Highly recommend Tempe Only Waters! I had an emergency water leak from the upstairs restroom. He instructed how to stop the leak over the phone and came out to make the repairs and patched the drywall. Good as new! I will be recommending to family friends and clients

This should be pretty straightforward.
We discovered water damage to our kitchen and needed a company to rebuild it after it was torn down by mitigation team. Gurr was one of the companies we contacted. Initially, they were pretty responsive, and sent someone out pretty quickly. After that however....nothing happened. We followed up to ask about the estimate, but... nothing happened. We were promised it would be sent, but.... nothing happened.
It's now been nearly 2 months, the insurance claim is resolved, and we're ready to rebuild. We won't be using Gurr because we never got a quote from them at all. I assume they're just that busy, but it would have been nice to know that they lost interest in the job... or whatever happened.

After dealing with a ceiling leak in my garage and waiting weeks for my insurance to process my claim and having to deal with unreliable and ridiculously priced contractors, I was referred to Jenkins. I had the pleasure of having Mario as my project manager and he was professional, communicative, and prompt. From getting quoted, scheduled, and having the work completed, everything went smoothly and without issues. My ceiling came out looking better than it looked before the incident.

I had complained on Yelp about Servpro leaving my sister high and dry as far as completing the job, but after a couple of phone calls, Servpro stood behind their word and put everything back in its place.
I also thought they went overboard on the repairs and the wet vacs, but after talking to the insurance adjuster, I was told Servpro will go above and beyond to replace items that could be remotely damaged.
Some companies try to stick it to the insurance companies, but Servpro is not one of them, so I jumped ahead of myself.

I would use Servpro-Phoenix again without hesitation.

I highly recommend Disaster Services and their owner Van Smith.  From our first meeting I was impressed with his prompt and professional service.  But as we delved into our Black Mold issue, my wife and I were beyond grateful that Van was there for us!  Van's knowledge is extremely evident when he talks and works.  Going the extra mile when he really didn't have to, made us feel like he was not just a contractor but a friend as well.  Our house was back to normal in a very short time frame after Van got involved.  Again, My wife and I completely recommend Van Smith and Disaster Services.  So if you want security that it will be done right in a timely and professional manner, call Disaster Services  now and Van will get a smile back in your life :).  -

2. The most budget friendly youll ever get
3. His advice, take them. He his way around stuff.

5. Covid19 friendly. All has masks.
6. Did I say budget friendly?

In the midst of this pandemic, we suffered leakage in our bathroom twice. And twice, restore master was there to do their job. I cannot tell you how much the owner has helped us. First, he went with my schedule. I am a frontliner and I sleep in the day, they accommodated that. Secondly, we the guys that work for him were so neat that they cleaned after themselves. More importantly, Nasur put up with my questioning and inquiries throughout the process. For someone who deals with patients and family members that ask a lot of question, I knew Nasur did a great job in answering mine. Their pricing is very competitive and he works around your budget. I also appreciate that he comes to your house himself to assess the issue first then let his employees do the job later. This shows his dedication and committed with his own company. Furthermore, his advice in regards to other stuff such as what other companies to use as carpenters, plumbers, and other utility guys is invaluable!

Not to mention, I searched for two days before setting with Nesur. Other guy wanted to rip off my entire wall for a small spot of leakage. Nesur thought that was obviously adding more bills for them. Another wanted to rip off my insurance. Nesur also knew that was a rip off. I tell you, this guy knows all the tricks that others bestow to consumers who are in dire stress. That is why I trust him, that is why I choose their company.

Here is my advice, is you need restoration and any kind of water damage call him! Tell him that this review has made you connect to him! I would put my google reviewer reputation in line with this review. I stand firm that they are the best on what they do.

Final thoughts, do not hesitate on calling them for any problem. Ask for Nesur, he usually answers his phone call. Leave a voicemail. Call him first before you even think about calling the other guys. I just saved you headaches and ALOT of money by recommending this guys!

P.S. I fairly make reviews now because of time constraints and ofcourse since its saturated now, but I want to make sure they get the rating they deserve. So here a review from a former four year elite.

