Due to the expense of straightening out, wrinkles in a large rug, recommended alternative strategy, which I used, and which was successful. Cleaned one of my oriental rugs, beautiful job, reasonable. When Fred returned my oriental rug that had been cleaned, he helped my handyman re-lat the large rug as well. Very happy with the service and customer orientation
Fred did an amazing job cleaning and stretching two bedrooms of carpet, He was prompt, professional and quoted me the prices upfront so there were no surprises. Highly recommend using this company.
Glad I checked out all the online reviews for carpet cleaners before selecting F&F as they had the most 5 star recommendations. Now after using their services I can see why. While I'd have had to wait weeks for other franchise services to come and clean the area rugs and one full room of wall to wall carpet in the house, Farad was able to stop by the same week I called to not only provide a reasonable estimate but perform the in-home wall-to-wall cleaning and take the 4 area rugs in for professional washing. They were ready for delivery less than 7 days later in pristine condition. The rugs were rolled up well, furniture moved with care and placed back in exact positions. I can't believe the stains they are able to remove. Floors are clean and smelling fresh when they are finished.

I searched Yelp for a company to clean a fairly new expensive rug that my dog enjoys wiping his face on. I did not want a Chem Dry or Stanley Steamer type of company but rather someone who specializes in cleaning quality rugs.
I liked F & F's reviews and decided to call. Fred the owner is very prompt and professional. He picked up my large area rug and returned it in perfect condition. I was so impressed that I gave him another rug to clean.
Great service, great results and reasonably priced
I love my dogs but they will have the occasional accident in the house. It's particularly gross when it's on my carpet. I have used several carpet cleaning services in the valley but none come close to the expertise, attention to detail, and personal care of F&F carpeting cleaning. The owner, Farhad, came out to my house and took the time to explain everything. My carpet is clean and the colors are popping out which I haven't seen in a long time. Highly recommend using them. Other services appeared to just have a hired hand working and just did the job but I felt like F&F really got my carpets cleaner.

I Called F&F Carpet cleaning to get my carpets cleaned. They went above and beyond to make sure my carpets were immaculate considering I had a dog that had accidents on the carpet. They were able to get me scheduled at a time that worked best with my work schedule and they also offered to use a special enzyme to remove the smell of pet urine. F&F also had the house done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to have your carpets as good as new!!!!!
-So far, so good ! I made my first Appointment with F & F Carpet Cleaning for 2 weeks from now. So I'll see how it goes... :)

Awesome experience! I saw the other great reviews and decided to give them a call. We just closed on a home and were considering replacing carpet in 2 rooms. One room had a particularly bad high traffic area, dingy stained and the pile in that area was almost flattened. We decided to try getting it cleaned first before the big expense of new carpet. So glad we chose F&F!
They answered right away, and I quickly got a no-nonsense quote over the phone. They were able to schedule the cleaning for same-day. The tech Anderson arrived right on time, he was thorough in checking out the carpet and explained what he was going to do, especially deep-cleaning the high traffic areas. The price was as quoted on the phone, no surprises or unnecessary sales tactics. He worked efficiently, used corner protectors on the walls to prevent the hose from scraping corners. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and professionalism of the tech. The carpets are 100 times better, the high traffic area we concerned about looks brand new. We saved so much by not needing to buy new carpet. We still randomly look at the carpet and comment about how amazing they turned out!
I will use these guys again, and will be sure to refer them to friends and family. It is rare to find a straight-forward service company these days, solid customer service, and great work.

What a great experience I had with this company. First I scheduled a time for them to come and estimate cleaning all my carpets and tile. The estimator arrived on time and masked for safety.
They sent a reminder of the appointment and came and did an amazing job. The job was a little bigger than they expected, but they stayed within their price quote and did an outstanding job on some really nasty carpets and tile. They even took before and after pics for me to see.

I recently closed on a house in Scottsdale and wanted to have the carpets professionally cleaned before moving in. The previous owner had two dogs and one of the bedrooms had a few stains on the carpet. F&F Carpet Cleaning seemed competitive on price and I really like that they charge per sq. ft. so I knew I was only paying for what I needed. They were super flexible on working to my schedule, which was great, and they showed up on time and were extremely communicative during the entire process. I spillled an entire latte on our wool/jute rug. I freaked and put any chemical I had in my house on it (huge mistake). I was super upset. After calling around and sending photos to various companies I was convinced I was doomed. Many places said they would not be able to get the rug back to its original color. One place recommended F and F and said wool was their speciality-they weren't wrong! They got the stain out of my carpet without even taking it to their shop. Thank you!

