Willy the manager rekey my small deposit box, I lost the key, price was very reasonable, excellent service!!!

Don't get your standard key copies made here, they shoot the moon and just see what you're willing to pay.  Guy working there was also just plain rude.

Been going here for a while and I was in the area. Their prices had never been an issue before.   He wanted $8 for a standard door key, I went down to Ace Hardware and got it for around $3.  Took all of 10 seconds for them to make it.  

Take your keys to the hardware store a few blocks away and save a bundle.

Great service! I recommend 100%.

I called over the weekend because I couldn't open my safe and I needed them to fix it.

1. The guy said, " if you can carry it, bring it Monday to the shop, so you don't have to pay for an emergency call to your house. " Wow!!!

2. Monday morning I rolled in the shop with my safe in a duffle bag. The tecnician opened the safe, and he said " oh, your batteries fell off the compartment, that's why the keypad didn't work. "

So he added it was a very simple problem and HE DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING.  

Wow. Wow. Wow.

I was more than happy to pay. But he insisted.

Guys, if you're reading this and you need locksmith services or you need to buy a safe, I urge you to seriously consider ACME....I can guarantee you you will not get taken for a ride or charged for unnecessary work.

Attitude is everything when it comes to doing business. Remember the line in Lonesome Dove about a surly barkeeep? The guys behind the counter have all the friendliness of a rattlesnake with its tail clamped in a vice. I went in to have them bid a job for me, the sign on the door let me know that they would NOT be the place for my money and business to land. I went ahead and had them make me a few keys, and the attitude they exhibited during that only served to drive home that my initial disgust of their attitude was spot on.

Today I found myself here to see if I could get some keys made for an RV door . It was more complex that just making the key because they had to get the actual lock/door handle I brought with me open to get what they needed. I started out at the Glendale location with no luck so I drove here after being told they could get it done. Service was friendly and the gentleman went right to work. I was pleasantly surprised how fast he was able to get it done especially after saying it was more complex. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Store was clean and plenty of parking out front.

We have a floor safe that is original to the house we bought a few years ago. Needless to say, I've never known what the combination is and finally decided to have it reset so that we can use the safe.

Big Mike came out same day, and was incredibly prompt, professional, and just a really nice guy. Our job ended up being slightly more extensive than anticipated, but the price we were quoted was honoured.

I obviously don't hope to have the need for a locksmith frequently in the future, but I definitely had a great experience with these guys and wouldn't ever use anyone else moving forward.

Excellent customer service and follow up. Mike and Eric were great at opening an old safe with dead batteries and a broken lock. They didn't give up. Cannot thank them enough for the excellent service. I have ACME's number in my phone so it's there when I need them

When your key fob breaks...getting a replacement is such a headache. The dealership charges $150 or more just for programming the key fob. Plus you have to make an appointment and sit around for hours. Drew had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. For no where near what the dealership charges.

I had a horrible experience. Nothing was programmed correctly and it was torture getting ahold of anyone. DONT RECOMMEND. However Violet Lopez is THE woman to talk to. If you ever have any problems she gets the job done. ONLY because of Violet Im giving acne locksmith four stars otherwise one. Thank you violet.

Great service! I was locked out of my car. I called another company before ACME and was told me they don't have anyone available. Called ACME, they were in the same situation but worked it out to figure how they could get someone over to help me, which they did. Set the expectation of how long they could get some over to my place. I wasn't in a rush to go anywhere so I was okay with the time frame (1.5 hrs)

Dallin was the tech, really friendly and unlocked my car in pass then 5 minutes. Paid $89 which I thought was reasonable.

I'd use them again if I came across the same situation... I hope I don't need to though.

I needed rekey all our door.  Bobby came and provided estimates.  He also identified problem locks and helped me with all my lock issues and rekey.

I used ACME in Scottsdale back in 2015 and they did a great job too.

I have been having problems with my front door for a while, and when I called, they were able to send someone out right away. The gentleman who responded figured out the issue right away, re-keyed the door, gave me 5 copies of the key, and fixed the plate so the locked turned smoothly. 10/10 would recommend and use again!

We called Acme to get our locks re-keyed. Ryan came out and went above and beyond my expectations. He took the time to lubed up all 4 door locks and found 2 of my doors had secondary locks that I was not aware of and got those working for me. Truly an expert in the way he explains things while he's working, very professional and on-time.

