Having recently purchased a mobile home I needed a locksmith to come over and repair and rekey the locks on the unit. I contacted Arizona Locksmith and spoke with Tom about my needs.
Tom was cordial and professional and we set an appointment for the next day. He told me it would be one of his technicians who came out to do the job but he would be available should there be any complications. When I hung up the phone I had a good feeling about the way I was treated and the services Tom had recommended .
The next morning right on time The Locksmith technician arrived. He cheerfully introduced himself and we reviewed what was needed. Moshe was very professional and was able to repay all three locks as well as make an adjustment on one door to insure everything worked properly.
I can't say enough about how great is was to deal with this company. I recommend them highly and before I forget the charges for the job were very fair.

Tried for several hours to get someone out to help me unlock a door. I was told three different times someone would be contacting me within a few minutes but nobody ever contacted me or ever showed up. Nothing like being stranded for several hours with no help.
Tom, the man who helped me was very honest and friendly. You can definitely tell they are experienced and put great value on customer service. This was for a deadbolt lock repair. Truly appreciate the honesty and will definitely go to him for all my future needs !!

Called Nick bc YELP reviews were so great! He answered right away. Pleasant & helpful on phone. Showed up on time to change our locks and make new keys (had made an appointment for following day). Clean, pleasant, quick - a great young businessman! Definitely the guy you need to do your locks! FANTASTIC JOB!

I've used tom for all my locksmith service for a couple of years now and he is the best.
We just moved our office again and needed to rekeying. I called tom and he was at our office in one hour the same day and did a fantastic job.
The price for his service is very reasonable too.

I am very pleased with the services and products I received from Arizona Locksmith. Nick came out immediately to discuss my needs and assess what I needed for security on my new condo. He had CJ come back out on my day off to install a lock with pinpad and a new door knob with key lock in the finish that I wanted. CJ showed me how to program and operate the pinpad, and set it all up for me. It was a very positive experience at a competitive price. I have Arizona Locksmith on speed dial now for that unexpected day I lock myself out of the car. I highly recommend them, and give them Five Gold Stars!

Outstanding. Tom went above and beyond. Locked myself out of my home office on a Sunday and while he was onsite took advantage of his expertise and changed 4 other locks on the property.
Knowledgeable and very fair pricing. Unlike other locksmiths no "surprise ... gotcha!" charges added to bill.
I find it no surprise he is a 5 Star Yelp stalwart. Impressive services !

I want to thank Arizona Locksmith for helping me when my key broke off in the front door to my house. They were able to get to me quickly and fix it in no time at all. I would absolutely recommend them to all!
Tom was fantastic! I got his number from a friend, called him Sunday night and we set up an appointment for Monday morning. He called to confirm prior to our appointment. I told him I wanted new locks and after looking at what I currently had, he said the best option would be to rekey them. He worked quickly and was very nice and professional. He also made sure I tried all the locks before he left.
Service was quick and Tom was a pleasure to work with!

Very fast response time of less than 25 minutes. Tom correctly identfied the problem and replaced the broken door dead bolt lock with a new part he had on the truck! Convenient digital pay options. I am extremely satisfied with this service!

Tom totally saved me!! I somehow locked my purse (along with my phone and keys) in the car and tom showed up in 10 minutes after my call. He was super fast and efficient. He mentioned he was on his way to meet some people for dinner so I really appreciate that he dropped everything to help me. Do hope I never have to use them but I will definitely recommend to anyone who does!

Locked my keys in my car. With 30 minutes of me calling, Nick arrived on a Friday evening and was the best price out of 5 locksmiths I called. Service was very quick and friendly, problem resolved. Will definitely call again if I make the same mistake!
Tom was a real lifesaver this week for myself and my one year old daughter! My key fell out of my pocket onto the seat while I was getting my daughter out of her car seat. I locked us out of the car with my phone and keys inside. The store I headed into called Tom for me and he had my car door open in twenty minutes! He didn't do any damage to my car, was friendly as could be, and worked quickly. I hope I never have to, but I would definitely call him again in a heartbeat! So much faster and easier than calling any roadside service!

When I managed to lock myself out of my house a neighbor recommended that I give Az lock&key Locksmiths a call. They turned up superfast and got me in even faster. Highly recommended.

