My water heater decided to have her water break the night of my birthday. My garage was beginning to flood... So I called Parker and Sons and they came out determined it was necessary to get a new water heater in here and also set me up with dry force because my drywall and my sons drywall and baseboards were destroyed due to water damage Michael French came out and he gave me an estimate ran me through the process. He took pictures and videos from my insurance company and the claim which he handled from start to finish and he's maintained contact with the claim agent... Michael went ahead and took out my drywall. He set up fans, in both the garage and my son's room and gave me absolutely amazing. Customer service did the job with integrity, and did not take the situation for a ride with extra costs. He secured the safety of my homes structure and gave me hope lol
NOT TO MENTION talked me out of a anxiety attack.
Thank you Michael for being amazing

We had water damage to the garage from a leaking water heater. Parker and sons recommended this company. Their agent Nephi came to the house and informed us that they will take care of the rebuild and reinstall action of the water heater in the amount quoted. We paid by credit card. He did not have us sign a contract and sent it later. 3 days later their company calls us and tells us that we need to send someone to do an estimate for the rebuild. Explained that this is not what was explained to us. Have had multiple calls about this but no resolution. Awaiting call from general manager. This has been more than a week out.
Looking at reviews for this company looks like I am not alone. Same agent listed in another review.

I had a water heater leak from my garage into my house, damaging drywall and baseboards.  I had two other companies come out for estimates and both were outrageously priced and would take weeks to finish the job.  Matt (my hero) from Dry Force worked effortlessly with my plumber, Ryan from Second Opinion Plumbing (another awesome company) to remove and install a new water heater.

They only needed to remove a small portion of drywall from around the tank whereas the other companies advised that I needed three times as much drywall removed.  The other company also advised that the stand my current leaking water heater was on was unstable and not safe.  Matt assured me it was stable and just needed to be dried and the new drywall replaced.

Honest, fast, and clean, are all three qualities that are hard to find in a company these days.  The cherry on top is it's a locally, family-owned businesses!

This company is a complete rip off. Total Scam artists. My hot water tank blew up in my garage. Parker and Sons came out to replace the tank and then recommended this company for water mitigation and drywall repair services. Since dealing with this company. I am completely disappointed. They did absolutely nothing besides come out set up fans some fans and proceed to cut out some of my drywall and then try to send a bill for over $4000 worth of work. To this day they have still not finished repairing my drywall in my garage. The job is not complete, and are now trying to threaten me with lawyers and collection companies to receive payment. After looking at similar reviews and confirm all of them. I actually even tried to call Nephi to handle this quietly and he angrily hung up on me. Would not recommend to anyone!!!!

Dry Force was called by Collins Comfort Masters to address ceiling damage caused by a leak in a newly installed A/C system that flooded my attic (see my review of Collins elsewhere).  They put half-a-dozen vertical drying fans and a large dehumidifier in the affected areas, which ran 24x7 for two-plus weeks.  Sounded like a jet engine on a test stand in the hallway, and a home studio was unusable, but drying had to precede demo and repair.

Dry Force managers and technicians were professional and focused throughout the process.  And I hope I never (need to) see them again.

I can't comment on the cost, as Collins covered that.  But I'm sure it was an expensive lesson in installation quality control.

I'm glad we didn't use this company.  We had a tech come out to scope out a wet water heater base platform.  The heater was being replaced by a different plumbing company, but we needed someone to shore up the drywall and platform below the heater, since it got a little wet.

The tech shows up and uses a 'moisture detector', barely touches the wet drywall to actually gauge any potential water damage.  The tech says he'll need to cut through the wall FROM INSIDE THE DINING ROOM, to fix this.  Quotes $1000.  You gotta be kidding me.  Replacing the water heater won't even cost that much.  This company is a joke.

Dealing with drive Force was a pleasure a the beginning. The people whom work there are very nice. Unfortunately this review is not about the employees but about there service.

