I've had Robert come to the house to change out all of the locks, and he was prompt, efficient, courteous. Today I stopped into the shop to get some keys made. One was a strange key from the 60's that other places couldn't copy. Robert still had a few of that older type key in stock, and the copies work great.

It's so nice to have a neighborhood business that does a great job, and is personable and knowledgeable. Call them for all of your lock and key needs.

I needed a lock repaired by in a hurry.  Robert was able to get it fixed fast and at a very reasonable rate.  I would highly recommend using them.

I purchased a spare fob-prox 'smart key' for my 2014 Murano a couple months ago and then found out that it needed to be programmed to synch / enable it.  From previous experience, I didn't want to have to sell a valuable body part to afford Nissan's expertise.  So I went to see Patrick, at Advanced Lock  and he programmed the new fob for a very reasonable cost.  I've recommended others to use his service because he's got it all and it looks like he can do most anything when it comes to locks & keys.  THX Patrick.

Needed an after-market Toyota Prius remote key cut & programmed. They quoted me a fair price via phone after I found them on Yelp.

I drove to their store (which is a rarity with locksmiths) and I met Don. Don was friendly and then later on the owner Patrick also introduced himself.

Let me just plainly say a few things about this superb locksmith:

1) They are extremely honest. They really care. How hard is that to find in a locksmith?
2) They under-promise and over- deliver.
3) They know their stuff. Very knowledgeable

Well, they did it again!
Nick was the technician that came to rekey the locks on the new property. I switched it up and decided to have the knobs and locks replaced on three doors...he didn't flinch. Nick went right into action and he did an excellent job. Nick also was able to create extra keys for me onsite!

It is such a relief to know you can depend on this company whether you live in Scottsdale, Phoenix or Mesa they show up on time every time.

My review of this business is long overdue. I've been a customer for close to 20 years. Patrick and his team have always done an amazing job - whether it be at my place of business or residence.  In a nutshell, Advanced Lock has integrity, they're always on time and offer great value. I will never use any other locksmith.  Thank you for being so professional and accommodating.

Just returned from their shop & was so pleased  with their service to me. All 3 gentlement were kind, courteous & very helpful. Great customer service is so rare & these days. They quickly tested my smart key fob, (dead) supplied me with a new Ford key, programmed it in, &when the car gave me a low battery fob signal, they swapped out both batteries in 2 fobs for me. The price was great , too. Saved me $115 off a new key at a Ford dealer. The shop owner should be extremely proud of his staff! Peter got me to make the drive, pleasant & knowledgeable on the phone, the other 2 techs who assisted I did not get their names, unfortunately, a clean cut man, & a bearded man were just awesome, too. They patiently answered my questions. Thank you Advanced Lock Service!

My daughter could not get her car key out of the ignition. She recently purchase this used car and the key had been giving her a problem. Nikolas from Advanced Lock Service came to the rescue. He was prompt, professional, kind a and extremely helpful. He was able to get her key out and make a new one that works. And the charge was very reasonable.

Half the cost of the top two rated businesses when you search locksmith. Very fast response. Very professional. This locksmith has an actual location and is not part of the "we must drill" scam that plagues locksmiths. Definitely happy to know about them.

The owner alerted my soon to be ex-husband that I was changing the locks at my home. When I confronted him over the phone, the owner denied it, even though the ex confirmed and showed me the texts. Unprofessional and unethical.

Changing the locks was done per the court orders, on the scheduled dates and completely legal. It is MY house. It should have been no surprise for either party.

I chose your company because you had been prompt, properly priced and I had worked with you numerous times before. I was expecting the same prompt and professional service.

Instead I got the end-around. You see Patrick, the scenario you created in your mind was totally incorrect. I wasn't locking anyone out! You fabricated your information and made invalid judgment calls. Your emotional tirade merely upholds my assessment that you can't remain professional. Do the work you are being paid to do. Period!

Thank you for your offer to refund the $350. You have my address so I'll be on the lookout for my refund check!

Final update: Owner did send a check to refund my entire expense of the re-keying of my home. I submitted a copy of my cc payment and check was mailed within a week. Patrick - Thank you for response and honoring your offer of a full refund.

We used Advanced Lock Service when my key broke in the ignition of my car. I have AAA and they are who recommended the company so I went with the flow and was happy I did! The techs who came out to remove the key were on time, kind, and worked quickly. Our AAA covered the replacement of the key (they all cost a different amount but we got lucky!). It was easy to pop in with our second key and get the replacement. Overall I was extremely happy with my experience and would certainly call them again.

I've been here several times, and am always impressed by the fast, courteous, and knowledgable service. They were able to make duplicates of some unusual and obscure RV keys that ACE Hardware, Lowe's, and Home Depot were unable to duplicate.

I would definitely recommend these guys!!!! Berrot was awesome! He was on time and super fast - He even let us know about the AAA reimbursement process!! :D

Very nice service, smart, fast, had all types of keys and as soon as I walked in they got to work. I would recommend this locksmith for any one in the area!

Called to have a door re-keyed and was offered same-day service. I waited the two-hour window and no one showed. I called at the two-hour mark and was told that someone would be there shortly. An hour later, still a no-show. Next ...

I only needed a key made, but it was a special key that most locksmiths didn't seem to be able to make, and these knocked it right out. The junior rep that answered the door didn't think it could be done but the more experienced guy walked right in, took over and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes.

They were super nice, took care of me on a Sunday and are actually a real brick and mortar locksmith and not just a traveling show.

I recommend them.

I needed some keys made for work and after trying Home Depot, Ace and another locksmith with no luck I happened to come across Advanced on my way home on a Friday afternoon. I had my keys made swiftly and the staff was friendly and helpful. I left thinking all was good.  Unfortunately, one set of keys did not work and I had to return. I called and the awesome lady on a Saturday opened up and had one of her guys come in to make another key to try, even though they are closed on Saturday. Again, this hard to make funny, little key did not work. It was suggested that I wait for Don on Monday. So I waited and Don got my key situation straightened out no problem. Thanks Don. My locksmith go to from now on. Check them out for all lock types, keys and supplies. Go to them or they'll come to you.

The staff eas extremely helpful and professional, Don in particular. I live 40 miles away and was referred by 3 other locksmiths for the job I needed done.

These guys know their keys! I have brought in at least 2 very complicated older car keys, one of which was broken in two pieces! These guys helped me every time. Highly recommend. Very reasonable prices, in my opinion.