Just had 5 area rugs returned from F & F and wanted to say what a pleasant transaction and experience it's been.
When removing the rugs from garage, that haven't been used in several years, we unrolled to discover moth and rodent damage!
Fred took the rugs, cleaned them and found a repair person to work on unraveling of fringe.
He communicated with me along the way and was patient while we decided how to proceed due to cost.
Pet stains and odor removed. Damage fixed.

I wasn't sure what to expect but the carpets looked great after cleaning. I would definitely use them again. Reasonable pricing too!
called for a quote. Over the phone they quoted $260. That was the most expensive quote but they had good reviews. When they got here and measured they told me $575. I told them to pound sand.
PS: I wasn't trying to negotiate. I was trying to get you out of my house and was upset that you wasted my time. At that price I saw no need to try and negotiate.

We had a section of carpet repaired and then cleaned. Fred came to take a look ahead of time so he could quote more accurately. The technicians all wore masks and were professional. Our carpeting looks like new again and it smells fresh too. I highly recommend them.

Called and talked to Sandy (I think that was her name) to schedule an apt. VERY personable, made my appointment, after I made it I realized that day/time would not work for me. I called her back and it was no problem at all to change it.
Day of service: technician showed up on time.
Greeted us with a smile. Very professional talked to me about our pet stains, no problem he said, and he was correct pet stains gone.
He worked and completed the job with no issues, my carpet looks fantastic.

I spoke with Sandy today and gave me the best advise and solution! She helped me step by step and with prices. Even though I didn't set anytime frame yet, she was very kind and patient with me. Customer services is great!
We had a 5x7 2 year old rug that was about $400 we had cleaned by a mobile cleaner. It just never looked the same (very short pile) and didn't get that clean. We decided to purchase another and after buying and returning two new ones we decided to try to get the original cleaned again because nothing looked as good as that first did. After taking it to F&F I kid you not, for $120 it looked as good as the day we bought it. Even the pile lay was restored! We're extremely happy and couldn't recommend them more.

No complaints! I called and they were able to schedule me day-of. The gentleman was on time and helped me move furniture around. My place isn't very large but he still spent about 2 1/2 hours and was working the whole time. My place I just moved into was so much dirtier than I realized! Right after leaving my last review the office immediately called me via phone and offered to have the owner come out. Fred came out at the time promised and was extremely understanding and professional and willing to help. He helped fixed the scuffs on our furniture and also helped resolve the issues with the carpet. I'm highly impressed with the care this company took and would feel confident in using them again in the future. They did an amazing job! I had them out to restretch the carpets and they did an incredible job. They also did and advanced cleaning of my white carpets and really brought them back to better than new condition. The special cleaning equipment that spins around on the carpet got my carpets super clean.
I had a 12x15 rug in need of attention and F & F carpet cleaning took care of it so quickly. So professional and friendly! And worked with my horrible scheduling needs. 100% recommended.

I had an excellent experience with them. The technician was very timely, and worked really hard. I had an area rug, several rooms of carpet and my grout cleaned. I also opted to have the grout sealed. I was very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend their services.
My carpets were in need of cleaning as I don't do it regularly, so you can imagine how messy it was. I was very pleased with the results are the carpet stains all come out.
Had a large area rug that needed to be cleaned. Fred showed up on time to pick it up and delivered it. The rug looks brand new. OUTSTANDING work.

My boyfriend and I just recently moved in together and I got tired of looking at all the couch and carpet stains. I called this carpet cleaning company and they were able to fite in right away. After two solid hours of carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning.. Everything looked brand new. Not one wine nor pet stain( we have two dogs).
They are punctual, detailed, and made sure you were happy with the results. My boyfriend came home and couldn't believe his eyes of the cleanliness!

I know the owner Fred who is a very knowledgeable and professional cleaner. If you want your carpets and rugs to be cleaned by the best of the best, look no further. Call and talk to one of the staff. You'll be in good hands.
I read the reviews and thought they can't be that good. However, after the cleaning today I can honestly say our carpets and furniture (couch and two chairs) look amazing!
I contacted them because we have company coming in town and I needed it done this week. They were able to fit me in and showed up on time. Our carpets had the evidence of having a dog and two cats in the beginning but that is not the case now.
F&F will definitely be who I call next time I need this service.
BTW - The tech (I believe his name was Fashad) was so personable and professional.
We finally moved into an amazing new home and our dogs decided they were going to get sick on the beautiful carpet. I wanted to cry but called F&F carpet cleaning instead. They answered my call before business hours and had a technician at our home by 12pm the same day. I was extremely happy with the quality of customer service (they called twice to update me of their exact arrival time) and their cleaning is superb. Their equipment is top of the line and our carpet looks brand new again. The quote provided was fair and clearly explained to me. I am hoping our dogs don't have any more midnight tummy troubles, but if they do, I will definitely be calling F&F again.
So how's this for customer service? I called and inquired about rug and carpet cleaning. Fred answered and said he was in the neighborhood and could come by and give an estimate in 20 min!
15 min later he showed up gave us a very fair estimate and asked if we wanted to schedule or if we like he could do the service now and take the rug with him. Fred was extremely professional, he cleaned two rooms and our pet stained rug to perfection. We're extremely happy with his services and would strongly recommend him in the future. Thanks Fred