Dry Force came out to my home because of some water damages. They explained that they would work with my insurance company and what work they would perform. So I said great and signed a contract with them.
Well they came out to demo some dry wall and cut out some carpet. This was about all they did they started the job. They were are 40% done and got to the havac room. This is where they stopped. They would not remove anymore of the damaged dry wall. They said I had to call someone to remove the equipment before they would finish there work.  Even though the original estimator had already quoted me on the entire job and informed me that they would remove the equipment and remove all the drywall.
I feel the company is extremely dishonest. I would have enjoyed finishing the job with them because they were so nice unfortunately I was not paying for smiles. I was paying for a construction and clean up job.  Don't trust these guys they will walk away with work to be done.

I'm not one for negative feedback so when I do provide it it's because it's necessary that people know.

Do not use Dry Force

If you have an emergency flood do not use this company. They take advantage of your emergency and do not do right by you. Not only was I charged more than quoted (by $1700) I had tons of mold under my carpet. I had to remove all the carpet. They told me not to use my insurance and untrusted their knowledge in this. They told me it's cheaper you just pay us. WRON They damaged a large amount of dry wall, which created even more cost for me. They advised me to remove my vanity (they ripped it apart) which after inspection was totally fine, that I also had to pay to replace. They will not work with payment plans. Pay it all or get sued. Id avise to find another company. The workers were nice guys but they don't represent the company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Our house has a slab leak that ran its way throughout our whole house (on a Saturday). Parker and Sons was able to get Dry Force out from what he said was tomorrow. However, I got a call 30 minutes later that night and was told they can come out immediately. Nephi, absolutely amazing throughout! If you ever have a problem with this man - I would assume you are lying.
Super genuine, knew what he was doing, and gave great information and tips being a first homeowner. He made us feel comfortable in a unfortunate situation. Best part of all is being explained what is going on in your home, and exactly how/what they do to fix it. I was given a timely timeline on my house being repaired. A total length of 4 days. Which is absolutely amazing! Dry Force cares about their customers, and we couldn't be more thankful for all their help in such a short notice. Will be my first pick and recommendation for all.

We had a leak in my rental unit from the dishwasher line. Jake with Dry Force was on the case! He confirmed moisture in the walls and cabinet within a 3' radius of the source. After I had the plumber repair the leak, they moved quickly to cut out any wet or damaged areas and get the fans blowin' to dry it out. They did a perfectionist level job at taping off the areas of the room to prevent damage and were tidy and professional with me, my tenant, and the property management. Jake is also very knowledgeable about insurance and not only supported the call to file a claim, but educated me on what to expect. Five stars all around!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Horrible experience and was threatened by their employee. I have never been so humiliated in my life. Worst company in the restoration business. I would like to be contacted by the owner. Even though I know it won't happen. Use another company this company is a scam. They did none of the job. Absolutely a scam and they got 2000 dollars for no work at all. Awful experience please use any other company than dry force.

We ended up not using this company, but I do want to share why I am giving a 5 star for this review.  They were recommended to use by Lawson Plumbing after that plumber came out to assess our hot water heater issue, which was a leak and it had caused water damage to the area it was in.

That day I called Dry Force and Jake came out.  It was a really hot day and he was here for probably over 2 hrs in the heat of my garage and the outdoors.  Basically all the drywall would have to be replaced and maybe more.  He told me about the process and working with the home insurance.

There was a $500 deductible we would have to be pay and everything else would be covered by insurance and he would help us through that process.

Long story short, they followed up with us a few times, but I had to have them wait until I was ready.  When I was getting another quote from EcoDry, which I felt both companies are good based off Google, Yelp, BBB reviews, it was a toss up.  The big difference was that EcoDry was going to eat the cost for the deductible, which meant no out-of-pocket for us and I asked Dry Force if they could do that.

Jake checked and unfortunately, they could only lower it to $250 and not the whole deductible so my husband said he wanted EcoDry to do the work.  Jake took all this very graciously and my whole dealings with him were really great.

