Honestly, can't say enough about this company and the owner Mike. I had a bas water leak from my master bathroom that went into my kitchen. Mike came in and made me feel calm and confident from the beginning. Really alleviated any worries. His team got the mess cleaned up quick. Helped me coordinate with insurance company as he had more experience taking work off my hands and then got the work done quickly while making sure everything that went in was quality. The insurance adjuster was surprised how quick we were able to get the cabinets and other items in, impressed with the knowledge of Mike's work. I always felt very taken care of and could not ask for better experience! Even miss Mike's happy and joking face at the house! Can't thank you recommend Temp Only Water Restoration enough!!!

If I could rate this company no stars I would.  

Our experience has been super disappointing especially when they were recommended.  

They came out Tuesday of last week advised they'd have a quote to us by EOD.  Nothing - called to touch base with them on Friday asking if maybe it was misplaced and was told they get right back to us as their estimator was out ill.  Called again on Monday and LVM with Tracey to see if we could get an idea when to expect details since we are on a tight deadline for hosting a large event in our home.  Again, no response.  

Reviews like this come out when you leave your clients in the dark and when you fail respond after multiple attempts. Companies who are true to their word and respond when they say they will earn out business over and over again regardless of price.

After dealing with a ceiling leak in my garage and waiting weeks for my insurance to process my claim and having to deal with unreliable and ridiculously priced contractors, I was referred to Jenkins. I had the pleasure of having Mario as my project manager and he was professional, communicative, and prompt. From getting quoted, scheduled, and having the work completed, everything went smoothly and without issues. My ceiling came out looking better than it looked before the incident.

This company is made up of some of the most professional and upstanding people. I trust them with my home and my family.

In every industry, there is one company that shines as a leader in innovation, dedication,  ethics and customer care.  Based on my experience in working with Van, John and the crew at Disaster Services, I can truthfully say that they are the shining star of the disaster recovery industry.  

One week prior to putting my house for sale, I had a leak behind the refrigerator which caused damage to my property as well as the condominium below me.   I reached out to a number of companies and they all had minimum charges exceeding thousands of dollars (exorbitant) and they all wanted to charge me just to come on site to provide me an estimate.   As I was paying for the repairs out of pocket, I did not have a significant budget and I wanted a fair and honest estimate.

I spoke to Van on a Sunday and he offered to dispatch his crew on site immediately.  He was accompanied by one of his lead technicians, John. They both impressed me with their knowledge and willingness to do everything within their power to resolve the issues in a timely manner.
As an aside, John is a super-star tech and holds 60+ industry certifications.

The crew did phenomenal work and was very meticulous. They went the 'extra mile' and made several trips to my home to monitor the progress and add additional machinery, as required.

I can truthfully say that Disaster Services is the utmost professional organization and saved the day!

I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of this service.

A top notch company!!

Subsequent to a plumbing problem causing a leak in our home l called restore Master (a full service restoration contractor) to do the restoration and repair work. I spoke with Nasur, one of the partners of Restore Master,and within an hour he was at my home, accessed the water damage and shortly thereafter, all the blowers and dehumidifiers were delivered and installed. After the dry out period, the necessary repair work was identified and materials ordered.
Restore Master coordinated with my insurance company and worked  on the final settlement. The repair work was completed on time by very experienced craftsman who used quality material. They were professional, courteous and went above and beyond to satisfy us. Their attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship was very obvious. This is a very honest and dependable firm to deal with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Resolution Fire and Flood is an amazing company!  We needed immediate help after discovering black mold growing in our refrigerator after being in storage for 2 months.  Chris at Resolution promptly assessed my needs and sent a technician out the same day! Alberto, the technician, thoroughly cleaned the entire refrigerator, seals,etc...leaving no signs of black mold at all!  Even the foul odor was gone!  I was truly amazed, as I thought the refrigerator was not salvageable!  I highly recommend this company and was 100% satisfied with their service!  They truly went above and beyond for me today!

