I had the pleasure of working with ATI after recent water damage in my home.  ATI was recommended to me by my insurance provider and their reviews were great compared to several of the other recommended companies.  My entire repair process was very smooth and the quality of repairs was great.

Drew conducted my initial estimate.  I was impressed by Drew as he was very polite and professional and he located damage I had not noticed.  He did a great job of explaining the process so I could better plan for the repairs.

I was then contacted by the project manager, Riccardo.  Riccardo was also polite and professional.  I really liked how the project manager also wanted to see the damages prior to repairs to ensure nothing was missed and the crew had everything they needed to conduct the repairs.  Riccardo was able to schedule the crew for a date that was convenient for me.

My repair crew was Ryan and Christian.  Both were fantastic!  They took great care to protect my home from further damage as they completed the repairs.  I was impressed how they contained all the repair areas to keep dust and debris to a minimum.  They did a great job on the repairs and kept me informed of what was happening throughout the process.

It is so hard nowadays to find a company that provides great customer service and highly skilled employees.  ATI went above and beyond for me and I appreciated their provided service.  All of the employees I interacted with were polite, professional, and extremely personable.  Thank you Drew, Riccardo, Ryan, and Christian!

What a great restoration experience. All the guys including Ryan and Ricardo did AMAZING work, we are truly impressed. They were fast and efficient. The level of professionalism was high. Once they were done, our wall looked brand new again. I will definitely recommend ATI to others.

ATI is a preferred contractor for USAA, which engendered good feelings right away. We'd had two leaks sprout right after buying a home. Francisco arrived to walk the job and was a great communicator, on time, professional and supportive. This business is currently in overdrive, cleaning businesses and hospitals due to Covid-19, but we were scheduled for our repair just a couple of days later. Really pleased. William and Jose arrived on time to do the repairs, and both were professional, courteous, tidy and warm. The finished work is great. While I hope we avoid future leaks, if we do we would be in great hands again with the company.

ATI was absolutely amazing. Darrian came out and assessed the situation quickly and walked us through the entire process. He answered all of our questions and was beyond professional.

ATI was a great experience for me when I had an electrical fire . They came right out and Jacob Miller was my project Director manager who immediately put together a team for structure, contents packed and unpacked and clean up crew. My crew was with me for the entire time which meant packing as well as unpacking my items. I had a lot of fine china, Chrystal,and expensive Art work which was all handled with great care.  Nothing was broken, and all my items came back smoke free and in perfect condition.

After mediation with our insurance carrier things went down hill quickly. USAA, our insurance carrier did find that ATI, either inadvertantly, carelessly or accidentally had duplicate line items in the quote that made up more than 10% of the overall cost, and they were removed. After thay they refused to answer any other questions regarding the inconsistency in their pricing, even though I was the customer and the one paying. We also could not get Jason to understand what had been missing from the quote to get it corrected. And eventually it reached a point that he said ATI would fullfil the insurance obligations by putting the bathroom back to the way it was but refused the upgrades we requested five months back. He left us with our back against the wall and turned it over to his legal department. My husband and I were never rude, hostile, or angry with this company but once we got our insurance company involved it was impossible to have a conversation where Jason did not become hostile. This forced us to start from ground zero and start getting quotes.

All in all, this company wants multi-million dollar jobs that the insurance company send their way, yet with that they have to take the small ones too, but they are not a priority. Which if how we fell through the cracks because they were bidding on 5M+ jobs while I was just trying to get an accurate quote on a 25k remodel, guess who won every time in the attention department. If it was me I would be writing a different review. Jose from ATI is amazing and I hope one day will he be in Jason's position.

We had Ricardo Hermosillo from ATI at our residence to assess and repair damage in our bathroom. He was so professional and my wife and three young girls were very comfortable with him fixing our home during the day while I was gone at work. He finished his work in a timely manner and did an excellent job with the repair. I appreciated his honest feedback with the duration of the project - Undersell and over deliver. He did just that.

ATI was called to repair dry wall damage. They first covered a roof leak promptly. The dry wall had mildew on it so they cleared out cabinets and damaged wall and ceiling. It was repaired and painted by a experienced crew. Wanted to give a shout out to Luis who was a painter who restored the walls to a original look.