I felt that he cared about the customer and wasn't trying to upsell me on anything.  He even gave tips on how to lower my costs of the cleanup and reconstruction of the this project and I appreciated it.  Too bad we weren't able to use them, but if I needed to, I would.

Driving down the freeway (The 60) during rush hour ( 4pm on a Friday) and there is the Dry Force Van cruising the HOV with one person in it.... everybody else abides by the law, but not this guy... not this company... apparently they think they're above the law. The drivers response when confronted... a laugh and the middle finger...never use this company. Maybe they'll learn a lesson when they lose business because of there jerk attitudes... don't you know you represent the company you work for. Smart... real smart. Break the law in your company vehicle.... fool.

Using this company was a waste of time.

Property unnecessarily damaged or removed, poor communications, and nuisance calls.  Also presumed that restoration building contractors would be whom they partner with.

You can find better quality service for a better price by avoiding this incompetent company.

I would not recommend.  Instead, go with a professional company that provides this service nationally.

They were late arriving by about 1 hour, was supposed to be about 2 hours late however, I called and complained as I had an appointment at 9:00 a.m.  They did a good job at taking out the cabinets under the sink and the side one as well as lifting the Granite, they cleaned up very well.  But when arriving home to very loud noise of fans running - I went into the kitchen to look and it didn't look like anything needed to be dried out at all.  Also, they said black mold, but when the guys arrived they said no on the black mold, ugh.  Also, the water was not close to being as bad as they tried to explain to me - could have just used a contractor and saved money.  Then I also still had a water leak, why would you not tell someone to have a plumber fix the leak first - oh that's right they were referred to me by Parker & Sons, who didn't want to fix the leak, was too quick to jump to restoration.  Well $2,900.00 later and I still have water leaking until I can get a plumber out.  Kinda defeats the whole purpose of getting a restoration company.  I will not use Parker & Sons again.  From now on when I have a leak I will dry out with my own fans and just call a residential contractor to fix everything - good grief - would have been less money and less headache having all these different trades coming to my house.  I always have to learn the hard way.

I dealt with this company after a flood at my house.  These guys were awesome!

Nephi was awesome, gave me all the information, expand the process and put a lot of fans and dehumidifiers in my house.  Very professional and knowledgeable young man.  He walked me through the entire process, letting me know how my insurance adjuster and his company worked together.

Every single one of them were so polite, professional and clean!  The job Bill and Ivan did was meticulous.  They cut the damaged drywall out, and it was seriously so clean and liked like it was a new build.  They removed the destroyed carpet padding, and they cleaned everything up after the mess.

Bill was so meticulous and even cut pieces of the baseboard and door trim for the construction company needed to make their repairs.  He marked them and put them on the table in such a neat way.  I could see how obviously meticulous he is.  I really appreciated that he took such care with my house.

Tucker came to check the moisture in the walls and removed the fans since it was dry.  He was such a nice young man, and he was such a genuine guy, as was Nephi, Bill, and Ivan.  Awesome company!

I hope never to have to use them again, but if for some reason I do, I will only deal with Dry Force.  Great group of guys!

These guys are the best!

Our plumber recommended them to me after he fixed our leak and I am glad he did! They came out right away which is amazing. Very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I have. They even help me talk to my insurance people (I mean I can do it myself but I am not going to lie, I am not an expert, I would eventually get to the answers BUT they just save me a lot of time by taking over the phone when necessary). Very professional!

I hope I will never get water damage again but if I do, I know who to call.

I live in a condo and had a clogged drain line from my washing machine which resulted in water under my eng. wood floor and up my drywall.  After a call from my plumber and ins. comp. Dry Force came, set up fans and air purifiers and cut out wet flooring and drywall.  All of the people they sent had on masks (which I appreciated because of covid-19).  They kept tabs on the progress of the repairs-always available when I called.  They responded to my requests.  When they said they were going to do something, they did.  I have only good things to say , especially about my contact, Matt Schultz. I did not choose them directly--choice probably came thru plumber or most likely, my insurance company.