My mom's home was in need of remediation services.  From the first phone call to DryLux, the parent company, to my experience with Enviro Clean and now the rebuild team at HyperBuilt, they have been completely professional, immediate communication, great follow-up, etc!  For a very stressful situation, this company has done an excellent job in taking care of everything!  I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing this type of service!

First time we've used Dave and his team to clean our carpets.  We couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and results when the job was done.  They arrived on time, were both informative and friendly, and the work was top notch!!

I hired these guys to clean my air ducts which they did well but then also added on some tile cleaning while they were there. In the house we purchased there was a nasty film in the master shower. Travis and Jorel went above and beyond to solve the issue of what would actually work to clean the tough build up and it looks beautiful. Super happy customer!

I'm a recent first-time home buyer and really appreciated our project manager (Brandon) walking us through the process from the estimate at the beginning to final walk through at the end.  He communicated back and forth with our insurance and made the process as smooth as possible.  We also appreciated the contractor who did a lot of the work, Waldo.  He treated our home with respect and seemed to be dedicated to getting the job done well.  We highly recommend Summit and will go back to them with any future restoration needs.

If you are good with a company whose project manager of your job NEVER communicates with you unless you reach out ... if you are good with a company whose project manager didn't know the scope of the job when coming to see the site ... if not having consistent workers each day who know what was done the day before and what needs to be done that day ... if clear communication with the workers on 'who will be here tomorrow and what work will they be doing' ... if none of these things are important to you then Go To Services is the company for you!  I also had multiple emails with one of the leaders of the team at GTS who assured me that the President of the company takes these concerns seriously and that he is good on following up on things and would be in touch with me to discuss.  That was 8 weeks ago and I have never been contacted by the President of the company.  The project manager never came back to walk the job at the end to be sure that everything was done that was scoped.

Our lower floor flooded, and we had a huge mess on our hands. One of my contractor friends recommended Darrin to help us with the flood. I am so glad we called him.

His team came right over started working. They removed all of the wet flooring and wet walls. They have special tools to check for moisture and only take out the stuff that has to be removed.  

The process did not take long, and they put in fans and other equipment to dry out the areas. Darrin and his team kept us in the loop as to what was happening next, and when it was happening.

I highly recommend Darrin and his team!

Such a nightmare.  First off he was the most irresponsible, unreliable, hot head I have ever met.  He said he would be here on the job and was never here. Made appointments he didn't keep and if he did he would show up late. He never came to check on the job and because of that his crew left our roof open when merging our addition and didn't cover it knowing we were going to have horrible rain. This is XMas Eve and my sons entire ceiling collapsed.  He is trying to bully us to continue to use him.  He has made one bad decision after another.  You should pray you never have to work with someone like Jim Rana. Call me for all the other horrible things that happened.

This company does not have a license. This company is not bonded. This company is not insured. This company is not a legal contractor. I hired him to do a job for my home he was so unreliable I wanted to scream. When they were on property to do work they were in their vehicle more than they were doing the job they were hired to do. I don't know if they were on drugs or what but I was extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, never on time, always taking breaks, needed to go get extra supplies on the regular and so many other issues. How does anybody even hire somebody like this? I know why I did because I didn't do my research and I wanted a good price. Next time I'm definitely gonna be looking for reviews to see what other people say before I hire a company. On top of all these other things if you go to their Facebook page which I did, you can see that they actually have another company on there, per the business owner himself, that shows the same phone number for this other company. It's not even close to this type of company. It's actually a solar company. So what is he doing, jack of all trades work? Solar they specified company that you have to know a lot about to do I would imagine. Is this his specialty instead of home repair work? I'm so confused. Very dissatisfied. I want all others to know NEVER, EVER go to this person for any work and do your research before hiring a company. I got screwed. BIG TIME. Let's not let that happen to you. I have also attached three photos. One is for this company. One is for his solar company. One shows that he just started a job on the 19th and then another Solar company he started working for on the 21st!?? How is that even possible????