The ceiling on our patio collapsed. ATI came out the same day we called and did an inspection. Fortunately the roof was not damaged so only the ceiling had to be replaced. Every person we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. I have to give a shout out for Bobby & Louis who did the ceiling. They were an outstanding team. They took a lot of pride in their craftsmanship and we really appreciate the great job they did.

ATI provided outstanding work!!!! They were prompt, professional, reliable and trustworthy. What I loved most was their customer service, they were always available and responsive. I had Jose the superintendents and Danny the project managers cell phone numbers. If I ever had a question regarding the work being done or regarding the billing I knew that I could count on Jose and Danny to answer my questions immediately.

The other thing that I thought was wonderful was that they took care of the entire job from start to finish. It was super helpful not having to work with multiple companies. Jose arranged all of the specialty companies and coordinated everything for us. This really exceeded all levels of satisfaction. It allowed our days to continue as typical as they were before the flood. Jose really went above and beyond anyone else. He helped us with additional items outside of his scope of work with no hesitation which was absolutely amazing.

Overall I was extremely impressed with the quality of work that they provided. We highly recommend ATI and would most definitely use them again.

Had another leak at my high rise  office building yesterday. My first thought - call ATI!!! My go to team all responded shortly after  I placed the call. Jason, Colleen LeBlanc and Ryan checked in and assured me they would send out a crew within the hour. Richie Martens showed up and handled everything !!! .... including cleaning my shoes with microbial disinfectant- ATI always goes above and beyond but Richie took customer service to an exceptional level! we are still in the drying out process but ATI has kept me informed of everything that was taking place. Water damage is never fun but with ATI the problem is so much easier to deal with!!!

ATI only gets this high because the crews have been pretty good. However the service from the rest of the company has been horrendous. We had a water leak in our kitchen floor back in the middle of July and it is now the middle of December and they are not done. The Superintendent covering our job doesn't answer phone calls. Seldom answers messages. Never follows through on promises. Literally takes months to answer simple questions. They have been told for a month that we are hosting the Christmas party for the local fire department. It is now 3 days away and I can't get anyone to commit to having the floor done. They won't even commit to starting. They ignore that question like I have never asked. I even left a message for a gentleman that is supposed to be the regional manager and he has never returned my message either. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

In March of this year (2020) I realized I had a roof leak that had leaked down the walls in a front bedroom. A small part of the roof was repaired along with a good amount of interior drywall, insulation, trim and plus carpeting. Overall ATI was professional and on time. The workmanship was very good and the follow-up was good and the crews were on time everyday and done a good job with the daily and final clean-up. There were some hick-ups so that is why I gave only 4 stars. The primary issue was the Billing Dept for ATI which is in California  and I am in AZ which caused some confusion over billing as items were done and the person in charge at the billing department was hard to contact and or slow in responses so therefor I had to rely on my claims adjuster at the insurance company to verify what ,if anything, that I needed to pay. The bills that I received did not verify if they were copies for me  or invoices for me to pay or for the the insurance company. Overall, the repairs turned out very good and I would recommend them.

American Technologies is an outstanding company! I highly recommend using their services. Their employees go above and beyond to help customers and work with  insurance companies. We had a water leak in our home after a storm and the technicians knew just what to do to minimize the water damage and quickly fixed the issue. Our home was back to normal in no time. I am grateful to know I can call on a company who cares about my home and making sure my family was taken care of. It was a stressful situation, but ATI's dedication and experience made us feel at ease.

Had a bad experience with ATI.  My roof still leaks in three different area.  I am reminded of the bad experiences with them every time it rains.  In addition to a bad job on the roof, they lost personal property, took 3 times longer than promised, sloppy workmanship and used the cheapest subcontractors.

I wanted to reach out and commend your Phoenix AZ Office Project Manager, Ryan Farley, in assisting me in the evaluation of my Condominium smoke odor issue and various other construction odds and ends. I reside in California and my daughter attends Arizona State University. We were in the market to purchase a Condo and found the right one, but it needed some TLC.

Before we fully committed, I needed a qualified Restoration/Contractor expert to assess the cigarette smoke odor and neglect by the prior owner. Ryan Farley came to the rescue and did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations!

