It was difficult to find someone who would replace mailbox locks and gate locks
but Castro's Lock & Key were  able to help, even in a Sunday.
When your home is robbed, you're dealing with many emotions and having to worry about your mail is the last thing you need to worry about. They arrived with equipment and products in a timely manner and are concious of being safe during this pandemic. I really appreciate the team and will use again in the near future for all keying issues.

Just moved into a new house and needed to re-key my locks. I have asked around and got a good response. Chose this business to deal with and they didn't disappoint. I needed it the next day since I wanted it done as soon as possible. He came in and assessed my locks, 2 of them needed to be replaced so I can get 1 major key for all of them. He went to HD and got me 2 locks for replacement and went to work. It was fast and thorough. He was very honest with me and charged me reasonably. Got the locks re-keyed and I couldn't be happier with it.

Fast and Efficent
Requested a quote and a few days later, he came to change my locks on my front door and rekey my back.  I had bought these expensive locks and the deadbolt ended up being defective. He expressed that the locks I have are extremely great locks and I should just get my money back and not worry about changing them.  I agreed. He repackaged it nicely and I just rekeyed that lock.  He saved me $155 by returning that lock.  I was happy about that.  Very cool guy.  Highly recommend, Ricky

Couldn't be any happier with the service. Got my key cut and programmed. Also got my remote programmed. They told me I had eight other remote programmed to my truck, so they deleted the rest. Very personable, outgoing and friendly. Best price I found. Very responsive to my messages. Would definitely recommend.

Our new house came without a mailbox key. I requested a quote and immediately had Savannah responding. The rate quoted was super reasonable, and the service was spectacular. I offered to pay upfront and was told to pay once the job was done. Ricky communicated with me on his way to the job, and called me after it was done. And because we are not yet living at the new house he offered to mail our new keys to us. If you need a locksmith Castro's is your company! I'm keeping their phone number just Incase we need any further help. This was NOT an emergency situation but had it been I would have been extremely pleased.

I called this company for a key because i had lost mine. The worker left the interior frame of the door loose for both driver and passenger. The handles were all loose and popped out. We agreed on meeting the next day and when we tried contacting he ignored us. We called with a different number and when he answered and recognized our voice he hung up right away. We were aleeady having a bad day and he made it worse thank you.He took 140 dollars and only gave us 1 key. The key does not even open the drivers door. And both door handles are loose and the he broke the drivers handle. A peace of the car is broken that doesnt even have to do with the door. Terrible job
