Established in 1993.
Clinton and Dave opened the Locksmith Business in 1993 at Gilbert and Guadalupe Road In Gilbert, AZ. Our Business name was County Wide Lock and Key at that time. We have since moved the Business to 235 E. Warner Rd. #103 (Warner & Gilbert) and renamed the Business to Pennington Locksmith Company to incorporate our name.

Amazing customer service! I was able to schedule a specific time and was happy how I was treated. My two keyfobs for my car didn't work. Luckily they were able to program a new one. They took the time to discuss their service. Then took the extra effort to get the new keyfob to work.
They are well versed in locksmithing and after meeting with them I'll always come here.

I needed a key that couldn't be duplicated by a hardware store. Since I didn't live close, was able to send a pic & get a confirmation ahead of time.
Super nice guy & I recommend this business!
Awesome customer service! Mike was able to jump in and help me to quickly access my truck box tools again after loosing my key!
Called a couple of locksmiths and they were the most knowledgeable.
Said they would come out and rekey ,but said we could do it ourselves and
save money. Went home and tried it, it worked and saved ourselves $200.00.
So glad for there help, honesty and the savings.

I have dealt with Pennington on several occasions and each experience has been outstanding. I have only brought my work to them, so I cannot speak to their mobile work, but for what I have brought to the store they have handled quickly, efficiently and very reasonably priced. While they may be the closest locksmith to my house, I would drive a good distance to use them even if they weren't.

Amazing service. I called set up an appointment went in and 10 minutes later I was out so efficient! I have used them multiple times and we will turn back to them for all key needs!
The technician met me on-site at the time scheduled! Imagine that - a vendor that shows up when they say they will. Love it. Pennington Locksmith was a simple and easy fix to get a spare car key for my vehicle. I had gone a long time without one and after my wife lost her only key in the store (thankfully we found it) we decided it was time to get a spare for each of us. They were very friendly and the cost was great. I did not have them program my key fob for my vehicle and have been regretting it ever since... as I still have no idea how to do it and don't think I can. I just need to make a trip back but I'd recommend having them do it all while you are there! Would have saved me money and supported (more) a great business.

They did what everybody else said it was not doable. It was a car key, to be programmed and cut. The dealer asked the customary $400.00 for a key, other locksmiths said it cannot be done, Pennington said "I don't see why not". And it was done in a matter of minutes.
I highly recommend this business.

I needed to replace a broken mail key. They were friendly, quick, & affordable. Would definitely go there again if needed & recommend it to others.
Quickly got new keys made for my car, great service and nice people. Every other locksmith said it would be days before they got me in but Pennington did it the same day, same price quote as other places. So thankful!

I called last min bc I had locked myself out of my house. I was with my 2 young children and a my phone on 5% (just enough to make the call) they were at my service in 5 mins! The man was nice enough to make a pit stop to me before his other appt, I really appreciate them.

There's all these 5 stars for a reason, their service was awesome!! They called to ask me a few questions before the appointment and once I got there, it took less than 10 minutes for them to replicate the key and program the new fob to my car. Plus the price was half of what the dealer was requesting for the same thing. Would 1000% recommend.

Needed another key for our Dodge Grand Caravan so I called these guys up. They took my info over the phone and called me when my key was ready. After I arrived it was discovered they were sent the wrong key. Their customer service was fantastic!!! They reordered the correct key, called me when it was ready, and got me on my way quickly!! Key works and cost me tons less than the dealer!!
You can always tell a great company by how they handle tough situations. This company did a FANTASTIC job!!!