Couldn't be more pleased with this family owned company - from my first contact with Sandi promptly and courteously answering my request for service to owner Fred, who together with is new team member Micah, arrived as scheduled and did a marvelous job of cleaning our carpets. We had some challenging high traffic areas that still looked dirty after previous companies' work. Not so with F&F! They left everything looking like new, and were pleasant to deal with from start to finish. They are definitely our provider from now on. And they offer a rane of other cleaning service too!
The owner Farzad was training a new employee today on carpet cleaning and they knocked it out of the park!! The bedroom carpets look SO much better and they smell great.
Both gentlemen were friendly, professional and truly passionate about the work that they do. Sandy (who takes care of scheduling, is so nice and was able to get me scheduled the next day).
I will definitely use F & F Carpet Cleaning next time. I chose them for their Yelp rating and comments - 4.9 stars is the truth.
Anderson did an INCREDIBLE job on our couches AND grout. Definitely affordable and our couches look almost brand new. I wish I took before& after photos to show. We have a dog with orange fur and it was all over the couch & stuck in the threads. Anderson was quick and very thorough! We would totally recommend to any friends and family and we will absolutely be using these guys again for every cleaning!

Called on a Saturday and they squeezed me in.... even got the RED throw up off my son's carpet! Anderson was a miracle worker!!! Highly recommend:)
They gave me a two hour window of when they'd show up and I was called about 10 minutes prior to the beginning of that 2 hour window by their service technician stating he was 15-20 minutes away so they were on time as promised.
The service technician pretreated some problem spots (pet vomit) and steam cleaned my carpet (heavy traffic areas only). There is a VERY noticeable difference in the before and after look and feel of my carpeting so I'm very satisfied. Considering that I paid under $100 for this it was well worth it as it was much less stressful than doing it myself with a rented steam vacuum and I would definitely go back to F&F again.

Did a great job. Company is easy to work with and has very fair pricing. Gentlemen showed up on time and did a great job.
We had three carpets that needed cleaning prior to our move. The came, assessed the carpets, gave us a quote right away. A few weeks later they pick up the carpets, did their cleaning and returned them a week later rolled and wrapped for moving.
We just had F&F out today and our carpets look great!! Anderson took great care to rid my son's room of several large, old stains from vomit to spilled drinks. I had another well-known carpet cleaning business tell me that they will never be able to get all the stains out, but Anderson made them disappear! They charged $.35/sq.ft and it was worth every cent. They also squeezed me in on short notice. Anderson was prompt and courteous.

The experienced was 5 star from start to finish. I requested a quote on yelp, someone called me within an hour or so gave me a quote and scheduled it asap. I can't say enough about these guys. I called to have my company carpets cleaned and they were very accommodating in getting my job scheduled. They showed up on time (early) and were extremely professional and courteous. You're probably asking; Does that really matter? I just need my carpets cleaned. The answer is a big fat YES! It matters after you have experienced what we have from carpet cleaners over the last ten years.

This business is amazing. I was almost finished painting my bedroom when I spilled the remaining pint on my carpet. We called and Sandy answered- immediately told us what to do with the situation and said found us a technician to come out within an hour and a half. She was so sweet and helpful especially when we were freaking out a little bit. The technician gave me tips on keeping the carpet cleaned and got all of the paint out. He was prompt, professional and I wish I had cash so that I could have tipped him! Highly recommend this business, and will be using them from here on out for their services.
Excellent work and extremely knowledgeable. Our rug is hard to clean and this is the first company who did it correctly. I learned you can not spot clean certain rugs. They have to be washed completely. I would highly recommend them!

Fred did a great job getting rid of pet stains and embedded dirt from my carpet. It looks and smells like new again.

Just had my carpets cleaned & I am beyond happy with how clean they are now! I have a pet & not only was Jason able to get all the grime out, he also gave my 4 legged baby some belly rubs. His knowledge about the product & the equipment was impressive as well. He answered all my questions & took his time to do a spectacular job. Definitely recommending these guys.
I bought a fixer upper in Scottsdale, was going to replace the carpets. But since F&F had already done some work for me decided to take a shot at cleaning. I asked for Randy and he showed up right on time.
This was some of the dirtiest carpet I've ever seen it was dark gray. Randy did a great job cleaning it up. The carpet is beige now!

