I locked my keys in my car on Christmas day. I knew no one would be open so I waited til the following Monday to look for a locksmith. Shamrock was the only ones to answer my call and were taking appointments! He arrived and got my keys out with a few minutes and was extremely professional and polite. I hope I never lock my keys in the car again BUT if I do, I will be calling them again.

It's immediately obvious upon 1st  interacting w/ Tim why  he only has 5 star reviews.  From the 1st phone call , to him going out of his way to meet me in a location convenient for ME , he was the epitome of professionalism , friendliness & customer service.
  I bought an aftermarket key for a 2016 Ram & as others have mentioned , dealers want $200 or more for the key & programming it. . I paid $19.99 for the key on Amazon & Tim charged me $25 to not only program the key , but cut the manual back up key in it as well.
Our call to set up our meeting , I said  " how long will it take " , Tim replied , " 5 minutes " I was on my way in about 7-8 minutes , after we chatted for a few.
Customer service even coming close to this level  is getting more & more difficult to find , but  to also be   so reasonable in his pricing makes it seem too good to be true.  But trust me , it is .

I contacted Tim about my fathers truck (lost keys). He was quick to respond to my requests via email. I was able to make an appointment the following day. He drove out to my fathers home. My father said Tim was very helpful, kind and a nice person. Tim stayed until he was able to create the key - it was not an easy truck to make a key for with all of the electronics. But he did it!!

Great job. Came right away to fix the door knob that was stuck in the locked position.  This was the door leading from the house into the garage. He had it fixed very quickly., then helped to to adjust the stop lock on our 8ft front door.  Unfortunately I don't recall his name, but he was tall and could easily reach the top of the door.

It was laundry day. It is one of the worst days of the week. I love getting my laundry done so much quicker, but it is somewhat of a hassle to haul it all to the laundry room. This was a day I talked Scott into going with me to the laundry room. BIG WIN! Of course this was also the day that neither of us grabbed a house key...

We loaded Malachi and all the laundry to head to the laundry room. We loaded the washers, and we were heading back home to relax. It was a little warm today, so we were excited to just sit in our air conditioned home while we waited for the time to throw everything in the dryer.

When we got back to the RV I could not open the door. Sometimes it gets stuck, so Scott jumped to open the door. Nothing is happening. The door is locked. Neither of us have a key. Are you kidding me?! All we have is quarters for the laundry, and no way to get in. We ran to the front office, and they only guy that can really help us is working during the day.

On a whim I decided to try calling a locksmith I found on Google. He was amazing! He was at the RV within 30 minutes, and he opened us with no problem! We were so blessed to find such a great guy. All in all it was not a horrible disaster, but just because we are living our dream it does not mean it is perfect!

Lost keys to a toy hauler I had rented...I know...We were heading out the same night to camp.  Called Shamrock and Tim picked up the first time.  He quoted me a price and came out, 1 hour later I had two set of keys ready to go camping.  Paid the quoted price and the service was great.  Definitely would recommend Shamrock.

I called Tim from Shamrock at 2:41pm on a Wednesday and he showed up by 3pm.  He quoted me over the phone and the initial quote didn't change once he completed the job.  He was professional and I'd definitely use his services again, but I hope I am never locked out of my house...

Sent a text through the Yelp app to program a key fob for my Hyundai Accent. Tim wasn't sure he could help me out with the equipment he had. After a few texts back and forth, I decided it was worth the effort to have him try.

I drove to his location and he was able to help me out in five minutes, at a price that was more than fair.  This guy is as honest as the day is long. I think that's an important trait in a locksmith.

I called Tim today and he resolved my problem with my safe within 30 minutes. He was very professional and prompt. He quoted me a price and that's what he charged.