He met with my Realtor on two occasions and the Home Building Inspector so they could discuss their findings. He coordinated within 24 hours a HVAC inspection by Mario at AimPro Mechanical along with taking several calls and emails from me along the way. Ryan's professionalism was top notch! His expertise, confidence and follow through are commendable.  

We'll I have known ATI for 25 +- years out here in California so I reached out to Business Development Manager Annette Sullivan for some assistance. She has been my new to go person. I am so glad to witness the consistent professionalism in Phoenix, AZ. I look forward to meeting Ryan after close of escrow and scheduling repairs.

I had a water line break in my attic, that then in turn caused a rainforest like scene to take over my living room. I am a single first time home owner and needless to say was pretty shook walking into such a scene. ATI was a preferred provider through my insurance company (USAA) so I gave them a call. Super friendly and calming woman answered the phone and brought me through the process, they were to my house within hours (which is impressive because I live in Prescott, AZ at least an hour and a half drive from Phoenix). Richie the lead supervisor introduced himself and got right down to business. He was friendly and relatable which helped me stay calm through all the chaos. Him and his team got to work right way and quickly took care of all flooding and standing water. From there they set up drying equipment and returned the next day to complete the job. Nothing short of an amazing experience with this company and their employees, because of this I am moving forward and using them for the rest of my repairs. Would recommend to anyone that could use their services!

First of all I would like to say that Danny and Ryan were a godsend! The company as a whole was amazing. First off, during an emergency, the last thing you need is the stress of calling a ton of people and getting your whole life back in order. Well the crew at ATI did that for me. My partner and I suffered a flood from a hot water heater line bursting, when all of our stuff was floating around the apartment, we called ATI. They were prompt, super friendly, and very accomodating to us and our needs. They made sure we were well informed on what was going on and what was going to happen. Hopefully it will never happen, but if there were ever another emergency in my life, I know who to call! It was costly, but was worth every penny! Thanks ATI for always being there!

outlandish. I informed my insurance company that I was seeking other bids. Just be careful of this one.

I would highly recommend American Technologies Inc! We purchased a new home and in the process of our home inspection, the inspector found asbestos in the drywall and the flooring. We called Anthony Colon with ATI and he quickly provided us an estimate for the asbestos abatement and repairs to the property. Once we approved the estimate, which we felt was reasonably priced, he got his teams in motion.  Soon after the asbestos abatement was completed, American Technologies Inc.'s construction team deployed and had the house rebuilt in 2 weeks. From top to bottom their teams were amazing. Thank you for all the hard work and great workmanship!

Eric did a really great job of getting to the job in under 30 min of my reporting a problem and getting the site secured amid the chaos that was ensuing. He appointed Ron to be my project manager and Ron did a really exceptional job of manuvering through all the hoops with the city to get the permits we needed. There were a few issues along the way, but nothing unusual for a project of this size and Ron did a great job of getting them taken care of quickly.
When it was all said and done the building is looking great and I'm happy with the results. I would recommend Eric Wingham and Ron James at ATI for your building restoration.

In October of 2010 I was extremely busy with work and my home was hit by a hail storm. I had damaged windows, roof, and major exterior damage. Ron James was my super and John Gallegos was my project manager. I did not have to worry about a thing they set a lock box and when completed it looked better than before they storm. I did not have to miss any work.

The main line to my commercial multi-tenant office building broke around 3am and flooded the lower level of my building for about 4 hours! I called ATI and they were on the scene within the hour assessing the damage and calling in additional crews to start extracting the water. The crews worked efficiently and quickly and had the water extracted and fans set up, drying everything out within hours. All employees were courteous, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend ATI for any emergency restoration needs!

3rd update and still wating for ati american technologies inc to pay attention to my requests... Im here waiting on the single room motel room they rented me. Im waiting for my wife to wake up because she worked all night at the hospital. I wonder if anyone from ati has ever done this... The city of phoenix contracted this idiots to fix my house and I guess to punish me and my family. The city of phoenix flooded my home and now I have to go thru this so ati can replace 6 yards of drywall at my home. Have I known this was gonna go this way and it will take them this long, I would have done it my self and charge the city of phoenix a 10th of the price this idiots will be charging. And I just stoped at my home as usual nooooo one from ati working or any2 notice when they will be done. Was there ever an structured schedule craig spencer and gina curry or all your jobs are like this. You get the contract and then get sub contractors like thr guy who suppose to be doing my kitchen???

