I had a water pipe break in the wall, a plumber came and tore open the wall to fix it. I was concerned about mold. Another company told me they'd have to tear out the bathroom to check for mold. I called Arizona's Restoration Experts for a second opinion.

Jesse & Chase came out right away to check. They did a moisture check of the inside wall / base boards, and at my request, widened up the existing wall opening and checked for moisture / mold. To my relief they found the panels around the drain to be dry and clear of mold, but just to be safe they sprayed a microbial agent on the walls to prevent any future mold.

Jesse and Chase refused to accept any payment for this inspection, although they saved me a huge headache of having to tear up the bathroom as suggested by the other company.

This CO is rated by me as WOOHOO as good as it its! 4-22-15 I had a broken inside water pipe from the Bathroom wall. They were fast, did a excellent repair with water extraction and remediation. They had lots of repair wotk to do with tear out ,drywall fix,carpet/pad cleaning ,dehumidifier and HEPA Vacuuming.
I would recommend this CO for any of your mold/water /damage restoration.

I had a major water heater leak at my house that caused big time damage. This was my first time ever having something go wrong with my home and my first time filing a claim with my homeowners insurance, so you can imagine my cluelessness. Trent was very helpful and patient with me throughout the whole process. All of the guys I dealt with were very friendly and his company did a great job with all of the work that they did. I would recommend them to anyone!

This summer my AC broke and flooded my house. The repairman offered to call a restoration company out to take a look. Nick with Arizona's Restoration Experts arrived and it seemed the minute he stepped foot on my property, everything got better. He identified all of the damage, helped me with filing my claim and then began the process of drying and extracting the water. I was terribly stressed and he not only did exceptional work but also calmed me down! Within a few days, they had the water dry and saved us from mold. The holes they had to cut into the wall were precise and they took extra care to clean up dust and debris in my home. They have the experience and knowledge to handle anything.These guys are my personal heroes and I would recommend this company to anyone!!

After a plumbing accident caused flooding in two rooms I contacted Arizona's Restoration Experts. Within an hour after calling, they performed an assessment on the water damage and they began the water extraction/drying immediately. Being my first water damage incident, I had many questions that were thoroughly answered by their knowledgeable staff. Will definitely use Arizona's Restoration Experts again in the event I need their services.

Great service, very professional. I had a leak in a bedroom after a haboob and they were at my house the next day. Took quotes from them and another company. Their total quote was LESS THAN HALF than a competitor for total demo, cleanup, and restoration. They only do the demo/cleanup but they partner well with other contractors for repairs and other services to help put your house back together again.

After dealing with my home owners not covering my claim, I was left with the headache of dealing with trusting the right company to come and fix my kitchen and mold clean up and water damage. I contacted this company and they responded the next day. Came out gave me a great deal!!! There customer service was great and they went above and beyond to help me with any questions I had. They also provided me with other contacts that could help me with my insurance company. There work was excellent and so CLEAN!! I'm very satisfied with my choice on choosing them for the job.... I hired Arizona Restoration Experts to remediate a mold problem in our kitchen that was caused by a leaking dishwasher. Adam, one of the owners, gave me a quote for the job and then started the work the next morning. Adam's fee was reasonable, and his work was outstanding. While he properly sealed off the affected area, he did it in such a way that still allowed my wife and I to access our refrigerator. I found Adam to be a person of high integrity, competent, knowledgeable, and intent on doing the job well. For example, when the air-quality had to be retested, Adam did some additional work and then paid for the retest himself (which passed). I learned from the Environmental Inspector that some mold remediation companies make the customer pay for all retests, but Adam felt that it was his responsibility to complete the job and ensure air-quality inspection results were good. In short, I was very satisfied with the work done by Arizona Restoration Experts, and I recommend them.