First of all, this company ACTUALLY has their own storefront which means their address doesn't take you to some random neighborhood or the post office (like most locksmiths in the area). Their prices are incredible and if you take your locks to their store to be re-keyed it takes like 2 minutes per lock! Incredibly helpful and friendly staff when you walk in the door!
I was in and out in minutes! They were so helpful and quick. Definitely would recommend them to anyone needs something rekeyed or needs copies.
I just moved in to my new house, and wanted the locks re-keyed.
This was the first time I've ever needed the services of a locksmith, and when I called Pennington Locksmith, they patiently answered all my questions and I set up an appointment. Mike showed up right on time, was very knowledgeable and professional. Don't hesitate to call this Company. They treat you right! 5 star service!

Mike did a great job changing some locks at my business. He came out on a Fri afternoon and was done in about an hour. I was short a lock but luckily he had it on his truck. Thank you for the help. I'm always trying to support a local family company like Pennington Locksmith!
Great local Christian locksmith. My church is right up the street from here and we visit often. They have several odd keys that they can make as well as the standard ones. They are real straight shoots. Don't worry about being taken advantage here. Great little place.

I needed a new car door and ignition key made, and wanted a fob ordered as well. I researched local locksmiths, and chose Pennington because of the high reviews. Well, now I see why everyone loves them!! I had a bit of a problem case, and the first fob they ordered wound up being faulty (not their fault, just a fluke thing). They went out of their way to order another one quickly, and got it programmed and working the same day it arrived. Even though it wasn't their fault the first one didn't work, they took full responsibility for it anyway! They are skilled, professional, and really go above and beyond for customers. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!
This locksmith was able to program the key fob I bought on Amazon.com. Saved about $80 compared to gong to the dealership. I recommend this outfit for your locksmith needs!

Came here to get duplicate car keys for my family in case of an Emergency, Since my car was sold to me with only ONE key. I was greeted with a smile and a helpful attitude. The prices were fair considering the importance of the key (about 10 dollars per car key), I did not feel rushed and I felt that my presence was appreciated. I will definitely go back and get another car key duplicated.

I needed to replace my car key and called three different locksmith company's. I chose Pennington based on the friendly and complete information provided. I was not disappointed. The Pennington's were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
I am very pleased with the work and service and will return. I would highly recommend Pennington Locksmith.
I managed to lock myself out of the house. I called Pennington and Mike was there in 20 minutes. I'm so grateful for the quick response!

Great service from a locally owned company! They were able to make spare keys for my pool fence gate lock.
Came here for my 2008 MS3. I needed two keys and a remote. They had the keys in stock and they were cut and programmed in under ten minutes. The remote was another story, but after hours of research and a second replacement remote ordered by them it was found out that the car had an issue with the BCM. They gave me a full refund. I highly recommend.
too expensive for the price ,charged $ 140 per hour plus service call of another 90 dollars for a issue that he was not able to resolve completely
This is a conveniently located, locally owned locksmith that that goes out of their way to provide superior customer service. They even stayed open late for me when I needed some duplicate keys made. Their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend them and I'm so happy I found them.

Fast, friendly, and accurate. I needed about eight or nine keys made for about a half dozen locks related to my motor home. Some were pretty obscure like trailer ball lock, spare tire, storage compartments, etc. They had all the blanks and all keys worked perfectly the first time. I, too, like supporting local family businesses.
I brought an 1999 jeep in to have some transponder (chip) keys made. Pennington went the extra mile to get these keys to work. What they don't know, is that I have already gone to another locksmith who couldn't get the chip keys to program and a dealer who wanted me to leave the jeep with them for a whole day and charge over $200 to get the job done. Pennington spent the time to make the keys work. I am very happy, and they were lots cheaper than the dealer and they got them to work while I waited. When you want something done, and done right, choose these guys.
Mike and Jill are great people! Mike installed a deadbolt lock for us, replaced some door handles and locks, and also cut and programmed a new master key for our daughter's car. The car key wasn't the typical setup and presented a few issues. Mike went above and beyond to ensure that the key worked properly and did quality work! We will definitely work with them again as well as recommend them to others!!
Very happy with the service I received. Clinton was able to do everything I needed quickly. I would definitely use again should the need arise.