Sent Freda message about getting an area rug cleaned. He responded immediately. He was in the area and came by within 20 minutes. He could've easily taken advantage of me and said that he could clean the rug with no problem but he was honest and told me that it would cost more than what the rug with work and not to do it. Just stop looking for a carpet cleaning company and call them. Absolutely amazing service. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced in handling the finest rugs. The owner, Fred, came out to give us an estimate, took the greatest care in removing the rugs, and personally delivered them when completed. They moved all the furniture both to pick up the rug and to place it back. They made sure I was completely happy with the placement of everything when finished. The front office staff is also wonderful. They answered all my questions when I first called. Also, on the day the rug was scheduled to be delivered after it was ready, they got delayed and I was called immediately. They were terrific at rescheduling to fit my needs. And, by the way, they were delayed because they were volunteering their services to clean rugs at a Ronald McDonald house. This is a class act company. Thank you!!

All the reviews are correct! I called and was able to get an appointment for the following weekend. I made an appointment for 8-10am and Randy called at 7:30am ready to go. He was professional, considerate and very nice. The process took about one hour and my carpets were beautiful- all at a very fair price.

Very positive!
Randy made my carpets look like new. Wine stains, PET STAINS, you name it...nothing out of the realm of possibility. I was blown away, and the price was right too. I will absolutely be using them again.
Jason did an amazing job! I am ecstatic at the quality and results, it looks like we have new couches and carpet. He was also very pleasant around my dog Vinny (the main reason the couches needed to be cleaned)
You just never know what kinda crazy pricing and add-ons you are going to get when a Carpet Cleaning company comes over. I was not excited when RANDY showed up to give me a quote and wasn't excited knowing that the stains I have made over the last 8 months (new puppy) were so nasty that I'd probably be paying for something that wasn't going to work.
Pricing was amazing!! So amazing that I'm going to start doing this more on the regular. It was so cheap that I opted for him to do my couch too (that wasn't so cheap but it was still probably worth it).
The cleaning that was done by Randy was simply miraculous! I really wish I had before and after photos. I can't explain my new happiness. He got rust out of the carpet, pet stains, and every other piece of nastiness I had.
Randy was just a great guy too. Thanks man!!

Farshad and the entire team at F&F Carpet Cleaning we're polite, professional, and did a fantastic job. We keep our home meticulously clean and had another highly rated company clean our carpets with disappointing results. Farshad explained the problem and our carpets look fabulous. They charge by the SF and was double the cost but worth it if you're picky about clean floors. We will use them for all our carpet cleaning needs.
Wow! I am impressed with this company. Fred was able to come the day after I called. He walked the house with me and we went over everything and he gave me a quote before he started. He did an incredible job. We had carpets with candle wax, nail polish, dog urine from our puppy and I'm not sure what else from our teenage boys. Everything came out amazing. I highly recommend this company, everything was top notch from the first phone call to the very end.
I never really write reviews, however, I just had the nicest experience with having my carpets cleaned by Randy.
When searching for a carpet cleaner yesterday, I read reviews on several companies. After reading reviews on F&F, Randy in particular, I decided to call.
All I got was voicemail and I didn't leave a message. About 30 mins later I get a call from Randy.
I explained I really needed the place done on Saturday in preparation for some new furniture. He booked it with a window from 12-2.
The interesting thing is, several of his reviews mentioned that not only is he punctual, but in fact frequently shows up early. Sure wasn't expecting that to be my experience as well.
I was shocked to get a knock at the door at 11:30am! Absolutely refreshing.
He inspected, gave me a most reasonable bid and I said let's roll. The job Randy did is amazing. The carpets look new again and the fresh scent is really pleasant. Had him do the furniture as well, awesome job!
If you need your home done, you absolutely cannot go wrong with F&F and Randy.
Call them, you won't regret it!
They did a pretty good job, am happy with the way the carpets turned out. I was on the phone talking when he finished and he put the bill and a pen right in front of my face, I had to turn away. I held up my hand, indicating to wait for a minute, but he kept following me around, with the bill and pen in my face. When I went to pay the bill, he gave me a payment machine that had a tip page, for 10, 15, or 20% tip. I did leave a 10% tip, which added another $15.00 onto the bill but I don't think companies like this should be asking for tips.

We have used F&F Carpet Cleaning for more than 10 years, and we have always been very pleased with their service. They are prompt, professional, knowledgeable and they always manage to leave our carpet and rugs looking as if they were new! We would not hesitate to recommend their services!

