Honestly, can't say enough about this company and the owner Mike. I had a bas water leak from my master bathroom that went into my kitchen. Mike came in and made me feel calm and confident from the beginning. Really alleviated any worries. His team got the mess cleaned up quick. Helped me coordinate with insurance company as he had more experience taking work off my hands and then got the work done quickly while making sure everything that went in was quality. The insurance adjuster was surprised how quick we were able to get the cabinets and other items in, impressed with the knowledge of Mike's work. I always felt very taken care of and could not ask for better experience! Even miss Mike's happy and joking face at the house! Can't thank you recommend Temp Only Water Restoration enough!!!

Needed complete restoration/remodel of entire first floor after burst pipe flooded everything.  Had tile flooring, cabinetry and drywall done, as well as redoing a leaky roof.  Every person who came to work on my house polite, professional and did absolutely beautiful work.  They exceeded my expectations.

Dave and his crew were wonderful. Such a pleasure to work with and I have not one complaint. If I don't have a complaint then you know they were outstanding because I'm very picky. I would highly recommend them. Very efficient, clean up was neat and just so reliable. Stress free for a stressful situation.

Servpro was great! They responded quickly after my house flooded and were always available if I had any questions. They helped me pack all my things and then helped me unpack everything when my house was repaired. They are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!

I highly recommend Disaster Services and their owner Van Smith.  From our first meeting I was impressed with his prompt and professional service.  But as we delved into our Black Mold issue, my wife and I were beyond grateful that Van was there for us!  Van's knowledge is extremely evident when he talks and works.  Going the extra mile when he really didn't have to, made us feel like he was not just a contractor but a friend as well.  Our house was back to normal in a very short time frame after Van got involved.  Again, My wife and I completely recommend Van Smith and Disaster Services.  So if you want security that it will be done right in a timely and professional manner, call Disaster Services  now and Van will get a smile back in your life :).  -

In the midst of this pandemic, we suffered leakage in our bathroom twice. And twice, restore master was there to do their job. I cannot tell you how much the owner has helped us. First, he went with my schedule. I am a frontliner and I sleep in the day, they accommodated that. Secondly, we the guys that work for him were so neat that they cleaned after themselves. More importantly, Nasur put up with my questioning and inquiries throughout the process. For someone who deals with patients and family members that ask a lot of question, I knew Nasur did a great job in answering mine. Their pricing is very competitive and he works around your budget. I also appreciate that he comes to your house himself to assess the issue first then let his employees do the job later. This shows his dedication and committed with his own company. Furthermore, his advice in regards to other stuff such as what other companies to use as carpenters, plumbers, and other utility guys is invaluable!

Not to mention, I searched for two days before setting with Nesur. Other guy wanted to rip off my entire wall for a small spot of leakage. Nesur thought that was obviously adding more bills for them. Another wanted to rip off my insurance. Nesur also knew that was a rip off. I tell you, this guy knows all the tricks that others bestow to consumers who are in dire stress. That is why I trust him, that is why I choose their company.

Here is my advice, is you need restoration and any kind of water damage call him! Tell him that this review has made you connect to him! I would put my google reviewer reputation in line with this review. I stand firm that they are the best on what they do.

Final thoughts, do not hesitate on calling them for any problem. Ask for Nesur, he usually answers his phone call. Leave a voicemail. Call him first before you even think about calling the other guys. I just saved you headaches and ALOT of money by recommending this guys!

P.S. I fairly make reviews now because of time constraints and ofcourse since its saturated now, but I want to make sure they get the rating they deserve. So here a review from a former four year elite.

Resolution Fire and Flood is an amazing company!  We needed immediate help after discovering black mold growing in our refrigerator after being in storage for 2 months.  Chris at Resolution promptly assessed my needs and sent a technician out the same day! Alberto, the technician, thoroughly cleaned the entire refrigerator, seals,etc...leaving no signs of black mold at all!  Even the foul odor was gone!  I was truly amazed, as I thought the refrigerator was not salvageable!  I highly recommend this company and was 100% satisfied with their service!  They truly went above and beyond for me today!

Incredible company. First time home owner and had a hot water leak through the house. Their employee Tyler took great care of us, was informative and made sure everything with insurance went smoothly. Even gave us a very large discount on my out of pocket portion. The team that did the work was great too, professional. They even delayed payment until I had received the funds from my insurance so I didn't have to front any cash. I will be recommending them to everyone I know, and will be back if I ever have any more damage to my house!

This company has taken excellent care of my home and our rental properties. The dogs who lived with our last tenants ruined the carpet. Urine everywhere and even a few spots where they had clearly dug or chewed holes in the carpet. Dave came over with a blacklight and urine treated the entire house at night. His crew was then there for several hours the next day. The carpet looked and smelled new again. Thanks.

Needed carpets cleaned in a jiffy. They were flexible and had an opening same day. Arrived on time, provided options and quote for service. Advisor/tech took pride in his work and tried his best to remove some stubborn spots. I already moved furniture, so not sure if it's something that they typically help with. Carpet is cleaner and I couldn't be happier. I've used this company a few years ago and will recommend.

I'm a recent first-time home buyer and really appreciated our project manager (Brandon) walking us through the process from the estimate at the beginning to final walk through at the end.  He communicated back and forth with our insurance and made the process as smooth as possible.  We also appreciated the contractor who did a lot of the work, Waldo.  He treated our home with respect and seemed to be dedicated to getting the job done well.  We highly recommend Summit and will go back to them with any future restoration needs.

Go To Services is a highly professional, and more importantly, trustworthy company. We have a busy toddler & needed a pool fence installed ASAP. They came out & installed one fast and helped me find solutions to other safety concerns I had with my pool area to ensure it was safe for my child. We are extremely pleased with the work!

Our lower floor flooded, and we had a huge mess on our hands. One of my contractor friends recommended Darrin to help us with the flood. I am so glad we called him.

His team came right over started working. They removed all of the wet flooring and wet walls. They have special tools to check for moisture and only take out the stuff that has to be removed.  

The process did not take long, and they put in fans and other equipment to dry out the areas. Darrin and his team kept us in the loop as to what was happening next, and when it was happening.

This is the best company by far!! They are super responsive and timely. I had damage to my house due to a storm that come through the valley and they were able to help me get it fixed in no time! Thanks to you guys! I highly recommend this company.

This company does not have a license. This company is not bonded. This company is not insured. This company is not a legal contractor. I hired him to do a job for my home he was so unreliable I wanted to scream. When they were on property to do work they were in their vehicle more than they were doing the job they were hired to do. I don't know if they were on drugs or what but I was extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, never on time, always taking breaks, needed to go get extra supplies on the regular and so many other issues. How does anybody even hire somebody like this? I know why I did because I didn't do my research and I wanted a good price. Next time I'm definitely gonna be looking for reviews to see what other people say before I hire a company. On top of all these other things if you go to their Facebook page which I did, you can see that they actually have another company on there, per the business owner himself, that shows the same phone number for this other company. It's not even close to this type of company. It's actually a solar company. So what is he doing, jack of all trades work? Solar they specified company that you have to know a lot about to do I would imagine. Is this his specialty instead of home repair work? I'm so confused. Very dissatisfied. I want all others to know NEVER, EVER go to this person for any work and do your research before hiring a company. I got screwed. BIG TIME. Let's not let that happen to you. I have also attached three photos. One is for this company. One is for his solar company. One shows that he just started a job on the 19th and then another Solar company he started working for on the 21st!?? How is that even possible????
