. I cannot recommend Chris and his crew higher as they did a great job, kept testing for the slightest spot of water, wrapped my expensive furniture and large bed in 2 layers of heavy plastic. Now for the construction repair job, the furniture has to be moved out in storage, I have not 1 space to put it in my condo. If you have a sudden water issue insist on your insurance to call them, you will not be sorry.

We've used Enviroclean for multiple rentals over the years, from a simple water heater flood to a full blown sewer backup.  Since the work was always done on my rentals, I depended on them to handle everything with insurance, scheduling and the property management firm.  Glad we called them!

This company has taken excellent care of my home and our rental properties. The dogs who lived with our last tenants ruined the carpet. Urine everywhere and even a few spots where they had clearly dug or chewed holes in the carpet. Dave came over with a blacklight and urine treated the entire house at night. His crew was then there for several hours the next day. The carpet looked and smelled new again. Thanks.

This is the worse carpet cleaning service I hav ever paid for . As if the $500 charge for carpet cleaning wasn't enough the carpet ended up having a dark dirt tint to it. I do have to say they did a great job at removing the stains. The carpet looked dirty. We had them come back and clean the carpet all over again for a charge of $148 . Worse service . Ever .

We were referred to this company by our insurance company. At first they seemed great. They came quickly, did nice work. However we have now been receiving non stop harassment calls bc they want us to complete a survey. I'd be happy to do so if like anyone else they sent an email. But no we are getting 5-6 calls a day and when we answer they don't say anything. We then called the office directly and asked them to stop with the calls and the person who answers the phone gave us attitude and was cutting us off as we are trying to speak. It's too bad bc I was planning on giving you great reviews but since you have proven you have the worst customer service you get the terrible review.

This is an update...after receiving a call it turns out that there is a third party that was calling regarding a survey. Something set up through my ins company. Summit didn't know about this. This does not excuse the way we were talked to when we were calling to figure out why we're getting the harassing phone calls. It's only safe to assume when we are asking to review a company that it's that company asking for a review. However that treatment we got when only trying to stop the calls is why I'm taking away one star.

Shady business practices! They take two months to get an estimate to the client and then blame everyone else. It took 30 days just to submit an original estimate which was never sent to me just the insurance. They lie and try and push you off by saying they are waiting on the insurance company to approve the claim, meanwhile they cashed the check from the insurance. Then they refuse service if you question their shady practices!
Hopefully these professionals can figure out how to send a check back to the insurance for work they failed to do!

This is the best company by far!! They are super responsive and timely. I had damage to my house due to a storm that come through the valley and they were able to help me get it fixed in no time! Thanks to you guys! I highly recommend this company.

This company does not have a license. This company is not bonded. This company is not insured. This company is not a legal contractor. I hired him to do a job for my home he was so unreliable I wanted to scream. When they were on property to do work they were in their vehicle more than they were doing the job they were hired to do. I don't know if they were on drugs or what but I was extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, never on time, always taking breaks, needed to go get extra supplies on the regular and so many other issues. How does anybody even hire somebody like this? I know why I did because I didn't do my research and I wanted a good price. Next time I'm definitely gonna be looking for reviews to see what other people say before I hire a company. On top of all these other things if you go to their Facebook page which I did, you can see that they actually have another company on there, per the business owner himself, that shows the same phone number for this other company. It's not even close to this type of company. It's actually a solar company. So what is he doing, jack of all trades work? Solar they specified company that you have to know a lot about to do I would imagine. Is this his specialty instead of home repair work? I'm so confused. Very dissatisfied. I want all others to know NEVER, EVER go to this person for any work and do your research before hiring a company. I got screwed. BIG TIME. Let's not let that happen to you. I have also attached three photos. One is for this company. One is for his solar company. One shows that he just started a job on the 19th and then another Solar company he started working for on the 21st!?? How is that even possible????
