UPDATE: The review comment left by the owner, Marc, is a prime example of his lies; we (the plantiffs) were awarded the judgement....we won the case...see the attached copy of the judgement.  The judge ruled we had to pay a resonable amount for the services provided (which was our goal all along) and that DisasterLink had to pay $2,000.00 in damages to us.
****we have been paying installments to DisasterLink for almost a year and we have yet to receive a dollar from this company****

Sorry for the delay of updated post. I had some issues with Marc in the past, with lack of communication.  After he explained about the family emergency.  We were able to discuss my concerns,  Marc addressed everyone of them and I  noticed some things that needed to be touched up and he was right on them. Yes we got off to a rough start and middle, lol but in the end I am very happy with Disater Link and Marc and his. I WILL DEFINITELY BE CALLING HIM AGAIN WHEN I DECIDE TO DO MY KITCHEN.  Thanks Marc

Disaster Link repaired our roof during the recent heavy rains that water damaged one room in our home. The repair estimate was very good and the work was completed as promised. We had water damage in our upstairs bathroom and garage. Disaster link was able to fix everything and deal with all the hassle and paperwork. They did a fantastic job. The costumer service was awesome. I never had trouble getting a response back from them. I highly recommend.