This place saved me hundreds of dollars.  I needed a Land Rover key cut & programmed.  I had Rov N Tech tell me they couldn't do it because the key was the wrong frequency.  I had Land Rover of Scottsdale tell me that it would be 1 to 2 months before they could get me a key.  I had a Locksmith in Glendale tell me he might be able to cut it but no guarantee it would start my car because he believed there was a chip in it that had to be programmed and he couldn't do that.  In a last ditch effort I called Acme & was told 98% of the time they can do it so I took the chance & they saved the day.  The key was cut & programmed in about 10 minutes and for a great price.  I can't thank them enough, I am beyond grateful.

Just had such a refreshing experience with our locksmith "Big Mike" from ACME. We had purchased a safe from a company that didn't tell us exactly how to open our new safe (they left out some crucial details) so we called for assistance.  Fortunately ACME is an authorized service provider for the safe company and they sent us a true professional.  Big Mike (as he prefers) was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable.  He showed us how to gain entry, set the code, and discussed installation.  The icing on the cake was he fixed the broken latch on our gait doorknob without additional charge.  It was a simple repair for him but a big deal for us to have that repaired!  We also really appreciate the safety precaution of wearing a mask.  Thank you Big Mike.  We will soon be scheduling installation with ACME and will definitely request Mike.

The locksmith (Bobby I believe) was very prompt and very helpful. We were rekeying our new home but had some questions/challenges.  Bobby came up with fast solution and pointed out a potential issue that we should consider addressing.  I booked the appointment online and received confirmation texts along with a heads up and tracker the morning of.  Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Acme is amazing!  We've been locked out of our mailbox for a week and we didn't know what to do.  I contacted Acme and spoke with Violet, who was so very friendly and helpful.  I was originally scheduled for Monday (a three day wait) but once I told Violet our dilemma- she moved us up with no extra charge!  Today, Bobby with Acme moved his schedule around to accommodate us.  Bobby fixed our mailbox lock problem with a solution that will last!  We are very happy with this company's customer service and attention to detail.  Definitely recommend them!

We had a key break off in the lock just before opening.  We made a call to Acme locksmith and Bobby came out ASAP! Loved this place, my safes batteries died and I had lost the key. I brought it in and Andrew had my safe open in literally 2 minutes and replaced my batteries and I was out the door in 5 minutes. Andrew was super helpful and extremely reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place.

Top notch installation. I had a new deadbolt put in and entry way re-keyed locks. Dan was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing. He even tightened the screws in the door so it would close properly! I would highly recommend ACME.

I contacted ACME Locksmith to get some help getting a key made for an outdoor shed. The shed had a locking handle on it, but was there when I bought the house and I never got a key from the previous owners. So, the shed has just been unlocked for years. Unfortunately, someone decided to jump my wall and steal my bike from the shed recently. So I needed a solution.

The process was so simple. Drew asked me to send over a pic of the lock I needed a key for and within minutes I got a reply that he could cut a key. The Phoenix shop is pretty close to my house and I drive over and had my new keys in less than 5 mins.

I had a very urgent need for a locksmith and ACME came through with flying colors! They worked with my timeframe, were very thorough and professional, and their work was excellent.

I just had a great experience with Acme Locksmith. I have an old set of exterior French doors that needed a security upgrade. I had renters in my place for 4 years, so who knows who had what key, plus the lock was crappy, & the doors weren't very secure.

I must insanely research everything on the internet, & I thought I needed to buy a super secure lock by Medeco or Mul-T-Lock. I found online that I could get them through Acme, so I called them to inquire. The guy on the phone was super nice, & discussed all my options with me. He told me he could sell me one of the really expensive locks I called about, but that it would be overkill. He suggested a very secure lock at a much lower price, but still way better than you buy at the hardware store.

The installer that came out again went over options with me, & gave me a specific quote before starting the work. In my opinion, it was a little expensive for me but worth the cost for the security & peace of mind, that I have now. My only feedback to Acme would be to lower the trip charge for scheduled non-emergency appointments.

I would definitely recommend using Acme as a locksmith.

Great job done by Bobbie. He took safety precautions with the covid-19. He re-keyed several locks and put in a key pad on the front door. He was quick efficient and even cleaned up after he was done. Very satisfied with this job!

