Honestly, can't say enough about this company and the owner Mike. I had a bas water leak from my master bathroom that went into my kitchen. Mike came in and made me feel calm and confident from the beginning. Really alleviated any worries. His team got the mess cleaned up quick. Helped me coordinate with insurance company as he had more experience taking work off my hands and then got the work done quickly while making sure everything that went in was quality. The insurance adjuster was surprised how quick we were able to get the cabinets and other items in, impressed with the knowledge of Mike's work. I always felt very taken care of and could not ask for better experience! Even miss Mike's happy and joking face at the house! Can't thank you recommend Temp Only Water Restoration enough!!!

I did not have a positive experience at all with Gurr Brothers. I had a water damage issue in my home that involved two levels of needed repairs. They were recommended by a local restoration company that uses them for the rebuild.
Someone showed up promptly for a walkthrough and a quote was provided to me and my insurance company a few days later. The insurance company approved it shortly after. So far, so good. An appointment was set up to begin the rebuild. They were a no show. A second appointment was set up. They were a no show. Neither time did they give me a phone call or email to tell me about it. They had a down payment from me and I was told that they would reverse the charge when I called and said I was pulling the contract for their lack of response . That never happened. I had to call my credit card company to have the charge put on hold and then the credit card company's fraud department had to do all the leg work to get them to finally release the funds back. This wasn't a small job where in the past I have been passed over because the contractor found a better opportunity elsewhere. This was simply a poorly run organization. Fortunately, I found a responsive contractor and the repairs were made in a timely fashion without all the headache.

Dave and his crew were wonderful. Such a pleasure to work with and I have not one complaint. If I don't have a complaint then you know they were outstanding because I'm very picky. I would highly recommend them. Very efficient, clean up was neat and just so reliable. Stress free for a stressful situation.

In every industry, there is one company that shines as a leader in innovation, dedication,  ethics and customer care.  Based on my experience in working with Van, John and the crew at Disaster Services, I can truthfully say that they are the shining star of the disaster recovery industry.  

One week prior to putting my house for sale, I had a leak behind the refrigerator which caused damage to my property as well as the condominium below me.   I reached out to a number of companies and they all had minimum charges exceeding thousands of dollars (exorbitant) and they all wanted to charge me just to come on site to provide me an estimate.   As I was paying for the repairs out of pocket, I did not have a significant budget and I wanted a fair and honest estimate.

I spoke to Van on a Sunday and he offered to dispatch his crew on site immediately.  He was accompanied by one of his lead technicians, John. They both impressed me with their knowledge and willingness to do everything within their power to resolve the issues in a timely manner.
As an aside, John is a super-star tech and holds 60+ industry certifications.

The crew did phenomenal work and was very meticulous. They went the 'extra mile' and made several trips to my home to monitor the progress and add additional machinery, as required.

I can truthfully say that Disaster Services is the utmost professional organization and saved the day!

I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of this service.

A top notch company!!

Subsequent to a plumbing problem causing a leak in our home l called restore Master (a full service restoration contractor) to do the restoration and repair work. I spoke with Nasur, one of the partners of Restore Master,and within an hour he was at my home, accessed the water damage and shortly thereafter, all the blowers and dehumidifiers were delivered and installed. After the dry out period, the necessary repair work was identified and materials ordered.
Restore Master coordinated with my insurance company and worked  on the final settlement. The repair work was completed on time by very experienced craftsman who used quality material. They were professional, courteous and went above and beyond to satisfy us. Their attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship was very obvious. This is a very honest and dependable firm to deal with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I've worked with Resolution Fire and Flood twice now. It is refreshing to work with services that come through for you from beginning to end. The owner, Chris, is such a professional, knowledgeable and all around friendly and great guy. He's extremely calm in emergencies and is available around the clock. He really makes things seamless.

His office staff is so courteous, polite and helpful. His crew is very hard-working and friendly.

I'd call Chris again in a heartbeat!

We had these guys come out after a water pipe was leaking and busted in our kitchen wall. They came and removed all the Mold and damaged dry wall. They Were both polite and professional. They were so quick and effective, i was truly impressed. I would highly recommend them for services.

This company has taken excellent care of my home and our rental properties. The dogs who lived with our last tenants ruined the carpet. Urine everywhere and even a few spots where they had clearly dug or chewed holes in the carpet. Dave came over with a blacklight and urine treated the entire house at night. His crew was then there for several hours the next day. The carpet looked and smelled new again. Thanks.