I really want to give this company five stars. My house flooded from a roof leak and everyone I spoke to at ATI from the office staff to the project manager who came out to my home was professional and kind. They dried out everything and tore out a bunch of drywall and the area was super clean-no mess at all like I was expecting. They texted me updates on the days they were working and I was not there. I hesitate on five stars because I don't know their prices yet, or how the rest of the restoration will go. I'll update if anything significant happens.

ATI made the process of returning our home to its original condition, following extreme water damage, as positive an experience as possible.  Each individual, and there were several; was professional, skilled, timely and neat.

ATI has provided its services to my employer, Ronald McDonald House Charities, with amazing customer service and results.  Their works was amazing on several projects that included restoration of a water damaged room, painting services and general services.  These people are kind and generous with their time and talents.  A total thumbs up!!

We had our bathroom ceiling collapse from a roof leak and immediately called ATI for help. 3 days before our thanksgiving get together to boot. Robin from ATI reacted immediately and sent out an inspector and a few laborers with huge fans and plastic tarps etc. They cleaned up the mess same day and had areas tarped off and fans going. 2 days later (thanksgiving day) they picked up everything and we were dry again.  They did a fantastic job.

I will change my review depending on how things go. 1) it's been TWO months or more since my kitchen flooded. At first they were quick on getting the dryer fans in, but it seems down hill from there. 2) tore out kitchen cabinets, and threw out part of my counter top. Now they owe me counter tops, which they agreed to replace. 3) I was not informed I should keep the hardware to my cabinets, because that was not included? So now I only have 6 knobs for 12 units. Great. 4 ) I had to call numerous times before I got any kind of idea of Wtf was going on. They should be calling ME, letting ME KNOW what is going on. 5) was told 6 weeks ago the cabinets would be done in 2-4 weeks...still no word from them. 6) they came ringing my doorbell at 7am one time, never got a phone call saying they were coming over. 7) got passed off from my original adjuster, to another one that is even worse about calling clients with updates. Im beyond frustrated. My baby can't go in my kitchen, because its a wreck. We've been living out of boxes in the kitchen. Im losing my confidence in this company,  and im close to going to someone else

I work at the Ronald McDonald House in Phoenix and ATI donated their expertise and manpower recently to renovate and rehab a room.  They went above and beyond the call of duty and the renovation was done quickly and professionally.  Their crew even removed and disposed of a non-operational solar hot water panel that was just an eye-sore.  ATI is number one in my book!!

I had a leak in my toilet which caused major problems in my walls and floor. It was suggested I call American Technologys, they arrived very quickly they were professional and clean they took care of the problem and when they finished it was like it had never happened. I would use them again it needed and tell my freinds about the, they turned a bad situation good.

I would like to take this opportunity to express the outstanding service I have received from this company and their employees. In today's business world and especially in the construction industry you don't find the service to be what was expected years ago. Customer service is falling backwards and the quality of work is minimally acceptable. I had dealt with this company years ago but never used their services. I had a few properties that needed some work and their name came up again so I decided to give them a try. I never expected the work to be done so effortlessly. Clean, professional and their workmanship was of a higher standard.
    I normally don't take the time to comment on social media. I thought if this could help someone having a hard time of finding someone then it is worth it. My Project Manager was Danny Spruce and his crews were the most professional group of people I have ever met. They gave me back hope that there are still companies out there that really care and it is important to them to do a good job. I would highly recommend ATI  for ANYTHING you might need. Good Job ATI.

In late December we discovered that a pipe behind our kitchen wall had burst and had left severe damage. Our insurance sent us to a different company to clean up the kitchen and to dry the walls. After a week we were told that everything was clear and we were left to do the restoration ourselves. We had multiple friends of ours recommend ATI so we gave them a call and within the hour they were at our doorstep including the general manager, Jeff Moore. He introduced us to the team and familiarized us with what each person was there to do. They inspected the area and decided to test and right away they found a bunch of mold and moisture. We were in shock, had we not called ATI we would have just build over that mold and moisture and had to redo the kitchen again.  They did such a great with the clean up and gave us a reasonable offer for the restoration so we hired them to do the job.