Standing in long afte waiting for 1 and a half hours   for the locksmith to show up after there dispatch said 25 Muints. The lock Smith was rude condescending and totally in un, professional. Ge stsrted telling me it would take 3 or 4 hours to rekey a tsilgste lock . His boss said it would not be a probelm but it was for him .After talking with the owner of company he did the job . I have used Scottsdale lock and safe for years with no problem.... I will rethink where i do  business in the future. Customer service lacking customer service. Very poor here reconsider doing any business. There are three people waiting here hours. Not a good pelis

I had been looking for a locksmith to make keys for 2 old Master Locks that I have. My local hardware store couldn't do it, Home Depot couldn't do it and another locksmith wanted me to drop the lock off, leave it over night and charge me $6 per key.  I called Acme and was asked to text a picture of the key, they replied that they could make me new keys. I stopped by the store and walked out 5 minutes later with my new keys and for much less than the other locksmith was going to charge me~plus the locksmith was super friendly and nice!
I will go back to Acme Locksmith when I need keys or locks rekeyed. I was impressed.

I called Acme Locksmith on a Friday afternoon to remove the deadbolt lock that malfunctioned on my security door.  It was jammed and I could not get it taken apart to replace. The person that answered was very pleasant and professional.  He had his person, Erv, sent over.  He arrived within 15 minutes, opened the lock in about 5 seconds, replaced the pins, and reinstalled. He even fixed the door jam piece that had not worked properly since installation.  Excellent work.  Fast, friendly, and not too costly.  Highly recommend.

Bobby was on time and worked efficiently to rekey 13 locks and reprogram our garage door openers. He was friendly but professional, waited patiently as I double checked all 5 keys in all 13 locks only to find everything working perfectly. Would definitely recommend ACME!

Had an issue with my gun safe and Big Mike came out and replaced the electronic lock.  He arrived on time and explained everything he was doing.  He has also help me with other safe issues as well as door lock issues and I could not be more pleased with his customer service and Acme Safe.  I highly recommend this business to anyone and especially Big Mike.

Got my key stuck in front door lock early on a Monday morning just before work, had to leave door wide open.  Called and service was excellent, very courteous, fast, efficient and no surprise costs, price very reasonable.  Fixed within hours.Days later called late almost 10 at night, door lock didn't work. Last week my front door became difficult to lock/unlock, most likely due to some new house settling...I was able to get an appointment the next day & the gentleman who set my appointment was nice enough to shorten the service window so I wouldn't have to leave work so early.  The tech who came out arrived right on time, texting/calling to give me a heads-up, was pleasant, knowledgeable, & got the job done quickly!  My door locks/unlocks great now!  This is the 2nd time I've used this company & I've been happy both times!

So sad to make this review... I have been having keys made and referring clients for whole house re-keys for 10+ years and now am going to tell my clients to get their house rekeyed through their home warranty company. Three employees, one person in front of us, stood there for 10 minutes, was told "we will get to you next" by two of them. Three employees, two customers, sounds like the DMV, so much for trying to support local business.

Just left Acme Locksmith, & Brian helped me out. It was my second time in there in as many weeks, and both times, the customer service was excellent. Brian gave me info on the industry safety concerns to consider. All in all, a great experience.

I had been locked out of my safe for 2 weeks.
I ordered keys form the safe manufacturer and paid for express shipping, but gues what?
I couldn't get the safe open...
I called Acme on Saturday and the same day an appointment was made for the following Monday.
The technician showed up and in about 20 minutes not only got my safe opened for me but salvaged the key lock that my Son had damaged.
I had heard horror story's about locksmith's overcharging and raising the price after the job was complete but with Acme, the price was exactly what I was quoted on the phone.

Evette I'm sorry but these guys are amazing! I had a problem with my safe lock too and Sean (I think his name is) came out and told me it wasn't what we thought in the first place and fixed my safe lock in 10 min! So you have to pay for them to come (I think it was $50or so) but they know what they are doing. I would rather have someone that knows what they are doing than me thinking I know and messing it up more. When your lock breaks again in a few months call a pro next time Evette.
I have also used them for my rental property for re-keys and such. They are always on time and it is always a fair and honest price.