Great job! 1st time customer. I called to get a quote and they also had an opening the same day. Our technician even showed up a little early.
After watching friend and family puppies the past couple of months and then adding a new puppy to our family, our carpets were dirty. Pet stains and regular traffic dirt was disgustingly apparent. I wasn't sure some of the stains could be lifted. After the cleaning, our carpets looked new. No more dirt or pet stains to be seen.
Randy was our cleaning technician and he was courteous and knowledgeable. He didn't try to up-sell me at all. That was a relief. Pricing was fair and totally worth it.
I will definitely use F&F Carpet Cleaning again.

This was my 2nd time using their services, and I was impressed again. He was right on time, and got right to work. He took out all the pet stains and smells. Also removed the heavy traffic dirt throughout the house.
Was completely done in less than 2 hours. Carpet looks great and smells awesome.
Will be using services again, and will recommend to my friends.
I was behind F&F's van on my way home from work Friday and, as I wanted to have some small pieces cleaned, decided to jot down their number on the van and give them a call. Saturday morning at 9:00 they were at the house and in-and-out in about 2-1/2 hours. Did an awesome job, cleaned up well afterward and very customer service oriented. Will definitely refer to others and, when a need comes up again, will definitely give them a call. Oh, and did I say how reasonable they were .. in comparison to the big boys?
Fred came out and did an amazing job with my rug, we worked out a solution to my soda stain and I had it washed for a reasonable price, considering it was a rug and I've never heard of someone washing one before, very formal and respectful 100% would recommend his service.
I called this morning to get service today. Sandy was very quick to send Anderson out. Anderson completed the job quickly and to satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company.

i called the company to schedule a carpet cleaning appointment
was quoted $ 90 minimum service fee
a man showed up measured my family room area and told me it would be $175
when i told him of the price his office told me..
he started to walk out towards the front door while telling me, he would not be doing the treatment!
I could not make him stop long enough to discuss it. or possibly agree..
he didn't want to work!!
if you are in urgent need I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
As it seems that even if you're willing to pay their high fees they may not be willing to work. Very disappointing and and unprofessional service.
Not to mention I didn't appreciate the price changing once they are at the property
Had a dirty-carpet emergency right before our new roommate was set to move in, and F & F got me a next-day appointment. They did an amazing job, the carpet looks night-and-day different from how it did before. My new roommate was really impressed :) and Anderson was SUPER friendly and did great work. I've used these guys a number of times now. I keep coming back! Everytime I need my carpets cleaned I look them up and remember how awesome they are. First the value is amazing, always feel like the price is completely reasonable. Second, they are always prompt. If they say 2-4 they are there right at 2. Impressive punctuality and they fit me in right away, usually within a few days of calling. Lastly, everyone is always nice, professional and does a great job. So I'm walking through my living room and glance down the hall. I see a huge puddle on the carpet coming from the laundry room! I open the door and the entire room is filled with water!
Well, long story short, I called Fred And Farhaad and they were at my house within an hour!! Are you kidding me!! Unbelievable service! They had to suck what water they could get out, out. Then open carpet at the seem, remove the wet padding, let the carpet dry with fans for 3 days, then come and put new padding down and repair seem.
Now it's like nothing happened and they were reasonably price to boot! Just call them, you will not be disappointed!
Excellent job. Nobody asked me to give this review and I wouldn't waste my time if I didn't think they were good so I hope it's helpful. They were professional from the initial call and were accommodating with my hectic schedule. Anderson was professional and did a great job on exactly the areas that needed attention. I'm very particular and they exceeded my expectations. Having new carpets in a new house that needed to be cleaned after move in construction and foot traffic, there is no doubt I will use them again if and when needed.
I found them on Yelp and used their services twice in my home. F&F have been great to work with. I had quite a few pet stains from a dog I recently adopted that wasn't potty trained and everything came out. They are quick, efficient and easy to work with. I definitely recommend them and will continue to use their services.

I have a very expensive down feather couch that I was extremely worried to clean. It's white fabric and after it was finished being clean it looks brand new again. I will 100% be reusing F&F in all my future cleaning needs

Thanks to Yelp, I found F & F Carpet Cleaning to clean my Mother's carpets and rugs. Farhad, a co-owner, arrived promptly as scheduled and made some good suggestions and recommendations before cleaning. He is cheerful, hard working, knowledgeable and did a thoroughly fine job. The main carpet cleaning machine is mounted in the van and a long suction hose and solution feed line is attached to the cleaning wand that provides powerful suction for deep cleaning.
We were thoroughly satisfied with the results and fair pricing. I have scheduled them to clean my office next week.

