Joe at Assist Locksmith LLC. has sold his business to Anderson Lock & Safe after servicing the valley for 8 years. Anderson's was established in 1966 and is the largest locksmith company in the state of Arizona. Family owned and operated for decades, Anderson Lock & Safe is community oriented and values integrity. Our technicians, since day one, have aimed to be the leaders and innovators in locksmith service and installation across the valley. With our humble start 54 years ago and storefront in Phoenix, we've expanded our service and areas of expertise to the North Valley.

Jaime came and took care of us on a Wednesday night at 8:30pm. He was here within an hour of us calling him. He was fast, polite, professional, courteous, he gave me calls along the way, and kept us informed, and when I met him I felt super comfortable having him in my home. The price is very reasonable for someone that meets all of this criteria and who is also extremely experienced. I've used cheaper locksmiths in the past, and I got what I paid for. My only regret was not having more cash on hand to give him a bigger tip. When you find s good tradesman like Jaime, I hope you tip them well, us experienced tradesmen are a dying breed. Thanks Jaime and Anderson! (Anderson I hope you take care of this guy! He's one of the rare good ones!)

Joe is responsive, fair and professional. I just wish my son would stop losing his keys and locking them in his truck.
I'm not sure how it happened, but I was getting my daughter out of the car. Got her inside and I turned around to get my purse, diaper bag, groceries.... the car was locked with everything in it Tried to call my significant other, no answer (his job doesn't let him answer his phone) sooooo I had no idea what to do! I googled of course and called some people but when they called me back they made me very uncomfortable, and to be coming to my house with just me and my baby girl I was panicked. Joe called me back, and I told him what was going on he actually made me feel at ease, I don't trust people very easily. He got to my house in 15min and it was all done in 5min! Thank u so much Joe!

Joe was fantastic. Very nice, efficient and reasonably priced. Took care of my problem with the front door lock and handle. Explained everything in detail and provided exceptional service.

Can't say anything about the actual service or prices, but I called to have someone sent out to unlock my front door. We had family over and needed the door unlocked ASAP. When I called, the guy who answered said the tech is on a service call but will call us back soon. He never called back. Luckily I reached out to another company and wasn't waiting on these guys to call me back.
Not sure if I can rightfully review Assist as I did not spend any money with them. That's because when I called Joe and told him that my lock had essentially exploded inside my door, and that I had done as much as I could, he asked me to send a picture. He called me back about 5 minutes later and told me that he could be out the next day, but I had come so far with what I had done that he could probably talk me through the rest of it. He explained what I needed to do next and in about 15 minutes, I had resolved the problem. A lot of other service people would have known that I almost had it fixed but still come out and charge me for an hour service call. I can guarantee you that Joe will get my next paying job.
Joe was great. He came the day I called him. Very nice and quick to fix our front door lock.
Highly Recommend - Recently we needed to have all the locks rekeyed in our new house. I was at the hardware store nearby and asked if they had a referral for a locksmith. They said, "We use Joe," and gave me his number. Joe gave me his price up front and he definitely offers a great service for a fair price. Job completed quickly and we were very happy with his work.

I used Assist Locksmith to change out the locks on my rental property after a tenant issue. Joe, the owner, showed up within the hour and had the job done on the same day. I was so impressed with Joe and Assist Locksmith that I had him put in a keypad lock on my business. Now, instead of trying to track down employees that have left my company to collect keys, I can simply change the keypad code. Assist locksmith answers their phone, shows up on time, and charges very fair prices. I give them a strong recommendation.
We recently purchased a home in New River and needed multiple doors rekeyed. My wife contacted Assist Locksmith and Joe was very pleasant and quoted a very reasonable price. He arrived exactly when he said he would and completed all the services we requested quite quickly. Joe also changed the codes on our garage door and security gate remotes at no charge. Joe was very polite and professional and exceeded expectations. What more can you ask? I highly recommend him to anyone needing locksmith service in the areas he supports.