Recently moved into a new place and unfortunately the landlord was unable to have the condo cleaned before hand since we moved in immediately after the previous tenant moved out.

The only carpeting in our new home was simply in the stairwell from our entry to the main living space upstairs.

Having used Chem-Dry numerous times in the past at different homes, decided to try Dr Chem-Dry here in Scottsdale.

They were able to quickly schedule an appointment for which the technician arrived on time, quickly evaluated the ares to be cleaned and gave us a formal quote which was quite reasonable.

Because the carpets were heavily stained, we were not expecting them to come out as clean as they did.

As from previous uses of Chem-Dry, we were highly satisfied with the work and how quickly it was performed.

Due to issues with the carpeting, the stairs took longer to dry than we expected and had experienced in the past but were perfectly fine with it.

If you need carpets or tile cleaned (and resealed), Dr Chem-Dry is highly suggested.

We were referred to this company by our insurance company. At first they seemed great. They came quickly, did nice work. However we have now been receiving non stop harassment calls bc they want us to complete a survey. I'd be happy to do so if like anyone else they sent an email. But no we are getting 5-6 calls a day and when we answer they don't say anything. We then called the office directly and asked them to stop with the calls and the person who answers the phone gave us attitude and was cutting us off as we are trying to speak. It's too bad bc I was planning on giving you great reviews but since you have proven you have the worst customer service you get the terrible review.

This is an update...after receiving a call it turns out that there is a third party that was calling regarding a survey. Something set up through my ins company. Summit didn't know about this. This does not excuse the way we were talked to when we were calling to figure out why we're getting the harassing phone calls. It's only safe to assume when we are asking to review a company that it's that company asking for a review. However that treatment we got when only trying to stop the calls is why I'm taking away one star.

We had a sudden flood in our 2 story home today that caused leakage in the ceiling over the kitchen. In a unusual situation, we were able to contact Go To Services, referring to us by our builder's plumbing company. Their technician, Logan was outstanding! Not only was he knowledgeable and understood the situation, he allowed my wife and I to see the thermal imaging of the leakage and what the interior of our structure looks like. What a guy! Thank you Logan, Josh, and the entire staff at Go To Services!

Our lower floor flooded, and we had a huge mess on our hands. One of my contractor friends recommended Darrin to help us with the flood. I am so glad we called him.

His team came right over started working. They removed all of the wet flooring and wet walls. They have special tools to check for moisture and only take out the stuff that has to be removed.  

The process did not take long, and they put in fans and other equipment to dry out the areas. Darrin and his team kept us in the loop as to what was happening next, and when it was happening.

Such a nightmare.  First off he was the most irresponsible, unreliable, hot head I have ever met.  He said he would be here on the job and was never here. Made appointments he didn't keep and if he did he would show up late. He never came to check on the job and because of that his crew left our roof open when merging our addition and didn't cover it knowing we were going to have horrible rain. This is XMas Eve and my sons entire ceiling collapsed.  He is trying to bully us to continue to use him.  He has made one bad decision after another.  You should pray you never have to work with someone like Jim Rana. Call me for all the other horrible things that happened.

This company does not have a license. This company is not bonded. This company is not insured. This company is not a legal contractor. I hired him to do a job for my home he was so unreliable I wanted to scream. When they were on property to do work they were in their vehicle more than they were doing the job they were hired to do. I don't know if they were on drugs or what but I was extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, never on time, always taking breaks, needed to go get extra supplies on the regular and so many other issues. How does anybody even hire somebody like this? I know why I did because I didn't do my research and I wanted a good price. Next time I'm definitely gonna be looking for reviews to see what other people say before I hire a company. On top of all these other things if you go to their Facebook page which I did, you can see that they actually have another company on there, per the business owner himself, that shows the same phone number for this other company. It's not even close to this type of company. It's actually a solar company. So what is he doing, jack of all trades work? Solar they specified company that you have to know a lot about to do I would imagine. Is this his specialty instead of home repair work? I'm so confused. Very dissatisfied. I want all others to know NEVER, EVER go to this person for any work and do your research before hiring a company. I got screwed. BIG TIME. Let's not let that happen to you. I have also attached three photos. One is for this company. One is for his solar company. One shows that he just started a job on the 19th and then another Solar company he started working for on the 21st!?? How is that even possible????