Right away we were impressed with how punctual they were. From the first appointment  for the bid to the completion of the job. They told us every day what time they were going to be there and they were never late. You can tell the employees at ATI take pride in their work.

They assured us not to worry, they were going to do the job correctly and they really worked with our time frame. We were planning a wedding at the time and it was very important to us to have our house back in working order before our families got into town. They worked tirelessly to fix our broken kitchen. From removing the mold to reinstalling the cabinets and every step in between. ATI was there to explain in detail what was going to happen and they gave us a schedule so there were no surprises.

We were told by our last plumber that we had bad pipes and they needed to be replaced or this would happen again. Naturally we decided to re-pipe the house to prevent this from happening again. We relied on ATI for recommendation for a plumber for the re-pipe and for a tile guy because one of our showers had to be taken apart for the re-pipe.

At the beginning of this we were completely over our heads and through this ordeal ATI made it better. They are a company with integrity and they exceeded our expectations in all areas. They took our nightmare situation and turned it into the kitchen of our dreams. We could not have been more pleased. If it happened again we will call them in a heartbeat. I honestly believe that anyone needing restoration should call them as well.

ATI is a world class organization staffed by salt of the Earth people! Ronald McDonald House Charities was lucky to have ATI come to the Roanoke campus and fix water damage from leaking pipes in multiple rooms, resurface and repaint the front of the property giving RMHC PHX a much needed facelift, remove water damaged flooring, remove rotted out exterior wood beams, move and install electric and canister lighting, repaint office space, power wash our sidewalks and my favorite, remove 'Ronald McDonald House' from our front arch and refinished each letter to golden bronze. And now, they've adopted a family bedroom at our Cambridge campus! They really scored a touchdown! Thank you ATI! You're the best!

Five Stars is not enough!  You will not believe this story.  In October of 2016, our Mesa, AZ home had a hose that burst.  We are snowbirds.  We live in Chicago and I had no idea about who to call.  I friend in Chicago, who is in the construction business, recommended that I call Ryan Polita at American Technologies, INC.. (ATI)  Within Two hours of my call to Ryan he was in my home.  After assessing the damage -30K- Ryan called me. The kitchen, dining room, laundry room and powder room were all severly damaged.  Ryan calmed me down, explained what he was going to do and assured me he would handle everything. Jose and his crew were at my home that day beginning the process of putting my home back together.  Jose and his crew were tireless workers who could not have been more professional.  The craftsmanship was second to none and he and Ryan constantly kept me updated on the progress of my home by phone until I could get to AZ.  The story does not end here.  On Christmas Eve morning our master bath toilet tank sprung a leak. It leaked into the master bath walkin closet.  Once again, I had no idea what to do so I called Ryan Polita at ATI.  Ryan was in my home by midmorning.  He took out the carpet and hung it outside, tore up the padding, tested all walls for water damage, explained to me how to save my drywall, all why he was supposed to be at home cooking the family traditional Christmas Eve dinner. To top it off, I tried to give him some money - he was soaking wet and dirty- and he refused!  The story continues.  Three days later my neighbor had a leak in his roof.  Who do we call?  Ryan Polita at ATI.  Once again ATI was spectacular.  If you don't believe this story call Ryan at ATI.  He will give you my phone number.  I will bore you with details and show you before and after pictures.  Cannot say enough about there service.

Worst experience with any company I have ever dealt with. Nothing was completed when promised. Final deadline was missed. No estimates provided for any work. You have no idea what your budget is and when you ask you are not given any helpful information other than to go to the store and pick out like for like items. If you don't remember or know brands you are not provided any guidance. Regardless of whether you follow insurance allowances you will always be told you are over budget and need to pay out of pocket. Don't feel pressured to use this company, take your time and figure out how to do it on your own.

I recently used ATI to help with some repairs to the exterior and interior of my home in preparation to rent it out.  I had a very tight schedule to get the repairs done while I was in the process of packing up my house and moving across the country.  ATI was able to accommodate my schedule, get all the repairs done ahead of schedule, and was quality work.  I worked with Pete Carlson, Ron James and Danny Spruce to coordinate the different items that needed to be done.  Thank you to Pete, Ron, Danny and the rest of the ATI team for all of your help during a hectic time!