We have used Resolution Fire & Flood a few times.  We had a small flood due to a leaky R/O pipe in my ceiling and a 2nd time recently when our roof leaked causing water to come in through the ceiling all over my brand new bar cabinets.  Both times RF&F arrived quickly, were very efficient in cleaning up the mess and quickly finding what the causes of the water damage was.
We have also used them to do demo work for a house remodeling job we did.  Again, they got the work done quick and were super clean at the end of the day.  Always came back when they said they would and have very fair prices.
Chris, the owner is amazing and very trustworthy.  We had to have some of the work done when we were not home and we trusted the entire crew without a doubt.
Nobody wants a fire or flood but if you do it's good to know there is a great company out there to take care you all your needs.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. We just received a mechanic's lien notice from them that was dated 2 days after notification had been sent from our insurance company that the bill had been paid in full. Total schiesters! Stay away. I would give zero stars if that was an option

First time we've used Dave and his team to clean our carpets.  We couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and results when the job was done.  They arrived on time, were both informative and friendly, and the work was top notch!!

5 STAR rating plus!  This was our second time using Dr. Chem-Dry and without a doubt Dan provided superior service.  Dan is great- professional, thorough, and fast.  Tracy, the office gal was also excellent.

We were referred to this company by our insurance company. At first they seemed great. They came quickly, did nice work. However we have now been receiving non stop harassment calls bc they want us to complete a survey. I'd be happy to do so if like anyone else they sent an email. But no we are getting 5-6 calls a day and when we answer they don't say anything. We then called the office directly and asked them to stop with the calls and the person who answers the phone gave us attitude and was cutting us off as we are trying to speak. It's too bad bc I was planning on giving you great reviews but since you have proven you have the worst customer service you get the terrible review.

This is an update...after receiving a call it turns out that there is a third party that was calling regarding a survey. Something set up through my ins company. Summit didn't know about this. This does not excuse the way we were talked to when we were calling to figure out why we're getting the harassing phone calls. It's only safe to assume when we are asking to review a company that it's that company asking for a review. However that treatment we got when only trying to stop the calls is why I'm taking away one star.

We have worked for go to services. We did a job 3 weeks ago and still haven't been paid for the work we did. They dont pay when job is completed there excuse is we  are a big company and it has to be processed. We have drove all the way from Queen Creek when we were told the check would be there and all 3 times it wasn't there. I paid my employees out of my pocket. So the job we did I paid for it. I hope this review is read before anyone decides to hire this company.

This company was referred by a roofing company. We had a major flood and roof leak that caused extensive damage. They came out with their fans to dry out, and later did a tear out of the damaged areas. They implied they were done- however, my entire house now smelled like mold! After complaining, they finally came back and did an air test, and there was indeed a mold issue. They came back and did another mitigation. New air tests done, and mold and smells were gone. I was happy until I realized what a mess they left our home in!  They removed all the blades from all our ceiling fans and bagged the lights. They left one of the units on and my husband came home to the smell of burning plastic! Thank goodness he had come back!
They came to get their equipment but had no plans of putting our home back together. They left all the fixtures in pieces, left everything bagged and taped, left a giant window without glass, and left a piece of plywood with a giant hole in its place, damaged our master bath shower panel with their tape, damaged several fans with the tape and bagging, broke our front gate, moved our fridge freezer and did not plug it back in and ruined everything inside, and then STOPPED RETURNING CALLS AND EMAILS!
I only heard from another representative from their company when they realized that they had not been paid yet from my insurance company, and had the nerve to ask for my help in receiving payment!
How about finishing your job and resolving damage issues first!

This is the best company by far!! They are super responsive and timely. I had damage to my house due to a storm that come through the valley and they were able to help me get it fixed in no time! Thanks to you guys! I highly recommend this company.

This company does not have a license. This company is not bonded. This company is not insured. This company is not a legal contractor. I hired him to do a job for my home he was so unreliable I wanted to scream. When they were on property to do work they were in their vehicle more than they were doing the job they were hired to do. I don't know if they were on drugs or what but I was extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, never on time, always taking breaks, needed to go get extra supplies on the regular and so many other issues. How does anybody even hire somebody like this? I know why I did because I didn't do my research and I wanted a good price. Next time I'm definitely gonna be looking for reviews to see what other people say before I hire a company. On top of all these other things if you go to their Facebook page which I did, you can see that they actually have another company on there, per the business owner himself, that shows the same phone number for this other company. It's not even close to this type of company. It's actually a solar company. So what is he doing, jack of all trades work? Solar they specified company that you have to know a lot about to do I would imagine. Is this his specialty instead of home repair work? I'm so confused. Very dissatisfied. I want all others to know NEVER, EVER go to this person for any work and do your research before hiring a company. I got screwed. BIG TIME. Let's not let that happen to you. I have also attached three photos. One is for this company. One is for his solar company. One shows that he just started a job on the 19th and then another Solar company he started working for on the 21st!?? How is that even possible????