EXCELLENT & CARPET LOOKS LIKE NEW!!! We had very dark black stains from who knows what on our carpet. My husband wanted to replace it, but I read Yelp reviews from other satisfied clients & thought it wouldn't hurt to try F & F out since it'd be a lot less expensive to have carpets cleaned vs replaced. Plus, they had the BEST reviews & the MOST reviews! What a blessing Anderson was & such a friendly, genuine, kind guy! He worked his tail off for us & had a big smile on his face the whole time! Just had my carpets cleaned earlier today. Farhad showed up on time and let me know when he was on his way. The service was fast, professional, and friendly. Also, everyone I talked to was very up front about pricing. The price was very competitive and I feel that the work done was well worth it. They do offer scotch guarding for a little extra but I did not feel pushed into any extra. In the end, I did scotch guard one of the rooms that will have a lot more traffic and use. The results were incredible. We are moving into this rental property this week and I feel like the carpets lifted a couple shades in brightness. Also, Farhad was able to get some tough stains out. I wish I took before and afters. Thanks Farhad! We'll definitely use you guys again if we need to!
Randy started out at my appointment 30 minutes early. He called to make sure it was ok to get an early start. The original plan was to clean my sofa and loveseat, but after a fair quote I decided to ask if there was enough time to clean my carpets as well. Good news for me Randy was able to get my carpets and furniture looking great! My 7+ year old couches are like new. Don't get sucked in with a cheap offer because you might get a cheap looking service as well. Stick with F & F, they have lots of great reviews and they are willing to stand by their work.

F & F showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the carpets in my rental property. They also cleaned a beautiful wool rug for us and I felt very comfortable having them take it and clean it properly. They were professional and courteous!
Found them on line and decided to try them. We usually do our own (with two dogs and two cats, our work is cut out for us!). The night before, we realized our living room arm chairs with a light tropical fabric were really dingy. Randy was a bit early, said he could do the armchairs as well as the carpet and gave me a price. Then he went to work. He was done well before I thought he would be, and everything looks fantastic. He even did two small pillows and my 2x3 area rug in the hall as part of his over the top service. Our light-colored living room berber looks almost new, and it is nearly 10 years old!
Sometimes when all you see is five stars for a product or service, one should be suspicious. For F&F Carpet Cleaning, these guys certainly deserve the big marks. Fred (I think he's one of the F's in F&F) arrived on time and got to work right away. I have a little one bedroom condo in Scottsdale and Fred finished steam cleaning the carpets within an hour. His professionalism and great service warrants the big marks. I will definitely use F&F again for carpet cleaning service.

Farshad did a wonderful job bringing our carpet back to life. Responded back with in the hour and were here the next day to clean.
I called at 10am for a quote and Fred was in my house cleaning my mattress by 12:50pm the same day! Prices are way better than anywhere else I called and my mattress looks brand new. Fred was so kind, professional and thorough! He even looked at a bleached spot on my carpet for me and assured me they would be able to dye it back so my apartment complex wouldn't charge me at move out. Give them a try!!

These guys came highly recommended by my neighbor, so I booked F&F to steam my carpets after a pretty dusty renovation project. Fred called me two hours before our appointment time and said he was in the neighborhood! Came right over and did the most thorough job of any company I've ever had before. I would highly recommend these guys. He also added tack strips and finished the edges of my carpet where old carpet had been torn up and replaced with tile. A beautiful and professional job! Communication was great. Prices are definitely reasonable since they charge by square footage. Quiet machinery. He took excellent care of my place, and I'll definitely use them again!
Called around thinking I could save some money by taking a single pet soiled couch cushion into a local shop for quick service. When I reached Fred, he quickly figured out I was right on his travel route, and he offered to stop by within an hour at no extra charge. He did so, provided great service, and I'm a happy customer. I've used other carpet cleaning businesses in the past and nothing has matched F and F Carpet Cleaning. Jason was very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service skills! My carpets have never looked better. I definitely will continue to use their business for all my future carpet cleaning.
Amazing cleaning service!
We moved into our house a year ago to carpets that were dirty in high traffic areas. Nothing bad, but definitely dark in spots. Gross. I came to yelp to do research and was impressed with reading all the great reviews on f&f. I can attest they are all spot on! Sent an email to Fred with what I wanted and he gave me a quote, sight unseen. I compared it with zero Rez and it was about 25% lower which was awesome. Got an appointment the following Saturday. Appointment time was 10-12am, randy showed up at 9:30 which was an added bonus! Luckily we were ready based on other reviews :). Randy couldn't have been nicer, he came in and assessed the carpets and confirmed the price that was quoted already - no upselling no other negotiations. He quickly went to work and even went above and beyond by removing some rust stains we thought were in there for good! Final product was like getting new carpets, amazing result even on the staires - they cleaned the front and not just the tops which is very important ! We are very happy with the service and will continue to use them,
I messaged them at 6am and had a response within one hour. They were able to come and do some spot cleaning first thing that day! I needed throw up from my daughter cleaned, some soap suds my two year old niece had poured a whole bottle of Mr. Bubbles soap on the carpet, and some puppy pee spots. My house is only 6 months old and we have a no shoes rule and I keep things very clean! Fred was at my house and it took about an hour. Every thing is just as brand new as it was 6 months ago! Very friendly, easy to work with, knew his stuff....I will definitely be using them again when I shampoo my entire house!
Farhad performed a miracle on my horrible white Berber carpet. He is professional, friendly, honest, and funny. I would never use anyone else. He is the kind of man you could leave a blank check and the keys to your house and return to find perfect work at a fair price!
After purchasing our first home, my husband wanted to display a rug his mom had brought back from Greece. No problem right?!! Well, he used it all throughout college in his dorm and apartments and never cleaned it. Needless to say, I thought it was a lost cause. The first time I used F & F I made a point of adding them to my contacts - so that I would be able to use them again. 4 years after they cleaned my area rugs and kilim pillows I called them back. Both times they were easy to deal with, did a great job (cleaning, repairing frayed edges, and even cutting a couple rugs down to smaller, more useable sizes.)
Called yesterday to have our sectional cleaned and they showed up today to get the job done. They were efficient, friendly, and just did a great job! The whole process from the first call to paying for the service was as easy as it could be.