I had a door knob that was not working properly. I expected that I might need a new door knob but I just needed some lubrication and Acme Locksmith did it quickly and for no charge. thanks

I dropped my keys down the elevator a few months ago and had to call the elevator company to retrieve them.  Unfortunately the automatic car door lock no longer worked after that incident and from then on I had to unlock my car doors manually...just like the olden days.  I paid $138 to the elevator company to retrieve my keys.

Two months later I went to get an oil change.  I took the car key off the key ring so they could do the work on the vehicle.  When I got back home after the oil change, I took my car key out of the ignition and set it on the seat.  I reached over to lock the car door, grabbed my house keys and shut the door.  Oooops!  There was my one-and-only car key sitting on the driver seat.  

I called ACME Locksmith in Scottsdale and Ryan came over within an hour to get the car key out of my vehicle.  It took him about two minutes to retrieve the key.  I explained that I only had one key for the car since I had bought it used several years ago.  I had always dreaded what would happen if I lost the key or locked it in my car.  He said he could look up my key number now and I could probably get a key made at a later date back at their location.  However he found he indeed had the right master key for my make and model in his kit!   All he had to do was grind it down to make it unique to fit my vehicle.  Voila!  It worked to open and start the car.  I now had two keys for my car!  

I explained to him that the transponder I used to unlock my car no longer worked after the elevator incident.  He said that I could check with their Mesa location...they might be able to assist me with getting a replacement transponder to unlock the car door automatically.  I was once again thrilled to hear this info and plan to check with them as well.

At the end of the day, the price I paid for retrieving the key from my vehicle and having an additional key made was less than I had paid the elevator company when the got my keys out of the elevator shaft.  

These guys are great.  I would highly recommend them to anyone in the valley.

I saw Acme Locksmith's truck. Proceeded to their website, booked an appointment.  I had just purchased a home and wanted my locks rekeyed.  Acme confirmed the appointment via email.  I them received a text of the locksmith who was coming to my house and could watch a video as he pulled up to my house, all via my phone. Erv, the technician, was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.  

I highly recommend Acme Locksmith and will use them again for any locksmith issues.

Brian did a great job adding a lock box to my security gate. He was very diligent and did not leave until the job was perfect.

We have had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with this company for the last two years.  We had them out to repair a broken panic bar at our office.  The door worked-ish for a few months until we had to put a hand made sign asking patients to use the other door.  We called and had them out to try and fix the issue.  Few months go by again and we are having to make a service call to them for the exact same issue.  They send the same person out to again, "fix" the issue.  We have now been in contact with them weekly for the last 3-4 weeks to once again, to come out for the exact same issue.  A panic bar that does not stay unlocked is very bothersome during a busy shift because someone is constantly having to stop what they are doing to get up and try to unlock the door, again.  Every time our office manager spoke with someone at Acme, they acted like they have never heard our complaint and didn't know what we were talking about.  The last straw was the owner telling us he doesn't remember talking to us about any faulty door, doesn't remember having us out multiple times to repair the same issue they replaced, and that we would have to pay for a whole new panic bar along with the service fee.  At one point they tried to tell us they never worked on our door too!  Even though there is a clear as day sticker with their company name on it!

This company has never failed me and I would recommend them to my mother. I use locksmiths a lot and I've never had better service than from them.

I'm a DIY'er. I had messed up rekeying a Baldwin lock (used the wrong pins) Scott took the cylinder apart, rekeyed it correctly, sold me two other parts, made a key and offered some help on another project. Very personable, smart and fairly priced. These guys are the real deal.

I contacted Saguaro Lock and Safe in Scottsdale regarding a part I needed for my safe. My electronic controller had failed and I couldn't get into the safe. After talking to the company that made the controller I was told how to disconnect it and replace the keypad, however, I would have to purchase the part from a dealer.  So I called Saguaro Lock and Safe. They said they would have to come out to replace the controller and it would cost $260 I told them I could plug the unit in myself, it was pretty simple, they said to get the warrenty they would have to do it (which is not true as the part has a manufacturers warranty, mine had just expired). They told me if I just wanted to come and pick the part up that it would be $160.  What a rip off!  I purchased the part through another dealer for $60, plugged it in myself and the safe is working fine.  I would never use Saguaro Lock & Safe, I felt they thought I was in a bind and they could take advantage of me.