Remodeled our kitchen in 2017. Did a great job, meticulous. Took a bit longer than expected, but still worth it. Ray made great recommendations, and I followed them even though I wasn't sure about (ie, backsplash), and he was 100% right on. Would use again.

I absolutely recommend that you stay away from this company.  They see their clients as a conduit to big insurance dollars.  Their work is poor and they nickel and dime for everything.  They dehumidified my entire garage which opens to the world without sectioning off the area of water damage and also started their dry out without removing dry wall for a water leak within a wall just to mention a few problems.   I reached out to their customer service more than once to inform them that their work was not good and I had many verbal disagreements over many days with my agent to no avail.  I could not get a response until I dragged the president of the plumbing company that recommended Dry Force into the mix and he connected me directly to someone higher up who finally refunded me for work that she agreed with was unacceptable.  It's already difficult enough to have a pipe burst in your home.  To have to fight every single step (such as asking them to open the dry wall to expose the water damage before they dry the area) of the way during repair is not any help.  Save yourself the headache and heartburn and go elsewhere.

I had serious water damage from a leaky faucet.  The plumber recommended Dry Force.  They were able to come to the house the same morning.  Nephi, the estimator, did a great job of explaining how the process would work and he filed the insurance claim and spoke with the adjuster from the insurance company.  Dry Force technicians came later that day and removed the damaged cabinets and drywall and set up dehumidifiers.  This could have been a very stressful situation, but Dry Force took all the stress out of it.

Our place on a Saturday was leaking in the kitchen area. We were in another town at the time of the occurrence. I called Tim Smith at DryForce and was there immediately. He actually did a conference call with us to our insurance broker who was in the Midwest and explained everything that was going on with the water situation. He got his workers scheduled for Monday as well as followed up with our insurance broker-he took charge and made it look so easy ! And less stress for us ! Tim was very efficient - honest -knowledgeable as well as professional. A very well organized company. Emailed us the work that was completed with an Authorization of Completion document for our records. You are the BEST- Thank you

I cannot say enough about how pleasantly surprised I am about Dry Force. They have done a complete 180 degree turn in the last 2 years from where they use to be. I decided to give them a second chance and have used them as a contractor for my customers for about 4 months now. Until recently I figured they were the same company I stopped using in 2006. To my surprise they are not. They completely changed into a company that I feel has my customers best interest at heart and they continue to go above and beyond for the customers we send their way. I own a company that is very interested in making sure all customers are treated with respect and honor. I feel that they will do the same for our clients.

Do not...I repeat do not use this company or any of its affiliates!!!! As the multiple reviews state these guys are crooks! Literally! We now have missing jewelry and prescription medication and no one at Dry Force seems to care. They are not doing an internal investigation they are only willing to work with the police. I can understand not wanting to acuse people but beware of a company that does not perform internal investigations or drug testing after such allegations have been made. So...now we are having to work with the police. Crooks! California's company may be better based on the reviews that did get more than 1 star but stay away from the group in AZ. If I could give 0 stars I would!

I only signed up for yelp to warn people of this company.

Dry Force is the company to call if you have water damage.  They are more than professional, they are caring when it comes to customers.  The crew (Quincy and John) were thorough and knowledgeable.  For having to tear my kitchen apart to dry out water damage, they were as unobtrusive as possible.  I highly recommend this company. I had to revise my review because, even though I specifically asked for one, I never received a statement of services.  I have the right to know what the company charged my insurance company and right now I have no idea.

I was referred to Dry Force by the plumber that came out to repair my water heater leak. My garage was flooded and I had two rooms affected which included cabinetry.  Dry Force came out for a free assessment and did not push me into doing anything that was not necessary.   I ended up filing a claim with my homeowner's insurance and they were billed directly.  My insurance adjuster had worked with Dry Force before which worked out perfect.  I would definitely recommend this company to anyone as they completed the entire job from the dry out to the rebuild.