Great experience... we were moving from one rental to another... they did both houses and did a fantastic job! Estimates were right on... took their time... carpets looked awesome. New rental was an emergency job... landlord hadn't cleaned carpets to our liking... F&F came that afternoon and worked magic! I recently contacted F & F Cleaning for an estimate on a 3-piece sectional. I submitted the request on Sunday, and was called to schedule an appointment within a few hours! The next day (Monday) Farhad, one of the owners, came to my home and gave me a fair estimate. He did the work right after we agreed on the price, and about an hour or two later, the sectional looked new again! Iadmit, I was skeptical he would be able to get the stain out, but he assured me it was possible. I recommend F & F Cleaning for any service they provide because their customer service is top notch!
I found this place on Yelp and I am so glad that I did. First off I have to say these guys know what they are talking about. We had an instance where a lava lamp broke and splilled on a carpet. Granted the task at hand, they quoted us a very nice quote. Anderson, ( think that was his name) worked his tail off to do a great job. Like I said, it was not an easy job and would have to say that he got 85% of the stain out of the carpet. I was expecting more like 60%. They were timely, efficient, and gave great customer service. I would recommend them and when I need my carpets cleaned. You can bet they will be the one cleaning my carpets. Thanks for a great job! My carpet looks almost new after your cleaning.
These guys did about as good of a job as I could expect. Didn't work any miracles, my carpet still has some spots that didn't come up completely so I can't give them five stars. I was impressed with how hard Farhad worked, he really was busting his butt. They did a good job on my rooms and couch. Would use them again in the future.
I recently had F&F at our home for a second time. They have done such a great job I feel bad I didn't review them the first time. On both occassions they were professional, prompt and very knowledgable. Last year when they were here I almost considered replacing the carpet but I thought I would try just getting them cleaned first. (I have relatively new carpet, a nice vacuum and I vacuum once to twice a week but they just looked awful.) After having F&F clean our caprets our flooring honestly looked brand new - I didn't even want to walk on them. I also appreciate that they gave me a few pointers to prolong the time between cleaning. I had never heard of using a carpet rake prior to vacuuming but I took his recommendation and spent $10 at Home Depot; my carpet has never been cleaner.
Now I just need to make an appointment to have our tile done. Thanks F&F!

