Thomas is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled locksmith. He was thorough in his evaluation and up front with the pros and cons of my options when rekeying my new home and assuring a secure property. He is very conscientious and worked long into the night to complete the job that I had asked him to do. He is the best!

My husband and I were fortunate enough to get referred to Integrity Lock & Key when searching for a locksmith to perform some work in our home.  Thomas was very thorough in explaining everything to us, gave us options, and painstakingly performed changing out door locks and rekeying things in our home.  He arrived on time, had excellent follow-through, was communicative, and was a very conscientious person.  His work ethic and skill level are top-notch, and he is meticulous in his workmanship.  We were extremely happy with the work he performed and highly recommend him and his company.

Tom was as good as ever! All my new door fixtures are beautiful, and now I can rest easy again. The lock on my front door was sticking so badly that I had to wrestle with it for a good two minutes before it would finally open. That was a hazard waiting to happen (god forbid there was a fire/emergency and I couldn't get the door open). Tom's work is always A+ work, I'm so happy with it. He even remembered me, even after all the time that's passed from when I last called him. Thank you so much Tom, I really appreciate your great work!

Thomas was awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He even stayed late to replace the locks on our new house and was more than willing to be flexible to coordinate with our schedule. If I ever have any issues with my locks, Thomas is the first guy I'm calling (and not just because there's a three year warranty).

Great job by Integrity lock with installing a new door handle and combination lock. Tom was available the next day and communication with me frequently to ensure I knew exactly when he would arrive. I would use integrity for all my locksmith needs in the future.

Tom was very professional and polite he went through the whole house examined every lock and explained why some were good and others could use an upgrade , he had all the equipment he need to make changes right on the spot , we will sleep more soundly knowing we are safer

Tom came over to rekey our house after we moved in. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He recommended hardware replacement and gave compelling reasons as to why it would be important for us. In the end, we agreed and he installed new hardware on all our exterior doors, including a keypad on the front door. His work was completed quickly and competently. I would definitely hire him again, and would recommend him to others.

Tom did an excellent job in rekeying home. He took his time to explain all the different options available.  He tried to make a door bolt work but it was not functional so he replaced it. The work is guaranteed for a year. Will recommend his services.

Tom was great. One of the most affordable locksmiths in town! He gave us some tips on what to do with our door knobs and unlocked our door within minutes too.

I was incredibly impressed with Tom and his service! We just moved into a new home and had paid for a home warranty that covered getting our locks changed. Tom came out the very day I called and stayed until late that evening making sure everything was perfect. We had these really loud doors that were hard to close and he fixed them! He noticed the problem right away and we thought we were going to have to deal with the noise or get new doors! Tom is extremely knowledgeable of his craft and takes a lot of pride in his work. We bought a new house and all of the keys worked fine. However, we wanted the home rekeyed for safety. I contacted my home warranty company and they assigned Integrity. Thomas was prompt in contacting me and arrived on schedule. I have a dozen locks that needed to be rekeyed. Two of the locks wound up having issues after Thomas left. Thomas was quick to respond to the issue and resolve it. I can't give him 5 stars because there were issues, but having a contractor who is quick to respond to issues and resolve them has value.

Finally found someone to install our hotel locks and Tom did an amazing job! Very efficient and priced just right!

Tom rocks! We were referred to him by another locksmith because our deadbolt lock in our garage had broken and it was the only way into our house. Tom was at our house within 30 minutes and got us back inside. Thank god, since it was only 100+ degrees on a SATURDAY morning! He installed a new deadbolt and also installed a new deadbolt keypad that I ran to get at Home Depot at the last minute for our front door. He had to do some chisel work and was meticulous in his cleanup. Super nice guy and a great attitude. Thanks Tom!!
