Honestly, can't say enough about this company and the owner Mike. I had a bas water leak from my master bathroom that went into my kitchen. Mike came in and made me feel calm and confident from the beginning. Really alleviated any worries. His team got the mess cleaned up quick. Helped me coordinate with insurance company as he had more experience taking work off my hands and then got the work done quickly while making sure everything that went in was quality. The insurance adjuster was surprised how quick we were able to get the cabinets and other items in, impressed with the knowledge of Mike's work. I always felt very taken care of and could not ask for better experience! Even miss Mike's happy and joking face at the house! Can't thank you recommend Temp Only Water Restoration enough!!!

While we had some start up problems the company stepped up and got almost everything completed.  It just took a couple of extra days and they did a great job.

Dave and his crew were wonderful. Such a pleasure to work with and I have not one complaint. If I don't have a complaint then you know they were outstanding because I'm very picky. Subsequent to a plumbing problem causing a leak in our home l called restore Master (a full service restoration contractor) to do the restoration and repair work. I spoke with Nasur, one of the partners of Restore Master,and within an hour he was at my home, accessed the water damage and shortly thereafter, all the blowers and dehumidifiers were delivered and installed. After the dry out period, the necessary repair work was identified and materials ordered.
Restore Master coordinated with my insurance company and worked  on the final settlement. The repair work was completed on time by very experienced craftsman who used quality material. They were professional, courteous and went above and beyond to satisfy us. Their attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship was very obvious. This is a very honest and dependable firm to deal with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Sorry for anyone with a negative experience. My neighbor's condo above toilet split when they were away. I told them many times to shut the water off when traveling but they forget. I heard dripping for 6 weeks and they found nothing. Well a few weeks ago I awoke in the middle of the night heard like pouring rain and I am not on the top floor. I listened on the walls then ceiling. I had security call a lock company to drill out the lock, had the owners call CSAA (part of AAA) horrendous company do not use. Their calls are taken by Safelite Auto Glass call center. They called Lionsgate, a clearinghouse for water damage, by the time Resolution showed it was 7 hours later. Chris the owner apoligized profusely but explained he was just called 35 minutes before. He and his team of 4 men went to work sucking up water in the condo above, after I removed 52 shop vac tanks of water from their floors. He came to me the next day said the condo above me had very minimal insurance nd it ran out so I had to call mine. My company authorized him to pull out walls and ceilings and put drying fans and dehumidifiers in my condo. He also continued to dry above me which my insurance will bill the owner. My insurance will then subrogate the owner above for all my damages since his insurance hit its very low limit. The owner above already sent me my $500 deductible. I cannot recommend Chris and his crew higher as they did a great job, kept testing for the slightest spot of water, wrapped my expensive furniture and large bed in 2 layers of heavy plastic. Now for the construction repair job, the furniture has to be moved out in storage, I have not 1 space to put it in my condo. If you have a sudden water issue insist on your insurance to call them, you will not be sorry.

My mom's home was in need of remediation services.  From the first phone call to DryLux, the parent company, to my experience with Enviro Clean and now the rebuild team at HyperBuilt, they have been completely professional, immediate communication, great follow-up, etc!  For a very stressful situation, this company has done an excellent job in taking care of everything!  I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing this type of service!

This company has taken excellent care of my home and our rental properties. The dogs who lived with our last tenants ruined the carpet. Urine everywhere and even a few spots where they had clearly dug or chewed holes in the carpet. Dave came over with a blacklight and urine treated the entire house at night. His crew was then there for several hours the next day. The carpet looked and smelled new again. Thanks.

We had them clean our oriental rug. The brushed it so hard, even though they said they wouldn't. That a lot of the fibers were pulled. Also the rug was all crusty afterwards.
We hired them to polish our granite counters. All they did is put some kind of a waxy substance on them to make them all shiny. Needless to say that has all been rubbed off by now and it was a smudgy mess in the meantime.... Never again....

Summit recently handled a major water damage repair at our house.  It involved mold remediation, repairs in HVAC closet, complete  removal & replacement of our MBR closet system, painting, etc. They quickly and professionally took care of assessing the damage and getting the repair and restorations moving.

Their ongoing coordination and management of the work was exceptional.  They saw that the work was done correctly and on time, Their project manager, John Burkhart kept us informed and was always reachable.

We especially appreciated how Summit was our single point of contact and handled all billing, payments, insurance, etc.

We would recommend them to anyone.

If you are good with a company whose project manager of your job NEVER communicates with you unless you reach out ... if you are good with a company whose project manager didn't know the scope of the job when coming to see the site ... if not having consistent workers each day who know what was done the day before and what needs to be done that day ... if clear communication with the workers on 'who will be here tomorrow and what work will they be doing' ... if none of these things are important to you then Go To Services is the company for you!  I also had multiple emails with one of the leaders of the team at GTS who assured me that the President of the company takes these concerns seriously and that he is good on following up on things and would be in touch with me to discuss.  That was 8 weeks ago and I have never been contacted by the President of the company.  The project manager never came back to walk the job at the end to be sure that everything was done that was scoped.

We had a nasty pipe break in our home that did a tremendous amount of damage. Thankfully, Restoration 1 came and took care of the water, and removed all of the wet materials. They arrived within 30 minutes of the pipe break, and started working. I was amazed at how much damage the water caused in such a short amount of time. Their crew worked through the night and stabilized my home. I am extremely grateful for their help and would recommend them to anyone that has water damage.

This is the best company by far!! They are super responsive and timely. I had damage to my house due to a storm that come through the valley and they were able to help me get it fixed in no time! Thanks to you guys! I highly recommend this company.

This company does not have a license. This company is not bonded. This company is not insured. This company is not a legal contractor. I hired him to do a job for my home he was so unreliable I wanted to scream. When they were on property to do work they were in their vehicle more than they were doing the job they were hired to do. I don't know if they were on drugs or what but I was extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, never on time, always taking breaks, needed to go get extra supplies on the regular and so many other issues. How does anybody even hire somebody like this? I know why I did because I didn't do my research and I wanted a good price. Next time I'm definitely gonna be looking for reviews to see what other people say before I hire a company. On top of all these other things if you go to their Facebook page which I did, you can see that they actually have another company on there, per the business owner himself, that shows the same phone number for this other company. It's not even close to this type of company. It's actually a solar company. So what is he doing, jack of all trades work? Solar they specified company that you have to know a lot about to do I would imagine. Is this his specialty instead of home repair work? I'm so confused. Very dissatisfied. I want all others to know NEVER, EVER go to this person for any work and do your research before hiring a company. I got screwed. BIG TIME. Let's not let that happen to you. I have also attached three photos. One is for this company. One is for his solar company. One shows that he just started a job on the 19th and then another Solar company he started working for on the 21st!?? How is that even possible????