I really had a great experience with F&F. They were everything I ask for in a vendor. I submitted a request for more information on their website and I was contacted promptly. Fred was polite and professional on the telephone, and based on the other reviews, I decided to give them a try. They scheduled service for us quickly, they were on time, kept me informed of their progress, and gave great results. They cleaned over 3,000 square feet of commercial space which had a multitude of spills and stains from our employees. I would highly recommend Fred and his team.
We brought 2 rugs to be cleaned, one wool and one silk. They had never been cleaned and really needed some TLC. Well, they got it! They look like brand new. Thank you for the care and professional way they were handled. We'll definitely use they guys again.
We have a white rug that had a few red sauce stains and a dark shoe print. I called around for a few different quotes and F&F Carpet Cleaning was a similar price to the others but included pick-up and drop-off for no additional charge. I'm so glad we went with them! Based on its Yelp rating I called Fred at F&F and told hm I was impressed by the number of comments and the ratings so I expected good work. He said, We'll do better than that. We talked pricing and scheduling and Jason came out the following day, on time, fully committed, removed a spot in an obvious location (no extra charge), worked the heavy traffic area extra. Thank you F&F!! I recently purchased some fully upholstered dining chairs on Craigslist but didn't realize how dirty they were until I got them home. I called F&F because I've used them for carpets and was more than pleased with their work. Fred was accommodating and made getting a quick appointment easy. The team was on time, thoughtful, and conscientious. Our tech Anderson and his partner were awesome! They were thorough and really gave 100% to make these dirty chairs look great. Mission accomplished!!! I will never use another company! Why would I?
We had an electrician over to install some light fixtures. He fell off his ladder and in the process his ladder scraped against the back of our sectional sofa - 3 days after the sofa was delivered... We were left with a big black mark from the rubber top of his ladder (imagine a black tire mark on a light beige fabric sofa). F & F did a great job and the mark is entirely gone. While he was here we also had him clean the carpet in one room. Like the sofa, it came out perfect. Thanks F & F!
After 4 years of tenants, our Kilim area rug was is rough shape and we weren't sure if it could even be cleaned. Amazingly, Fred made it look good as new. The job came in as quoted, was delivered on time, and looks fabulous! No question I will be using other F&F services in the future.
Fred was professional, knowledgeable and respectful of the house and furniture. He knows his rugs and can clean from expensive Persians to wool throw rugs. He came to the house to give a free estimate and was reasonable in his pricing. He was able to schedule the job in 2 days and the results from the cleaning were fabulous. Great company!!
We returned from being away from Phoenix to find our air conditioning unit's condensation line plugged up and our carpet soaked. Farzad Nayebpour's company, F&F Carpet Cleaning Inc was called to come to the rescue!
I can't recommend mr Nayebpour's company highly enough. They are extremely professional and very good at solving carpet issues. I am very happy to know they are available to help in emergencies and will definitely use them again.

From beginning to end, my wife and I were very impressed with the entire experience with F & F. My wife spoke with Fred over the phone and she raved to me how friendly, helpful and informative he was. We booked for today and had the pleasure of having Jason take care of us. We had some spots that had some pet stains and Jason assured us that there would be no problem taking care of it for us. Our Pup, AJ, liked him immediately as well! Jason was thorough, efficient and friendly. Our place looks like new and we couldn't be happier. I work in the Customer Service industry, and if you are looking for a company that cares about your business and does great work, look no further!!!
Scheduling was super easy, appointment was 2 days out and Randy Christman was the technician. Randy arrived to my house a few minutes before the scheduled time (which never happens and was awesome!) and evaluated the condition of the carpet with me. He discussed the technique, his concerns and the outcome he expected. Randy was a pleasure to speak with and I felt completely comfortable with him working his magic. The process was easy for me, I just sat back and let the pet urine and dirt dissapear before my eyes. Room was left smelling fresh and obviously very clean. As a wonderful treat Randy offered to treat the rug in my kitchen as well, also turned out perfect. Thanks so much F&F and Randy for great service! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend! A plumbing disaster ruined the carpet in one of my bedrooms and Fred & his team took care of it from beginning to end. Fred was professional, friendly, super fast and thorough. He moved all the furniture (including the scary stuff lurking under the kids beds!), cleaned up the horrible mess, installed new carpet and put the room back together just like new. Fantastic job!
I have rental property and it is hard to find reliable service that can act fast. Randy fit us in and did a great job on the carpets and stained chairs, place looks better than ever. I look forward to having F & F take care of all my properties.

Great job. Fred and his partner showed up on time, provided a reasonable price, and did a nice job getting the major stains out. Fred was professional, friendly and qualified. I would use them again and recommend them.
We're first-time customers. We have a condo in North Scottsdale that had been rented so the carpets needed a good deep clean and some spots removed. After some research, I chose F&F for 3 reasons: solid reviews, the owner was very accommodating setting up an appt that worked with my schedule, and pricing was very straightforward. Randy showed up a few minutes early and got right to work after answering my questions. All the stains came out and our carpets looked remarkably brighter and cleaner! I've already recommended F&F to someone else and wouldn't hesitate to book them again myself. They're not the cheapest carpet cleaners, but I feel like we got what we paid for so no complaints. Thank you Randy and F&F!
I called F&F to have my carpets cleaned and Fred came out the next day. My carpets were in pretty bad shape but they turned out even better than expected. I was really happy with the work. They moved all the furniture and didn't add any costs to the original price that was quoted over the phone. Great job A++!