Dry Force California was referred to me by Cole Plumbing in Garden Grove, CA after I had an in slab water leak that soaked water into the walls around our dining room.  The team that showed up did a great job using moisture detectors to figure out exactly what portion of the dry wall in the walls was okay which needed to be removed.  Then they set up the dryers to prevent mold and dry out the walls.

The service guys were friendly and they didn't damage anything else while they were working.  The reconstruction and paint job looks like new.  During the rebuild of the wall, the front door frame adjusted a bit and made the dead bolt on the front door stickier but they also fixed that afterward and now the front door is working fine.  I recommend them for any water damage to walls.  My property insurance company agreed to pay the amount they were asking so I assume their cost was reasonable.

We discovered approximately 18,500 gallons of water under our house last Thursday. DryForce came out immediately. They explained everything they did, worked hard to get the water pumped out, came out again the next day and continued to work, laid down absorbent material, ran fans, and got what needed to be dried dry. Everyone was very nice from Matt who was our first contact, to Ralph, David, Jonathan and Ronald. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a clean up.

Contractors always state there fees via phone or on arrival after assessing the job.
Additionally, there is only one emergency fee if at all with such contractors. Dry Force came on the recommendation of a plumber. They came on a weekday during business hours.
Dry Force came for a proposed leak behind drywall in a bathroom. The job took 3 hours and a few days of a dehumidifier and heaters.
We were billed 2 separate emergency visit fees at $195 EACH for demolition and water extraction.  We were also double billed for labor. We were billed 6.5 hours for water extraction and 3 hours for demolition.
It was a small job and we paid $1500!
It was inappropriate billing.  Speaking with the manager was even more dissatisfying - how are we supposed to make money, this is the industry standard.  She finally omitted one $195 emergency fee to keep the cost to $1500.

We experienced a burst pipe in the wall on a Friday evening and we couldn't be happier with both Parker and Sons and Dry Force. Nephi assisted us and was very professional. Not that is was necessary, but our dogs loved them...a lot!

Similar to Brandon's review from Sept., I had called Parker & Sons to evaluate what I believed was a leak in the master bath. Quickly after Parker & Sons viewed the damage, they referred me to Dry Force for water remediation. Within a very short time, Dry Force arrived and estimated over $3,100 to repair drywall in the master bath and living room areas and bring in their equipment, which I understood to be fans. As I continued to talk with the men from Dry Force, I questioned why the cost was so high and was told they have special machines to dry out the area. It was getting later in the evening and as I began to get more and more suspicious and was presented with an iPad for my signature, I told them I could not move forward with their services because I wanted to do some further research.
The young man with Dry Force said that I was taking a risk in not bringing in their equipment to dry out the area because he said that my hardwood floors read signs of water.
After they left, I phoned another restoration service and was told that my floors were in fact not wet and the dry wall removal was not significant at this time, estimating 1/2 the cost of Dry Force. I was also shown how the water detector works and was shown that in fact the hardwood floors water reading was at an acceptable level.
There appears there may be other exterior water damage and I suspect my repairs could be significant, however I certainly can't trust Dry Force to do the repairs given their questionable business practices and scare tactics.

We've had Dry Force to our home twice in the past two years and both times they were fantastic!  Jace and Bill, our Dry Force technicians, are so knowledgeable, caring and professional.  Both times we had water damage, called them immediately and there was no delay at all.  They came right out and started to work with inspections, placed equipment to dry carpet and walls and also laid down paper in our foyer and plastic runners on our stairs to avoid any damage.  I would highly recommend Dry Force!!