Prompt service on a Saturday. He was in and out pretty quickly. Very professional. I would definitely recommend for commercial businesses.
*****OMG! RESCUED ME! TEN STARS are not enough!!! BEST locksmith business I've encountered in my numerous years on this earth! Locked myself out of my house moving the company vehicle out of the sun before leaving for work. Costly mistake! Went down YELP list calling & quoted 2 to 4 hrs response time!!! Really??? At 6:45-7am??? And some didn't get back until way too late. Arizona locksmith was like, "No problem, we'll be there in 20 mins;" and they were!!! That was the FIRST Wow moment! Because of my well-made security door it had to drilled out; low & behold, ANGEL TOM had the EXACT, bronze-finish, high-end replacement door knob! WOW! again!!! Lastly, for the prompt, efficient service AND having the exact doorknob for that specific security door, the cost was as FAIR as I could have asked for (since of course I didn't want to have the issue in the first place to pay anything!), and initial quote LOWEST of those contacted that just couldn't get to me in this lifetime! THANK YOU AGAIN TOM for taking good care of my being locked out expeditiously and inexpensively!!! I'll never forget it & will need your company's services for something else in a few weeks!

Tom and Nick are great to work with. I threw a curveball at them with a pretty uncommon and specific application and they hit it out of the park. They were able to handle everything in the limited window I gave them without a hitch.
Pricing is also great compared to other vendors I've talked to. I trust them for all my future projects.
I wish I could use these guys at outside of Arizona!

I lost the key to my bay door. They told me it was going to be an hour but I informed the driver when he called that I had a delivery arriving in a half hour. He arrived at the same time as delivery. Impressive. And he was done with the whole thing in 20 min max. Will definitely use them again!! Guys name was CJ btw.
We had a few employees leave our company and needed to change our locks quickly. Tom did a great job and offered very punctual service. We have two locations in Arizona in Mesa and Scottsdale, and Tom was happy to go to both places for us. I highly recommend their service for any locksmith job.

I was very pleased with the prompt, friendly & honest service I received.
I locked myself out of my house in the middle of the day with my two small kids, in the hot July waether, needless to say it was a nightmare. But the tech who came arrived fast & as very nice! A life saver!
All I am going to say is : Thank you AZ Locks n Keys!! I still cannot believe that I locked my keys in my car this week when I was picking my kids up from school.
Luckily I remember my best friend had used AZ Locks n Keys before so after just one call a tech arrived within 15 minutes and saved my life (literally because it was ridiculously hot). The tech was very professional, friendly, and impressively AFFORDABLE (considering I was willing to pay anything based on the situation).
I highly recommend AZ Locks n Keys!! =) I truly doubt that you will receive that type of service somewhere else...
He came over to the girlfriends house to re-key the rear sliding glass door as well as the front door to the same key as the security door. The locks required different kinds of keys therefore they had to be replaced to be able to use one key for different locks. He had all hardware in truck necessary to complete the job on the spot. I even got to choose the finish of the knob that would match the security door. Being the boyfriend of the homeowner I had a budget that I had to stick too because she was at work and unavailable to change it.The locksmith work with me on price. On top of the great work he did, he was also a very personable guy. I ended up just chatting a bit not even about locks. Would definitely use him again and would recommend to anyone.
These guys were great! We've just moved into a new residential community and needed to access our mailbox ASAP. Arizona Locksmith came out the same day and saved us time and money! I appreciate their service and would definitely recommend them over and over again! Extremely satisfied.
This is my second time using Az Locksmith. The first time was three years ago, Tom came to my house within an hour of calling and had the correct tools to help with a 75 year old mortise lock on my historic home that I thought was hopeless. A fair price, quick service, and excellent customer service cannot be beat.
Today Nick came to re-key my new home and arrived even earlier than promised. 4 doors keyed in no time flat! Same service and fantastic work as before. I told him AZ locksmith would be who I will use forever!!
Tom is punctual, pleasant and has repaired our stuck latch. Job is well done !!!
DO NOT USE THEM!! They will way overcharge you. The guy tried to charge me $404.70 to rekey my house which has 3 points of entry. They still ended up charging us $337.33 which is completely absurd for the service rendered. Go with anyone else except these guys.

The gentleman from Arizona Locksmith was very accommodating on short notice when I needed to change my locks between tenants on my rental property on a Saturday. He called when he was on his way, was early for the job, and provided several options for the services he provided. He was also quick to complete the work and very professional. I would use them again the next time I may need service, and would recommend them to Yelpers.
I had an appointment with Tom to get our new office re-keyed and was pleasantly surprised that he didn't give me a two hour window in fact he was early. He was very fair priced and didn't try to up his cost from the phone quote he gave me. Fast, affordable and very friendly. Thank you Tom we will see you again!
Bad service! I locked my car key in the truck. When I called them, they told it costed $29, but it turned out to charge me $180. It is a cheating company. I will BBB them. Never use them
amazing price, even though my lock was a more difficult one, they got it open!