I have a new appreciation for the water restoration business and an even greater appreciation for Dry Force.  After experiencing a flood in the middle of the night, my stress and uncertainty about what to do next was quelled by the folks at Dry Force within minutes of my call.  A technician (Sergio) arrived at my home in less than 30 minutes and completely provided my wife and I relief.  He was professional, considerate and extremely thorough.  Although he drew the short-straw on covering late-night  emergencies that night, I couldn't have asked for better customer service.  Frankly, I was expecting much less in terms of response time, organizational effectiveness and professionalism (especially so late at night).  I was also impressed with the use of what seemed to be, state-of-the-art technology.  Sergio used an electronic tablet to take pictures and start my file.  This system provided a cohesive service delivery (eliminating any gaps in communication) for us throughout the entire process, no matter who we spoke to at Dry Force.  On that note, I need to recognize Albert who assisted me by phone later in the process.  Although Albert works at the office (not in the field), he was able to answer questions about our situation seamlessly and with confidence, despite not being our specific technician.  Again, we received exceptional customer service and professionalism.  I don't usually take the time to post reviews and I am not easily impressed, but my experience with Dry Force exceeded all expectations and is worthy of the recognition.  Thank you Dry Force and keep doing what you're doing to ensure such a pleasant customer experience!

They were referred by the plumber.  Had no chance to check them out, and I really do not have a point of reference/comparison since I have not had this experience.  They seem t have done a good job on getting drying out the wall. Not so good a job in clean-up after.  Felt almost harassed by their collection guy.  Check was sent to me by insurance which required my endorsement; collection guy called me before I even got the check.  I mailed it the day after it arrived in the mail.

We contacted them about our rental property in Litchfield Parkl, az. They worked with our tenants to get the water damage repaired quickly. Also they were very understanding when our payment from our insurance company was delayed. We will definitely call them with any water damage problems in the future!

Horrible experience with Dry Force company!

Final invoice is three times more than the original quote. No communication whatsoever and insurance had to investigate more about the damage. Work was not complete at the end so another company has to finish their unfinished work.

Also, company did work without owner authorization and there is a fraud filed against this issue.

Please save your time and go with another company to save your money to go through all these and lawsuit against them. They also had many complaints on BBB, read it before you try to use them!

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. First I had several mold removal experts call me and said they would show up sometime, some never even called me back. Dry force called me back and showed up. I was told by 2 plumbers that I had a mold issue even though I knew it was very minimal but they said I should expect to pay 1 to 2k for the job. The guy from Dry Force came in and he took one look at it and said no work needed to be done and told me I could fix it myself as it was so minimal. He could have charged me for basically doing nothing and I wouldn't have known the difference and I would have paid him. This guy put his ethics and integrity over trying to make a buck. That is so rare these days and I am so grateful as I have limited funds. I wish I remembered his name but this guy deserves a raise, promotion or a medal. I'm very grateful, he was the one that came by and thankful he was honest, I wish I could have afforded to give him a bigger tip but I hope great karma comes his way as he deserves it. Thank you !!!

I called Dry Force as a referral from a friend.  They came out within hours of our call, assessed the damage and started immediate remediation.  The workers were professional and made considerable efforts to keep the remainder of the house clean as they transported their equipment to the affected areas.

Initial emergency call to remove a flood from a washing machine was great. Received service and support within an hour and impressed by their response. From there unfortunately everything goes downhill. 6 month later my account was still outstanding with no communication, mixed messages regarding what needed to be done to my house, poor customer service or concern to fix mistakes. Please save yourself time and do not work with this company. It is unfortunate that a bad situation turns even worse pending on who you call and their lack of service.

I have 2 kids who think the garden tub is their own private swimming pool, needless to say when you are out mowing the grass and they think its a good time to swim things dont end well. Dry Force had 2 guys out pretty quickly. 4 days later and a bit of new trim and some paint and im good to go. Everyone i had to deal with (3 guys came to our house through out the whole ordeal, plus the office staff) was pretty upbeat and helped to get me to laugh about the mess. I just pray i never need them again but if i do i would have no reservations about calling them back.
